Can't say enough positive things about this place--. Specifically their crew and culture.   Every time I'm there I have a great experience and this time put it over the top. Not only do they have a great selection of quality products, but their team is super knowledgeable and has the best positive energy and vibe that a customer can ask for.  They treat you like family and really want to help you find what you are looking for.  Today I had the pleasure to have Kimiya look after me and help me find some new products I've never tried and her manager Joey stepped in to check on me and make me feel super special with a delayed 4/20 gift and thank you for being a loyal and valued client.  This is the dream team here at Atrium and I drive 30 miles to come see them vs our local spot.  Loyal client and advocate for life and many thanks to Joey and Kimiya for looking after me they way they do.  This is the place for avid or new cannabis users and the best selection and prices in LA

I have been here twice and this was the first time I didn't order online and pick up.  I was blown away how helpful and accommodating they were and helped me with answering my questions and making a great recommendation of what I needed, and it was a great choice.  It was a little weird since I used to work out there went it was a gym, but I definitely will be back!!!!

I am a regular customer in this place.  Yesterday some double talking kid helped us, he claimed the credit card machine was not working, but the debit was, which makes no sense, because they both should go through the same processor.   I begrudgingly gave him my debit card, and then he added cash back on there without me asking for it.  Something very fishy is going on in this shop, and I do not like it.  I for sure will NEVER go back here.

I love coming to Atrium because of the variety of products and the great associates there to help me decide what to get. My recent visit was very convenient and I enjoyed all that I bought. A big thank you to Garrett at Atrium for helping me decide what to get. Will definitely be back again!

Right from the beginning I received excellent service! I was greeted outside, screened and escorted in. They are very secure and I felt very safe being there. The store is very clean and they have a nice display and variety of goods to chose from. Michael who assisted me was very patient and knew exactly what I needed to help me. Being a first timer, he was very patient in answering all my questions. Definitely recommend them for first time folks seeking alternative medicine options.

Was helped out by this dope dude named Chris. I'm a regular here usually do my concentrates but this time my dude Chris recommend the Plug Play battery & cartridge. He said this battery and plug hit heavy and no lie Chris did me a solid! This my new go to! The flavors you can actually taste major upgrade  thanks Chris

First time visiting this location and it's a pretty cool spot! The place was pretty and had a clean luxurious feel to it. Staff was friendly and relaxed. My sales associate was Garett and he was really cool. He had amazing customer service, very easy to talk to, and he hooked me up with all the deals. Great place! Would recommend!

Great place, Awesome BOGO/B2GO specials, just check the 'event' page on their website. From what I can tell they include the lame 15% excise tax in their price so you're not hit with that extra. I've only bought edibles here to help me sleep, and they have a huge selection, I've tried a few different things for sleep, they have a lot of the new CBN products. I don't know much about smoking the stuff so can't judge their leaf products.

The individual customer service u get from people like Vinny as well as the knowledge and understanding of your individual needs is why the Atrium is the only dispensary that I trust.

This place is soooo nice and organized like and iPhone store but for cannabis. Everyone is super friendly but my bud tender Michael was absolutely amazing. Very professional and respectful and just and overall cool guy. Hes been my bud tender more than once and he's always happy or in a good mood! Definitely great to have people who love their job and give great customer service. He knows sooo much about the products and has recommended me things that have REALLY helped my anxiety. He knows what he's doing. Overall a great place to go to.

Trying to catch inconsistency with Customer Service- good luck! Atrium is absolutely killing it!! This is why I felt compelled to giving them another review. from the moment you check in, til the moment you check out- THE Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! Jaime waited on me yesterday, these guys know there stuff! They are so knowledgeable, so patient, so professional and very friendly! They also really respect your time waiting in line to check out! This place is amazing. It's beautiful, well-stocked, and the vast majority of the employees are educated on the brands and what will help your specific needs. I always ask for Vinny because he is genuinely the best and will never steer you wrong. They have daily specials and at the end of every month do appreciation days. Enjoy!

This is my favorite dispensary in all of Los angeles! I live in Santa Monica and make the trek several times a week. They are open early and they are open late! I have to single out to employees however, Kimiya (I hope I spelled it right! for always making my visits feel like they're special to me. Every time I come in she lets me know what deals are going on, as well as suggests things for me based on past visits. This doesn't feel like your typical dispensary where you're being pushed brands, but you can trust that every thing they carry is top notch. They just started carrying Cream of the Crop and Monogram which is amazing! Check them out and be sure to visit Joey if you need any help. He's a fantastic manager and really makes sure you feel taken care of. Atrium, I love you! Fridays 15% off flowers is my fave promo.

I've ordered delivery once and it arrived really late. I had locked up and turned out lights since it was after 10 pm when I got a text from the delivery person. Turns out they were texting my land line, which was probably my fault for not correcting the number. I just went to the store yesterday for the first time and it's huge! Their selection cannot be beat. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Look no further. This is hands down the best dispensary in the valley. Even worth the drive from the west side as well. Huge selection and the most knowledgeable staff anywhere. I have been to many all over and this is my only place I go to. Vinnie is the man and is always super helpful. He trains all the staff and we should all be thankful for a guy that cares that much about your experience. Hope his bosses know what an asset they have. This place is awesome !!The largest variety in the area and the stuff are all cool and helpful.Even during those crazy days it's a very nice experience to go there.

The best cannabis store in the valley. They have such a great selection of CBD products. I love the 18 to 1 products to help with anxiety but not feel stoned. They have great thc products too i recommend using FSO oil in your tea if you have a lot of physical pain. My favorite person who works there is Amber. Its easy to talk to her about what im looking for and doesnt try to push products i dont need. She always has a great attitude and i feel happy when shes the one to help me.

You the man Kyle!! I've been to atrium a few times already since it's right down the st from my house and they always seem to have good stuff, pretty usual routine in and out. Tonight I had a rather different experience I was greeted by Kyle young guy very easy going, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of product. I was blown away by how much he knew and took the time to explain everything and show me different options. I played it safe and went with his recommendation and it definitely paid off I got a top shelf lava cake hybrid. Thanks for going above and beyond Kyle.

I have missed you all so much I have been up north for a year and a half and one of the main reasons why I came back to Southern California is because you all have the best products I've ever seen anywhere! I love how all the products are amazing the staff is always wonderful and knowledgeable and friendly and every time I go I am always happy with what I buy. They always have amazing deals seven days a week and they also have an ATM that's available inside. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I promise you there is no other place you need to look for your needs. This is the number one place to get anything you need all day every day. Thank you so much for staying consistent and always making us all happy even through this still difficult times we are dealing with. I was greeted by a sweet young lady named Nareh. She answered all my questions while I waited in a very long line outside. I was offered cold water which helped a lot because the weather was so hot on Sunday. She taught me stuff about the products while I waited to be called inside. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. But that was just outside. When I got inside, the young lady Jessica that helped me was so helpful and patient. I was able to get exactly what I needed and out the door. The whole experience was pleasant. I will definitely go back again soon.

Today was my first day going to a place like this and it was an amazing! Arthur was the employee who took my around and took the time to explain everything to me! I don't smoke and am not familiar with weed at all and Arthur was patient and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and well informed by the end of my visit. I bought a few tinctures and a vape pen to help with sleep, inflammation and anxiety. I am so excited about this place and the employees (hopefully they are all like Arthur) that I told my bf and now he wants to go. I recommend this place especially for first timers.

