i have been a customer for at least 3 yrs. this last time i went they gave sativa cartridges. i am totally pissed. they know i dont like sativa at all and they gave me 3 cartridges! you cant turn them back in. i thought i could trust them to give me what i asked for and wanted, but evidently they just give me whatever the hell they want to. i didnt check my bag because i relied on them to give me what i asked for. i refuse to go back there---whats the point if i cant get what i want and ask for. aaron--u should be ashamed!
I had a horrible experience at the healing tree wellness Center upon entering the center the receptionist was rude she did not give Eye contact she snatched my cards out of my hand. once I got to the back the bud tender had a nasty attitude she asked me for my medical ID card I gave her the card and started to look for my purchase once told her I did not want to purchase any of their flowers because they were overpricedShe told me that she doesn't buy her flowers here either and that the dispensary is gouging prices for the patients at that point I left the dispensary once I got to my vehicle I realized that the bud tender did not return my marijuana ID I went back into the facility the bud tender explain to me that she did not have my ID and that I had to leave the facility because I didn't have a medical marijuana card after I spoke with the security officer he went and got A gentleman by the name of Jake The manager who told me that he checked the cameras after checking the cameras he stated that his bud tender place my card on the counter walked away and another patient step to the counter took my card off the counter and put it in his pocket she accused me of saying that she stole the card when in actuality she did not put the card back in my hand like she was supposed to she try to explain away her wrongdoings she did not want to take responsibility for her neglect and now I am without a medical marijuana card and cannot get my meds thanks to the neglect of this bud tender bitch and the carelessness of this dispensary this place is a complete rip off they do not care about their patients the manager and the bud tender did not have good customer service and the bud tender was a complete bitch!
Always loved healing tree. Been going here for two years and never had a complaint. Staff are always nice and helpful, they give good deals and good first time patient gifts. They do not have a public restroom tho, and sometimes you wait for 10+ mins to go in the shop.
