Neff helped me with my selection and was very helpful. The cashier, on the other hand, kept my change. She kept me engaged in conversation and I didn't realize I never received my change until I got home. I've never had that happen before. Not sure if it was on purpose or not, so I don't want to give her name. Be careful and make sure you get your change. Disappointed and probably won't be back, which makes me sad.

Found this little shop browsing on Weedmaps. This place is awesome, they have great products and great prices. The staff has been super cool and I'll be back again.

Lloyd is the man , Armando was super quick to deliver and I'm not even close to their area ! Free lozenge with my order and I didn't even ask that's customer service if you ask me . Unbeatable prices and great products with dope staff !

This place is supper bomb. They always keep some amazing and unique flower edibles and extracts. I would definitely recommend this place for first time patients or if you are a session veteran.

They are the only shop locally that carries my favorite gummies Khano Nano! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish you didn't need a medical card to go there, just another way to get more $$ for the city. Dumb Vista.

So my husband decided to stock up at this place while we were visiting the area. He had ordered a few things but when we got back to our spot, we realized they hadn't put our gummies there. When he called, they stated they needed to check the cameras and they would call us back. Very short story, we didn't get a call back & basically they didn't even apologize. I understand that they needed to verify but not even a call back? That's poor service.

If you want ur order to show up, don't order from these guys. 2 days in a row they accepted my order and never showed.  I gave them benefit of the doubt about first order and today and ordered 3 hrs before close, called them to confirm, provided already provided ID via chat, etc....If I could give zero stars I would!

I only give it two stars because of the convenience but the customer service here has gone out with the trash.The experience I get from the store is beyond annoying.Walking through zombies staring at customers trying to help , but are completely useless.

I called this dispensary for a delivery for the first time, now I'm not new to deliveries, so I know how they work, I got a ping that stated that my delivery driver was 9 minutes away, I went outside to wait for him, he never showed up, so I look my delivery up online, it indicated that my delivery was completed????????????? I called off the charts dispensary to inquire about my delivery, the guy went through a bunch of "What's your names", and "what's your address (as if he wasn't looking at all of it on screen) so he informed me that the delivery was attempted and that the driver attempted to contact me, REALLY!!! I informed him that I was standing out front and no one came, I informed him that I was staying at a hotel the MARRIOTT, the only building at that address, he said maybe that was the problem, well it was no problem for March and Ash, Rolling Jays, MedLeaf, and others to deliver too. I do not recommend anyone use this delivery service, definitely go with one of the others I mentioned!

First time here, came here for alien labs but didn't realize their newest product on 4/1/2021 was from 1/5/2021. 3 months on the shelf , I was smoking on it and now it's irritating my throat. Get some newer product, you guys should have lowered the price on Alien Labs since it's this old. Not worth full price, shady and not upfront with their customers. Keep looking , this is definitely not weed maps best. Lol...

The shop is so cute and the staff is by far the friendliest I've seen out of the few shops I've been to. They have a large variety of flower and prerolls to choose from and I got 20% off as it was my first time there !!

Unprofessional management with extremely poor communication with their team. Never had an issue prior to this point and I'm a very regular customer. I am uncertain I will ever return based off my experience today. And just fair warning to those of you in the future, mistakes do happen. Understandable. However this establishment refused to own up to their error and went out of their way to get their last words in. It was a simple misunderstanding that could have been easily resolved but instead was treated with extreme unprofessionalism and disrespect to the customer.

They're website is completely in accurate and they won't correct wrong item deliveries. I was delivered an edible strain I didn't order and when I called to try and switch it, they refused. They told me to go off the flavors and pictures, not the item title. First of all the pictures are inaccurate or not there at all. Secondly, people don't order edibles based on flavor, they order them based on the strain name listed/title you give them! If you have the flavor & strain listed together as a title "raspberry blue dream", with a photo where the strain name is blurred out on the product, the customer is going to assume they are ordering "blue dream", not wedding cake. Those are two completely different highs. Absolutely ridiculous the customer service I got following THEIR mistake. I either had to drive from Murrieta there or pay another delivery fee. They had the audacity to keep arguing with me when the website clearly is wrong and it wasn't my fault.

This place is whack. Customer service is poor.  The people up front lied to my brother in front of his face and then sold him some flower with mold on it. How is this place still in business??

I've had better eights for $25!!! It looks decent but this strain smells like BOOF. Paid 45 plus tax (52$) This strain was originally grown by the COOKIES brand which I didn't know at the time, had to do some serious research after this disappointing experience. I feel like it's overpriced

I was looking for something to help my anxiety, and found this shop nearby on weedmaps. Had a mostly good experience. I dont expect the budtenders to be pharmacists, just wanting some unbiased experience feedback without a sales tactic. I could feel a little salesiness but mainly just to let you know what the deals and discount items are within the category I am looking at. Long story short, they were having a buy one get one pod for a $1 deal on the wcc curepods with a 1 cent battery they told me about, so I figured I would try it with their recommendation. I've tried some other pens but so far I have to say their design is my favorite(thin and lightweight). But of course what matters most is the potency and quality. My experience is with the Grape Ape and the birthday cake carts, so far has been clean on my throat, and still clouds and punches quickly. I think the birthday cake (indica) is what calms my anxiety so Ill probably stick with their indicas for my anxiety but the grape one is tasty.So although I gather a bit of salesmanship here, I have to say they offer quality meds and are really friendly! (Just remember, they are not pharmacists.)