For months I have been eyeing the beautiful glass work at the atrium's. Look at this gorgeous Yoda I purchased yesterday. I just want to say what a wonderful team Atrium is. During this pandemic I haven't seen more professional people then the team that works there. I am absolutely devoted to the Atrium will always go to this one as it's my local for Topanga and Woodland Hills.Very thankful for what a wonderful team they are. And enjoying Yoda to the fullest. The force is with us!!

Absolutely love this place. This is my go to dispensary! Michael was super attentive and recommended amazing products. I explained what it is I have trouble with and he knew right away what I needed. He didn't try to just sell me the most expensive products he gave me options and that's what I liked about this guy.  Definitely recommend having him as your bud tender he's respectful accommodating and professional but with a calming welcoming energy. Great place. Nice and clean and very organized.

This place is frickin' amazing and Arthur is the most knowledgeable budtender I've ever met. And great prices, as well. Don't go anywhere else!

Very nice cannabis shop, luxuriously designed, with enthusiastic, young staff. They observe the utmost protcol during the pandemic. Unfortunately wifey could not tolerate the sleeping tincture they suggested, and we went back to get what we originally came for - something without THC in it. They were extremely kind and took the tincture back. After advice by an excellent manager, we then got another version with CBD/CBN and it did nothing except give wifey a stomach ache. This is not their fault; however, those who are sensitive should know that some of their products are indeed psychoactive, despite low concentration of THC, and even CBD can cause adverse effects. For those who need it - this shop definitely has high quality, authentic products.

Weed is fine customer service also good only downside is the wait. They take to long. Need an express checkout. You guys always make me wait 20-30 min in lobby. My transactions take less than a minute. Really need to up your speed. Coast to coast up the street has me in and out within 5 min and way better customer service.

I've been shopping at the Atrium since they opened shop. It's close to my home and I'm a true believer of supporting the businesses in my local community. During my recent visit on 10/05/2020, they didn't have the Raw Garden indica cartridge. Instead, I got the Friendly Farms indica that the sales guy suggested. Paid for it, left and once I got home I opened the bag to realize that the sales guy had put a Sativa cartridge in my bag not an Indica. When I called, I was rudely told that "All sales are final."Since they don't allow the customers grab the product themselves and "all sales are final", the least they can do is to get it right. Am I asking for too much?Now I'm stuck with a $52 (Before Taxes) cartridge that's a complete waste of money. That's ok, I can afford to take the hit but I won't be shopping at the Atrium anymore. You lost one!

Tldr: It seems like there is no communication between staff at this shop. I received an item of way lower value than one I ordered, was charged 3x as much as my total should've been, was told I would be receiving my order for free to apologize, and then was told I actually still needed to pay even after having been overcharged. I definitely will not be back.Two days ago I placed an order online for delivery. The shop called to tell me one of my items was out of stock but they had a similar one, which I said would be fine. They then took my payment info over the phone, and charged me $185 when my order should've been about $60. I caught the error while we were still on the phone, and was placed on hold for a very long time. When the associate returned to the phone, they told me that they couldn't refund the $185, but that I could dispute it with my bank and they'd approve the dispute, and they'd still bring me my product, and that I'd get a discount for next time. I said that because I was from out of town there wouldn't be a next time, and requested they add an extra product which I'd use the discount towards this time. They said that would work.The associate delivered my order, but the additional item wasn't included. The replacement item they chose for the one I had asked for was also not a suitable replacement, as it was mostly CBD with hardly any THC when what I had requested was a 1:1 ratio. Then, roughly an hour later, the manager called to tell me they still needed to charge me the correct amount for the product they had brought to me, even though the associate on the phone had explicitly said they wouldn't be, and they had already charged me $185! She said that to make it up to me I would be getting a $10 credit for next time, and that was all. After a lot of pushing she finally let me apply the $10 credit to what I apparently still owed. An hour later, they called again to get my card info.Now I am stick with an item of lower value that doesn't suit my needs, and a $185 charge on my debit card that can't be removed until it's finished processing. And to dispute the charge I will need to sit on hold with the bank and then wait for them to investigate..... I definitely won't be using this place ever again.

I have had the worst ever experience trying to pick up a chocolate as a first time cannabis user. My California ID expired very recently and it's clear I look my age aka 65. I had to get an Uber to get there. Despite the fact thst I uploaded  my ID to their website they didn't have the decency or professionalism to contact me and say by the way your ID has expired. I had a sore back it was 90 degrees and I had to stand in th e best for another 15 minutes waiting for an Uber. To treat a senior cirizen with such contempt is unacceptable but to ask you to upload your ID AND THEN FAIL YO VERIFY IT is unbelievable. How stupid becwuse now I'll find an alternative and hopefully they'll treat me like a human being not like a piece of dirt.

I went in to get a stizzy and somehow I Overpaid on accident. Tatianna immediately came back with 20$ and told me I overpaid. That spoke volumes to me , I'm 100% going back there . Thanks

This dispensary was ok. A lot of selection, but super expensive on stuff I can get way cheaper. I think it's because it's super convenient because it's right next to the freeway and you can run in, get your stuff, and outta there really quick. The bud tender was inexperienced and shy, but I know my stuff, so I really didn't need her help.Only went here because I was in the area from out of town and was told it was right next to the freeway-easy. Staff was cool and welcoming

Really easy website, and great curbside service, but questionable accounting.Put in my order online and got it confirmed, including a discount, which was nice. After about an hour I got a text to go pick it up. Parked and called in and less than a minute later my order was brought to me. But the price quoted by the sales person was $12 more than my screenshot of my online confirmation. I looked at the confirmation email, and it also had the higher price, so I paid it and went home. Grabbed the receipt off the bag and looked at it to see the price was actually the lower of the prices, but the sales person who delivered my order quoted the higher price. To say the least, I'm confused and feel a bit like I was ripped off. I would definitely go back, but will for sure make sure all the paperwork matches the website quote before I leave.

Not only does Atrium have quality product, but they have amazing employees!! Kamiya is an absolute vibe, she had fantastic recommendations and such a welcoming presence! If you have been helped by her, you know exactly what I mean!

I started coming here bc my friend told me the sales are always amazing, but I keep coming back because of the customer service, most of all Mina's. I'm super intimidated by dispensaries bc idk a lot and always feel nervous and like I'm a nuisance if I ask questions. Sometimes I won't even return to them bc I feel such an annoying little dork in there and I feel embarrassed. But then I found Mina. She has the ability to make you feel at home and like you're just talking to a friend. She's so patient, knowledgeable and kind. Her disposition is so welcoming that it has actually led to me exploring and trying out selections I otherwise wouldn't have. Every time I see her, I leave more knowledgeable. Not only that, but she literally remembers her customers and what their likes and dislikes are. That attention to detail when they get as many customers as they do is impressive and speaks of her genuine spirit. Idk how she does it. Beyond this, the place is also run very smoothly. It is gorgeous inside, has better prices than even rinky dink spots, and so much variety. Very happy I finally found a dispensary I like coming back to.

My experience was quite pleasant. I don't know much about cannabis and the different strains and uses. Vinny was very pleasant, patient, and personable. He explained the uses of different products and gave recommendations. It wasn't crowded and they followed all of the proper safety protocols. I'll be happy to visit again the next time I'm in California.

