Ive been coming here for years and have watched their customer service get worse and worse until I decided to write this.Good selection, OK prices. Horrible service.Called before going to make sure what I wanted was in stock. Explained to lady I was driving 45min so I wanted to make sure they had it.Ofcourse, they didnt. She apologized and I told her its OK can you just honor the price you told me atleast for an equivalent. No luck. Asked for manager, was rudely told NO. Didnt even want to hear my story. This is the 2nd time this same exact thing happened.What a shame. Use to be a really good spot.

Poor customer service. Not a very welcoming vibe. Front desk couldn't figure out who was next in line. Bud tender told me the pre-roll was infused which i realized once I got home it was not. I ignored the poor reviews because this is the closest spot to where I live but definitely not going back. My one and only visit

I've come here off & on for a few years now. They've always had one of the better selections I've seen elsewhere & by far the best prices (the 1/8th of Alien Labs I usually get goes for $70-$85 most places I've seen... it's $65 here usually). The owner's always been friendly & helpful, but I agree with some of the other reviews about poor customer service in the past. Not as many recognizable faces as I remember, so maybe a few new hires, but they have gotten a lot better the last 6-9 months across the board... security, check in & inside staff.Special shout out to Larry... awesome guy, really friendly & great recommendations. Went in recently expecting to spend about $70 & he informed me I had $180 in points, so instead of an 1/8th, this is what I walked out with...

They give discounts if you go in the morning since they open at 7am! Tiana is my girl! Always try to get her cause as soon as I met her I knew I was having a good time. She gives me tips and educates me on thc and cbd. Everyone their has been super friendly. This is my regular go to shop now since I moved to Santee.

This was probably one of the best places I've tried out on a whim. Randomly ordered some flower on their website, went to pick it up before 10 am and got a discount, and was pretty much in and out in barely a couple minutes despite being a ftp. Everyone was super cool. Definitely going back. Can't thing of a single negative thing about this place.

I really enjoy majority of staff at the grove. I Really enjoy the early bird special  I hate that I don't know all their names but Gaby really made a great impression and welcomes me everytime even if I'm not shopping with her a few other budtenders provide me awesome recommendations .one receptionist  there is super sweet the rest tend to act really rude and short to be honest lol not sure what their so stressed about but whatever loli do think that the rosin batches should be blown out if they are super old. to pay $70 a gram and come home with a bad gram that looks and smells olds is a shame. I saw recently they started a papa select special for the strain I got that was old. so it did upset me that I received a old batch and also didn't even have it at a discounted rate as it is now.

I highly recommend this dispensary. This location has a great set of people, Larry and literally every staff here super caring and nice. I've been going for 3 years now and I drive all the way from Chula Vista because no other dispensary matches. They have the biggest selection of 710 Labs and Papas Select in all San Diego county. With daily deals and they even give you points(credit) on every purchase. Sean, the owner is the man!! I noticed his employees have been there long-term, which says a lot! He takes good care of his people including his patients. This guy literally inspires me, he has all traits of a successful business owner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND,  join The Grove family now!!

Came in to pick something up for my boyfriend because this is the dispensary he usually goes to and it was my first time coming in by myself. The front desk was exceptionally rude I'd rather deal with someone at the dmv to put it into perspective and this is coming from someone who works front desk. There are definitely bad days but never bad enough to be as unwelcoming and ill-mannered as this girl was. The only good thing about this dispensary is their wide variety of product but you can honestly get that 2 minutes away at Hot Box or Cookies with much better customer service for the same price. In addition a lot of their products I've tried (mostly pre rolls and cartridges) can be very hit or miss.

I went today and had a wonderful experience! I found my favorite raw garden (I won't say *evil laugh*) and for the hell of it, some indica fuzzies. Great buys, great prices and great customer service

The Grove is becoming my favorite recreational cannabis dispensary in San Diego. These guys know their hash and they keep the best of the best in stock. I usually go there on off hours because the store is rather small and can feel a little crowded in the waiting lobby. The staff keeps a daily printout of their menu that you can look at which is something other shops need to take note of. Every $100 you spend gets you $10 in store credit. Their tax rate is right around 12% which is great compared to the rest of the shops in SD, you can skip most of the taxes if you shop there from 7AM-10AM as there is a 10% early bird discount. The Grove keeps it simple and I think that's what helps keep their prices down. Other shops in San Diego care more about what their store look like rather than what they stock.

