I swung by for the first time the other day and had a great experience. The shop and bud tenders were super top notch and were very knowledgeable of their products! Adam was extremely helpful in explaining the different products and their different effects based off of my needs! And his recommendation of Aurum Farms products was on point and an eye opener! Overall they deserve the 5 stars!

This store has become a go-to ever since they moved to their current location. Huge improvement IMO! Great selection, and the guys know all there is to know about their products. If not sure what to get Nate and Uwila will steer you in the right direction. And they almost always have specials!! Overall awesome experience every time. Keep up the good work guys!

Easy ordering over the phone--went in and they had everything ready for me.  Other customers had questions and the staff seemed really knowledgeable and helpful.  They have a discount/reward program, which really helps.

Totally amazing place with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and oh-so-helpful staff!  And the prices are more than competitive and the product range is extraordinary for a store of this size.  (NOTE - I see someone complained about one of the employees, Topher, but I must say my interactions with him have been SO positive - as well as my interactions with every employee so far

They are super helpful and knowledgeable.   Everyone who has waited on me has been great and offered suggestions about cbd ratios, strains, etc to help find what works.   Oh and they are on average, in my experience, 30% cheaper than the other stores in the area.   CBD is not cheap so it's very helpful and just a no-brainer to buy the same product for less.   If you've never tried a CBD product and have trouble sleeping, chronic pain or anxiety it's worth a try and this is the place to go.  Everyone who has helped me has been great but big shout out to Christian 1.0 and 2.0 is good too.  :)

I'm in town for the night waiting for a little surgery during February 2019 snowstorm this store was open and I'm so happy they were , great choices the young lady working was very knowledgeable,  I'm old school so I know,,,, anyway A+++++ highest  , when in Bellevue again we will stop

Very friendly and helpful staff here, and by far the best deals and quality brands available in Bellevue. As a regular customer, I always am greeted with a warm welcome anytime of day, and am in and out in a matter of 2 minutes!

Great experience with Marisa. I came in looking for CBD oil based product for a chronic pain syndrome and she was able to make great recommendations and get me in/out quickly. Great location with plenty of parking unlike chaos of many other shops.

I love them! I have had migraines for 10+ years. I'm super sensitive to THC and was nervous coming in here because I lack the knowledge and coolness for this place lol. I was hoping to find a CBD product that could help with me pain. Right off the bat everyone is just so sweet, helpful, and not condescending at all. I told them I needed HIGH CBD LOW THC products and they have taken care of me ever since, giving me awesome recommendations for my pain relief. Lisa is a doll and I'm always happy to see her face there. She made sure to have someone call me when the CBD pre rolls came in, (they are amazing, so i'm sure that is the reason they were out for so long) The candor is awesome, prices are great, and the service is excellent. I have been to other dispensaries and the demeanor right when you walk in - is just off. But here, they have the perfect balance of being secure and welcoming all at once. Thanks for taking care of me and my migraines :)

Great quality product and a solid price! I'll swing by here when I'm on this side of town and they take good care of me, only reason they aren't receiving a 5 is because they give no industry discount at all! Only if you work with them specifically as a vendor and that's ridiculous and bias but besides that good customer service and solid smoke

These people are AWESOME! Christian is the best guy to go to, but everyone else is great as well. Every time I go here they are very helpful and always willing to help me find what I want and offer similar or better products if they do not have what I want. They have the best selection out on the east side no doubt as well as some of the best prices. You can't beat the EXCELLENT customer service and definitely worth the 20 minute drive!

Fantastic staff. Treated me like I was an important customer even though all i bought was $50 and it was all at deep discounts.  I am impressed by a weed store that matches prices.While I am 50 years old I am very new to this medical Marijuana thing. I had a ton of questions that I asked at this location and at a competitor. I felt that my small amount of business was most appreciated at this Green- Theory Store. They answered my questions honestly and told me where to find answers that they couldn't give. I even asked things about growing the cannabis myself and was not shut down on the idea, but rather given online sites that might answer my questions in detail.

Was a customer at the Bellevue location for years until they were forced to move, averaging at about 35$ a day when the math is done.My issue here is the fact that they got rid of all loyalty rewards and the 50+ dollars I had saved up. Now I wouldn't normally be so "butt-hurt", except that on the last couple days of closing I asked, and was then told by an employee that I wouldn't have to worry about spending my 50+ reward  dollars that day as they would be transferring rewards to the new location.Its been months and after calling a few times and hearing random excuses its starting to feel that they decided to cut the loyalty program in order to save themselves a bunch of money.So due to that, I can't continue to support a business that treats its loyal customers by lying to their faces.I have since started shopping at Novel Tree and they provide a loyalty service.