Update: I originally put one star because the store seems impossible to get a hold of. They reached out to me on here and said they would give my mom a call and they did so right away. She was so happy with the call she received and how knowledgeable the manager was that called. My mom has many allergies and dietary restrictions because of her medical issues and she was very grateful with the time they took on the phone to help her find the products that would work best. My mom lives in Thousand Oaks so this is one of the closest shops to her. Because of her medical issues edibles have been a life saver for a lot of the pain she suffers from. But because of her health it's hard for her to get out. She's tried multiple times to call the store to get advice on what edibles she should get and no one answers the phone and it says the voicemail box isn't set up. Really hoping this problem can be resolved because she would be a regular customer if she could just get someone on the phone to discuss what would be the best items for her to order.

Atrium is by far my favorite dispensary to go to, from its luxurious vibe to its amazing staff this place is IT. Make sure you ask for Vinny, the bud tender. He's the absolute best- not only is he a super cool guy but he is also incredibly knowledgeable in all the products and he has never once disappointed me with his recommendations!

Vincent was the fucking best!!!! Immediately took initiation for helping my father and I pick out the best edibles and prerolls. So nice and made us feel very welcomed. Will definitely come back to see him and get some more edibles

I go to Atrium every single Friday. They have a 15% off deal on Flower. I spend around $140-$160 every week there. During the pandemic Atrium employees would sometimes wear masks and other times not wear masks. "Most of them were" however not all did wear masks and many also did not cover their noses and only covered their mouths with the masks.I got a call on Friday saying Atrium is gonna be closed because they had an employee who was working LAST Friday who tested positive for COV-19 and that I might have been exposed because I come every Friday. (I appreciated the call - it was the professional thing to do) But this was a week later and they also informed me on the call that they are closing on Friday/Saturday. The day I rely on to purchase my weekly flower.After calling me and telling me they might have exposed my husband and I to Carona Virus. I immediately scheduled to get tested in which the earliest appointment i can get is the following WednesdayAtrium is open again today (Sunday) - I waited until they reopened to buy Flower. I spend a good amount of my income at this establishment. I am there same time every week. I called to make sure they would honor the 15% off I come for every week if i showed up today since they closed down on Friday. And they said they wouldn't honor their promise. So not only did Atrium expose me to a deadly virus that i'm going to have to go get tested for now. They wont even honor the deal I was promised all of that week that was then taken away due to their own internal issues of not handling cleanliness properly in their establishment. They could of easily rectified this and chose not to. Competency issues in management I guess.I am not happy with them at all. I will not be returning.

I always come here for my medicine, Andy and the rest of the team are always really helpful and professional, the process of coming in is very regulated and their products are always great quality.  11/10 Recommended

I really like this dispensary.  This is the only one I go to anymore.  The place is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable .  The products are high end, and the selection is fantastic.  I was looking for cannabis for specific health conditions and the staff knew exactly what to recommend and I was very pleased with the results.  My only suggestion- while shopping, only staff is allowed to handle products so make sure to ask about expiry dates since medical cannabis is expensive.  But I highly recommend Atrium.  Also, a convenient parking lot.

Arthur helped me today. As an older woman, I was so happy to discover that he was able to make recommendations that worked for my more medicinal needs. He didn't shy away from discussing menopausal symptoms and how I could be helped. As a long time cannabis user I needed to upgrade my forms of intake and I came away with modern products that are very helpful. Arthur is an excellent employee with compassion and knowledge, who fits perfectly at the Atrium being professional cannabis providers. This is not your typical "bro" place just trying to get people zooted. Bright, clean and open... almost like an Apple Store. See, Arthur and visit the atrium!

I got there at 9:57. People were still in the shop. But they told me they were closed. They didn't care that I drove over 20 miles to get here. They just sent me on my way. So with that I will never be back. Plenty of other places to go to.

I live in north hills and was in the area and love the way it looked so I stopped in. Right away greeted and took my ID and then I went inside took my tempature and a budtender I think her name was Melissa. She was very sweet, and helpful for what I needed. As I was checking out Victor was helping me and I asked about something for my dad that has alzheimers, and gets sundowners. Then doesn't sleep great and wakes me up. So I told him he loves anything gummies. So he recommended two different ones. One to help with him being anxious throughout the day, and another one for night time. So we shall see how it goes tonight. I also got the dreamt pen for me since I don't sleep well and want to stop taking xanax to help me sleep. Will let you know how it goes. I will definitely go back..

This is usually in my top 5 locations for picking up bud because the employees seem well informed, and pleasant all the time. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by a different salesman and each time they have been helpful beyond my belief and I don't think they can be any more accommodating. Until today when I walked in and was greeted by Arthur. He was helpful in every way. He was attentive, careful, specific, and very intelligent on the matter. Any question I had he had the answer to and then some. This is now gonna be my go-to location. If every employee is even close to as helpful as Arthur was (which from my experience, they are) then I have high hopes for this store and what it the future entails for them. Again, thank you Arthur, you made my visit as easy and informative as possible.

Thc only person who deserves 5 stars at atrium are Arthur and his now not working there anymore Cruz. Arthur is the one person who understood the effects on me, and recommended everything I bought to be strong but it didn't freak me out! He is a genius and when he wasn't there Cruz was his extension. Cruz isn't there anymore so now whether or not anything I won't buy unless Arthur is working. Arthur is such a sweetheart and he makes everyone who works there look very lame. All the rest of them are out to make a sale and he's the one who literally listens doesn't rush and is right on the mark. If something isn't worth it he will say so. If it's a ripoff he will say so he earned our trust with every little thing. I have gone thru tons of employees and I only trust Arthur that's it. If he's not there I won't buy unless it's something he already recommended that is in stock! I won't buy anything new unless he's there in person! He deserves a raise to be a manager because of his knowledge and how he always finds things I want that says it's out of stock. I said I wanted hells fire he found the very last two! Cause he doesn't stop unless he's looked everywhere and he does it so fast go where I don't wait that long ever. There are so many staff who don't know anything and have sold me stuff and have rocked me the wrong way and caused me to spazz so bad I was ready to leave atrium the worst review ever. Arthur saved the day!

Lady with the long colorful nails didn't really help me find the selection I was looking for. Seemed like she lowkey had an attitude as well. And I bought an 8th for $40 and ended paying around $48. I think she added an extra tax or something because I never paid $8 extra dollars tax before. If I get her next time Im gonna just wait for someone else cause she wasn't helping at all.

I came in the the atrium today to look around and pick up some goodies. The bud tender that helped me out was so great, unfortunately I don't remover his name but he was great. He helped me pick out a strain for my stiiizy pod and gave information on the effects. The bud tenders are great at answering questions and they don't make you feel stupid for asking questions. The atrium has some great prices and soooooo many options. One of my favorite parts is how well let and lovely it feels in there. I brought a cousin who had never been to a dispensary and he was shocked at how welcoming it was. Thanks for a great experience. I'll be back over a weekend for the great deals on concentrates

Made a phone order in the morning, was told it will be ready for pickup after 2:00pm, I'm here since 2:18, it's now 20 min and no product.They wasted my time with their unprofessional way.I'll go somewhere else next time.It's now 24 minutes later that they finally came out with the tincture. These people have no respect for their customers or their time. Almost a 1/2 hour to wait for a tincture is unacceptable.

Jackie is the worst employee ! I'm very disappointed in atrium I will not be going back there. She was very rude , eye rolling and didn't answer any of my questions. She should not be in customer service.

