Don't come here and support this awful business. They have amazing products, but it isn't worth being talked down to by the extremely rude staff in the waiting room. They have you check in online for pick up orders, but then make you wait outside once they text you that there is room for you inside stating they can only have 6 people inside. Then don't text me if you aren't ready.I'd recommend GrowHealthy or Surterra. Always quicker and always friendly. Just be prepped to get out some anger at this location. What a joke.

Absolute trash. Wish i could give them no stars all trulieves are terrible save your money and go to surterra or anywhere else

I try to come here and get my stuff and everytime i place and order for pick up its takes 2 days to process and they dont have the stuff i ordered anymore cause they took so long to put everything together. Plus they have a very Un efficient service system that takes 30+ wait times just to grab your stuff and get out. Your better off walking in then picking up. But just know you will have a nice wait !

Thank you Nicholas for the  excellent service!!! Our second visit,  we will be back. We requested curbside delivery,  which manager Nicholas was more than happy to accommodate,  even though doors are open and all precautions are certainly in place. I do not feel comfortable taking my brother (patient) inside any establishment right now. And I might add, both of our visits we're at a peak time, very busy!! I see why!

I just recently got my MM card and have been trying out the various dispensaries. I've been to Trulieve a couple of times. The flower is fine and the products are pretty good but don't order online! I have placed orders two times and both times, while they said they had the products, when I showed up, they didn't. They even sent me a message that what I ordered was packed and ready to go. I show up and wait about a half hour to go in and then the order isn't there. I suggest, try another place.

Worst dispensary ever always sum bs and when placing a pick up order takes 30mins to a hour to receive ur order while being already  inside the store better off going to muv or grow healthy the dispenserry for MIDS is def Trulieve don't go their IF LOOKING for quality

Agree with everyone posting a 1 star rating. awfulbusiness. order online but never receive email that product is ready. unfriendly staff. terrible wait even for a pickup order. location is so small it really cant handle the traffic honestly. the one time i even bought flower it was dry and very small buds with a good amount of shake. Definitely prefer Grow Healthy or Surterra instead. in fact once i find some good edibles somewhere else im never coming back here.

I have to say I absolutely love this trulieve store every time I walk into this store I get the absolutely best service ! Fast service I love all the associates that take care of me today I stoped in for a quick pick up order  before work my associates name this time was Darin I've also had him a few times before this time and every single time he has given me the best service he is so kind and attentive and knows his stuff when I have questions about products please recognize him for his great customer service !

Strongest stuff in town but you'll need it to chill out again after dealing with them. Be prepared for a massive headache with either their system going down or your order messed up somehow, or what they told you was available actually wasn't or half your order was cancelled and no one bothers to call you and let you know or check to see if you'd even still want the order before driving all the way down there. And you can't call the store directly. Can only call a national number after being on hold for minimum of 30min sometimes all day. Don't get me wrong, they are the nicest staff T WPB, but how they roll is totally jacked. YALL NEED AN APP.

they might have 50 shops throughout florida but these guys are the worst i have ever delt with! No phone #'s,theres no in house phone. the information on the site is next to nothing, no thc #'s on their flower?! the check in process is crazy. you wait at least 20 minutes even if you "reserve" your order.  I've seen 10 people waiting in and outside to get medication! There system is simply broken and nobody cares to fix it!

poor customer service. i sat in the lobby for 25   mins. i got a text saying my order was ready for pick up. people that wasnt check in was getting there order. i had to cancel my order casue i was going to be late for work. and the guy who works the frist desk the fat one need to fix his attitude

I like this place. People are nice and they have a great return or exchange policy if you are not 100% satisfied with product. Feels more of a medical setting and I feel their products are effective medically. If one is suffering from pain and autoimmune disease this is the only place in West Palm Beach that has the RSO. They also have high potency RSO/ CBD pill available $116 for 25 pills. I have not tried this myself but will next time. Can say the RSO is . Great specials for first timers! They have some good carts but most have MCT. Not a fan. They only had 1 Co2 extraction available.  I prefer growhealthy for carts. Solid place and really great staff! Their MO should be Get Relief at Trulieve lol . Grateful to be able to have great options right here in West Palm Beach. Thanks  for your service!

First of all a great place to get my meds, and I wanna share my great experience especially with the help of Liz whose very knowledgeable of the products, very accommodating, good customer service and made our interaction extraordinary by helping us pickwhich of the many products you guys have would be best for our situation. Liz and the entire team made us feel very special in every way. Keep up the good work and best of luck to the team, more powers. We are trulievers!!

