I had put in an online order for Milk Chocolate Sativa edibles, but was given dark chocolate instead when I got to the store with no notice that my order had been changed. (According to them, they will swap out items if what you ordered was out of stock. They claim to alert people whenever changes are made and that they go through the entire order when you arrive, but I was given no such warning or treatment.) I came home and opened the package before realizing I had been given something I neither wanted nor could use. When I called to ask if I could get it replaced for what I actually ordered, they said that because it was opened, I could not return and get what I actually ordered. The best they could offer was a 20% discount for me to buy it again. So they made a mistake and then expected me to pay to rectify it. Awful customer service...
I bought some wet weed from them. It was so wet, it wouldn't even burn normally.
I've not had a negative experience here. Their weed is usually good. Bud tenants seem pretty knowledgeable. They try to keep the customer flow 6 ft apart. I'm also a regular here. My only downside is I don't like their parking lol
The cashier's are knowledgeable, fun, eclectic...I love that... And I really love Brandy Wine!! It reminds me of pot from when I was young. Stinky, nice buds, not to compact and not to fluffy. Nice taste and smooth, roll a joint of this and kick back and relax!And best of all they randomly send you texts that give you 20 percent off. Great customer service, and they have a great selection.There's a CBD capsule called Deaper Sleep by Fairwind that really works great. The first time I used it I was so relaxed, and my body doesn't relax well. I can be laying in bed watching TV and I'll realize that I'm a solid inch or two away from the pillows... This stuff makes me melt and become one with the pillow. Life is good
Excellent customer service, always good conversation to be had with the bud tenders of Higher Leaf Mari. in Bellevue. Always looking out and trying to help customers get the best bang for your buck. Responsible as well keep the store as clean as possible. Feel safe and clean when going inside. Excellent self awareness during the pandemic. Good staff and awesome service, can't go wrong!

I've spoken to the owner about the lack of customer service here before. I don't think it's getting through. I feel that there has been little to no training on how to create a welcoming environment for visitors. You don't have to kiss people's asses, just don't be an ass. I'm not sure how a shift supervisor making fun of a customer's name is supposed to build rapport between this business and it's consumers. When I was a bartender I never once carded someone, laughed out loud, then made jokes about their name in front of them. The only people I joked with in that manner were people I knew personally, not someone I had never spoken to. If Brett is really your shift supervisor you should look into swapping his role. Ignorant and unprofessional to say the least. I'll vote with my money and my feet.
I had been going to this dispo since it was the closest to my house, however still a 35 min drive. Other dispos have given updated hours due to everything going on, everyone is stressed so naturally we want to smoke, but since there were no updated hours I called in. First person who answered had no idea when they were closing and said they couldn't guarantee anything, that the manager wasn't communicating, and said to call back and check. Since I still had some work to do before pick up, I was a little put out but thought I might as well ask again later. The woman who answered the phone next was very rude: gave me clippy attitude and was acting like I was inconveniencing her because I wanted to know if they'd still be open by the time I drove there. Flippantly blew me off with frustration apparent even though we'd been on the phone a minute max. I don't think I'll go here again, prices are better/comparable at green theory just over the hill. I've made a habit of tipping my bud tender and can't justify tipping people who treated me like human trash just because I wanted to know when they closed. Even typing this out pissed me off again, I gotta go smoke a joint.
Best dispensary I've ever visited, and I have been to many. Great selection of product at good prices. Wonderful customer service, very kind staff. This is my new go-to store!
My experience was so bad, I literally had to download yelp and create an account just to write this review so I can warn some of the potential customers. Employee wise, this had to be one of the worst dispensaries I've been too. A couple of weeks ago I went to check out this dispo since a buddy of mine knew one of the original owners and recommended it. I walked inside and immediately went to look at some of the products. A "security dude" came up from behind me and asked to see my ID which was of course reasonable, and then Informed me that I should've waited at the front entrance. I realized it was my mistake for not waiting at the entrance, and this was my second time ever going to a dispensary, so I apologized and said "I'm sorry, it's my first time coming here".... that's when my bad experience started . The security guard (This sorta tall white kid with glasses and dreads) then Proceeds to tell me "no it's not I've seen you here before" so I proceeded to tell him that it actually was my first time here. From there on out, I could see a childish rage building in his facial expression and demeanor and proceeded to go back and fourth with me about whether or not I've been there before. You can imagine my intimidation since this was my second time ever going to a dispo, and my first time ever coming to this location. The dude then decided to pester me constantly throughout the rest of the experience, micromanaging me and refusing to answer some of my questions. Honestly, I figured he was having a bad day so I didn't go too into it, but it was a terrible experience nonetheless. Don't go here if u want some white dude with catnip and bellybutton lint dreads to accuse you of something totally random. The cashier was nice however and could see my frustration, I think he had purple died hair - props to that guy, he was the only reason I didn't go straight to one of owners.
