Love this place! Ive been going there for 2 years now and I always sign my plants over to them for the 50 dollar oz member deal. I just won some free tickets to a CU basketball game through Trill. And the staff is always friendly and they love when I bring my dog in. I love all the employees here. I might try to work here in the future. Always has great bud to select from and great prices!

Will be taking my plants to a different med shop. This place has the worst customer service. Girl in the Cookie Monster beanie that checked me in struggles to do her job. She was the one to check me in and help me out. Told me I used my $50 oz on the jan 2nd, which I I didn't. She was to high to realize the name she checked in wasn't the name she was ringing up. Then proceeded to tell me to calm down. That is where you lost me. Wasn't the fact she couldn't find the box of dabaratus that took the other guy no time today find. It was the fact she told to me to calm down after she told me I had already used my perk for the month. Bummer for the boulder store cause those guys kick ass up there and this shops customer service if far behind.

Trill is a great spot close to central Boulder. I cannot speak for the rec side but the Medical side has great prices and a TON of variety. The concentrates are usually on par with some of the best available in the state and they keep it stocked! With it just being a short walk from my house this is my go to spot if I don't want to drive. Prices are a bit high on some items..

Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a great experience from start to finish, finding some Rec CBD heavy flower for a great price! Thank you Cody and everyone at Trill!

Customer service is on point. The new renovation makes the business look and feel professional and relaxed. All the flower is priced well and great quality. I told them I really like the new recreational store and they seemed genuinely happy about that and gave me a coupon. I love coupons. 5 stars. Without a doubt. I'm now a regular. This place is dope.

$35 blueberry, knowledgable staff and good location.  There are plenty of similar stores ariund this one had a lil more personal service as you had your own service professional assigned to assist you

I really enjoyed myself at Trill. Go there when you need some good good. I love their selection and the knowledge of the bud tenders.

Yummy! Love the gummies here... 1000mg. Also the cartridges are great! Trill is a cool name as well.

Weed is great and the prices are fair. Matt is a knowledgeable and friendly. They always have a decent variety of bud to choose from.

We came here just because it was close to us, and I'm super glad we did! The prices were good, and the staff was incredibly helpful! Alexis answered all of our questions and had recommendations. She was very thorough, kind and patient. I'm very happy we went in!

Rude staff, with lots of  "we're awesome and you're not" attitude.  The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because maybe the hipsters working the counter were having a bad day, like we all do sometimes.  Still, i don't think that's a good reason to be rude, especially to people who want to give you their hard earned money.The second time it happened, I decided to take my business somewhere else.  Permanently.Considering how many other places there are in Boulder to buy medicinal marijuana, some just a few blocks away, I don't see any reason to waste your time at Trill's.Parking is also difficult at their location in downtown Boulder.

Just stopped in from out of town, fantastic service, great prices and the staff was very helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!

By far the best in town. All the bud tenders are truly invested in your health. They know you by name and keep up on all the latest research. A true medical dispensary. If you are in need of a Med dispensary I can not recommend them enough! And now they'll have a recreation facility coming soon.

Been a member for a number of months.  Great benefits and found out they have a birthday one too when I went today.  Purchased a bunch of different things I haven't tried. Alexis is the best!  Took her time to explain everything to me and I had a lot of questions from this now 65 year old.  She did a great job!

BEST PRICES IN BOULDER! Best members only section with extra goodies others don't offer! All employees knowledgeable and super friendly (everyone at any dispensary is friendly lol) all in all.. if you want good prices, variety of selections and knowing your items stay stocked without waiting for reordering check them out!

Best in boulder out of the 5 I have been too .. chilliest bud tender  too his name was colt . They by far have the best prices.. by far and buds just as good as anywhere

Great variety! Ended up buying soda and had a great time. The staff was friendly and very informative. Did not compare prices per se, but the prices did seem reasonable.

Hands down the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. When we walked into the room, I was telling my friends the difference between medical and recreational and when the guy walked in he told me to be "mindful of what I was saying." Uh, ok.  He was super awkward with us the entire time and made it very clear he didn't like us.  They are overpriced and have very few options. Take a pass on this one.