Fed up!!!I work very long days and everything I go to pick up my pick up order there has been an issue. Especially  for mini Mondays or ground Thursdays.  I order as soon as the lines open. Thursday, ThanksgivingDay, i ordered at 7:30am and they didn't have one of my grounds.  I was at work so I could not take the call. But seeing a 561 number i assumed it was trulueve as usual with a order problem.  I called the number back as soon as i could figuring by now there was yet another issue...finally some girl answers tells me she doesn't handle that and gavee a number to a HOTEL!! Than I get to location to pick up my flower I pre-ordered and my order (the one ground they did have)  is lost due to some new system. As well as I had to wait an hour and a half on a pick up order bc computers were down. I used to love trulueve the best but now products are never in and chaos upon arrival. I also had some girl who had only worked there 3 days snap at me bc I was upset about my order and she basically told me to be quiet they have dealt with angry guests all day and were fed up.. Needless to say that did not go over well with me at all. THE EMPLOYEES HAD A BAD DAY BC  SYSTEM CHANGE? Absolutely no excuse for poor guest service.   I work in guest service WITH VERY HIGH END RUDE & ENTITLED PEOPLE BUT THEY ARE MY GUEST I WOULD NEVER EVER SPEAK TO THEM IN THE MANNER YOUR 3 DAY OLD EMPLOYEE DID!! YOUR ONLY saving grace at this location is Krichen.... she goes far beyond to make your guests happy and coming back.  She is the only reason I did not stop coming all together YET. I  have never had these or any issues at grow healthy or Rise or surterra wellness!! I am so tired of every visit my order being incomplete and the attitude given by  6/10 employees qt this location is horrible!!  I feel truliebe is expanding to quickly and can't keep up and that puts a bad taste in my mouth.

First time customer and everyone was great.Great specials for first time buyers too.Flower was tasty and relaxing.Questions about concentrates answered.Top notch service.

How many times am I going to place an order online and get a call back telling me you are out of something (or most of my order )? I place orders and get calls back HOURS after placed telling me you are sold out , 3 times in 3 weeks. Horrible customer service as you have no other answer than " we just go by the website and dont have control " ..you are a business, and a medical dispensary , GET CONTROL...or fix your website (if that truly is the problem)

Went this morning to this location and like always 10-15 people waiting outside the door. Go in and tell the receptionist that I am a walk in and he instructs me to "wait outside" when I turned to sit in one of the 7 open seats in the waiting room. I asked "do I have to go outside", and he got instantly angry and said he was "rotating patients" I needed to wait outside like he asked!! I walked outside and feeling very upset with the way he spoke to me, NOT AT ALL LIKE A PATIENT AT A PHARMACY FOR THIER MEDS!! More like a GATE KEEPER ON A POWER TRIP!! I went back in immediately and asked for my ID back and he was so rude yelling at me. As I walked away he opened the door to scold a few more DRUG-SEEKERS/PATIENTS!! I am beyond offended bc I needed that seat inside after my 51 surgeries and BKA....terrible place with employees that HATE THEIR LIVES AND DONT THINK MUCH ABOUT YOURS AS A PATIENT EITHER! Worst place ever!!!

Product is great but in noooo way are they a capable team of handling heavy traffic. The wait is all out of wack. Put a pick up order in and watched people who came in after me put in the back room first. Other people complaining of same thing. Just a circus

I love coming here for my medical needs. I was lucky enough to get Leo for my pickup order today. He was so helpful and happy to help me. He took the time to explain the strain I was getting today and the benefits of it. I also had a lovely time getting to know him. Would definitely recommend this store.

I am a new patient, and this was my first time visiting any florida dispensary.  I was able to do my initial order online, and drove to the location for pick up.  The counter staff was extraordinarily friendly, and it felt like they were doing a very good job of keeping things sanitary, and enforcing social distancing.When I was called back, I worked with Raquel, who had my order ready to go.  When I explained I was new, she applied my discounts, went over all of the products with me, and made recommendations for me to adjust my order.  She also explained how my prescription worked, and the best way to apply it.  I have since been to a few more dispensaries, and this experience was by far the best.  Thanks Raquel!

Great staff. Quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Easy location not too far from Okeechobee Blvd. it's safe, they've got a security guard and even he's friendly.

Hip hip hooray!! Whatta place! You actually CAN open their containers if you have pliers, a half hour and some elbow grease! Who said you can't get to the meds you just bought. Good old american knowhow and some hard work and you too can take your meds! Ya gotta believe in trulieve!

I really love Trulieve's product! The associates really know what they are talking about and are very informative. The wait time is usually short which is nice but the security guard in the waiting room asks too many questions....... to the point where is makes you uncomfortable.

They sell over priced average tree, and they take they're sweet time doing it. Low 20s in THC percentage. I've literally wait over 5 hours for call-in orders. Do yourself a favor and try other dispensaries. Trulieve is too busy with their heads up their butts to give you great customer service.