On 9/18/20 I was in town visiting and stop in here for my husband to explore options. I was very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable staff. At the entry, they complete a thorough check in verifying ID's, taking photos and gathering info for their database. They also have 2 armed police officers on site at the entry so it appears very safe. Once you enter, it's required to take a temperature test and they have plenty of hand sanitizer for customers. Next, your connected with a knowledgeable sales associate who helps you shop based on your need. All the cannabis is organized and beautifully packaged. They offer an extensive line of product ranging from leaf to pre-rolled and edibles to cannabis drinks. When exploring options, the staff open the sample containers to show the color of the strands and offer a scent. My friends really enjoyed the Raspberry Lemonade strand and the container seemed to have a generous amount for around $40. Upon check out, your sales associate takes your items to the register for check out. Overall, we were really impressed with the quality of service, pricing and it was a fun experience shopping for weed in California. This location was enforcing COVID social distancing and required masks to be worn.

Cruz, Vinny, Robert. Those three budtenders are killing the game and are very knowledgeable. Each spent over 30+ minutes going into detail with every product I was interested in. Really helped me evaluate my options and provided valuable, and most importantly, HONEST commentary. No bs from them. Awesome store must check it out.

I wished a lived in Topanga Canyon so I could go to this dispensary on the regular. Happened to be in the area for brunch and friends wanted to visit a dispensary. Friendly and a KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. Very high end upscale dispensary. I live in LA and uses to live in the valley where I would frequent Urban Trees. I've been to medmen which I found too sterile. They get the balance right at Atrium. Super top notch all around. I'm sure I'll be back despite the distance. Thank you!

Customer service and security are unfriendly and illogical. It's a smoke shop guys, everyone there smokes. Why would you not allow a fellow smoker to smoke in your parking lot, not in the building but in the open air. To top it off, it was  Herb that a friend purchased from your place of business. Does this soung logical to you?Get it together guys, either you're with us or you're not! Make a stand, dont capitalize monetarily off smokers, take their hard earned money, from your own customers then turn around and  become just as dicrimitive as those against the Herbal Movement. WALK THE WALK, DON'T JUST TALK THE TALK!In my opinion we should shut down businesses such as these who DO NOT believe in the movement. REMEMBER the struggle, the hard work done to get us this far. It wasnt done just so you can make MONEY, it was done for those who believe in its MAGIC/MEDICINE. So people who have medical conditions live a pain free life, as my mom tried to do during her battle with PANCREATIC CANCER. BELIEVE, SUPPORT, EDUCATE!

I really recommend this place. They have great customer service, always clean and the manager, Nelson, is always nice and accommodating. Prices are a bit high but in the end, it's worth it for the cleanliness and service.

Overdue review but we had an all around good experience here.This is an upscale dispensary who those who appreciate a concierge style service and glossy decor.Registration is fairly quick and requires a driving license scan on the iPad at the front desk. After that, entry is much quicker. After you've checked in, you wait in the foyer for once of the sales reps to take you behind the glass and discuss what you're after. It's one on one with sales assistant so there isn't much browsing solo time. Prices are reasonable and they'll try and do you a deal based on what is on special offer. Which there had been a slightly wider range of edibles....

I started coming to Atrium over the summer, and I have had a majority of good experiences. First of all, despite the schmancy appearance, this is by far the most affordable dispensary I've ever come to, as they don't charge the usual 25ish% tax on all of their products and have frequent deals across brands from day to day. There is some inconsistency with customer service, however. I have certainly talked to a few friendly employees, however most of the bud tenders I am helped by seem to have a "too cool for you" demeanor and are cold and resistant to friendly conversation. Additionally, I'd been calling the store regularly to ask about deals and prices, and was only told on the 7th call that I'm not allowed to ask prices over the phone (I guess the employees I'd talked to the first six times weren't aware, as they'd been happy to share specific item prices). Overall fantastic dispensary with a cool atmosphere and great prices, however I've found much better customer service elsewhere (such as at The Plant).

Love coming to this shop. Really great to have something this side of the valley with good prices. Look out for Robert, he helped me get the good deals today and save some $$$. Great customer service!

I've been meaning to come here for a while. I was looking for a specific kind of shop that would help keep me at ease while shopping around for the right product to help me.I have anxiety and a difficulty "Turning off my thoughts" which makes it really hard for me to ease into a decent nights slumber. Recently, I've found myself extremely stressed out that I was tempted to smoke a cigarette even though I hate them.I walked in where I was greeted by a young lady behind a counter who asked me if I was new or returning. Since I was new, they checked my ID and I registered into their system. I was then met inside with a young man who was extremely helpful. I'm assuming that every person that comes in is assigned an associate to assist them. The guy that helped me answered my questions and put me at ease. I was also introduced to someone told me more information about topical patches, salves and oils that would help with inflammation and pain.I think the fact that it was an open area and that I had someone that was assisting me made my shopping experience the best. I went in with very little knowledge and now I feel like I've found the right place for me and future purchases.If you're a total newbie to the marijuana industry or looking for an alternative to pain medications, I highly recommend this place. Everyone here is nice, approachable and knowledgeable of the products. Their parking lot is right outside and has plenty of spots. Note, they are cash only but they have an ATM inside.

I've been coming to Atrium for all of my beety weedy booty hooty needs since its inception. And let me just say, KIMYA is my favorite budtender. She really takes the time to personalize what kind of mellow you seek. Atrium has all kinds of deals if you go on the right day. Medible Mondays is my jam.

I was holding back on writing this negative review because I've been coming to Atrium for over a year and have had really good experiences. But last three times I've stopped by it's been terrible. They have rats roaming around their parking lot, low stock on concentrates and for a place that has had several employees/bud tenders  testing positive for COVID-19 they seem very uncleanly. My order has been cancelled last minute twice because their stock online is very inconsistent. The management seems to be all over the place and not take their job serious.

One of my favorite dispensaries! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful, especially if you are new to the world of cannabis! I was helped by Arthur today, and he listened to what I wanted, and then made such perfect suggestions and recommendations! He turned me on to a new cartridge and now this is the only place i stop at! Cant recommend more!

5 stars and Arthur who helped us deserves each one of them. Arthur had all the answers to what we needed and I cannot remember having better customer service, and I even been to chickfila 3 times this week. I will be taking all of my business directly to Arthur at Atrium from this point forward.

I love these people but they have some improvimg to do. For example there is no menu, and from the moment you step inside there's the expectation that you know exactly what you want. Newsflash, if I knew what I wanted, or was to go off your website, I would just order delivery. The very reason I'm showing up in person is to be helped and to explore choices. Yet, all they do is ask roughly what you're looking for and then they proceed to grab some random off the shelf to pitch you. I want to see a fucking menu with all the options, not go through your recommendations one by one - especially when your recommendations never seem to meet my criteria.  It's a complete shit show oftentimes with employees not having the slightest clue what their inventory consists of. Also, what's with the revolving door of employees? Are you just not paying these people enough? Every time I go in a new face or two. Maybe that's why no one has any clue what the hell is going on here

Saw this dispensary as I was driving by and noticed how nice it looked from the outside, looked it up and it looked really nice in the inside too so I went to check it out. Great environment and super nice bud tenders. They are super clean and organized and the prices are available so you aren't left feeling duped by expensive meds. I'm not living out here at the moment but whenever I come visit I'll be sure to stop by again and grab some of your products. They have amazing selection of edibles, flower, concentrates, disposable vape pens. And they even have a small selection of glass for your dabbing needs. I got helped by Red and he was super nice and informative, he helped me grab a pre roll which was listed at 30% thc which is super awesome for a pre roll. And a vape pen for my drive back to Vegas.10/10 would go again

Awful place to shop. No restrooms and cash only. Use a normal business with basic customer service or you will be treated like an illegal peasant. Way better pharmacies that treat customer like gold. Not to mention takes 20 min to remind upstairs to grab your goods.

