I couldn't really see the sample flowers, they are in a very small jar with very little in them. Customer service is extremely poor.

Sandia Botanicals has really great products and very nice staff. I've started coming here more often than I used to, because the tinctures they sell are awesome ! Definitely check out their high CBD Dragon tincture.The dispensary is a little tricky to get to, they're tucked away in sort of an industrial park so it's easy to turn into the wrong driveway and get lost in no-mans land, but their signage has improved recently. They have a secure entrance that you have to be buzzed in through, but given the crime rates in our dear city, it seems responsible for them to keep their employees as safe as possible.The budtenders all seem very sweet and talkative. They also have a lot of personal recommendations, which is always helpful when trying to find the best product.They take credit cards, which always makes shopping less stressful. Make sure you sign up for their email list to receive their weekly specials.

I really like this dispensary. It's kind of out of the way, and farther away from me, but they have some really good quality strains, a lot of them you don't find any place else in town. The big pain about buying from Sandia Botanicals though, is that if you don't have cash you get hit for like a $3.25 up charge to use a card. this means that any great deal you might be getting from them is pretty much wiped out by the extra cost. I think Sandia needs work on this with their financial institution to eliminate these sneaky up charges. I've been to several dispensaries that don't have this kind of extra charges on their sales. These are the dispensaries I tend to patronize on a more regular basis, because they seem to care more about keeping their patients' costs down.

The bud tender guy  with the bald head is rude and annoying. The lady is always nice and patient but that bald white guy is always trying to rush you. The sad thing is I think he is one of the supervisors or something like that. So I don't recommend this spot to anyone unless that guy gets moved to the back.

My favorite dispensary in Albuquerque hands down. Incredible customer service, product and friendly bud tenders; if you're having trouble deciding, most are patients and can help you find the medicinals you need. I find this particularly helpful with the lack of interaction available due to the current pandemic situation.

Bottom line: good products (flower and more!) yet the customer service continues to be VERY POOR.I've been here 5 times and every time the customer service is the same: bad. What makes the customer service bad is that the workers are NOT professional. They behave like popular high school kid rejects hanging out rather than being customer service reps or medical professionals. They sigh, roll their eyes, and make faces etc. at SIMPLE questions.Also, they treat BROWN folk different than their white customers. Just saying. Go to another dispensary that doesn't hate on the tanned tribes. Today was the last day I go here (I rather go to a dispensary with less quality buds than shop here again!).

This place hands down has the most knowledgeable staff when it comes to medicine. The strands here are all very well executed and the best cured, manicured, and clean. A must go to when I'm passing by there.

I find the bud-tenders here to be very friendly, very helpful and very fast - even when the line of cars is long they move you through quickly!! Love their product!!

Came for concentrates asked for whiter lighter concentrate was getting orange batter was unable to return product even though I was right there did not leave the premises and then they don't even let you see the other concentrate so I would not recommend this dispensary anybody

I came in for the 420 specials and it was my first time making a purchase at Sandia Botanicals. First of all, best 420 specials EVER! I got about 12g of flower, kief, cartridges, shatter, etc for just over $100. Mind. Blown. And everything I got was of superior quality! I was a little bummed that they were just raffling off the canna cigars and not selling them. Instead, they sold the same rolling papers so I bought those and made my own! Best 420 ever! Seriously!They even had glass sellers there giving away free lanyards and bracelets and had a bomb food truck waiting in the parking lot! I also love the new loyalty program! Will definitely be back!

I love this dispensary! Every year I get a chance to vote them #1 I do. They are so are so friendly and have great strains!!!

Ever since sandbox left all the buds have been horrible. I feel like I’m smoking CBD. I was loyal here for many month but now i need to find somewhere new. The buds don’t look good anymore and the new sticker doesn’t make up for anything.

One of the best in the city. They have great medicine and always take time to find out what will work best. Fast, convenient, kind. Can't ask for a better experience all around!

This is the best dispensary in Albuquerque. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the drive through line is quick and easy. They also have great deals. I highly recommend them.
