I'm glad I can be the 2nd review.. so I warm people from wasting time and money. First off saying the flower is DRY is an understatement. Ritz crackers have more density than the various flower I bought. The flower doesn't even smell like flower.. it smells AND tastes like that spice shit that was banned. An inscent stick... GARBAGE. The prices are GARBAGE. Especially for the quality. Maybe if they spent more time on the product and not the visual aesthetics this place wouldn't be half bad. Don't ask for a recommendation as none of these fools know a damn thing about herb... clearly as the flower I bought came recommended. I swear I will NEVER go back to this place as I'm not really sure I actually bought marijuana from the place. Highly disappointing and I hope no one makes the same mistake. Here's a positive note. Green theory is not too far and they have never steered me wrong. GO THERE. They have another in Factoria if you're willing to make the drive and you will not be disappointed.

Needed to go to the dispensary because I had unbearable knee pain. When I came in the security made me go out to repark my car because I was apparently parked in an employee spot. It is dark outside and when driving in you can't see any signs of where to park except if you're standing directly in front of the store. I came there at 8:30pm and they close at 11pm, I'm not going to spend the whole day there, just picking up what I need and leaving. An employee is not likely going to need a spot in the 5-10 min that I am in, especially at that time and there were other open employee spots as well. The security was beyond rude and for someone like me who is in unbearable pain, reparking my car further is not realistic. Will not be returning.

This place was so good to me and knew just what I needed. After a long day of feeling unappreciated I came here and the staff treated me like a queen and were so knowledgeable of all the products. Such a quality business and so happy they are close to my home  thanks evergreen market for making my day and continuing to be awesome.

I really like the changes in this store since they changed ownership from Belmar. Their customer service is spot on and the person that assisted me was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused.  The store has a more relaxed feel to it now. The only negatives are that their online menu is never current, so this makes it almost impossible to order online which defeats the whole idea having a menu in first place. (I prefer to order online and come get it.) Also, instead of having the registers in the back of the store why not put registers at stations or sections . The budtender can't finish their transaction and has to hand it off. The process right now adds a tremendous amount of unnecessary wait time and I go during the off times so I can only imagine what it's like during peek hours. Just have the person at the station re-examine ID's if that is the concern. All in all great improvements.  But sadly not being able to accurately know what they have and be able to order online is a deal breaker for me. If that changes I could certainly see this becoming my go to location.

Ask the lady on the floor for two .5 joints in the tube gives me 2 one gram joints .... Was super clear on two .5 grams ..... this is the second time they messed up my order won't be back

On Sept 16 I was sold a cartridge by Pearl Extracts in Grape Marmalade flavor. I asked for a live resin and was encouraged to try this brand that is new to the store. I don't use a vape pen every day and when I began to use it several days later it was having difficulty with the pull. It seemed clogged but would resolve itself during the duration. The next day, the same thing happened. The pull was clogged, then strained. Not only that, but the extract made me gag. I could not stop coughing, eventually gagging, even taking the smallest of the strained hits. I had hoped the cartridge would resolve itself as I have only experienced the gagging response with a cartridge once and have purchased many. I never returned a cartridge but when I finally decided I had enough of this pen, I discovered I was 3 days past the 7 day period to bring it back. No exceptions, I called them. I have 2/3 if not 3/4 of the cartridge left. One week is not necessarily enough time to coordinate a $50 return when it is in person and happen to be working full time with a family and some exceptions should be made, after all this is a retail establishment and Evergreen should want to keep my business. That is what customer service is truly about. Keeping my business and making exceptions to the return policy occasionally when facts show a bum product.  I have worked in customer service for decades and know that rules can be bent in a retail setting and a managers approval. Liquor stores and restaurants allow a return if the taste is really bad so why not cannabis?

5 stars +Gorgeous facility. Hands down the nicest I've seen ever! Wonderful product arrangement and assortment. I love the personalized one on one service as well as the rewards program that's offered here. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. This is definitely my shop of choice.

