I had one day left on my recommendation and I was told that I was not welcomed because it had expired when actually I had a day left when I shared this I was told that their computer system says it wasn't valid even though it was I shared that I had contacted other legal dispenceries  they agreed that I was still welcomed that day but not Tradecraft they would only let me in if I renewed my recommendation on the spot I guess they're to stupid to pay attention to me only when it's convenient for them and if I went to a pharmacy I was told by 3 drugstores that it would still be acceptable makes me wonder who's interest they are looking out for because evey time I go in they refer to it as medicine and yet their meager system seems to be outdated definitely won't go back there and hope they go out of business!!!!!

I was so wowed by this place! Their staff is very well trained to provide the utmost of customer service. The choices available are professionally displayed and available through a rotation of bud tenders available on the floor.I believe that those providing critical reviews regarding a medical card are conflating it with a recommend. A recommend is required by any dispenser of Medical marijuana. The way to avoid paying the local sales tax, is to have the MM ID Card that the state issues for $44, currently.This is one of the best dispensaries of medical marijuana that I've seen since recreational became legal. I would definitely recommend to a friend, and I have!

Yo bring out the C squad with these peeps, can't even pull it together for 5 secs to get people out the door. I wish I had more hands to give y'all four thumbs down.

Give this place more than 5 stars if I could.If people are getting pissed because they require a medical card..... it's because every city still has there own laws and to be honest I like this rule with all the illegal product out these days! They have a great selection and great deals too! Staff is very respectfulAnd customer service was off the chain! Definitely will keep going here!

Their wares are generally overpriced, but other than that it's fine.  It can take a while to get service if the place is crowded, but not all the products are behind the counter so there's a bit to look at while waiting.

I wasn't a big fan of tradecraft from the very beginning. They are over priced on things and when they have deals it's always on the items no one wanted in the first place. The people that work there also seem to have this heir about them like they are better then the customers. I'm just here trying to learn and ask questions, sorry I don't know as much about this stuff as you do...

Before coming here, I had no experience with medical marijuana or the process and I was a bit nervous. Yet, the experience was absolutely amazing! I felt comfortable admitting I needed help and suggestions and the staff were so kind and helpful. They made sure to explain everything to me and even give me recommendations based off my own preferences on taste and comfort! I will absolutely be coming back here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to shop!

Modern, organized and great products! The people that work here are friendly and engaging. The store is clean and bright. They always have plenty of products and carry some great edible brands. I don't smoke but use edibles to sleep. Best thing that ever happened to me! No more sleepless nights, no more feeling crabby and tired the next day.  No more waking up from horrific hip pain. I work in a medical practice, all these people on these narcotics for sleep or pain are simply wreaking havoc on their livers... And now the Doctors are trying to wean people off due to the opiate epidemic. I just want to scream marijuana is the only way to fly!!!!!

5 stars, no problem. This is the perfect example of how a business should operate, unlike the trash in my previous review. Polite, welcoming, friendly, that's the secret recipe for customers coming back again and again and I am definitely coming back again and again.Clean, neat, and well-organized establishment, very friendly staff of the utmost caliber, very nice security guard at the door, and no harmful infra-red beams shooting into the brain to comply with the hoax perpetrated by "governor" Gaping Nuisance. A wide variety of products, with smiling, friendly staff that's always available and eager to help. And on the way out, you get friendly greetings from the cool, easy going security guard and man at the door. Couldn't be a better experience

New patient beware:I have a Ca MJ card, UCSD MyChart access showing head and neck cancer and a 9 inch vertical scar behind my ear from neck dissection and that's not enough for these people to sell me meds?They want me to pay for their doctor to "certify" me, like the Moores cancer center isn't enough.Rude check in person, I don't need that.  I'm confident there is a better option close by.By my experience, shops like this market themselves as "medical only" as a marketing ploy to separate themselves from competition, who often have the same products at a significantly lower price and often free samples & significant 1st time discounts.Hard Pass.

purchased their pack of blunts for $50, would have had better luck smoking a nail.  Had to break it up and put into a pipe, which sucked.  save you money and skip

This morning I paid my first visit to this cannabis  super store. I was SO impressed. It's a large, clean, modernly  furnished retail  storefront, with a large  sign easily seen from the road. I have visited many cannabis  places, from semi-hidden, used-to-be something else buildings to a garage behind a house. This place is an efficient, well laid out enterprise.   I was greeted at the entrance by a courteous sales person who asked if I had my medical card. I told her I'd given mine up when it was legalized. She said, no problem, the staff next door would take care of it. I went next door, and even as fifth in line, it took only  15 minutes to complete my approval. The charge was $39. But wait!  That gave me a credit of $39 for purchases; so the service was free. In the store itself there were three or four  helpful staff members, all in uniform, and the inventory is excellent. This is everything I want in a pot store.