Favorite dispensary because of their products & prices , but their curb side pick up methods need to be improved. I was left waiting outside for over 30 minutes. Other than that though, they have friendly staff and gives me apple store vibes.

They are pretty good.  The main problem with all dispensaries is that they don't always honor the deals they have.I have a had one problem with that, but overall they are average.I recommend the tinctures from sunderstorm and if you go on Tuesday you can get 15 percent off.

This place is very nice and clean, but very high pressure.  They push certain products and do not back them.I spent over $200 and purchased a few things they recommended.  However the product Kurvana that they highly recommended gave me a sore throat everytime I used it and it was totally ineffective.  When I tried to return it 2 weeks later the Atrium could not do anything?  While visiting a Sales person is with you the entire time, so you can't check products out or read what is in them.  They constantly chirp in your ear telling you exactly what you want to hear, not always the truth. I have been to other stores, SoCal Collective, where they back what they sell and if you don't like it you can return it.  They encourage customers to provide feedback so that they can work with their manufactures and stock products we love. Sorry Atrium I will not be back. Try to push products that are worth it and let a person determine what product is right for them, not whatever you are getting a great kickback on.

First time there and had a great experience. Currently enjoying an edible I got on sale!

Today was my first time at this dispensary. I came in looking for my favorite Wyld gummies and also pet cbd for my senior dog. The one I was in need of was not available so I grabbed another. While checking out a manager type person there noticed the empty box of pet cbd I originally came in for and asked if that's what I had intended to find. When I said yes he quickly ran to the back and hooked me up with the one I needed at a sweet deal. Me and my my pooch are extremely grateful for the generosity and care especially in these times. Most often, I am greeted by by knowledgeable Budtenders, but today I met the best. Vinny is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. I have struggled with an illness my whole life that only weed has proper made the pain go away and enabled me to sleep. While I've done ok with researching what works best and trial and error, going to Atrium and meeting Vinny was the first experience I've had where someone was so in tune with my medical needs and adamant to help find things that work. Vinny is truly one of a kind, he knows his flower extremely well, is so kind and fun and makes sure his customer is extremely satisfied and paired with the right product to help them. Atrium as a whole is an incredible dispensary with the best prices I've found in LA for really good product. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and their set up is insane! The was my first time to Atrium and only my second to a dispensary. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned Vinny so I called to make sure he was working before going in. Vinny is the real deal. He's kind, compassionate and patient. Interacting with him, it was easy to see that he genuinely cares and wants to help people. His knowledge and experience made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I couldn't recommend him more highly. Atrium is lucky to have him.

I like this place overall but I had a pretty upsetting experience with them on Saturday. We used their curbside pickup due to Covid 19 and the process was chaotic. The website is not user friendly at all, there are no pictures and if you're not reading closely, you could make a costly mistake like we did. When we got there, they couldn't find the order, they were confused, we got the bag and paid. When my husband asked why the package looked different, the gal said maybe it recently changed and shrugged her shoulders. When we got home we noticed that we had chosen a CBD product by accident. I called immediately and the gal was very unapologetic and obviously refused an exchange. This all put a bad taste in my mouth and this is the only dispensary I shop at currently.

I've been coming here for a while now. But tonight I came in amd was helped by a gentlemen named EJ I super appreciated his knowledge and realness with all the questions I presented,  I came in for something specific and he showed me something better than what i was looking for and that's dope , I love coming here

Had a great first time at the Atrium last weekend. Ty to Ruby and the wonderful staff that recommended exactly what I was looking. My 3C farms eighth was simply a delight paired with my new kanha nano edible. What an unpleasant experience. I went with my elderly mother and sister. Was looking forward to shopping for new product that may not be available at other dispensaries. Pretty store. But our salesgirl was not friendly at all and very little sound recommendations from this long nailed girl helping us. We were reprimanded twice by her...once for stepping a few feet away to get a closer look at products, in which I was told we had to stay together. Another time because I touched a box to look at the price. When I asked about recommendations for topicals, I was shown only 2 different brands and not allowed to look at others at my own discretion. Pretentious and inconsiderate. You have security and I was with my elderly mother. We spent almost $400. Ridiculous.  Too many choices of other places in the valley and LA where I can browse with security and not reprimanded like I'm a child. Won't be coming back.

And super great if you are like me and ask a lot of questions.It's really cool that if you're a first time customer, they walk you thru all their product lines and how their store works. Registration is super easy up front. Paying is even easier. They even take credit cards! Ask lots of questions about the products. Tell them what you like, what you don't like. You'll get some great recommendations.

The Atrium! What can I say??? A beautiful upscale marijuana dispensary.  I was greeted with smiles. They have an amazing selection of flowers, edibles, oils, keef, dabs. I bought 2 wonderful cartridges of Pineapple Express. I got a lemon slushee kush pre roll and a bag of sour tropical gummies. Love love love recreational weed! Rest of America needs to step up and get with the program!

I've been here and re-visited several times.  The first time I arrived and purchased their product, I, 1. was stoked because they are literally right off of the exit I take to come home from work. 2. They had wayyy high grade THC products above 30% THC content at cheap prices; and3. Each Atrium employee who showcases and sells the products there, connects and empathizes with you.  You feel like you're walking into a family reunion, welcomed by long lost relatives, eager to make transactions feel more like trading.  The reason I will no longer return to The Atrium, despite all of the excellence I appreciate about their business is but for the fact that, they have a security guard who has been present each time I have been there who is one of the crassest, vile, and aggressive human beings I have encountered within the last five years.  Plus he has a gun  No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere and warn others against visiting The Atrrium.   Each time I have been here from 08/19 to 10/19, it has almost been a most perfect experience.

So, I've never hated marijuana or anything but never had a desire to try it. Until recently, I've had an interest in trying edibles. After looking around at some places around my house I decided on take a quick trip over and across into the valley and check out Atrium. After they checked my buddy and I in we had to wait for a sales associate to come get us. Didn't take long, and some guy helped us out (didn't catch his name) and he asked what he could do for us today, and I just straight up told him I've never done anything like this before but wanted to try edibles. He took me over and helped us out, answered all the questions I had, and gave all the recommendations he could for someone who was a first timer. I was super happy with my experience, his help and the products I got.. wish I got his name to give him a shout out. And I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Holy Mary-Jane, this place is the Apple store of herb, couldn't be anymore happy with my purchase. Everyone is so helpful and detailed I totally love this place. Just get a little more bright green signs, hard to spot the place at night. But overall extremely happy with parking too! Easy and calm.

Shopping at Atrium reminds me of that feeling you get when you walk into an Apple store. Everything is clean, modern, bright with 1 employee to customer ratio. The experience is nothing like the competition that has metal bars on the front door and feels like you are doing something illegal. I highly recommend Atrium.

