They are incredibly kind and attentive. They definitely make you want to come back. They also have great product.

Really friendly service. They have huge gift baskets for new customers. I've never seen that before at a dispensary.

These people are rude and not helpful at all!!! The website has strains that are only available in store. Yet they don't give any information on how to get them. These people clearly do not want to make money, and couldn't care less about customer service. Honestly, I understand why Detroit is fighting so hard to keep dispensaries out. I've been to five so far and they all suck!

the house of Mary Jane is absolutely the place to go on the west side for the medical marijuana experience. If you are a Michigan medical marijuana card holder you should check these people out because they have a great selection. The people who work here are very friendly and always willing to accommodate their patients. I just wish that recreational marijuana will be legal soon so that we can all enjoy the deliciousness to be found up in the house of Mary Jane. Thank you Mary Jane and you know we all love you!!!

Very professional, polite and patient. Keisha knew her stuff, I forgot the other lady name, Tony is definitely good people, and I got a chance to meet Boni. I will definitely be returning!!! They have some of the best exotics and premium shake for budgeters.

I went in this afternoon to get some flower and was treated lovely by the bud tenders, Joyce and Ray! Very professional and amazing customer especially from Ray, she was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. It was also very nice to see Black Women operating this business. Exceptional service couldn’t have been any better!!

So far so great all the people there even security were cool... Mask is not an option you have to have one or they give you one... First visit was a great experience

This place is Awesome! From the moment I walked in, Ray was friendly and super informative and got me in the system quick. Bud tender was super helpful and directed me to some gorgeous buds! There house shake mix is straight ? and pricing is good. The House of Mary Jane lives up to its name!!!

Great prices, good product and very cool staff. Had to take a star off. The girls behind the counter seem to care a little more then the guys. They typically open my protect up so I can see the wax hasn't melted all over and is good. This time I get home to discover my container had a styrofoam seal under the lid and half my wax was stuck to it. I was able to get allot of it removed but after so much the foam started coming apart and I couldn't get anymore. If they showed it to me or just looked themselves I'm sure they wouldn't have sold it to me.