Before go inside the store and don't waste my time I asked if the guys have CBD flower and the guy told me "YES, We have a lot of flowers" This place is a "MEDICAL" place and don't have a CBD flower? Ok, maybe the flower coming but the guy in front of store needs to learn more about weed,,, this is not a liquor store when you stop in front and asked if the guys have alcohol. Never coming back. Very disappointed, waste time money on atm and frustrating. Unfortunately I had to put ONE star to post a review because if had an option to don't put any star the spot deserve

We where greeted very nicely by the receptionist and then again from our Budtinder she was supper helpful! I wish I knew her name so I could give her a BIG pat on the back. Never again been going there for 2 years always getting the same but this time employee said that my usual is never been on discount and I told her I buy at least  $200 every week and said that too much to consult some help

Everyone here cares about your wellbeing. No questions unanswered. Good prices. Staff very helpful. Even the guards are cool. They take it to a higher level. Sorry for the pun. Great place.

Went with mom to get something to help with her leg pain after chemo and cancer. Staff is super knowledgeable and kind. They were very patient with newbies who knew nothing. Thanks so much.

After using more than a hundred local dispensaries since Medical Marijuana became legalized.  I can say this the Grove is one of the top dispensaries in La Mesa, east county.  I have had issues with everything from poor quality buds, strains that storefronts claim are one thing when by taste and quality they are definitely NOT THE STRAIN they claim it is.  Getting product that was so piss poor i threw it away, and dispensaries that will never back up their products......NONE of that happens with the Grove.  They back their products.  If what you purchased was not what you thought it was........as long as you do not smoke it all they will do an exchange straight across, don't show up with empty containers saying it wasn't what you thought, they will NOT do that!  Professional Shop excellent customer service.  Very good delivery service, i have never ever had a problem with them at all!!

Very clean and professionally ran establishment! Tenders are very knowledgeable of all their products and what would be best to suite your needs or ailments you may be having. From flowers, vap products, edibles, lotions and balms, they offer it all! Only downfall is that they are pricier than other dispos I have been to. They do offer HH from 7-10am (10% off anything in the store).If I am not mistaken they also are able to renew your medical access at this location.

When visiting The Grove, I strongly suggest  you request Laine  to assist you in all visits to the Grove.  She is an outstanding example of what Good Customer Service is about.  Lanie treats me, a senior citizen, a resident of La Mesa  as if  I am a truly treasured Customer.  She smiles and we even laugh during my visits to The Grove dispensary.  The other women with the long flowing black hair and sparkly masks are surly, argumentative, their treatment borders on Elder Abuse, you get the impression they really do not want to work at the Grove. These women hide behind those sparkly masks and demand that I do things that I can not do because of my senior eyesight.  Management must realize that the customer is always right, and we are important.  Laine, the bud tender is a young woman who should deserves many accolades and promoted to as high of a position as she wants, in the Grove organization, where ever it may be.Thank you Laine for your good service, thank you for performing your task , which is to serve me.  I wish you continued success in life and know you will be an asset at the Grove. I look forward to Laine serving me at The Grove. If she  want to be, Laine you are on your way to becoming a legend in the history of La Mesa, California.

Don't waist your time to be honest. They are over regulated and waist your time for no apparent reason . Don't have good products, some but not a ton. Super inconvenient.

Just a shout out to the man in front of the dispensary.  My daughter took me there today so we could buy some things.  I have bad arthritis in my knees.  We never got in.  He needed to get us med cards, where do you live, and was so rude and loud.  Why would anyone want to make you feel terrible.  I told him the process was ridiculous, he yelled at me whats ridiculous.  Complete jack ass.  Would never go back.  I'm still upset. Great way to run a business.  I hope the owner reads this.  You are no front man and intimidation of two women will not be tolerated today or any day.  We went someplace else to get my meds delivered.

