I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First of all they don't even know what they are doing. I asked for a specific product then they switch out the right product behind the counter with something I didn't ask for. Before I left the parking lot I checked the bag and realized this was not what I asked for. So I go inside and tell them I asked for a specific product and that this is not what they gave me. They explained they don't do returns. Even though I specifically asked for that product then they switched it without me knowing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldn't bother coming here, just go down the street to the other one. Don't waste your time or money on this place... no wonder they never have customers.

Great customer service! They got me in an out in a timely manner and made sure to answer all the questions I had since I was new to the cannabis world. No pressure, just good vibes! Thank you, Embr! Definitely will be coming back for more.

Place is lame with bad service. Definitely a pass. I would not waste your time driving all the way out here.

I was helped by "Richard" and he was nice and I didn't feel rushed. I did have to swap out ONE of the items I ordered but they had a comprimable replacement. I also received my 30% off from the WeedMaps promo so I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewers. I will definitely go back as the prices are nice too on concentrates.

First time patient here. Called and was told they deliver through Weedmaps with a discount. I ordered at 4:50pm and it is now 7:30 and still have not received my order. No one bothered to update me. I had to call twice and ask to find out what's going on. Their max wait time states 60 minutes but 3 hours ?! Cmon.

This place charges over $10 more than the price listed on the product. The guy made me feel like I was getting all these first time discounts and he was doing me a favor. My total came out to $92 for two 8ths. I got my receipt and the guy had charged me $64 for an 8th but the package said $52... what a scam. I'll never shop here again, I wish I could give 0 stars.

2 stars for false advertisement, both stars went to the friendly bud tender.  Went in today, clicked the QR code on their board for specials and saw a 30% which i was told was off their house platinum series that I was told was normally $70.  I received 30% off of $65 and then I got home, the jar was labeled $50. After trying their point break flower, I would say that 30% off $50 would have been a deal worth advertising.  Given the fact that your next to many established dispensaries, you make sure your marketing and sales are tight;  especially given how high your prices are on flower.

5 stars all the way! I've been living in San Diego, CA for roughly 3 months now, and have been to a few dispensaries around. So far nothing beats EMBR and let me tell you why! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable; like they actually listen to what you want in your flower, and their recommendations are on point. Currently hooked on the cherry punch pre-rolls as I'm the type who is a "lightweight" despite having been a smoker for 7 years now. Pure in house Sativa that uplifts you, but doesn't overtake you! I highly recommend EMBR if you're near the La Mesa/ Lemon Grove area!

I have been here twice and both times were 10/10. The staff is very kind and accommodating, it felt like helping me was the only thing they wanted to do. It's laid back and easy to shop, I got a "buddy" who walked me around and explained stuff. All I had to do was point at products and he added it to my order. Their specials and discounts are worth going in for. It would be your loss to pass this place up.

This is Easily one of San Diego's best and it has one of the best locations, it's right in the middle of everything. The selection is crazy, when you walk in it's everywhere. I can tell that it's quality selection too. I personally only stick to Canndescent. It is the only brand that I recommend to others. If you haven't seen it yet it is the (styling might I add) orange cube boxes and some of the biggest competitors I think can't even compare to what this brand has to offer. Today, I stopped in picked up my regular purchase in store (Eighth of Create Series) off of John, it was slow so we talked for a few seconds about what else there is to offer and he made sure to mention a 20% deal that doesn't normally come around for what I purchased. So thank you John! And Thank You EMBR. It is highly appreciated as a medical patient.
