I went here to get the best since their prices are $55 8th! Not only did I not get high, it wasn't sticky, or had taste!  I went back the next day to exchange it and the guy at the window whom checked me in, try to fight me and kick me out of store! Why? He said I was rude cuz I said I pay for top quality buds and this is Nasty!!! Teen wolf look a like- screamed get out of the store!!! He didn't even let me get my weed back. I felt trapped n locked up.  I know teen wolf wouldn't do this in a public place were someone can defend the self and teach him a listen!!  His screaming tactics don't work. No actions!! Which he is the lucky one cuz I'm trained for fools like him. Anyways I said I don't want to fight. I just want to exchange for something else. Finally the real manager pulled his goon aside and made him apologize and exchanged for something else. All this drama just cuz I didn't like what I bought? Never had problems exchanging my buds anywhere if its not what u r looking for.  They are in for the money and no commpassion to patients!

This place is great! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Product is top shelf if you're willing to pay for it. I've seen a few celebrities here.

I have been going here for 3=years,,,$325-400 monthly. When I arrive they sell and I buy. I want the best. Well I arrived and this smart ass blonde greeted me. I asked her for some candies ny friend got and she says no I don't have that candy, I then asked to see kush OG she brings out 3 containers and steps back, I said is that all u have she said what do u want, I looked at challk board to see for myself. So then she stares at me and says are you ok. Surprised I said YEs IM FINE. THEN ASKED IF I WAS DRIVING SAID I WAS INTOXICATED. NO 1 I do not drink and drive.  I had a major stroke in 2005 and have healed but to say that to a customer is beyond me- she said I put my finger in the pot I looked as she is the worsst lady,that u employed, brute and does not deserve to tell people they alright. Having a stroke major stroke  disabilities r there but u don't and assume it - took over plus. She kept looking at me funny and I'd say she picks out people to her ability assumes. My friend has come and walk 5 times-  she is horrible for ur business does not know  a think a smart Ass and has no respect for the disabled--a friend of mine said she is a smart Ass and has no respect, being disable and someone staring and not doing a job will bring u less and less- they even charge fir their precious bags even the amount I spend. Note they give nothing away fro keep ur business.and that blonde should keep her nose away and never ask a customer if I was driving...bagful go next store where they appriste and stop customer and want them to keep their nudiness there

Total newbie here and these guys took AWESOME care of me. I expected the process to be arduous and patronizing and the gentlemen helping me took awesome care of me (His name started with P I believe...) offered several recommendations.Super impressed and will be back!

What's Valley patient group is by far one of my favorite shops to visit in the valley, they're always posting patient appreciation day on the 20th of every month they always have a bunch of cool vendors On that specific day but my favorite company to go visit is heavy hitters, they're always offering awesome deals with their cartridges make sure to check them out!

I have been going to WVPG for years and have always been treated extremely well. Everyone is helpful and nice - they smile a lot and are very friendly. I often bring my dog and they always have a treat for her. Good product, great people, what's not to like.

I've been going to this medical marijuana clinic for over 10 years. They're the only club that I trust they will never get raided they're  pre ICO. JT it is the man up front at check-in. Josh is a cool dude in the back he will set you up with some of the best buds in California. There's no club that has better

This is the spot for me. First time visiting a couple weeks ago. The place was clean and bit cluttered. Bud tenders were friendly,  and they had the cartridges I was looking for. Will go there first, always!Not the spot for me anymore, I've found a few other places in the valley that are just as good, and I think their prices are not competitive. I know they have daily deals and that definitely helps.

Been going here for years. The service and quality is always on point. Never had a problem, and consistency is key. It's always nice to go somewhere that always has something new to offer. Love this place and will continue forever being a patient.

Normally the customer service here is great but today I had the rudest man on the phone that said he is too busy to speak to me or help me just come in. They are out of Val's products all the time and we come from Orange County to buy it when we see In la and I told the guy I don't live here and have a question and he said call later and hung up. Will now buy elsewhere!!!I had to leave valley and couldn't hang out to call later

I just got off the phone with the rudest, bitchiest customer service rep I've ever had to deal with. I had two questions, and after trying to ask the first one I decided I didn't want to do business with them. I simply asked her if they were a brick and mortar store opposed to a delivery service, to which she responded "excuse me?!" like I had just insulted her. I explained it to her, since she didn't seem to know what a store was, and told her I was asking because most businesses in my area are delivery services....Here's the kicker and why I decided not to do business here;She told me delivery services are illegal. On top of that she took a condescending and snotty tone with me like I was a simple minded child calling her names. She lied plain and simple; there are dozens of delivery services operating legally in Ventura county. I don't know if they try to drum up business by lying to people, or if they are just completely naive to the laws but I knew I didn't want to buy from them if either of those are the case. Do yourself a favor; plan a little better than me and get a delivery instead of having to deal with the rude, dishonest, and stuck up staff at this store.

Usually I call any place and check stock on a topical balm. They tell me either they have it in stock or they don't. I called West Valley and i was told he cant give me those details. I really would hate to drive 2.5 hours and find out they don't have it in stock. Its to bad I couldn't do business with them.

Been going here since 2007. Prices are on the higher side. Excellent service and good selection. No nonsense place. Carry my favorite brand Heavy Hitters

I wouldnt go anywhere else.. So Cal Op And Cana Farms I used to go to are Overpriced..Other places too. the Sour Diesel has to be one of My Favorites.Thanks Guys

Very bad experience!I should've read the reviews before buying here but... I didn't Bought a product from them ( that they "pushed" on me) after using it 3-4 times with different dosage ( much higher that they recommend...) and still nothing...Came back to discuss this at the store and found out it a much lower THC dosage for an extremely high price ( almost $80) when in fact you can buy a different ( stronger ) product for much less so do your math and don't fall for what they offer. Good luck

This is the best club I've found. No matter where I go, I really can't find a club as caring, and knowledgeable as the crew at West Valley Patients Group. My husband,  and I  have been members since 2010. The Managers are great especially, John!! He has been very good to us, and he knows everything about their products very well. It also, is beautiful inside! On the 20th they usually have vendors come in,  that will let you sample their products. There is usually a deal with them. Buy 1, get one for free is a good example. I give it an A++!

Every time I go there everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm not a youngster and I don't feel talked down to or under appreciated as a customer. Nice and clean, lots of different product to try. Wide selection of edibles and they have great specials. My go to place!

Three years migraine free (mostly, very rare compared to weekly) thanks to this amazing staff! Always great to go on the 20th of the month to personally talk to vendors and get advice on pain management. Every single staff member is kind, knowledgeable and professional. I am eternally grateful for this dispensary!

This was a simple, clean, smaller dispensary with calm vibes and nothing unnecessary. Easy to find and minutes within the 101. Check-in area is an employee behind a glass divider and he had a 100% wonderful deamenor and provided excellent customer service. Budtender was attentive and nice. Prices are reasonable. I wasn't able to tell if the dispensary had their own parking lot but there was plenty of metered street parking.
