First time customer, I went this morning May 6th. Nice people, looked clean with lots of selections. Just bought their top shelf ..... got home opened it up. Smells good. But really dry and has SEEDS. Kinda disappointed.

My husband has been going to this shop for a few weeks now. Everything was fine, up until today. His license is expired, but it was never a problem until today. He was told they couldn't sell to him, but why sell to him before? Why say yes first, then all of a sudden change it and now say no?

Kim and Dani are awful. I have messaged multiple times and they only read the chat message then doesn't respond. Highly recommend not getting routed to them since they're so unresponsive. However, Luke jumped on the thread and made everything right. Accommodated me and made me feel valued as customer! If the chat and phone don't work, I suggest requesting a call. That's the only way someone will do something for you.

This place was amazing!! The way to get a license was super easy, all the workers were happy to help, I didn't know much about marijuana and they were more than helpful to help me find the perfect starters! The worker who helped me was super awesome and made sure I knew what to expect and how much to take. I will be back!

My husband really likes your prices and quality of products.  Super happy there is a location so close to where we live with good products so he doesn't have to drive out farther.

This place will advertise specials, but then when you try to order them online or drive all the way to the store they will be sold out, Even though it shows as a valid deal online.They have done this now to me twice. I said after the first time I wouldn't go back, but I tried again yesterday and they did the same thing. They will not update their website either. I would recommend calling first if you're going for a specific deal.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Affordable and great quality products. I needed something quick to help get rid of my anxiety, but didn't want to waste calories y drinking or get drunk, really! :) I decided to get some edibles and it only took one. I felt great, was relaxed and slept amazing! I've had these before and don't know why I stopped! Definitely will be coming here again when I need some more.

On 04/10/2020 I ordered medicine from this company. I brought this to the attention of management. The people that answer their email and messages lie. I have messages with proof. I would sue them but I know they are being sued already for more serious charges of sexual harassment.  They had enough juice to have my first review removed. Try to remove this one, I have forwarded Yelp copies of receipts.  I used your low quality service with horrible results. I'm telling everyone I know.

First of all March and Ash is a union shop Yep a union shop. There are affiliated with local 135 so union members please shop there tell your friends and customers whatever tell everyone these people are amazing they have everything all kind of stuff. If you don't have a medical marijuana card they are medical only and if you don't have one they will get you one the cost is $20 and $20 will come off your first order. And don't get me started on the personnel from the security guard to the personnel inside the store. They are by far the best that I've ever dealt with.There's drive up service plus there's delivery service however I recommend you go in there because it's a lovely place to go shopping.  They have specials all the time &  and it's a joy to go there. If I could give it 20 stars I would.

My wife and I bought some products here. Great sales everyday.  We took advantage of a sale and couldn't believe how much we got for $40. We'll definitely go back.  Super nice staff. They know their shit. Great variety.  I just moved here from Santa Cruz and I think this is the nicest shop I've ever been to. I've been to many in California.  Don't hesitate.  Check it out.

Seems it's faster to go in an out then wait for curbside last time I waited almost 45 mins an seen. Custom after customer go in an out. Thought okay maybe it was a fluke but I pulled up again an almost 30 plus minutes goes by and again customer goes in and out , the guy up front had to ask the the other customer who was sitting beside me if she had been serviced yet God knows how long she was there . Just get out an go inside it's faster now

I am a total newbie and the staff was great!! They answered my questions and made some great suggestions. The two guys working the front door were friendly and welcoming and the girls inside were great explaining the medical card and everything to me. It's really nice to have somewhere so nice in north county

It's not clear until you arrive--and wait in line,l outside and wait in line inside--that, unlike the other location, this location is medical only.  It's in the middle of nowhere too so it's a super inconvenient way to find out.

I don't live near the are but I drive 30+ minutes to this dispensary because they have such a big space and the customer service is the BEST at this location. I used to go to mission valley but since they are so busy there the staff doesn't get to go into detail or spend as much time helping you as they do at this location. I've been going here for a few months now and the staff is always so nice and helpful! Rhettry was super helpful the last couple times I went in and is great at recommending products and definitely knows his stuff, he's awesome! I'll definitely be back soon!

I like March and Ash in San Diego, so I am glad they opened up a new North County location. They have better prices than most other dispensaries. Customer service was fine. Their delivery service is great and they have curbside pickup as well. Just check your order and make sure it's filled correctly.

I called and asked if I have an id only can I purchase edibles. The receptionist told me yes as long as you have an ID. I drove all the way here from Mira Mesa, to be told I have to sign up for a Weed card? Exactly what I was referring to and "oh it's fine as long as you pay $20 for the card" what a rip off and how inconvenient for someone to say, yes come on over. Stupid work people.

Jessie and Xavier have been so helpful in giving me relief from my anxiety. Wonderful,  beautiful atmosphere with extremely knowledgeable and kind staff.