I'm from LA but have lived in Vista about 17 years. I was happy to hear this place are owned by LA people. The building is painted really nice from the outside. Inside looks really plain doesnt match what I pictured it would look like waiting all these months for them to open. We walked up and opened the door and before we could even step foot inside this guy says excuse me is he a service dog if not you cant bring him in. Ok this is a dispensary not a restaurant.  I take my little french bulldog every where I go , 7-11, walmart, costco etc and Never have been questioned.  I believe you have to have a sign on the window that states no dogs are allowed inside and this place does not. Rude and lost my business before I even got a chance to step inside. My bf smokes daily for medical reasons so they lost a good customer

I love this place! What a welcome addition to the neighborhood and my life!  . They are helpful, friendly, and even though it seemed really expensive it first, I swear I'm spending less than I used to before this legit dispensary showed up!  And if you're tripping about having to have a medical ID card... They reimburse you for the cost of it in product... this is a wonderful place and I am truly grateful for it.

This is NOT a place to go if you're an ACTUAL medical patient. I came in with my service animal and they made me feel so bad for having a service animal even after I provided them with my animal's certification card. This blond women wearing a mechanics outfit came up to me and patronized me in stern tone  by telling me that "service dogs aren't allowed on the counter, or to petted by customers" even though my dog was just standing by side as she's trained to do. I mean seriously? This is a medical clinic and I've had my service dog for about two years now. My dog is literally trained to be service dog and focus her energy on me... so yeah, pretty sure I already knew all of that. Then when I provided them with my medical card they  acted like it wasn't legitimate and demanded to see mail to prove I am who I say I am. I've been going to medical mj clinics for years now and I have never had obtaining my medicine (that treats epilepsy mind you) made so hard and uncomfortable to get. I walked out instantly because I don't need to be put down by cannaNAZIs just to obtain my medication.Bottom line, this place is a JOKE! They have no business calling themselves a medical facility. It's ironic that they sell medical cards to literally anyone for about $20 more than any other dispensary does. They're just a grey area overpriced rec dispensary in disguise as a medical MJ shop.After this experience I went down the street to Flora Verde about 1 mile away from Trade Craft and they took instant care of me and treated me and my animal with respect. The menu was CHEAPER by $5 across the board to make things better for me. I hope this place goes out of business or fires their whole staff.

I'm new to all this cannabis stuff.  They are so helpful.  Explained to them what I was looking for and what issues I was dealing with.  Pointed me to the right products.   I'm trying different items each time.  You can get you medical card next door  although I received mine on-line.

Dude at the front with the beard seems to know "everything bout the legal cannabis world" pertaining to Vista and surrounding areas. Over priced and stuck up.... they prolly the ones calling 5-0 on the rest of the market. Y'alls lame

Their delivery process is a joke ordered at 4 quoted at 7 never showed up I called got Attitude from the person who answered the phone.I'll never go back there again good luck. plenty of places.

I love the staff here they are always friendly and helpful. They also always have some sort of deal going on, it always clean and kind of reminds me of an Apple store

They require a medical card! Not even cookies in LA that is a legal dispensary require that . I use to go to one in vista, turns out tradecraft farms has been snitching on all the other ones on Santa Fe and is the reason for them getting closed out. On top of getting a medical card they charge 30% tax rate not even in LA. This is sad I was excited until I walked in. I guess I'll be going down to SD for all my needs.

This place is awful as far as quality. No buzz for 160 for 1/2 oz. This place is BS...Don't go here. The Government has involved itself and as per usual. F'ed it up!!

They are super over priced for no reason . The process to get a medical recommendation took over 45 min . The staff is pretty friendly which I enjoy but the prices compared to the other dispensaries NEAR BY .. don't make any dance it's alarmist double to shop there .

This place is high quality and has a wide variety of choice brands. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the cartridges from the house brand.... I am completely satisfied with my purchases. I am thankful for their professionalism and easy access.

