Great product and great service.  Best product in the state!  Knowledge of the products they sell and take the time to help patients with the proper selection.  Assortment of bud and edibles is extensive.

This place is top 3 in 505. Great ownership, friendly staff, 5star product (try the moon rocks) and knowledgeable staff. Good deals as well... Hurry up and get there

I've been to Urban Wellness twice.  I have yet to purchase anything.  From what I can tell, they have a good variety of products, but in comparing prices to other dispensaries, Urban Wellness is somewhat more pricey.  Also, they either only accept cash, or they charge an additional fee if you want to use a debit card. Higher price, plus an additional fee, that pretty much makes me very unlikely to be a customer.

I actually went there for my first time on 4/20.  So the service was great, but the line was 35 deep at least and I did not get to really spend any time there.  From what I did get to see, this little place has the average fair; flower, edibles, concentrates.  I will definitely write more for them after my next stop in :-)

Super steep prices for mediocre flower if they didn't try to charge so high the patients would actually get high lol

Love this place!  Highly recommend it! The staff knows their stuff and are super knowledgeable.

I always have great interactions with the employees at this location. They make sure you're taken care of and answer any questions you have while maintaining a great customer service. Thank you Tony, also the manager there is great! That being said, dont ask for Adrian, hes the only one who ever gives people a hassle for everything.

I bought a chocolate bomb from here that I asked if it had nuts. The budtender exclaimed "no". I went to the car, left, busted that bad boy open and guess what I found? Not just chopped up nuts, but whole.  Ass. Nuts.  I called them, and of course they argued with me, I went there, and they STILL argued with me. They tried blaming me for automatically not assuming NOTHING had nuts. Even after asking, confirmation, double checkulization. Their flower is horrible also. Go somewhere else like Sandia Or Sacred Garden or Even Verdes!(I should probably add that I'm deathly allergic to nuts. And that they didn't seem concerned at all. Overall, fun time. )

Normally my go to spot but after last night I will never go back the manager the female one at night is beyond unprofessional she refused to show us the wax so we could pick the correct consistency now mind you they show us the wax with no issue every other time. After selling us the wrong one we attempt to get a refund which she refuses until we persist. Then shorts us 5$ I spend easily 200$ a week at this location but I won't ever again

I just received my card for the first time and received a recommendation for this place. Alicia was my attendant and guided me to certain buds and edibles based on my needs. She did so with a friendliness and professionalism that seems rare today in customer service. Can't really comment on quality yet but prices seemed on par with other establishments and I was given a 20% discount on my first purchase with Veteran discounts for the future. I would revisit. Good vibe.

Its gotta be the best. Right? Wrong ! My card was stolen and I told them myposotion, they would not even let me do a 1 time thing until I get me another card.sbs.

Hands down the best dispensary in Albuquerque. Top availability of wax in town. Everyone here is amazing and super helpful. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Aaron has been so amazing every time I work with him! I end up leaving learning so much more about medicine, and their inventory is vast and various! Hosts are friendly. Can’t complain one bit!