I don't even know where to start with explaining how incredible this shop is and that is exactly how you're going to feel when you walk in. There's not only a variety of every THC/CBD protect but they have brands you could only dream of. The prices are incredible, the service is over five stars and the product itself is overall perfect. If you're going to take the time to walk into any dispensary I would definitely make it this one.

I want a good store they even gave me a senior discount I wanted something fresh and sparkly and they showed me the sample and then when I got in the car I opened it and it was even more beautiful than the samples big buds.

Great prices, the security guards up front are awesome &nice. Just today around 9:30 am (must've been early for him) the receptionist (white shirt, Caucasian fellow) was super rude when I asked him what was the name of the cheaper brands other than the shatter.He suddenly points me to what he'd recommend, (which of course is the higher shelf product) which is fine. He just was honestly the rudest person here ever. Everyone I've gone here in the past I had good service, but that was probably the most disrespectful experience I ever had in a cannabis clinic.He truly made me feel like a lower person for asking what the cheaper products where. Wow.

Been going around looking for a dispensary that had different price ranges for those looking for good medicine but are on a budget and I stumbled upon this place. It has a pretty good selection and different price ranges. The first time I went I was greeted and checked in by a really cute security guard. And when I walked in a girl automatically came up and greeted me and helped show me around the store. Never once did they make me feel like I was a bother even after my countless questions on their products in stock.  The second time I went there was a line to get in but the receptionist was so sweet and kind and complemented my shirt and made chit chat while I waited my turn to go in. This place is small but is a really good choice for those in the area ! Happy I came here and will be a returning regular customer ( :

The owners here are so rude and unprofessional I'm amazed they were able to get a license to sell legal weed. The only reason why I say that is because I doubt these people even know how to read, let alone fill out an application. The inventory in this store is mediocre at best. Terrible wax selection, barely any flower... EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED!!!!Take my advise and go to literally ANY OTHER SHOP! Don't waste your time or money in this store!! I would recommend Mr. Nice Guy down the street. Airy feek

I travel from San Clemente to this one and only shop. The people are so incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out exactly what fit my needs best! I'm more than happy to keep doing this drive for the quality and service I receive.

I have been to perhaps 100 different dispensaries in my travels over these many years and only a few times did I find a dispensary as good as this one, and never experienced one finer!Tremendous selection, best customer service with better than market prices.  5 Stars to UpNorth Cannabis in Vista!

As a regular customer of UPNorth I have always been impressed by the selection and quality of products. Unfortunately today I witnessed something that is just bad business. A boss came out of a back room agitated and began speaking loudly and angrily at his employees, apparently a small bag of product was not displayed in the case and he was very concerned that this was costing him precious dollars, it was uncomfortable at that point, then when he was not getting the answer he was looking for, he started shouting that all his employees to stop what they are doing and answer to him right then. He was rude, demeaning, made his employees feel embarrassed, and made every single customer incredibly uncomfortable. I watched as person after person shook their heads in dismay. Some people just don't belong in management.

I am so impressed with UpNorth! The staff is professional and educated and answered any questions i had. The place itself is so well put together and organized, the ambiance is unreal. They have a wide selection with the best prices I've seen in this area. I'll definitely be coming back here, check them out!!

I was in awe with this place. Definitely the nicest dispensary in Vista HANDS DOWN! Taxes are a little high but that's about the only bad thing I could say about this place. Superior quality 100%  definitely coming back

It was my second time in today and i could not be more satisfied! I came in with my two other friends and right away we were helped, the environment is amazing and not to mention the prices are amazing! I used to go to another dispensary closer to San Diego but this place is definitely more worth the drive! Will now be our go to for our needs! Also Shout Out the the owner he is a super nice guy

Ashley and her delivery team have been extremely disappointing too many times. They have a time deadline that is 15min prior to the delivery being sent out. If you do not order AT LEAST 30min before the time deadline , you will most likely have something wrong with your delivery. The delivery team lacks flexibility and  communication skills. I still love the people From off the charts, but these problems will definitely hurt your business if they continue.

The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the staff doesn't really explain things well, nor do they know all of the products. If you know what you are looking for and what you're doing, then there's no problem. I've ended up with a roller that I can't find papers for, a battery with no charger, just stuff like that. I've learned, but this no place to walk in to ask, "What do you recommend?" unless you're lucky enough to get an experienced salesperson that's not high AF.