I have tried to give the grove a few different tries. Normally when you talk to a budtender (in general; not in the grove specifically) they're kind, happy to help, they give more info on what you're interested in looking at, or at least try to have some kind of conversation;but apparently that's not how it works here? My first time in the store, once I stepped up to the counter to the next available budtender, I wasn't even greeted or welcomed by her. I said "hello" and she kind of just looked at me and waited for me to order(?). I was interested in looking at some CBD carts and when I asked she proceeded to look at me like I was stupid and slap two carts in front of me; no explanation of anything about the products, just stood there and was just waiting for me to read the boxes I guess. Also, she didn't say this to me, but I guess I was to assume those were the only two available in store? The woman just did not seem to want to be there or want to talk to me. Not really sure what the problem was but I have never felt so unwelcome. Didn't really make me want to spend more money there when there are tons of others with budtenders that are actually nice Lmaoo. Next time I tried to give this place a try, it was basically the same story. When I first came in there was some kind of spokesperson for an edible brand; she was super kind and sweet. i tried "untreated" samples and once I got the counter the budtender was the opposite; she didn't really seem interested, like she wanted to take my order, or talk to me. Just the same unwelcoming feeling as before. Just not interested in spending my money in a place that doesn't seem interested in it, ya know‍? This is California so, there's literally dispos everywhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team. I came in as a first-timer looking for some pain relief and sleep assistance. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the right balm and balance based on my previous experiences. They recommended a great product and the shop was clean, bright, easy to find, and not at all intimidating. This will be my local shop for future use, for sure. Happy to have them in the neighborhood. Note: They do require a prescription based on specific city/local laws, but they help you through the process and have made becoming a member quite painless. Just an FYI if you plan to arrive without one in-hand.

I've been coming to Sean and Cory since the day this place opened they have always had my support and have always been nothing but great. I got a new employee named Celeste.I asked about cbn and the the benefits because my girlfriend is having sleep issues and when I started asking questions she rolled her eyes and scuffed at me I think the attitude came after she heard I'm gay, or if my lack knowledge pissed her but I'll never come back after that.

My husband comes here. The customer service needs some help, they almost seem like you're inconveniencing them for being there. Mostly you have to know what you want or what you're looking for before coming in. It can get crowded and sometimes your talking over other people to let the employee's know what you want. The products are great, and he feels like they work. Only once did he feel like the strain was a little weak but he was able to go back and know he wanted one with more kick. Clean facility and it's super close to the house.

Really good selection they're very professional. And if you know exactly what you're looking for they can help you in-and-out.

Needed a new dispensary so thought I'd give this place a try. Products are great, prices reasonable, friendly customer service and the best part, they give you a discount  if you return. I love  it!! Only one thing I might mention is to be sure everyone has their mask fit over the nose as well.Keep up the great work!!!

Don't forget an OFFICIAL facial mask (surgical mask or N95). They will not let people in without one. After driving 45 minutes to pickup some bud, I was forced to buy their 5$ masks to enter. Tying cloth around your face will not cut it.

I have to say that the customer service in this location is exceptional. A lot of people are looking to cash in the California Green Rush, but you can tell that this establishment truly cares about their patrons. Not everyone uses cannabis for recreational purposes, there are people like my sister who use it for epilepsy. If you are a medical patient and want to be treated like a valued human being and not a dollar sign, come see Sean. He is fantastic.