We have been to Atrium 2 times now.  The staff is very polite and really knows their stuff.   The store is beautiful inside and you would think you are in Neiman Marcus!   Very professional staff, security and the Manager Max is great!   Highly recommend the store!   They always have great promotions!   Don and Breana were great in explaining products and giving suggestions.

I found the check-in process super obnoxious here. There's a bunch of faux-cheery 20 year olds in brightly colored pins milling around doing nothing and I felt swarmed the minute I walked in the door. You don't need 20 staffers for 5 customers. Hire a few experts who really know their stuff and give your customers a little space.

It is ridiculous that they demand your cell phone for credit card transactions. I opted to pay with cash. I received a first time discount without needing to provide my cell number. My friend during the visit wanted the same first time discount, but another staff members demanded my friend's cell in order to get the discount. I asked the staff member that helped me and he said they didn't need a cell number to offer a first time discount. I expressed my concerns about the repeated request for a cell phone number, but two female staff member just argued with me.

This place was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the shops I have been to. Bright and open. It's like a high end boutique. You get a personal shopper who walks you through any questions or new products. I was recently looking for a new place to go due to usually being disappointed by the service I receive at most dispensaries nowadays. I decided to give this place a try & wow! Am I so glad I made the choice to come here! First off, the place is so organized & you can feel the positive energy that flows through the place. Second, Ruby was the one who helped me & im so happy with the service she provided! She had such a great vibe to her & she also took the time to pick out exactly what I wanted/ needed. It's very rare these days I can go to a dispensary & they aren't rushing me out of the place. Im also happy that she took her time to help me choose what flower to go with because there was such a big variety. I didn't know what to choose! Went in for the 1 year anniversary party, it was my first time here. The place is set up to be very professional, clean, and convenient. My bud tender Victor was very helpful and had great customer service. Honestly, putting him as a face to my first experience will have me coming back again soon!

I've been waiting to go to this new dispensary because it's located really close to my house. The first thing I noticed when I stepped in was that it smelled delicious and it was very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Francesca Dominguez helped me out and was super sweet and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back regularly!

Went to The Atrium for the first time today and I'm simply not impressed. I can get my CBD Tincture at other well known dispensaries. I did not like the staff as they were crowding us and following us. I couldn't even speak to my husband about my health needs without the woman being on top of me. Very inexperienced and this is the first time that this has happened to me at a dispensary. There is simply too much competition to come back to this one.

Has a lot of good options but unfortunately almost everything is overpriced and taxed. It's getting harder and harder to find the good ole 35 dollar top shelf 1/8 shop with no tax but there's still a few of them out there. At this shop it's hard to pick the bud you want because everything is pre packaged so you can't smell your bud or look at it up close. If you don't mind spending money and aren't too picky with your bud this is the place for you. They have a wide selection of brands, edibles, and different forms of cannabis. Staff is super cool and knowledgeable. The building is pretty dope. Modern and everything runs on a computer system. They usually take credit cards whIch is nice. What they lack in affordable pricing and accessibility they make up for in ambiance and variety. It's a pretty sweet spot if your not worried about spending too much money or smelling your bud before you buy it.

I went to this dispensary a few weeks ago after having a mild panic attack. The dr at a hospital (not mentioning) told me to just chill out and relax also saying I should get some weed, which would calm me down a bit. The dr said I should get higher cbd strain buds not edibles as it would be better. So I went to the Atrium as I know one of the owners of the place. I got in line was and was greeted by one of the employees who took my info and scanned my license. She walked me in and had me take my temperature. It was a hot day so my temp was pretty high.  She told me to wait in the lobby under the AC and grab some water. My temp went down.  She handed me off Andrew. I told him what I  was going through and he walked me over to one of the cabinets. He was pretty knowledgeable  and told me he gave his family member the same thing and it's helped him out a lot.  I got home packed the pipe and started to toke up a bit.  It took me right back to my high school days (what a trip).  But seriously, my nerves have calmed down a lot and I feel a lot more relaxed now. Top notch. Clean, bright, lovely.  I brought my 80-something parents so my heavily arthritic father could get a topical balm.  Manager Adam was very knowledgeable, patient, and just a doll.  My father can return whenever he wants without me and I know he's in good hands. I can't believe I bought weed with my folks, but it felt like I was buying a watch or perfume.  Skip the dank little holes in the wall.  Put on your tux and tiara and enjoy a high end experience.

I have been to the atrium twice. It is very close to my house. The staff know very little about what they are selling. They don't have any sort of list as to what strains they carry. You just have to walk with them from case to case while they tell you how great everything is. If you ask for any particular strain they look very confused. Give yourself plenty of time because they have to show you everything because they don't know what any of it is. Beautiful store. But a very poor business. I hope to never go in again.

The first time I went in, I was just looking for a battery for a cartridge. They talked me into buying a cartridge bc it came with a great battery. The battery broke in a few days so bc that's what I originally wanted, I took it back. The manager gave me a battery that lights up but doesnt have heat. Then I go in again and my script was not put in the system. They gave me 10 % off so it would fix the difference but I have to bring my script back in. So then Friday I go in and they have what I want but the guy talks me into spending more money. The 75 dollar cartridge leaked all over the place and the bud is stale. It's a beautiful place and they have some nice things..... it's not worth calling again and making another trip there though.Update: it has been 20 days since I wrote this post and the company did not contact me to make it right. Please be aware that they really just dont care about their patients.Update: I was contacted by Atrium. It's pretty obvious no one saw this post at first because they 100% made it better. Thank you. I will be going back.

This place is on a whole different level. I've never seen a Cannibas dispensary like this before. The aesthetic of the space and their brand is beautiful. The staff is beyond accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. I believe this place will be here for a very longtime and I can't see myself going anywhere else. Their products are top of the line and displayed beautifully. I also got a complementary hat and shirt. I have been a patient/advocate for years and have been to dozens of dispensaries in LA and beyond.  This place is BY FAR the best I've ever experienced.  Clean, slick, with employees who can truly educate you, and a variety of products that is unmatched anywhere.  I'm aware that MedMen is considered the best, leading the consumer brick-n-mortar niche.  Well MedMen, you just got out-done.  They pale in comparison to Atrium.  If you are a new user or veteran you MUST make a trip to this place.  No matter the distance, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.  I would give Atrium and staff 6 stars if I could.  I will not be going anywhere else ever again.  I can't.

This shop is spot on. They have every day deals you can bank on AND they have special deals when you go in store (sign up for the texts which are one a day). They have vendors in the building that actually give you education on products you're not familiar with. Steph was a great helping me find CBD products as well as this strain called Danny Larusso. She was kind and patient. Needless to say I'm not let down in any sense. Im looking forward to coming back in!

This place is by far one of nicest weed store I have been to.  Some of the salespersons are more knowledgeable than others.  Twice I went in looking for something that would help me sleep and twice with no luck.  Perhaps weed doesn't work for me or wasn't directed to the right product.  In addition, it's a bit overpriced.