Love this place. Off the beaten path and not tragically chic, which means parking is easy and the place isn't jammed with hipsters. It's clean, attractive -- and that's just the budtenders! Seriously though, it's a comfortable, friendly, knowledgeable store with a great menu and nice deals. I feel valued as a medical patient who doesn't care too much about the scene.

Complaint about Topher the Manager.First off Green Theory is my go to spot and I spend a lot of money there. Never had a problem with any of the employees ever and they have always been understanding if I ever have any feedback about a product. I brought it 3 carts from constellation cannabis because they are all about a quarter full still and are burning when I hit them and taste bad, I merely was trying to give feedback and Topher brings me outside to look at them but doesn't even open the containers and just say yeah buddy they're empty thats why they taste like that. Felt disrespected as I don't smoke solvent products and do know what I am talking about when it comes to these carts/ products. Any other time I have talked with someone about this problem they have gladly taken it back and swapped it out or offered a discount, not sure how this guys a manager...

I really love this particular shop. I don't like the parent company that owns GTSP, GTF, Trees and Belmar, because I don't agree with how the other shops are being ran....but this particular location in Spring District stands out from all the rest....They price match and allow you to earn points on any items purchased, including items that are being price matched....that means you can get the guaranteed best price in the county, while also earning points towards a future discount....it's literally the cheapest way to pick up some retail Mary Jane....staff here are knowledgable and very friendly. Tall white guy with the glasses is a model budtender in my books. He always has been, even when he was at the original GT shop in downtown before it was split in two. Promote that guy.

When it opened up this location used to be an easy 5 star contender with great products, consistent selection and grower days.   Then the new user unfriendly points system was adopted and I won't be back.  No longer can the Spring District store access your points according to sales lady, as it is now only avaiolable on your phone (WTF, I do NOT want a trace on my purchases on my phone!) Forcing this on consumers is intrusive and rude. OK, I'll give in and do this once, so we proceed to try to get the TXT msg Opt In from GT website, no luck.  Try it another way from the phone number phone Opt In TXT but no success(425.657-5617 JOIN ELITE).  I got stiffed on my wasted time, left after buying nothing and went right around the corner to Novel Tree and bought an OZ.  No hassle as the Novel Tree makes it so easy to buy and keep track of points without intruding on the privacy of my cell phone.2 days later I went to the Factoria Green Theory, they EASILY accessed my 4883 points, used them up and vowed not to return until this archaic points hassle is over.   Turning us into marketing 'bots is bad enough, making it horribly cumbersome gets you blacklisted by buyer.  Thank you for the past, it was wonderful but, Good Bye

Don't go here just went in here ask for two packs of a certain flavor edible,  girl at the front gives me the totally different flavors .... went home without thinking that it was a different flavor opened the package and ate one not realizing  she given me the wrong flavor .... call the store talk to this guy completely rude tells me I should've checked the package before I eaten it and is willing to give me 20% off the next package .... if the girl had paid the f attention than this would've never happened but the guy decides to blame it on me .... well won't be going here anymore thanks for the crap customer service  .... new staff is crap

Great selection and reasonable prices.  I just need CBD tincture, so I do not visit them often, but when I do staff is helpful and understanding of  my needs.Been to other marijuana places.  Green-Theory appears to be the most helpful.

I enjoy going to the BelRed green theory store. It feels open not cluttered. The staff are accustomed to masks and wear them well!  I have high praise for your buddistas they've been kind and attentive to my needs. I particularly appreciate Ari a young hip spirit who seems to enjoy being and also enjoys her work. She's informed and has helped after surgery and dealing with pain or back issues in finding a strain that will bring comfort and ease. Thanks all of you!!

I have been to every single store in the seattle area, the only thing that makes this store better than the second best (the factoria greentheory) is how seriously amazing the staff is. Selection and prices are great, but really the people who work there are just so darn helpful and friendly. Hope y'all read this cause you rock!

I did an online order. When I came in, I wanted to see about their CBD tincture options. Trevor helped me out and he was very informative and courteous. I very rarely write reviews, but his service was good enough that I felt compelled to. Great place to shop.

Before Covid this place was perfect. Staff,website, awesome. But with the 4 person max cap it makes it suck. Groups of 3 let in one buys while people just stand and chat while the rest of us stand out in the cold. The online ordering is amazing but loses that quickly. Could move alot more customers in and out quicker if there was sombody at the door regulating that. The online ordering would make alot more sense aswell. That aside they do have amazing prices and deals all the time on some really good brands.

Every time I come here everyone is so polite and they give you your space to browse around. Definitely my favorite shop to come to in Bellevue and I love the selections of 2727 they offer.