Two times this week I purchased the highest quality flower by the nicest bud tenders here at $70+ an 1/8 with my military discount. 0n 2 separate occasions this week ( with the help of friendly staff) I purchased the  oldest/ driest weed I've ever purchased at a cannabis store and I've been smoking for almost 30 yrs. I normally say nothing but I expect a certain quality for my hard earned money. I talked to 3 managers kindly about my disappointment... they only had sorries and no solution.  There was a wise security guard listening to the conversation who offered some great advise to me as I walked away. He said I should contact the product manufacturers to voice my complaint. Wow.... Neither the manager or his employees offered any such advise. $70+  An 1/8 with military included. I thought I was trusting in good solid company to do most quality control vetting for me but that too crazy of an expectation. I thought I can expect honest and quality product  and customer service... Nice isn't integrity, do the right thing is. I hope I can find small business that can at least commit to doing the right thing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Came in with a friend and right away I should have known to walk right out. As we walked in, no one greeted us, but we figured to go to the window. The miss at the window didn't even acknowledge us. Then a guy turns around (who was in mid sentence with a customer) and asks if we are new. He said he'll be right with us.  As we waited, Just hearing this gentleman "helping" the customer he was with, gave me another bad taste. He was super rude to the customer her. You can tell she felt very uncomfortable. She kept telling him she didn't know and needed help. He seamen's annoyed, grabbed someone else and told him to help her cause she had a lot of questions. He then comes to us, and asks to see ids. He said we need to get medical licenses. He says they have them and we can get them there. All of this is done in such an unprofessional matter. He doesn't introduce himself. Idk who he is. Doesn't tell us why we needed medical licenses (didn't realize it was a medical dispensary). It was all a hot mess. Just by seeing how this guy treated that poor woman, I'm good. I will not be getting a medical license at your facility nor will I be shopping here.

I had heard positive comments from my kids. I'm 67 with cancer and find cbd + edibles work for me- I can't smoke, the cough is too much for my fraility. Short story- haven't gone yet, due to sick + in bed NUT I had messaging with the Grove very warm, inviting + wanting to help. Something above/beyond. Wanted to take a moment to thank Sean and the rest of the gang at The Grove for making our first dispensary visit such a positive one.  Sean spent a good deal of time with my husband and I talking about the reasons for a visit and then making recommendations based on our needs. The facility is very well set up and organized and I would feel absolutely confident as a woman shopping there alone. Very professional staff. Quality of the ingredients is great too. Great place, great prices, and a variety of quality products. The bud tenders are always friendly and very helpful.

I come here often and spend hundreds of dollars a week and almost always get the same bud tender who is continually condescending and rude and rushes me out the door. He has harassed me about policies that when you look around the shop other people are not following and are not being harassed  about including other employees. One time I came in and he wasn't my bud tender, I came in specifically asking for a certain strain, they only had one left he heard me ask for it and then grabbed it and pushed it on the person he was helping for fifteen minutes while I waited to see if I could get it or not. (Not to mention announcing to the shop "see this guy wants the last one"  he used me as a selling point knowing that I spend hundreds of dollars in here a week on very specific strains.) It's obvious he's going out of his way to be short and rude every time I'm in the store. I've had enough of this guy and will not be coming back. Who ever does the hiring here needs to educate their employees on customer service.

Suffered from chronic knee and back pain for more than a year. 600 to 800 mgs of ibuprofen no longer eased the pain. A few days ago I'd pulled my left hip. I felt it snap and a hot liquid pain shot from the top to my left buttocks down to the heel of my foot. Suffered with pain for more than 24hrs and was walking with a massive limp. The location was super easy to find. The pain and limping was still so bad that I had to walk in using a cane. Joe helped me through the beginning process and fielded my endless questions (having never experienced cannabis before, I had so many concerns). While walking me through the process, Joe listened to my symptoms and made a few recommendations on what to try. Joe even went to the back with me and recapped to Cindy what I needed and what my symptoms were, saving me the frustrations of having to retell my whole situation (we all hate when we have to do that with our medical providers, nurses and doctors, hahaha). I really appreciated his assistance. Cindy took care of helping me choose a product. I had even more questions for her! ...and she went above and beyond; she was informative and helpful with explaining the difference between the products. I decided on the CBD oil to treat my muscle pains. Started with the recommended 25 mg and noticed the affects of it after 15 minutes. Through the first hour my pain lessened and lessened. By the second and third hour, I'd noticed my hip felt completely better. Pain was tolerable. Fourth hour and I'm not only relaxed and feeling chill, but I'm up and walking around without my cane again! Highly recommend the location (plenty of parking), the staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the product worked miracles on my chronic pain! I'm a believer! Will be back to try other products!

I went to this dispensary, that requires a recommend, because the website and the girl I talked to on the phone said that if you're an east county resident your recommend is free. I get there and because I've only been there once before they made me pay for the recommend!  I pointed out that the website did not indicate any stipulations on getting the recommend. I was told that it was a new policy. Most businesses will give you what they have advertised so that you will come back. I'm not sure what kind of business model this is, but I for one will never go back there.

