I love this place and the bud tenders are so friendly. The weed is so good
Bought 3 "select vapes" off of the recommendation from a bud tender. I asked in advance...(I've used platinum primarily) how it would be handled if they leaked oil. They told me as long as it was more than 50% full... They will replace it. I'm literally in the parking lot, and the guy says " we want to replace it, but we will get in trouble, so I can't". My reply was simple, I will do my future business with their competitor right across the street... Green pharm who has fixed this issue many times with platinum vapes. The two stars are because the kid was nice and it's not his fault... Bad business model. I will not longer be a customer to h.o.d. Despite it's usual convenience.
The slowest delivery service ever has been two and a half hours and I still have nothing.... Now 3 hours later they finally show up and I couldn't get anything because I was at a hotel room which they never said nothing to me on the phone or nothing to me on the website about such thing after I made a order for $150 you make me wait 3 hours and then not give me nothing this is the worst place ever....???????
Unfortunately they did not honor the prices listed online and then charged me for an additional item I did not purchase. Extremely disappointed in the overall service at this location. I'll stick to the Eastside HOD or maybe just stay away from the over commercialized product HOD has become...
I don’t like how the prices are always different on every other site for HOD, the menus are always crazy. I wish there was just one strict site to order from like their site etc. not leafly not the others. Also I do not like getting an ounce bagged up in all eights. I prefer it being in one ounce bag. That is my main complaint. Things need to be more organized with the websites and the orders in an ounce bag rather than all eights packaged up.