Good flower, good prices, just really shitty customer service in person and over the phone.Even by text, ordered some product, only to be told " we are out"...ok?  Just like that! So you ain't gonna follow that up with may e a recommendation of what you do have? You know...to try and accommodate the customer? To not lose a sell? Any person with half a brain would jump at the opportunity to persuade a customer into purchasing, still! From! you! Even though you are out of wanted product, again, as to not lose a sell, after all, they are "budtenders" so I figured why not just ask for a recommendation...nothing, not a God damn thing back from them. Way to lose an 80 dollar sell...let's ask the owners if losing 80 bucks here and there over a lack of customer accommodations is ok.Made me feel like ..."nope, we're out, next!"Oh! Ordered at 12:26pm...had to call at 2:58 to find out why I was never giving and ETA or if my order even went through! like before, so yeah, get ready to wait 3 hours in the dark, like "fuck the customer he can wait!" 3 fucking hours! They are in Vista I'm in Oceanside, 3 fucking hours? Fuck outta here!

I've come here a while. It has gone extremely downhill. The works are trash and they don't know much about weed because they're so high themselves they can't think straight. Nick is a great budtender and he's the only one I ACTUALLY like to get checked out by. I've had awful experiences here and very good ones. Irene is an awful budtender who gave out my personal info and violated HIPA. The budtenders have stopped being good, I used to love talking to them and getting their recommendations. But now, I just ask "what's your favorite?" and get the EXACT OPPOSITE and it's 10x better than what they recommend me. HOPE they get better staff soon :/

I ordered online for at home delivery and let me tell you what a great experience! The driver came at the exact time and was very nice! The products I got are amazing and I'm so pleased. Have been to their store front for wax before and amazing prices. Plus our puffco is like a staple we bring everywhere now. Thanks guys you're the best.

Some places just stick with you or you with them. I'm have been doing some educational health research and this is one of the newest CBD and Cannibis dispensaries in North County. Pros: It's quaint, love that the staff is well trained (the lanyard button idea is fun), the $1 Rootbeer candy, please keep it forever, and the Jack Nickelson painting boldly displayed on the wall is as good as it gets. Cons: The parking lot is a little hard to get in and out of. I felt crowd control could be a little better, as they have the merchandise packed high and mighty. I feel they have a larger selection than most places. However, quantity does not override quality. I need to visit again or try other products. I did pick up CBD coffee on this visit as another location did not have it in stock. Another addition to North County. Not only we have to deal with the BS rules they have, but week to week they can't even do things right. They deliver only twice a day to north side even tho they have a shop in vista and it's at 11:30am and 7:30pm which turns into a all evening until 10pm each time... .They forget, don't make it in time even though when we would place an order early they'd tell us we have plenty of time... pack the wrong order, or forget things(ALL THE TIME) we have to wait for a replacement or reorder until the next day... awful delivery service... walk in shop is alright but delivery service is trash. Not to mention it's the worst driver crew I've ever experienced. Not a single one was normal, professional and without leaving a bad taste in your mouth. Me and fiancé have been getting deliveries for years as well as working in the dispensary delivery services ourselves and this one is pretty damn sad. Last night they told us they "didn't pack the order in time" so they'll have to reschedule with apologies and discount (at 7:20pm) and today they changed the order total and upped it $20 bucks saying their minimum (prior to taxes) went up but nothing was said yesterday to us... y'all were lucky people were ordering anything given your prices weren't the worse but now there ain't no reason to get a crappy delivery with high taxes and order for a higher amount only due to those taxes and on delivery y'all can't even come thru on... gtfo man... enjoy no customers. Needless to say we hung up on them at this point cuz we are NOT planning on ordering from them ever again.

Great place to grab your fix. Has a variety of products and many at pretty good prices, discounts, and sometimes bogos. if you choose delivery be sure to get in before the drop times, otherwise you won't be delivered to for another couple hours I believe.  once your order is complete you usually will get your items within the ETA that is provided at confirmation.  pretty friendly staff and will always get replacement items figured out if there is an issue with your order.

Excellent selection of everything and super organized. CBD oil, lotion/creams, eatables. Eatables assortment including but not limited to gummies, chocolates, candy and more. Everything prepackaged, and offer pre rolled, clone plants and seeds.Last but not least a knowledgeable helpful professional team in a beautifully design store.5 stars all the way!

Lack of consistency in their delivery system. Different set of delivery policies depending on if you order through their website or through weed maps. The Store front is bright, flashy, and lots of product. The staff is in a hurry, with very little knowledge about what they're selling. It wasn't always like this. A month ago things were much better I used to recommend this place. I hope management can get things back in order.

D rating.... Good products but poor customer service especially via texting they often lag to reply to texts resulting in not getting a delivery. If shopping with them going in store is best if you can otherwise have plenty of patience it's 50/50 if they reply to delivery depending on time of day/ evening

Great dispensary and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had experience with the budtender not having enough knowledge about products, especially pods vs. carts .Love that I get a text every Friday with the weekend sale items!! Great prices and your dog can go in with you if leashed!!

Best medical dispensary in San Diego,bar none. The employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is secure yet relaxed. They do their best to make you happy whether you are ordering delivery or pickup. Thanks for being amazing you guys!
