I live in the area and have always came here. The past few months I feel it's changed. Was under the impression they use to have a fund where you could donate to help others who can't afford their meds, get them. Today my partner whose a 100% disabled Vet, his card was declined. I understand, he couldn't afford his medicine. So why am I going in, leaving extra cash to help those, who can't afford it, when come to find out, the ones that need it, do not get the benefit and the help? Staff has always been friendly and are knowledgeable but I want to know where this patient fund is going too. Couldn't even get the poor man the cheapest thing to calm his PTSD. Vets get fucked from all sides. Also I got some chip to walk in and my partner didn't so now other dispensaries are always curious to why I have some chip reader.
This is one of my top 3 dispensaries I frequent since getting my card. The selection is always top notch and they have a wide array of products to choose from. The strain specific "Chill Pills" are amazing and have made life much easier to bear. I highly recommend Seven Clover and can't say enough nice things about the environment, people, and product.
Extremely knowledgeable staff - from how each flower is grown to it's potency, to what ailments each strand specifically treats, these guys know what they're talking about! Super friendly and always willing to help so don't be afraid to ask questions!
After visiting Seven Clover's booth at the Hemp Fest, I finally made it down to register as a new patient. The dispensary is really pretty inside and the employees were very kind and welcoming.Unfortunately, I can tell they've been hit hard by all the ART construction in Nob Hill. They were out of most of their flower varieties so I didn't really have a lot to pick from. However, they do offer a free gram for new patients. They also accept credit cards with a $2 convenienince fee. I'll have to check back when they have more product in stock, but it was a nice enough experience that I actually won't mind coming back again.
The quality of the sale bud is shit sorry not sorry. Probably won't be returning I tried 3 times for it to work but all 3 times I got shit bud.
I recently called them and they were SUPER NICE!!! I wish I got the guys name but he actually seemed to care AND THATS A BIG MF DEAL.
This was of my favorite dispensaries since it was close to me and had good sales. I just went and was denied my medicine due to my hyphenated name not matching my driver's License, despite that one half of my name was there and provided a voided license with my hyphenated name as well as both IDs having my picture on them. This was the first time I had ever been denied and the Bud tender mentioned that this was a "new" thing. I do not see such a thing on the NMDOH website regarding this matter. Due to this experience I'm most likely to not return considering I had been a customer with this dispensary since the Fall of 2019 and had no problems in the past.
I really didn't wanna leave a bad review since I used to love this shop. Over the last 6 months the quality has gone away. They must be having major crop problems. Now they bait and switch you and you walk out with dry puny preemie buds that have little to no thc. The last few times I returned the bud. It looked so crappy they couldn't even try and deny it so they allowed the returns. The other day I fell for one of the sales in my email and thought I'd give em another chance. Big mistake, got even worse garbage than ever and of course they were out of the sale bud so it was one of the top shelf strains. Looked and smelled like hay. I smoked a whole gram and felt nothing. It was the gold label thc bomb lol yeah right. But the employees are laid back that's why I put 2 stars instead of 1.
"Rope-a-Dope"- a turn of phrase used to take advantage of someone. I made an order online. I made exact change since cannabis is a CASH ONLY industry. I showed up at my exact scheduled pick-up. Yet the sell was not what was pushed online. When selling online, if products are not eligible for discounts they should SAY that. To rope someone into buying a product, driving to your location, using CASH ONLY so they get EXACT CASH, and then saying "we won't honor the price online, or your veterans discount because ...." is the epitome of roping folks in and not upholding their medication in "good faith." Meaning, Seven Clover is scamming veterans. As a veteran- I know other veterans take this behavior and will apply it to how they shop, where they shop, and it will guide non-veterans with the knowledge of how a company treats veterans. The kicker is that when asking for a "manager" the curbside dude refused to get one and said "this is just how it is, it's an item that probably should be fixed online but this is how it is." So, basically, I ended up getting one less because they increased the price AT PICKUP, and being exact cash, the "good faith" price was not upheld. That is poor customer service. A company acting in "bad faith" not upholding their contractual agreements with the consumer, and at the end of the day, ripping veterans off.Take your money somewhere else, veterans.
Seven Clover has really stepped up their MMJ game lately! I don't know what it is but their specials are great and regular now. Their bud has been great quality for really good prices and I'm seriously loving it. They have a fantastic reward system that you can use to redeem points for anything from rolling papers and butane to artisan glass! The thing highest on my wishlist right now is their 500mg brownie mix for just $50! I'm really thinking I need to have that in my life! They have some of the best edibles in town so I know it has to be awesome! They also get points from me for the best inside decor. It reminds me of the fancy dispensaries we've seen in Seattle and California! Love it!
They hire people who can’t count and lie about prices then treat you like you’re stupid. They were misrepresenting prices saying things were $13 cheaper than they actually were. Won’t ever be going back. They have never honored my points. They’re awful. I know Nob Hill businesses hire a lot of privileged college kids who can’t count but this really takes the cake. They charge way too much for product that really isn’t worth it, let alone putting up with people like that. They won’t be seeing me anymore.
Great experience. Knowledgeable staff for sure
Overpriced. Customer service was decent although kinda uptight. I probably wouldn't refer anyone but they have potential to be better.
Came for the affordable medicine & stayed for the rewards program & friendly staff. I've never had any trouble getting what I need & everyone greets me with a smile and has treated me politely through & through. Easy place on Central nearby an ART and 66 to stop by & they usually have some sweet discounts happening! ?
For the most part the workers are pretty good. Zoe is awesome John is awesome Vince is awesome Rachel's OK Angela's OK. But there are. But there are some that definitely need to learn what customer Service is. I will say that out of all the dispensary choices I have... I still choose 7 clover.