We been to the Flagship store, this was a 1st coming to this location.   Closest store to Harrahs Casino and it's medicinal due to city ordinance. This location has a good policy in which it requires you to get a doctor recommendation but will also refund you $20 and discounts on top of a 10% stack this count as a first-time patient. I came in this morning looking for concentrates as a large variety behind a refrigerator glass that you need to ask a budtender to help you with. Browsing through if you browse through the stacks of concentrates behind the glass you should be able to see what's labeled (harvest date, etc) plz make it sense for the patient to read the labels, w/o us having to pull up the website on our phone to look up percentage etc.  I would have order curbside then instead of coming into the store to check out the interior and getting the vibe experience.   Everyone was cool but just one FOH budtendter and cause a bad experience.   Good luck to this location.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at March and Ash.  I purchased two clones and planted them in the same soil, used the same light, used the same nutrients and watered them the same but after 5 days one was twice as big as the other.  When I got them home I noticed that one was very dry and the other was moist.  The dry one was shocked when I purchased it so I called to see if I could bring it back and get another.  I would think they would want to make it right and see what they did wrong so they could avoid it in the future but no that was not the case.  I was told that they would not stand by their product and that is was stuck with what I bought.  I called back and spoke to the manager and he could not care less.  Buyer beware.  March and Ash will not stand by what they sell.  Hope this post saves someone else from going through the same experience.  I will find another source.  An establishment that is willing to stand behind their product.

Love the staff. Helpful. Nice selection.  I like the CBD section since I have trouble sleeping. The staff is knowledgeable without getting over bearing.   Love the gummies.

Cam is the best! The whole staff is amazing. So nice, I couldn't ask for a more polite group of people! Cam always helps with whatever I need and hes such a genuinely nice person. They treat everyone like family, absolutely the best.

I've been here a few times and every time I go the employees are really nice they are very knowledgeable I've done curbside pick up as well and you just park in their designated spots and the security come to you check you in and then someone from inside comes out greets you and hands you the product overall really nice dispensary

Beautiful boutique, helpful folks working there. Will def be back! I bought a dosist pen and some gummies. Lots of selection, well lit and friendly feel. Easy parking as well.

Glad they're going to work on something for future customers. At the end of the day I still had to pay and keep the item I didn't want. Still had to purchase the correct item I wanted and he told me that technically he wasn't supposed to give me a discount. I just wished he would have honored the refund on the wrong item.

This review does not reflect the store in its entirety, it's more so just a representation of my most recent experience.Typically I am very pleased with my visits. The staff is incredibly friendly, and i would say 80% of the time i receive actual helpful information about my inquiries. the other 20% of the time i receive general answers with little to no actual information as a response to my questions. It's clear some employees go the extra mile, and some don't. But this is the case with any retail environment.Yesterday I got an awesome employee. She was very helpful, portrayed all the positive competencies any experienced retail employee would have. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about, and i felt she listened to me and addressed my concerns appropriately.I'm afraid i didn't catch her name, unfortunate because she's a great employee. She suggested a product to me based off the positive reviews she's heard about this product. So i went for it.Unfortunately the product was actually quite bad. So bad in fact that it made me sick to my stomach immediately after use. This review is not about the product though, it's about my return experience today. I was greeted by a different employee this time, i'm afraid the way they presented themselves was very forgettable and unenthused. I know what that feels like, i've worked retail for 10+ years and 7 of those years at the Apple Store. I presented my issue regarding the poor quality product, i was not asking to return or exchange, i was just looking for them to provide a reasonable discount on another purchase i would have made.   First off, they never acknowledged my poor experience with a product i purchased from their store. Not even an "oh, that stinks" -- zero recognition of my poor experience. They went and asked a manger, and returned with the offer of a 10% discount. I thanked them for asking but said I wasn't interested in only 10% off since i already spent a lot of money there the day before, so i told them i was just going to leave; and i started to leave. The employee then insisted on telling me as i was walking away that "the manager did this out of the kindness of their heart etc etc." I then was presented with a conversation about the issue as i was simply trying to leave. So i told them, "as an extremely loyal customer to this location, 10% to me--is more a slap in the face. It also doesn't feel like anything was done out of the kindness of their heart." However, I'm pretty certain they didn't hear a word i said because they started talking over me saying something about how this is a big loss or whatever BS. I never wanted to engage a conversation such as this due to this being a regular location for me, but alas here we were. I'm very disappointed, so much so that i likely won't be returning. I've come at least once a week almost every week for the last year. The person that helped me was rude, did not have good listening skills, lacked political savvy, and honestly, the most disappointing thing is they were trying to put it on me as if it was my fault for buying it and that the store had absolutely zero involvement with the product i bought...from their store. Honestly, it is my fault, i should have never purchased that product. However I would have AT LEAST preferred an employee that simply acknowledged that i had a poor experience--then i wouldn't be writing this review in the first place.