Tradecraft is the best bang for your buck.  All employees are knowledgeable, helpful and know the products. After entering one of their associates comes from behind the counter and are more than helpful.

It's good that this place is here, but this place is more of a vape store than a medicine place. Staff was not at all knowledgeable about medicinal uses. I've been to all the recreational places in San Diego, and this place is just not as good, but at least they are trying here in Vista. Prices were a bit higher, and not as many good deals.

They're priced better then other stores for example you can find moxie quartz single dose buckets for $9 when its $15 at other deliveries and the el camino gummies are also cheaper here then other stores, they also offer better ftp deals like a medical card for locals or 20% off when march and ash is only 10% off for ftp, new things constantly all in a big pretty building in the middle of vista i will definitely keep my business here.

Great prices for hydro grown . Just tried the Kush Mints testing around 34% and couldn't be happier.

Finally a nice place to buy from in vista! Great environment and the store feels upscale. So nice to see legit places instead of back alley looking places. I dint mind paying the extra tax to buy and support a local business that we need more of in Vista. The people are very helpful and they have a bit of everything there. Overall great experience!

At first I really liked this dispensary and brought my friends here. I purchased an $80 before tax Kurvana ASCND cartridge that the budtender said was totally worth the extra cost. After a few rips the cartridge started to leak badly out of both sides, shooting wax in my mouth and ruining my battery. I took it back, because any other dispensary would replace a faulty product and I expected the same service from Tradecraft, but they told me unfortunately without the original packaging they could not give me an exchange, even though they pulled up the receipt in their system. They told me they couldn't give me store credit because "they wouldn't be able to get their money back from the vendor." Little did they know they lost a lot more than the $80 from the cartridge because me and my friends all love the dispensaries on the same street way more than Tradecraft and we wouldn't have started going there without this incident. Don't waste your time because all the other dispensaries in Vista on Weedmaps have a much better selection, prices, and service.

i went here for the first time last week and everything is so clean and kept up. they got their social distancing in order. the associates know what their doing and are super nice and helpful. i even got a really good discount :) i tried the stiiizy silver line and tbh it didnt really work out and the bubbles got stuck at the end which isn't their fault BUT my gelato smacked per usual. this is my spot forsure now!

I spent a couple hours this morning agonizing about whether I should get the necessary Medical Recommendation that the city of Vista requires us buyers to have OR drive to San Diego to a recreational dispensary. I stopped by the Tradecraft Farms dispensary and they made it easy to apply and get my medical card (on the spot) and compensated me in the store. Finally, we might just have a storefront that will stay in business if we all follow along with what the city requires.

Let me just say, i have only gone here twice but Kevin was quick with assisting me and helping me out, he's great with the knowledge of the product and where they are located so that it was an in and out process. It was just a great experience going in today, be safe out there Kevin, keep being a dope ass person with a great personality!

This spot has good customer service and offers a nice selection to choose from. The Condescends "charge" is my go too!  They offer a great deal on there own brand with a variety of strains they are labeled smalls buds. However be caution check your items before you leave. I asked for a half ounce of there own flower "Biscotti" for $105. After coming home I inspected the bag and the label displays 8 grams of Biscotti for $95. When I called to exchange they said no do to Covid? Keep in mind it's still sealed. Don't understand that rule but either way make sure you don't get jibbed.

Business operating during the pandemic, "thank you" Review #7apparently, cannabis dispensaries ARE an essential business. stopped by Tradecraft Farms yesterday (for purely medical reasons) on my way to grab takeout at Chin's. careful to stay in the governor's guidelines, they are limiting the number of folks inside. the line stretched into the parking lot. inside, it looks like the place was decorated by the same folks who did set design for the Jetsons -- clean, sleek, and futuristic.gotta be weird for the security guys (who are armed-and-dangerous) since everybody walking in the door is wearing a mask.the times, they are a-changing ...

Just buy from your local dealer or look for a walk in dispensary in San Diego the cops haven't raided yet. This crap joke charges tax for the most basic bud.  It's almost like you're paying extra to not feel high. Just saying. Never empower a business that taxes the people to appease a law that assists theft of citizens. I get it every other place charges taxes but dispensaries should be off limits like a church that doesn't pay taxes. Anyway hope you guys don't feel judged either because if you're Mexican  or black you will be looked at a specific way by security.

