Well, where to begin. "VidaCann", claims you be this cutting edge, high quality, premier product. What a JOKE! You'll never know! I've personally tried for over a month now to purchase product. The manager Cindy, gave me a card and said to call. But every time I call, or show up there, they claim to be waiting on a shipment! That never comes in! The staff is less than friendly. They never have the infamous TIKUN brand, and when they do, it's only the indica strain. I've given this place 3 separate times to try and help me out. Guess that'll never happen huh. Don't waste your time or money. Only thing it's worth is the $55 off 100$ for the first visit, and you better hope they have something other than Mandarin Cookies.

Awesome dispensary! Nice, helpful staff and good product. I just love that their flower comes in glass jars!! This is def one of my favs here in jacksonville! Only thing is i do wish they could start a points program for each purchase!!

Flower is decent but prices are high, especially their Tukin line! Distillate in the jar was a major let down. Wish they sold the Tukin and others in oral syringes... Vet discount is one of the lower in the state and they definitely will not let you stack discounts like many of the other dispensaries do. Also just found out that my points from my first purchase are not eligible because it was before they started... so my biggest purchase I don't even get points for!

VodaCann has fantastic product! The only thing that keeps me coming back to this store versus are not only the product, but the staff. The staff is fantastic and greets me by name when I walk through the front door. The store is very nice as well.

Nice products, solid variety, wish the prices were a little more reasonable but can't complain about quality at all  Solid Dispensary overall, but definitely go for the Tikun stuff ‍

Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. They really take the time to answer any questions and help figure out what could be most beneficial. If you're looking for quality products and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and people, VidaCann in West Palm Beach is my favorite dispensary, hands down.

Hey I just wanted to leave a review to give the proper recognition to the staff at Vidacann West Palm. The staff is always Friendly, Helpful & knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping at vidacann for almost 2 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Their products quality is always above par…. I give them props on being Honest & Consistent & Having In my opinion “some of the best quality products Available in the Florida medical market”

This place was a great ! Me and the wife popped in and we’re helped immediately by Britney P and another nice gentleman with glasses . Our first timers profiles were made in what seemed like seconds , seriously . Brittney escorted us to the product area which was well polished, and began expertly reciting our options and the details which make their products unique and worth our time. I ended up leaving with a bouquet of whole flower strains, and other products. We left feeling uplifted and honestly excited. Can’t wait to try my products . Thanks Britney ! Update: this is the first time I’ve felt “medicated” in a long time.