To save time for those in a rush I'll say, the thesis of my review is Atrium is Not horrible. But, there are so many better places.If you care for a detailed explanation of my experience continue reading. Here's my personality when it comes to herb. I shop around a lot when I'm looking for a new place. But when I find the perfect strains that I know are going to be at the shop week after week, I tend to stay loyal for a long time. I like consistency so I find what works and I stick to it with herbal medication. Some like to experiment, and try all sorts of weed and that's not me. My last store I was going to was shut down so I went looking again recently, and stumbled into Atrium. Upon walking in you realize they invest a lot in looking legitimate. The place is impeccably clean! Five stars on cleanliness hands down! High tec vibe. Everyone has iPads. The staff is kind, and well spoken. Reminds me of a Chick-fil-A type vibe between the reps. Not like most marijuana establishments I know where it's 3 or 4 familiar faces. This place is packed with employees (10-15 of them) and every time I went I only recognized one or two of them. So they have a ton of employees cycling in and out and if meeting someone familiar every week is your thing (it's mine) then this isn't it. But if you're the type that likes meeting new people you'll find them here. And they are kind. Now, let's get real. I've worked at dispensaries, I have friends that have worked at dispensaries. There's a few things everyone knows. Everyone walks in and wants "THE BEST". But if you always give them the actual best, you'll run out of the real best and you'll only sell the real best while your other strains go neglected. So for margins, they do some manipulating and advertising of certain strains more than others. This means, when you're new especially, they show you the strain they are trying to get rid of a lot of times as opposed to their best stuff. Atrium is no different. That's not bad, it's just business. So I did the dance with the rep the first time. They showed me some eh weed until I turned Enuf of it down then we got to the good stuff. And I landed a FIRE indica. Heavy awesome tasting indica. I was like "alright this is the new spot!" But it gave me a little anxiety which is unusual. And offputting but different strains for different folks. So I went back cuz at least they had quality herb! Walk in and there's a whole new crew of people. But they have iPads to check your previous purchases (pretty awesome)! So I told her I liked what I got but wanted something same quality just calmer. And I got it! They showed me some eh weed again, we did the circle but I got something literally perfect! Perfect! It was expensive as hell tho $62 a eighth. Whatever. Worth it.So I buy that one more time and loved it and I start gettin excited that this new expensive corporate vibe dispensary was my new place. At least I found great weed. Now here's were it turns to 3 stars. I go back to buy the weed I like and there's a new staff of 10-15. And the weed I like is gone. And they have no idea when it's coming back. This sucks for people like me that find the thing that is their remedy and then it's gone and they have to roll the $62-eighth-dice and hope they get something that works. I sniffed around nothing smelled great at all. I picked one they recommended, they went behind the back bagged my product I brought it home, it's straight schwag. It's hard to find bad weed but I just paid $62 bucks for it. Like nasty dry, not an indica heavy, nothing like the sample looked, and tasted awful it's just bad weed. I was surprised and irritated to say the least but gave them another shot. I went back, whole new crew, new selection, I did the circle dance with the reps, found a weed that smelled nice. Looked nice. The guy went in the back, brought out my bag, I paid $62 and walked out with a bag of again, not the quality I wanted. Now that's $310 out the wallet for only two eighths (a quarter) of weed that I actually really enjoyed. Way too pricey, too corporate, they got me twice on some schwag somehow. Just not my vibe. Then I tried BLK deliveries in Westlake Village. They are incredible so far! Check out my review for them as well!

All I can say is "wow." The most friendly, compassionate, and helpful workers. To the blonde at the front desk (so friendly and bubbly), to Andres who was so helpful and patient while I asked a million questions, and Alex (I think this was his name (last name starts with an "F,") was so helpful and could tell I was having trouble speaking (I recently had surgery,) and went above and beyond to help get me what I needed. First time here.  Very nicely run, safe, lovely store with friendly sales associates and security guards.  I recommend Taryn. I'm a new CBD user/purchaser and she patiently explained things and helped me choose a product that would work for me.

I came in for the first time and Andres was such a big help. My friends usually do the talking and know what they want and I just follow, but I came in alone and was afraid I wouldn't know what to get. I explained what I wanted and what I tried before and he knew exactly how to help. He even introduce me to some new products I've never heard of. I am definitely coming back!

Giving Atrium one star due to staff demanding private information of my cell phone number and email address before allowing entry "inside". This is not common practice at other recreational stores, where a driver's license ID is sufficient. Other stores in the Woodland Hills area have the new approach to marijuana retailing which features open displays, unfettered browsing of products, and unencumbered entry to the store. I suggest others avoid the Atrium if personal privacy is a concern. In this instance I refused to give personal information, and was turned away by Atrium staff.

Astounded! Such an amazing selection! One of my favorite shops that I have ever been in. So many helpful sales associates. I have had positIve experiences with Nelson, Joey, and Britney. They answer all of my wacky questions and always  recommend wonderful  products! Try the daniel laruso! My favorite recommendation so far!!!

Okay, okay. So... This place has been on MY LIST of local dispensaries in the WH area. When I saw photos, instantly I was intrigued. I finally got around to it but I have to say, I didn't even make it all the way in before I felt like I needed to forget about and turn back around. For starters, what's with all the security? Felt like I was imposing by just being a first timer. Got through the front door and right away was called to the front desk to hand over my ID (of course, makes sense.) but I was instructed that I had to give my first and last name, phone number, email.. and my ID was photographed. Still, no biggie, I guess. Felt unnecessary to get through all that nonetheless. I looked around and saw that there were about 7-8 people waiting in the sit-down lobby area but I didn't think about it much since I was just eager to see what all the fuss was about. I get to the second door and another security person pulled back the door from me saying, "whoa! You have to wait to be called in." I answered confusedly, "huh?" He told me that I had to wait for an available salesperson. Is this a bank or am I here to buy some cannabis? Like? It was a little embarrassing. I had no idea. I said "Forget this." And turned right back around. I remembered that I was 3-4 minutes away from Green Angel, an ol' hole-in-the-wall dispensary with albeit a much smaller selection but excellent customer service that won't make you wait or go through all this nonsense. I was on a time crunch and when I was there, it was 30 min til closing. Hell no. Don't nobody got time for that. I was much happier spending a couple hundred dollars elsewhere where I felt welcomed. The energy here wasn't welcoming at all. Definitely felt extra weird with the security customs being the FIRST thing you deal with going in.

This is probably one of the best dispensaries in the valley maybe even in LA! Great Product! With great employees! Just overall great time when you arrive to the Atrium! Also my man Red is the champs of all of champs when it comes to employees

A little after a year recreational pot was legalized in CA, dispensaries have rapidly evolved. Atrium, however, has taken this evolution to a whole new level. It's very sophisticated, has a huge range of cannabis products with wonderful and genuine staff (Rhonda is especially awesome), and is perfectly located right on the I101 offramp of Topanga Canyon Blvd South. Ample parking too! I've been to several dispensaries, and although each one has its pros and cons, I'm hard pressed to think of any cons for Atrium.

Like walking into a boutique. Clean well lit friendly people. This is the best shop I've been in yet. Check this place out

This is the best dispensary ever! As a first time smoker I had a ton of questions but Tara seemed to have a knowledgeable answer for every single one and even explained how a lot of the products work! I can't wait to come back here for more stuff!!

Atrium is hands down the best dispensary West of the 405, especially during the pandemic. They go above and beyond to be clean and even offer little bottles of sanitizer with plant purchase. Its clean, they have good coffee, sometimes donuts, and are overall super friendly.  Its a scary world not knowing what you are getting in products, but atrium goes above and bEyond to make sure their products have been tested for bad additives and only buy their products from legit vendors. They have  competitive prices and great vendor in store specials. If you want the best then go to atrium. Their staff is super frIendly, and are consistent. The main manager is like no other manager in the industry I have met so far and if there is an  issue he will go above and beyond to make things right. That's why atrium gets my hard earned money. Antonio is one of my favorite bud tenders and the gal that sometimes has really cool dyed hair.