What was once taboo has now become mainstream. Many people are turning towards new solutions in a heightened state of the unknown during COVID19. This place is a fun respite, with a colorful exterior, modern interior, and they sell merchandise with their name. I have always had an interest in alternative medicine and treatments. I laugh because my first job in massage therapy was working at one of the top renaissance festivals in the country, but the new and interesting massage of today is CBD infused. I have never been a regular user of any substance. For me, it's a matter of benefit and how something is going to make life better in some way. Complimentary you might say.  In the current moment, I wanted to confront sleep.  For our anniversary this year, we did wish to try a cannabis infused course meal pairing. Unfortunately, this experimentation of food was cancelled due to stay at home orders being put into place in March. Perhaps eating in a bubble dome is the appropriate new dinner pairing.Tradecraft Farms is the first legal medical marijuana dispensary to open in Vista. I visited on its famed day and picked up some hot and cold teas and some Manuka honey for bedtime. I was impressed by the staff here; organized, professional, and 6ft distancing set up. I was also happy with fellow clientele who are following the county guidelines. People were respectful, which has been a rare occurrence over the last couple weeks in unmentioned stores, but it creates a better experience for all when everyone respects the guidelines. I don't smoke as it's not good for the lungs, but I did have the whole edible section to myself when I shopped. Thank you Tradecraft Farms for the gift of a face mask and the surprise free roll of toilet paper. Now, they make fake conversations of the once epic flower they can no longer distribute. This is a pre-Covid review! My husband was in incredible daily pain due to a botched "routine" gall bladder surgery last November. He did not want to continue taking pain killers while various doctors tried to figure out how to fix him. So when my best friend came to visit we commenced Operation Marijuana.Found this place on Yelp and it had great reviews. Best part is they have the doctors office right next door so you can obtain a medical marijuana prescription.I was pleasantly surprised that the doctors office was filled with older patients and 60+ housewives.  There weren't young punks trying to get a "license to high" or drug dealer type people you see in the movies. These were all people looking for homeopathic organic relief for pain, anxiety or an appetite stimulant due to chemotherapy, etc... After securing the license we went next door to shop. As a first timer I had no idea what would be the best treatment for my husband. Luckily the staff here is exceptionally knowledgeable. We started with a variety of gummies and chocolates that were a combo of THC and CBD. I had no idea there were so many different strains of marijuana- some help you sleep, some for anxiety. Thank goodness the staff here is very educated and can guide you to what you need because it was a bit overwhelming. Besides "edibles" there are also many display cases of actual marijuana that you would smoke. I'm sure something for everyone.

Large selection, a fair amount of employees but very bad customer service ruins the experience.

Accessibility: this place does not have accessible/disabled parking but there were other parking spots available on Monday (Labor Day) and no one parked near my car while I was there for 30 minutes. The parking lot is also at a steep, slanted angle, so you have to park and go at an uphill angle to get up to the building. The door to enter is a pull door but it was propped open for people to come in and out of. Inside, it is very well lit.Experience: once inside, you have to show an ID card to the person at the front to make sure you are of-age to be there. You do not need a medical card or doctor note to buy THC or CBD products anymore (09-06-2021). Immediately from walking in this place I felt more comfortable than I have at any dispensary, ever. The layout of this place is very spacious and big, and I saw employees helping people, answering questions almost like I had walked into an Apple store...it was cool. Seeing other people getting help from employees made me feel comfortable asking for help finding what I needed. I got help from a young, white guy with brown hair...I wish I got his name but he was very helpful. He showed me a CBD product that had no THC in it. Once I got this, a person named Anne rang me out. They only accept debit and cash here by the way, no credit cards.Overall, this place made me feel very comfortable, answering all my questions, and that made it a 5 out of 5 star experience.

Great experience. Quick and easy process. I usually don't seek out assistance or advice from employees, just a personal preference, but I chose to give it a shot because every single other employee had been super kind thus far. Oscar helped me decide what to choose - I came in looking for one thing and left with another because of him, and I mean that in the best way possible. This place is so well organized, so clean and neat, and has plenty of helpful workers without being intrusive. Honestly, I was beyond impressed. The outside of the building is beautiful, and the inside is just as pretty. They are so helpful and professional. You can go to any dispensary, but I'd definitely recommend choosing this one. They were such a good experience.

People and Products are amazing. And Emily was the most helpful and honest person. She is an absolute breath of fresh air and my new favorite person.