Your bud tender Victoria has bad customer service, I've worked in the bud industry before so I would know how you're suppose to care of your patients and she was point blank rude.

I really love this place. I don't love a lot of dispensaries so it's a big deal. The Grove has got some friendly people working there and they will take care of you. The selection is also good, prices are competitive, and I have only had positive experiences there. This place is a little gem. I hiiighly recommend it :::coughcough:::

Great place if you are looking for quality CBD products at a great price. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and his more then happy to answer any questions you might have. They take their time to explain the difference with each product and do their best to match you with your needs. Walked in today and got a chance to meet the owner West and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about what products his store stocks. Definitely recommend checking this place out. They go above and beyond for their customers.

If you're coming from TX, don't even try. They don't take out of state IDs. The guy at the front was friendly but you could be wanting to pay BILLS and they don't care. Lames.

Excellent place. Lovely products and super loving people that really care about customer satisfaction.  I would never try elsewhere because they carry rRNA quality products. I am a boomer and use the products for arthritis pain.

If there was less than one star this place deserves it.  High prices and poor quality!  Don't waste your time here.  Go somewhere else for a better experience.  Owner is a bigot, likes to argue and apparently work out his stuff with customers.  He tends to blame his staff and clients for his shortcomings and obvious mommy-issues.  Perhaps a course in basic civility and business management will help him.  In any case, he should see someone.  Although I am all for and support small businesses, I predict this place will be gone by end of 2021 if not sooner.

Living in the area I was hoping I found my go to dispensary. The staff here is excellent and very personable. The store is setup nicely and clean. Security is always on the premises and parking was not a problem.I have also visited a few other legal dispensaries in San Diego. I'm searching for my go to dispensary. Would like to see more flower strains at the Grove. Pricing also seems a little high compared to some other legal dispensaries.

I am so confused by the one stars ‍‍‍‍By far my favorite spot to buy good quality dank! The sales/weedoligist behind the counter are always knowledgeable and super helpful when it comes to picking out the right stuff for you! Yea you need a Rec card but they pay for it for you... what's to lose? They have a customer for life

Been coming here since day one! Nothing but excellent customer service from everyone that works there. Staff is knowledgeable and answers any questions I may have...would never go to another shop in SD...hands down the BEST!

A beautiful NEW dispensary ( Medical recommendation required) that looks like an upscale jewelry store.....gleaming interior with glass cases displaying all types of cannabis.They do deliver but try going there....great convenient parking in the small industrial park by Carl Burger Dodge etc. You will be impressed.

Been a customer here for months and I have to say it's the best dispo I've ever been too. All the workers are super friendly and educated on products. Most importantly, they take care of their customers!! Best prices in Sd and S/O my boy Miko for always taking care of me go see him if you stop by!

So one of my buddies asked me to tag along because he was going to try out a new dispo in his area. Upon arrival, it looks like a good, clean place. But that quickly changes once you walk in. For starters, the owner "Sean" is a total jerk. Guy has NO people skills what so ever. He literally rolls his eyes when you have a question. The rest of the staff are ok too. Their bud, mehh, not the best of product but it's ok. A little too overpriced in my opinion. Parking is ok. By the way, the security guard they have in the afternoon is a creep. Looks like shaggy from scooby doo and doesn't even greet when you walk in.

I was in here just this week and can't wait to come back! There's a nice big parking lot and it's an easily accessible store. The wait wasn't long and Victoria was super helpful with the Heavy Hitters. They have flat screens around the store so you can easily see pricing and the deals of the day if they are running any in-store promotions. I will be back very soon!

I'm from out of town and I stopped in and didn't realize that it was a medical dispensary not recreational so when she informed me that I needed one of there medical cards and would charge me another 25 dollars I didn't want to do that so then she ignored me and could care less what I needed I asked a simple question  and she was rude answering me

Being in the industry from another State, The Grove is where I go to get my meds. The moment you step onto the property you are greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. From the front desk to the bud tenders, they all make customer care a priority and not once have I ever felt like "just a customer". The bud tenders are all incredibility knowledgeable and I can get in and out quickly. Its a very personal experience when you use cannabis medicinally, and I appreciate having a dispensary filled with people who treat you with care and compassion.