Excellent staff and selection. Very helpful with a first timer.  Lauren, Matt, and Miriam are all knowledgeable and not an ounce of negativity. Highly recommend.

Awesome place. Lots of variety and great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was very clean and organized. I wish there were more flower but plenty of edible options at good prices.

Trill is in a good spot, below one of the best eats/ beers in town, the Mountain Sun, on Pearl St. That's why they can charge non members a high price. Membership helps that out though bringing it to average cost. The help is good, but stressed. Common conversation is how busy the place is. They're hip to the younger crowd. The bho is decent dab material. It leaves a little residue on the nail, or at least the sublime and nycd that I tried did. I got a real healthy price on it though with a trial membership discount card. Come try trill for the trial membership if anything. Shroomy Deez... High price high qual sativa. Try it too.

I give trill 4 stars because damn do they have some DANK! it is incredibly expensive for non members but it's worth it. Staff is awesome, and the selection is crazy! Check it out it's worth seeing for sure

Their flower is DANK. I can leave the store with an $80-90 ounce (recreational!!!!) and know that the flower I'm leaving with is sticky and quality. The staff seems to be extremely well versed/informed and are always helpful and friendly. Trill has never left me disappointed and I will always recommend them!

The manager is horrible rude and aggressive . Everyone else is great. For the guy with the  ponytail "manager" don't be rude to a customer that spends over 500$$ a month in the store. My business will be taken elsewhere. Shame on you if your employees broke policies continuously right in front of you. Don't be a dick.

Huge selection, reasonable prices, great budtenders. They even validate parking which is fantastic considering they're located in DT Boulder. They accept visa cards now but not Chase ones.

My experience with Trill overall has deteriorated dramatically from when I initially signed my plants over two years ago. Long story short- weed has gotten kernel (for over a year)- big nugs without seeds are a novelty. Even having more than 3 strains seems to be asking a lot some months. These guys now have $105 ounces - a change from their previous price of $30 for extended plant count members. How are they notifying their members? Email? Phone call? Text? Nope. I drove 40 minutes to have them let me know "the law change" is the reason they HAVE to charge $105 beginning Sept. 1st. Go somewhere that lets you use their restroom, has weed bigger than pennies, isn't seeded, and cares about their member's commute to pick up their 1 epc ounce since they closed their Denver location. This place no longer has my membership. Only redeing feature; budtenders are good people

Can't say enough good things about this place! Fast, friendly service from the moment I walk down the stairs. LEXY L. was a huge help finding the right items for my pain management & relaxation edibles. Lots of items and fresh flower to choose from.

I was really happy to have found this place in Boulder. It's conveniently located, the staff are super helpful and the selection was nice. I walked out of the door with good quality flowers without breaking the bank. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town. This Cali girl was pleased.

So being that I am new to this type of recreational activity I must say the staff are super helpful and attentive towards your needs. The options are pretty vast. The service is really prompt and friendly. I would recommend anyone and everyone to try this spot out!

Even though it took us forever to find the tiny storefront, we were glad we finally found it. In fact, because we could t find it for several minutes, we arrived with only two minutes before closing. Even though they were about to close, they welcomed us in, showed us around, answered our questions, and encouraged us to come back for some discounts and to see their full spread the next day. Not all places are that friendly when they're trying to close. We went back the next day and had just as good of an experience!

I wasn't sure what to think about an underground dispensary but I was very pleased with my experience here. Everyone I engaged with was very friendly. The bud tender was patient and answered all my questions and filled me in on the day's deals. The next time I'm in Boulder looking for a dispensary I will be returning to Trill.

I always enjoy Trill's wide variety of excellent flower! I'm consistently happy to see one of their friendly and helpful budtenders. Jason, Griffin, Spencer have gotten to know my preferences of flower over the months I've been shopping there. I recommend Trill to all my friends now. They even give 5% loyalty rewards! I have visited Trill Alternatives twice recently. Both times I had a fantastic experience. My bud tenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing products that fit my budget and desires. They have some of the highest quality live rosins, and live resins, that I've seen in Boulder. Their pricing model is simple and easy to understand. They list their prices after tax, so there's no guesswork as a consumer. To top it all off, they offer very nice daily discounts as well as discounts for buying in bulk. Cannot say enough good things about this dispensary.