Tried placing an online order 11 Am, received a confirmation for my order but no text, after waiting 3 hours I tried checking my order online, order cannot be found. Tried calling, Instagram Direct Messaging, and chatting through the website with no response. Drove 45 minutes to the dispensary; 4:00, I am told they cannot find my order and are going to place me on the pick up line. Waiting now for an order I placed at 11am. Extremely frustrated and upset about how unorganized this dispensary is. No phones work. Good luck trying to get in contact with a Trulieve worker, meanwhile they are sitting at the desk phones silent.

Jeremiah was very kind and helpful! Place was slammed and he had a great attitude. Definitely recommend this place.

I can never get through to the West Palm location.  The website constantly crashes when they have new deliveries.  Don't bother going online. Very frustrating.  There are many other competitors that offer similar product...I suggest not wasting your time with this location

Stopped in last night and was not impressed. The staff at the front desk was lovely, so was the guard escorting patients in. Once I was directed to a register the young lady behind it was quite unfriendly and rushed me to the point where I felt uncomfortable being there. This was a new experience for me and it was quite unsettling. Based on yesterday's interaction I do not think I will return. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out what is best for you, after I selected and item she said " are you done" and repeated herself after every question I asked. I felt like I needed to apologize for not being knowledgeable. Either way a very uncomfortable experience.

Every time I order from this place the online advertisement read a certain THC content and Whenever I get my order everything I've ordered is a lie, They advertise 30+ THC percentage and when I pick up my order it's 17% THC wtf? This is the third time I've ordered over $200 worth of stuff and more than half the order was a lie. Pretty pathetic marketing scam if you ask me?  This place is the weed Walmart, Horrible quality and false advertisement ran by an overworked under paid staff.  I'm pretty sure this place mass produced everything they sell because every time I smoke your product I get horrible headache, as soon as I tried a different dispensary the headaches went away, go figure.. Horrible products, horrible customer service, The most awful wait times in Florida and Trulieve screws up more orders than McDonald's and we're dealing with hundreds of dollars here not Junior cheeseburger. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because I've given you guys way too many chances and the benefit of the doubt way too many times and I keep getting screwed over every time I do.

This facility was very professional and informative. Being new to process and with no knowledge John S. was a wealth of information and so patient. I was also pleasantly surprised at the positive results with my health issues. Would highly recommend this dispensary.

This is the best dispensary in the West Palm, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter area! The people that work here are especially helpful, knowledgeable and interested in hearing about your needs.

Went in today and got GREAT service from Giselle and Jackie! They were very helpful, Giselle helped me pick out the best flower for me and not just try to up sell me. Jackie explained edibles to me  and how they work. Very knowledgeable. And an even bigger plus is  I had a short wait! Ok Good job on the service Trulieve! Make sure you check out the new gummies!

Trulies is a recreational dispensary putting on a medical facade. Don't give them your business. Their product is NOT consistent, their promotions and marketing is NOT consistent, the expectation when you walk in the store to pickup an online order is NOT reliable whatsoever. Budtenders I've dealt with are NOT knowledgable, one in fact recommended me a high THC product when I needed a 1:1 product for pain. I knew he was wrong the moment he made the recommendation but I went along with it to see if he'd catch it. Instead, he kept looking around the store, acting impatient and trying to get me out, and no they weren't busy at the time.

Horrible place. Always out of stock of the only flower I would bother purchasing from them. Wish they cared about their plants they'd have a whole lot more customers. Also 0 quality control. All these dispensaries are just leading me to not renew my card along with 10000s of other people. Yeah... there are some clueless, people who have no clue what they are buying is inferior product... but you guys are missing out on so many sales in the long run.

This by far Is a terrific dispensary.  Today Alby helped me pick out the perfect selection for my needs. He is educated to all products and he is the nicest person.

I've been going here about 8 months and I spend alot of money ..most of the staff is great except Kevin he is so rude! And they are constantly out of product. so disappointed ..

Again.. the worst dispo you will ever go to... I picked up on 4/21/2021 and I got EXPIRED BUD!! What is this bullshit!? No response when calling the store. Get your stuff together this dispensary is absolutely terrible. Always "forgetting" your products are discounted and stealing my money from me. Terrible dispo, terrible products, midsy bud that looks good but smokes terrible. Never go. Save your money

I'm not sure what happened to all of the people with the 1 star reviews because I've never had any of those issues. Great products & great customer service, I really enjoy this dispensary!

Customer service acts like children, mobile orders aren't taken serious. They'll send you emails confirming your order is correct and ready and when you arrive they tell you they don't have the products available then try to upsell you

I come here all the time, and today Latasha (could be spelling that wrong) was by bud tended and she was so kind and helpful. She checked the whole dispensary for what I was looking for and found it. The entire customer service interaction was splendid, she's a great asset to your teams.

Next time you go in for a pick up make sure you go see my guy Kevin. Extremely knowledgeable, helping you choose the the right product for your own needs. Came in last minute and he was still happy to help like he just started his shift. Always a good experience for me when I come here.

The staff have always been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help! He was not only super cool and awesome, but went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed and expected!