Dude. These people are awesome. I have been coming here over my regular dispensary lately because of the customer service and the prices aren't bad. I don't feel the pressure to buy and when I have a question, they answer honestly.

The product at this shop are sub par/below average. For a place with such bad quality product you would think the customer service/management would be more helpful. Very unprofessional and care free. So many other better places to go. I'm an advocate of supporting local businesses on yelp and boosting them over the bigger guys, but dont waste your time at this poor establishment.

I love this shop. No matter who helps you, Cindy, Victoria, or Sean, the crew is so friendly and helpful. Today I attended the "Green Friday" event. My Bud-tender Victoria was so very helpful and she's always so patient with me. She helped me figure out the best value { 3.5g of flower (1000mg) for $40!!!! *full stop* Whenever they run a special it's really a GREAT batch of fire at a great price. Their point system is the best value ever especially when I KNOW they will still be there next week/month/year. $100 gets you $10 store credit! If you spend $60 today you accumulate twards your $100. I don't understand why anyone would complain about the tax rate unless they are stuck on illgal dispensaries. I am so grateful for this shop. Thanks for the great events and sales!

My name is Jayven. I've been shopping at this dispensary since July 2019 and it's an okay shop. They have bud tenders that help you and assist you with which strain is best for what conditions (if you're a medical patient).  My diagnosis is depression and anxiety. I use it after work to get me through the hard days because we all have off days when it comes to work. Aside from that, the company "Loudpack" was my go-to in terms of budget. There were times though where I would weigh my product out and there were times that the eighths didn't weigh the approximate amount  as it is advertised. Sometimes I would get 3.1 or 2.8 and I really felt like it was all about them making money and I didn't feel like they really wanted to help me. Yes, they gave me a discount and gave me a free gram and I really appreciate that but I feel like I should still get the amount that I pay for even after the free gram. Today (January 2020), I purchased a 65 dollar eighth from a company called Alien Labs and it was called Moonbow. The weight came out exactly to 3.5 and I was cool with it. Then, I checked the cultivation date and it was cultivated on 8/20/19 and it was pretty old. The taste was not that good and even after the first hit, it tastes like ash. I know some people don't know what the taste of old weed is like but you know when it first enters yours lungs. Overall, I think the Grove is a really nice store but I think personally if you're going to sell product that is 65 dollars plus the La Mesa tax which is like another 5 bucks; it should be fresh and up-to-date if you're only getting 3.5 grams.

First time in my neighborhood medical dispensary and I cannot say enough good things about the guys and girl at The Grove this morning. Not only did they help me renew my prescription, they were very welcoming and inviting and took the time to recommend products to me based on my needs. In the end I left happy and ready to get home and try everything! Definitely will be back ASAP!

This place is the absolute best. I love going here because the people are so nice and personable. The grove has really good deals that I get texted to me a few times a week which is great. I've gone in several times where the owner hooks me up with a great deal. Also they give a 10% student discount! If you need a medical I.D. They offer it for $20 so just get one there it's totally worth it. These guys are the best and now I don't go to anyone else!

I will not go anywhere else. This place is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will help you find exactly what suits your needs and they have great prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Good quality bud and nice friendly staff. They deceive you on taking credit cards though. There is nothing posted warning the transactions run out of the country and you'll likely be liable for foreign transaction fees. My bank tried to put a fraud hold on the card since I didn't alert them I was traveling abroad. Ive never left the country so this practice is pretty deceiving.

Staff was unfriendly and less knowledgeable than I expected. Prices seemed fairly high. Probably won't return.

I used to love this place. They sent out daily texts with a BUNCH of deals they had, which has dwindled down to advertising only a few deals a day. They're one of the few places that won't give a military discount on top of their store wide deals. The selection is outstanding though.

