Bad customer service now and this used to be my neighborhood spot!  Stopped by yesterday for a joint and the girl who tried to help me is so rude so many times before, she'd literally told me that "not she nor none of her friends smoke joints so she wouldn't know".  I asked for a different person to help me and the rude girl started laughing her head off at me super passive aggressive and weirdly.  I had some questions about different joints and knew she couldn't answer them and it's such a downer to deal with her.  I'm a cheery senior citizen and only wanted to get in and out of there happily.  I believe she was accusing me (to her friends) that it was a race issue too lol!!  Wow.  It's difficult enough to have to yell over the loud music in a mask but there are a number of people who work there who have NO CUSTOMER experience obviously.  Another cashier has yelled at me several times.  Guess they don't want my business and will only go there now in a pinch.  They should really be kind and considerate to all the customers but both of the bad employees, I've stood there waiting while they are pretty much getting the customers phone numbers for a possible date.  So it's clear that the employees who work there are much more important than the customers who go to spend their money there.  I will avoid as much as possible.

Those prices...woof!  Guess it costs quite a bit to buy an old house and paint it blue.  The velvet rope and mouthy security guards out front make it seem like a strip club.

Use to be the best shop in town.. don't know wtf happened service went downhill like The shop itself, the shop was a great dispensary, they sold out... Asked for a fire new 8th that they had in stock they recommended me a line and I said ok and I look at the pack after I walk out and it's over a year old

This place is great. Don't listen to the bad reviews they are just some entitled ass jerks who if they don't get everything they want they'll throw a fit. The security guards are hella cool and friendly. The way you have to order is kinda different. There's workers with tablets and they take your order and can answer a lot of the questions you have. I think The cashier (bud tender) are just there for the payment transactions. Which is kinda different from usual dispensaries. But it does help that they can check their stock really fast without actually having to go to the back.

Short/heavy set guy working there should be barred from working with customers/fired. He is the epitome of "how to NOT treat a paying customer." A lot of the other employees are cool, this isn't a reflection of everyone.

Lots of bad reviews here, but that wasn't my experience at all. Guard out front was cool, front desk got me signed in quickly (new customer) and someone immediately helped me out. Tons of products in what I found as a very clean and cool set up that immediately made me want to browse. The building itself is a total eyesore, but you sure as hell can't miss it.

Do not give these people your money. They fake like they delivered weed, when usually they send a courtesy text when they are on the way (I get deliveries all the time from the usual driver) and I did not get that today so I called them right before delivery was over to see if they were on the way to deliver my order and the guy on the phone tells me that they tried to call me three times and I didn't get anythingggggggg. This isn't the first time I've been lied to by whoever the man is on the phone but when I recognize him I'll be sure to point him out to my husband so he can kick his ass when he leaves cookies Woodland Hills. I placed the order at 1pm today it's now 7:30 !!! Stop lying and keep it 100 assholes

They have the worst service in the entire San Fernando Valley. Bud tenders don't know what they're talking about and they mislabel a lot of their products. When you dare ask questions about the products their cashiers will chastise you and even verbally harrass you if they feel that you're giving THEM a hard time. Laughably bad place.

Better off going to the marathon store in CanogaCustomer service is horrible..You spend your money there and they treat you like shit

Wow! First time in cookies and The staff was SO RUDE! All of their masks were under there nose. So snobby and stuck up. I spent 200$ and no thank you even after tipping.  Never going back. All marketing and packaging, no customer service. They made me feel like I was buying them, meanwhile the store was empty

I loveeee this dispo!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They have a huge variety of their own cannabis as well as others. The bud tenders here are a lot more helpful than other places which makes this my go to spot!

The poorest customer service that I see in my life, There is lady, seems like she is a manager and she is the worst person to be a manager for sure. They didn't exchange the $25 product that i bought the day before. And it wasn't even opened, Thats how day take care of clients. The poorest poorest customer service from management.

I read the bad reviews first but my friend said they were cool so I gave it a try. when I came in with myFriend, Security was friendly, the girl who made the recommendations was also cool and the two dudes at the register had good vibes and were laughing and joking. Personally I had a great experience and when I'm I'm the area I'd come back.  I got the sour power OG and pancakes and both were fire.

Went to this Dispensary to the first time today. No Ftp for anyone wondering. Loved the layout of the store but the staff was absolutely awful, Besides the one sweet girl at the front with wavy hair. She was sweet. The lady that was helping me pick my herb seemed like she really just did not want to help me find what I want. I asked for three different indica only 1/8ths. Walked out to my car and looked in the bag and she gave me one sativa, one hybrid that looked sativa dominant, and an indica. I got back inside and talk to the manager and just state that I asked for Indica can you please swap these for Indica. The manager threw me a bunch of attitude as well as the other girl who initially made the mistake. I had to wait and watch as they made the correction in their system. And then they gave me my products with attitude. So much for Customer service! They have NO COSTUMER SERVICE. If you don't feel like having your day ruined by a buncha B*tches DO NOT GO HERE. Never had such a rude and disrespectful experience and I've been to a million different dispensaries all over the World.

The security was nice but the staff is rude. Like very little friendliness. It's good if you're in the area and need convenience, but go in knowing what you want cuz the staff will probably just ignore you're there.

I'm gonna  be honest, I bought weed here and took it back home with me. Lock me up and throw away the key.Selection was nice, the clerk was kind, and I even got a coupon for it being my first time!Only reason I knocked off a star was because they gave me the wrong stuff in my bag. I didn't check until I got back to my hotel because the bag is sealed. Bit of a bummer, but weed is weed I guess.

Great price on Stizzies... And cartridges. Pre-rolls and High end weed . Cashiers were great

Bud tenders are not knowledgeable in their products and they have terrible attitude. They really think they're the only high end dispensary in the valley. If you value your time and money go somewhere else.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Top of the line products.

Great staff, even the security are great guys! Staff is also knowledgeable about flower. My husband & i visit at least twice a week!
