sadly for us, your store was closed when we were there. Our only choice was to look in the windows! It's really beautiful. So unfortunate that the only revenue is from Medical Patients, once this country gets it together, and you guys get your house in order, I'm HOPING to REAP the benefits of being a shareholder! Lots and Lots of shares....all ranging from $5.00  $.70 (yeah, although it sucks for the stock to tank, I just took advantage for the LONG HAUL, and bought a ton more!) I have FULL faith in your concept, it's the managing part I'm watching, we're all watching.  I'm using the WPB location for the FULL MEDMEN review, to offset a negative one. Although my opinion may not be popular, I think that your "Budtender" did the right thing by not selling to someone without the correct documents, or their med card. Way too much to LOSE for an illegal sale. I couldn't actually give a 5 star, since I hadn't been in this location! I do give a five star for MedMen in general though. MAKE ME A MILLIONAIRE! LOL!

Not usually in downtown area but there I was in need. Popped into MedMen and they fixed right up, parking in back, btw. Thanks so much for your help. I'm a 9 lb hammer girl, their product not hammer, but it filled the need. People ultra friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

I absolutely loved medmen today. Roosevelt was super helpful, extremely patient and educated me on some great new cannabis strains. I recommend that everyone, STOP whatever ur doing and come see Roosevelt at medmen for ur best dispensary experience!

So now I've tried basically all of the dispensaries in Area, next to Trulieve They do have the second best flower I've tried so far out of all of the dispensaries. Place is very clean customer service is great. Would like to see A few more promotions but it is what it is Knox doesn't run any unless you come back within the same year which I was never told the first time I came Or at all ever when I even place a order for delivery, which is very discerning and I will not go back there because of that. But madman is pretty good I've only been to them once and so far thumbs up

Excellent service again. I went there with certain products in mind and Cecilio from MedMen found out what my needs are and I got out of there with a bigger bag with a much better value. I think overall so far the professionalism and the physical space that MedMen has to offer for privacy of patients to talk is amazing and as far as I can tell unique.

I was impressed with this store as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere reminds me of the Apple store. Processing was quick, they use a tablet and a handheld device opposed to a PC which made registration as a new patient way quicker than the competing dispensaries. Jarief really knows his stuff and is evidently an honest and kind guy who really cares for his customers. The experience was beyond expectations and the prices were unbeatable. I will definitely be back.

This location is awesome. The store is beautiful and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Unlike some other dispensaries, I can literally leave my car running while I run in and out .. I love that. Today Joe was able to answer all my questions and still had me out of the store in minutes. Very knowledgeable, which is so appreciated!

I met Joseph and Antonio the other day when shopping, Awesome service! Welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Answer all my questions and was really friendly and helpful. MedMen on Clematis is my go to.

Hello to whomever is reading this,Let's get to the point. I really wanted to try this place. Even drove almost 2:30hours to check it out while my family enjoyed West Palm. We are coming from Orlando. And I have to say I have had so much of a better overall experience at RISE. Even TL with so many faults and issues have treated me better. Came to the front door. Without my medical card, which has never been an issue prior to this. So this is what really got me going. I explained my case to the front door welcoming person. No idea of her name. My contacts we're giving me a pain like no other. Probably dry. Any who. She explains to me that I need my medical card in order to purchase, and even though I have purchase with my license at other dispensaries. She said that I WAS BREAKING STATE LAW and STATE REGULATION by not providing proper documentation. She kept on going questioning my validity as a patience. And that if others want to break the law it was on them. So by now I'm going back and and for. The one person with some common sense came to the rescue. The manager. I don't know her name. Young gal, brown hair, brown eyes. About 5'6. She explained exactly what was going on. She gave me the policy of MedMen and their business proposal which includes specific regulations to make sure they are following their part to meet state requirements. She did gave me some the time to sit on their cool couches to look for my email with the original confirmation which I didn't have or a picture of my Medical Card. Unfortunately while her and I were talking the associate whom originally confronted me felt a certain way about me. And shared out loud for everyone in the empty store to hear. Manager told me that she will talk to her etc.  Non sense. Really. Grown ups acting like children. When the only thing we want as PATIENTS. Is for someone to give a dang, to care. To go the extra mile. If you don't have patience I don't think this is the correct field for you. Just like myself I know other patience will need assistance in the future if they forget their ID's. And I pray that that associate does not have to endure the stressing task to that it is to pass on information the correct way. Maybe it's time to revised MedMan policies and development   Thank you. Best cleanest dispensary. Jariel has been great staff person. Very kind and knowledgeable. He is friendly and makes sure client's are comfortable with different medications.

in and out in 5 minutes! good selection, clean and friendly staff. Don't get the clothing line aspect, it's a weed shop?! prices very good and quality items for sale. Anytime is a good time to go there I never had to wait!

Medmen's product is high quality, consistent, reliable and dank. As is their customer service and overall experience. Quality, reliability and service justify the slightly higher prices and minimal sales. Sales and promotions are more fitting for recreational consumption, not medical. I spoke to a manager here briefly and could quickly tell his knowledge of Cannabis as a medicine far surpassed most others I've spoken to in Florida. First time visiting Medmen was on the west coast over the past few years and their ability to maintain a consistent retail experience nationwide is awesome. The product I get from Medmen significantly impacts the way I FEEL on a daily basis. From a customer service point of view, the way you make a patient/customer feel is what they remember most from the experience.

First time in this dispensary.  Oscar was a huge help and guided me through all the product in a professional, informative,  and engaging way.

Really beautiful store in a historic building on Clematis. Clean interior with products on display. David helped me find some 1:1 drops.It would be great to have a selection of low-THC high-CBD vapes and edibles but it seems the whole industry is going towards more powerful product.Either way, I'll be back. They're so well organized and very polite staff especially Paloma she was so helpful. She helped me decide what type of CBD to buy that fits what I'm looking for thanks Paloma and MedMen for being the place to go to get your medical needs.

I have been a Patient at the Downtown Medmen dispensary for 2 years now and have never been disappointed. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. There have only been a few times when they have not had the product I needed but were able to suggest comparable treatments that proved to be just as good. I would and do regularly suggest and refer others to visit them.

Amelia is awesome! She is very knowledge about the cannabis industry. Amelia makes you feel right at home when you are inside the store. There are a few dispensaries popping up in my area that are closer in proximity but MedMen West Palm Beach is my only dispensary that I care to go to (and the prices are great too). I’ve only been to MedMen once or twice before, but today I was lucky enough to have Jared assist me with my purchase. I came in pretty sure I knew what I wanted, but thanks to Jared’s comprehensive understanding of his products we were able to find something even more effective. Jared helped me pair this with some of the stores current promotions and I left feeling I walked away with a killer deal, and a lot of great knowledge I’ll be able to use for future purchases. I’ll definitely be making this my preferred dispensary. Thanks Jared!