I still feel like they're trying to downplay the entire situation as if it was anything short of harassment, and in legal terms assault. On my last visit, the female budtender a woman I do not know, felt that it was ok to tell me she was liking the way my hair looks on me. I have hair that is down to my chest. Then she reaches her hand out at my head, runs her hands through my hair and grabs and pulls on my hair multiple times. I never asked her to touch me or pull on my hair. I'm not a dog, do not pet my head and treat me like one. The store manager as well as director of operations are still trying to downplay the situation even though they reviewed the cameras and saw that she clearly grabbed at my head, ran her hand through my hair and was pulling on it. They're trying to make it seem like she barely touched me and only 'got in your personal space.' When I explained to the store manager how I WAS violated by their employee, she writes me back and tells me that she was sorry that I 'felt violated' and that it was just an 'inconvenience.' The store manager also tells me that the employee is just a 'kind' person, as if I were overreacting. Sorry, what she did to me was disrespectful, not kind. Imagine if a male employee had done this to a female customer? It would be nothing short of harassment. I do not know this woman. Pulling on my hair and running her hands through my head multiple times is more derogatory than patting somebody's head. I am a paying customer. This is supposed to be a place of business. The employee happened to be a black woman. I told the store manager that out of all ppl, the employee should be more sensitive about random strangers grabbing at somebody's hair and how that is incredibly demeaning since black women have this type of harassment happen to them often. The manager says 'her race has nothing to do with it.' They clearly don't get it. Now they're offering me a 20% discount on my next purchase as if I should spend more money with these low lives. Take that 20% and shove it. I've included one of the emails from the store manager. I got her email from her responses to other reviews on this page. I don't see it necessary to blur out any of her email since she has included her contact in other responses with other reviews on here.

hard to compare it to something.. uncrowded, lots of parking and big discounts off product.   I wish they would ship and take cc's.. but there's that law thingy..  I'm not what other criteria I could be using

This is the 4th time I have been to this location and the staff are overly aggressive and rude. It seems everyone is the  manager. There are 4 people that just needs a customer service training. I know it is just Mary Jane. But being rude isn't the thing to do. It only takes a little bit of your time to be nice. Ignoring customers isn't respectful. I guess my love for TEM has just died. I will not be visiting anymore it just not giving me what it use too give which was the  Grade A+ experience. Too many times 4th.. I have went to this particular store and there is a rude budtender.  rushing the sale is not great eitha. There are some that know what they want. Let's do better.. Novel Tree it is for me.

Well, don't even bother, I walk in, get cash, lady ignores me, helps next person that come in and then another person comes in and they help them. I go over to a lady and she says we will be with you soon, but I had already been 15 minutes,Will never go again and will make sure friends do not as well.

Never had a bad experience here. I avoided this place for a while because of the reviews. Turns out the reviewers are a bunch of entitled whiners complaining about having to follow the rules of a newly legal industry. Shopping here feels the same as shopping at any other pot shop, no complaints.

As long as I have been going to this store all of the staff have been 100% friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, safe and clean. I see people complaining about being made to leave the store because of an expired i.d., complaining because they checked 5 dollar bills, complaining because they where asked to check there backpack. I say this to those people: lose your attitude and and remember where you are and what you are doing which to say is you are in a business that sells a legalized and previously criminally scheduled substance and that because of this rules and regulations must be vigorously observed. When in Rome!

I had a great experience here. I came in after placing an online order but wanted to browse around a bit. The bud tender told me to take a look at the stock and explained where everything was. He checked in and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He was super knowledgeable and explained a lot of stuff to me. He showed me a few products that he thought would help me pain and anxiety wise. The patch he recommended has helped both my mom and i with our chronic pain. The pricing isn’t too bad either. I live way down in Graham but will be traveling to the auburn location in hopes it’s just as good.