I bought candies. Week later I realized that candies was expired. So I lost my time to come back and return it.
By far one of the best dispensaries in the Seattle/Bellevue area has punchcard get 20% off after your fourth purchase. Selection is great staff is good no complaints. I have strands I'm not able to find any other location. Looking for a solid dispensary this is one
It's my favorite store close and convenient better prices than the store across the street from my house employees always seem friendly love the 20% discount on the fourth visit and most importantly the AC works in the building
As a proud stoner aficionado, I'm really happy to see HL still thriving and continuing to get better with each passing year. I started coming here when they first opened, since they are my local neighborhood pot shop, and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is truly amazing: incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I go in, they always have new stuff and great prices -- plus, they let me bring my pooch inside to greet everyone! Make sure you order online if you know what you want, or hey, stick around and chat with all the rad budtenders about whatever your stoner brain craves. Then you can hit up 7-11 or McDonalds or whatever, because y'know... m u n c h i e s. I'm basically a pre-roll guy at this point, so I always go for the large jars, which aren't always available at other spots. Sign up for their Frequent Higher rewards program, too, because you'll be surprised how fast & often discounts come--which means, more $$$ for snacks, obviously. Love you Higher Leaf!
It was all about the service! The manager and her staff were great at helping me pick the right product and delivery for pain after a bad fall.I'd visited previously, with no real impression. Then when I went on a mission to deal with injury, their service mindset was a cut above. Wish they were closer.
I have only good things to say about higher leaf bellevue. Julie is always fun, friendly and knowledgable. I always love coming here. Other people rock too but I don't know their names.
This place is awesome. It is by far my first and only option. The entire staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and overall great. Out of all the great emplpyees, Julie stands out. She always takes the time to make sure I walk out satisfied with my purchase. All of her recommendations are very much appreciated. I particularly like how she uses a tiny flash light to give me a better look at the product. Keep up the great work. Cheers.
I absolutely looooove this place!!!! They're all super knowledgeable behind the counter and really just want to make your day brighter! Ive never been in and not left feeling so super happy! Any budtneder I talk to is so chill but I ask for the guy in the Jaguars hat each time I go - just such an all-around caring vibe at this place!
I usually smoke, but wanted to try edibles for the first time. Knowing I'd have a few questions, I went in when they had just opened to ensure it wasn't busy. I was the only person in the store, but the staff acted like I was wasting their time--they were rude and unhelpful. The woman helping me was clearly annoyed with my questions (she also had a hard time answering basic questions) and the dude working with her was super condescending. I ended up buying a hybrid joint, only to get home to find she sent me home with sativa. Coming from Colorado, I'm used to dispensary staff being knowledgeable, cool, and asking basic questions so they can make recommendations. This experience was the total opposite. What a bummer.Next time I'll head to Dockside.
Machines can be slow at times, with technicalities. Happened twice for my visits out of around 10?I switched to a new number, and the first time the staff mentioned they would enter my old number and port it over to the new one. This doesn't appear to have been done as I was asked this each time I came into the store, about 4 times now, with no changes to my number to reflect my new one. Other than that, it's in a pretty decent location. Not too many selections like hash or moon rocks or special concentrates.
Please add a higher leaf location to Issaquah! I appreciate your customer service and ability to online order and have it ready when I arrive. Fast and efficient. I love the frequent flyer club! Lines are clearly marked in the sidewalks which I have noticed outdoor customers were disregarding. Staff inside remind customers to social distance. Thank you. One large concern, all staff did not wear masks. Not safe. Masks should be required as well as gloves . I saw one employee fully protected with mask and gloves. That should be the standard.There was a time I would have said a pot shop is not an essential business, however, I have severe arthritis and have had good relief of pain with CBD/THC tinctures and I am grateful.

I love higher leaf bellevue. I appreciate the Thursday sale and the every 4 visit discount program. All the budtenders are professional, friendly and patient. I like the selection & I always leave happy.
Poor selections! The service is really bad the employees are not knowledgeable. I bought some pot it had mold in it . Employees very young management could screw up a wet dream. This use to be a great place but owners Sold . Run fast like your in the olympics
First of all, this store has great prices and an awesome rewards system. I come here all the time and the prices are constant. I did knock off a star because I often see staff wearing their masks under their nose or the kind of mask that's like a bandana and is just open on the bottom. During a deadly pandemic, this is completely unacceptable and makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable as a consumer. I hope that the bosses are aware of this and change this rule soon. I also hope that the bosses here are letting their staff stay home if they're feeling ANY kind of Covid symptoms-I've heard otherwise and that is definitely worrisome. I've started wearing more heavy duty masks in here for these reasons.But overall, good prices and really nice employees.