I just moved to the area and this is the most professional, quality dispensary I've ever been to. Everyone is super nice from security to front desk to the budtenders. Especially TARA! She is super sweet and knowledgeable, the ring up process is fast, the stamp card saves me $ every time which i always appreciate.

First time at Atrium and I will be back! Customer service was nice, polite, knowledgeable but not pushy. They made an effort to explain products that focused on specific needs. The space was bright and airy and for Mothers Day they had a do-it-yourself take home bouquet of flowers , not your average dispensary.

Went to the Atrium for the first time the other day. It was amazing! Best service, best flower, best wax! You need to go there! Get your stuff from the atrium no where else!

My fav dispensary. Been coming here since they opened, they have deals frequently on most of their products. The weed is extremely high quality and most of it is either average price or slightly above average. You get what you pay for. The employees I've met have been kind and personable, they don't try to pressure me to make purchases and go with whatever I say I want. I will not stop coming back here unless they close or I move out of the valley. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. The only current downside is that they do not accept card, only cash, but according to an employee that should only be temporary. Amazing, high end dispensary for a high end experience.

This dispo is absolutely beautiful place. It is supper organized and clean, and all of the staff are so kind and helpful! We were not forced into buying anything and were given great description on what the store had to offer. I honestly will not consider any other dispensary. This is where it's at!

What an awesome experience. It was so nice to go into a beautiful store as opposed to the usual dark, seedy shops. Alexandra spent time with me, answering all my questions. She was so knowledgeable about every product. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The people who run this place behave like thugs. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect at any establishment in my life. A friend and I went into the dispensary to check it out for the first time. Within 30 seconds, one of the workers aggressively asked if we were "investors." No, we aren't, I informed them, we are here to shop. Another salesperson was assigned to babysit us for the duration of our visit (literally, we were told we need to stay with him the whole time). The salesperson ventured off and we were reprimanded for it. Another undue and aggressive accusation from the staff, "are you guys vendors?!" No, and now I'd like to speak with your manager. The manager was worse than the rest. Security got involved, we were told to get out, all while wondering what we did to deserve this treatment? I kept my composure and just asked what was the basis for the request but did not receive any substantive answer. I get the impression that something seriously shady is going on over there. Why else would they be so paranoid toward their customers? I look beyond the fancy decor. I'll be taking my patronage somewhere with better customer service.

From the outside, I wasnt sure about this place. But as soon as you open the doors, it's a whole different world of enlightenment. The waiting room, the staff are out of this world. Briana is extremely professional and guided me through this entire experience. I dont usually experience with THC, but she made me extremely comfortable to try a Stiiizy pen that is super mellow and will take the pain out of knee that is required to have a knee transplant on. 10/10, highly recommend!

I was there Wednesday late afternoon and I was greeted so friendly with a smile and made to feel very comfortable from the time Sierra checked me in. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and really cares about your needs. An incredible staff, all of them. The show case is a must see!! The staff takes the time to get to know you and really cares about what is best for your needs. You get the feeling of relaxation the minute you walk in. It is very clean and organized. People should be educated to know that marijuana is not a drug but a flower that can help us in so many ways. I take the gels, drops and body lotion myself. I never use to get high. I use for relaxation and for pain. It's all natural and studies show it's much better for your body than prescription drugs. Why not educate yourself and start to heal the natural way. I believe that these products can help us heal if used correctly. I highly recommend Atrium to everyone!! They are absolutely the most Friendliest, Cleanest, Knowledgeable, Upscale Flower shop ever!!

Recently came here and had a couple bad visits. Purchased a couple half gram calio king pen cartridges and both tasted burnt. I went on vacation so could not return them. When I got back couple weeks later I purchased another half gram and noticed that the date was the same as the last batch I purchased. I told the manager I had a bad experience with the last cartridge I purchased here and the manager said I could exchange if it was also bad. I should have not bought it...but I did and sure enough it also tasted burnt. The package also looked like it was already open and was just resealed. Probably returned already. So the thing that gets me mad is they know they have bunk product but they still sell it to you hoping you just don't come back? In fact they had more from that batch and they were still selling them. Why would they still sell them if they know the batch is bad? You could see the liquid was the wrong color. Not a typical light gold colored liquid. Not sure why they chose to go that route as this place always seemed pretty great before. I never post reviews so I hope you guys understand this is wack. I will be back as I wasted about an hour there just to be told I couldn't get money back as it's against the law to do returns so now I have store credit. Hopefully the product will be better next time.

My experience at Atrium was extremely positive. The people working there were quite friendly and knowledgeable. Alexis was the person who took me around the store and explained all the goodies with strength and cost in consideration. Not much more to say other than a clean, professional, warm environment.

This dispensary is amazing.  At first I was skeptical; the outside of the building feels old and somewhat bland.  The inside, however, couldn't be more the opposite.  My friend and I were immediately greeted and checked in by two very friendly employees.  After the check in process was complete, one employee, Taryn, brought my friend and me into the main sales room.  I was in complete awe when I saw how beautiful the store looks in person, the layout is visually stunning.  Almost like a satisfying mix of jewelry store and spa.  While a lot of products are locked in jewelry-esque cases, plenty of products are out on an open shelf display to view closely and handle.  For whatever reason, this is a really big positive for me.  The store had exactly what I came for (Kiva bars!), and Taryn could not have been a better budtender.  She was very informative, friendly, funny, and added such a great vibe to the store.  The prices were a bit high, but I'll happily pay them all day long knowing it's going to support a great business like this.

Really nice dispensary - has a "high-end" feel, but friendly staff and fair prices.  I've visited dispensaries in Oregon, Cali and Illinois, and this ranks right up there with the best - check it out of you're nearby!!

This place is organized, the staff is alert and oriented x4 (a major plus), and I am able to grab what I want, request a recommendation, and get out of the parking lot in 9 minutes. I've been coming here since it opened and they do have good products and customer service.. most of the time. I came in this last weekend and was overcharged $22, and the product I received wasn't what I asked for. After years of coming in, I will not be a returning customer.

Worst service for delivery ever!   Canceled my order 2 days in a row!!! InsaneYoung kids work there don't know what they are doing! I've been waiting for 3 hours and I live 7 minutes away tops! They decided to cancel it yesterday because I placed the order 5 minutes after last order but it did let me order. Informed me only 45 minutes later they are canceling.Today they just canceled after a 3 hour wait for no reason! Awful service DO NOT ORDER!!!

I've visited this dispensary a few times in the past and it was very sterile looking but, great nonetheless. Yesterday, I decided to stop in and grab some essentials for some goodies to celebrate some small victories this year and get some gifts. I was surprised to see they had added so much color and it felt more welcoming than before. I don't normally like going to the dispensaries myself as I'm not very well-versed and I tend to be indecisive. However, Chris was my budtender and he was very patient, accommodating, and extremely friendly. I asked for lots of recommendations and he was able to give me a wide variety of items that matched what I was looking for. If it weren't for Chris, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed my visit to Atrium! She was very nice and easy to talk to and helped me get some really good hybrid and she understood sativa wasn’t for me and was really nice about I got a 8th but it was fast easy service and it’s a nice clean place I will come back thank you RUBY !!!