I've been coming here a few years already.  When I discovered this place, it was a hidden little gem.  I loved going and I have sent so many people there.  As time went on,  the quality of employees went down.  The staff is not as knowledgeable as they should.  It's just about getting high.  Not even about the benefits.  Most of them look as if they are high on the job.  Yes, I get it.  It's a dispensary.   But high and not knowing what they are selling is not a good combo.  I have gotten some seriously dry weed from them.  I went in looking for a specific brand and so did a few of my friends.  The same girl kept saying she didn't have it.  Went back a few months and saw it in the glass cabinet and I got it.  It said packed like 6 months ago!! It's like they were hiding it or something.  I think I need to find a new place cause I'm getting old weed.

If I can give this place no stars I would. Today was the first day I came to the Grove and I was excited to come to another dispensary close to home, but this will definitely be the last. SARAH at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, unapproachable, has poor customer service skill and lacks in communication skills. People who need help in these areas should work in the back where they will have minimal interactions with the public as they do not know how to interact with the public and consequently, leaving people not wanting to come back. She gave bad attitude when I approached her, she whispered, didn't speak into the mic and not once did she lift her face off what she was writing to even acknowledge myself or my boyfriend. This one star goes to home girl behind the counter with the pretty green glitter eyeshadow. She was very helpful and nice other than that the Grove needs to work on hiring a friendly, approachable front desk girl. SARAH with the glasses isn't making the cut.

Been here a few times. Front desk and bud tenders are always super nice and helpful. They don't have a super big selection of cbd flower which is understandable I guess since people love high thc. They did have a pre-roll that was high cbd so I was very excited to try it. When I got home I saw that it was PACKAGED IN 2019. It is 2021. It was over a year old. How can you sell something that's over a year old? Only coming here if I'm desperate

The Grove is a feel good establishment. The staff has been friendly & helpful. No complaints at all..just appreciation. Thank you & keep up the great work.

Came here for over 2 years but now I am not going back. I didn't get her name but a dark haired Hispanic women lied about me having points to spend. I didn't buy anything bc I knew she was lying. I come back today and I had 10 bucks off. She lied about my points which is so dumb bc it effects her in now way but now they lost a regular

This place has some days better than others. I've probably visited here 5 to 6 times total.They have have a fairly large selection of everything you could possibly be interested in. Everything is very well displayed and the employees will usually be able to answer it any questions you might have.The only downside is that some days the employees just dick around and take forever. There will be three to four of them in a small group laughing, talking about whatever, even though there's a line outside the door waiting to get in. If they are employees that just got off the clock or are about to start, maybe have them wait in a break room so it's less frustrating to be sitting in the lobby and seeing so many people doing nothing when you just want to pick up and be on your way.Also, every time I've been there's been the same guard and he has this tough guy facade the entire time. I've been to other dispensaries where the guards are very kind + polite and will chat it up with you. The dude I've seen acts like he's guarding the White House and won't give you more than a "hello".

I do not partake in cannabis products, but I have friends who, for a variety of reasons, do.  I was with one such friend last week and she wanted to stop by The Grove to pick up a few things.This was my first time in any dispensary and wow!  Was I impressed.  The security guard let us in when capacity was such that we were allowed.  He was a totally nice guy.I'm not sure what I was expecting from a dispensary, but my first thought was of how clean it was inside and out.  Inside was hospital-like sterile. Outside was landscaped and clean. We checked in with the two young women behind the glass in the lobby area.  They were super nice and helpful too, like the security guard.  When it was our turn we we went into the store.  The girl helping us was as friendly as everybody else we encountered.  She helped my friend with all of her questions.  She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave recommendations.  She advised my friend of specials (buy one get one for $1).  My friend chose her items, we paid and went on our way.My friend was very happy with the quality and variety of products offered.  The Grove has a small parking lot and some parking out front.  We found a spot right in front of the building.The best part is that The Grove is right next door to Bolt Brewing...now that is something that I do partake in!

I got deliveries from here for almost 2 years. The product is a high quality. The delivery service is prompt. The customer service is patient.I got frustrated one time because I got a battery with a charging system I did not know how to use. My frustration came out over text message, and a customer service person responded soon after and was very helpful. I apologized for my frustration. I still feel bad about getting frustrated, but this is a good store with  good products.I recommend.