This place has been open for 3 months.I am so happy with the customer service here at this location very friendly staff. It's a medical recommendation only dispensary.They did help with signing up for the  medical card and it was super easy. With the money used to pay for the medical recommendation, it's used as credit!We were helped by Blanca. She was very knowledgeable in all the products.Super nice and answered all my questions. Very happy with today's purchase. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I went in and asked for pure CBD with no thc at all And I later found out after smoking it that they sold me a thc one. Pretty ridiculous not to be knowledgeable about the product you are selling. Pretty upset as I could not have THC for job.

Im so happy i found this place! It literally has everything you could think of when it comes to all your favorite thc and cbd products. Ive been a handful of times and met a awesome employee there names JJ. He literally listened to all the qualities i wanted and guided me to the perfect options for me. He knows his stuff! This place gave my son ILLEGAL MED card on his 18th birthday that crap chemical pot led him to the ER IN PSYCHOSIS!!! This place can't be trusted and is dangerous and giving these med cards to many high schoolers also.  It's well known- the kids just fill out a form and they can buy pot! It's criminal and so sad what this is doing to our youth.  Shame on this business.

Hands down one of the best dispensaries in CA!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Omar the manager is awesome, I'm always blown away with the level of customer service me and my brother get every time we walk in. Even if the store is slammed I'm never rushed choosing through the massive selection. Plus if you like solvent-less extracts they have one of the best selections. 5 stars all around, customer service, selection, location, staff!! Thanks again Omar

They bait and switch products when you turn your back the little pee brain theif pulled out the good stuff when I was at the atm and put some bs low quality junk in my bag and when I got home and opened it I was stuck with garbage that must be why they staple the bags when you leave so they can rip you off without you noticing. This operation is a scam they will steal your money and bait and switch your products when you turn your back to use the ATM stay away from these scammers and theifs. Karma is going to bite you in the ass. As far as my money goes you can say goodbye to my 300 per week I am going to find a honest professional cannabis club to shop at not this ghetto rip off.

This is my favorite dispensary. The staff here are all really nice and knowledgeable. The interior design is beautiful, like a cannabis garden of eden. They've got a lot of stuff, and including oils, edibles, cbd for pets, and flower of course. You can ask the staff anything and they will answer anything. Very clean and professional. Mad props.

Yes the inside has some great interior designYes the staff are knowledgeable and friendlyYes it's an easy sign up if you don't have your cardBut... for as nice as this place looks on the inside, the organization should be on point. Everything is in a designated area but signs are hard to read describing what's on that shelf. Flower has some good choices... but it is scattered behind the counter with no organization other than price point. Would have been nice to look at the flower more closely but the packaging methods dot really allow you to look at your buds too close. I mainly went in to buy some clones since they are one of the few places that carry them. That being said I found my self AGAIN scratching my head at the poor organization. Magic melon was the only strain they had to offer... and not a single staff member had a clue as to when the next shipment comes or even what they are getting in the next shipment. They had 1 clone of pineapple upside down cake that looks like it was neglected and very wilted. So I kindly asked if I could get a discount on it since it was so sad and I would take it off their hands. The store associate "helping" us just shortly laughed and said "probably not"All in all it was a nice experience, just wish they had more info on clones or a more reliable distributor.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I had a horrible experience here today. I went to my regular medical dispensary and they were out of the product my son takes for his profound autism. My regular dispensary did a search online and sent me over to this dispensary because it said they had it. When I arrived they said they hadn't carried Jayden's Juice in quite some time. I asked if there was a comparable product. The young, arrogant and rude lady that was "helping" me said that I could try anything I wanted. I tried to explain to her it wasn't as simple as trying whatever I wanted. I explained that it was for a profoundly autistic 6 year old with massive behaviors. I also explained that he had a state issued medical marijuana card due to his age. I explained that the terpenes in Jayden's Juice Solace were our saving grace. When she offered no guidance, support or advice I wandered around the store and a middle aged woman offered to help. She even looked up the details of Jayden's Juice and  walked me over to the concentrates they had. We picked out one that I was going to try. After I finished shopping, I went to check out and the horrible young woman was there to check me out. I informed her that my son had a state issued medical card (which minimizes taxes). I paid her, then looked at my receipt and told her that she chaged me taxes that I shouldn't pay due to having a state issued card. She said I was wrong and that the charge was correct. I told her no it wasn't and I asked to speak with someone else. She went into a back room and came out with another man. He said I was overcharged by $15 and that they couldn't refund me the cash and that he would put store credit on my account. I told him absolutely not, because I would not be returning due to the rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff. I told them that if they couldn't refund the $15 that they could refund the entire $150 purchase. They opted to refund the entire purchase rather than correcting their mistake. I left with no product and a horrible feeling for this dispensary. I would recommend going anywhere other than this place! This place needs to hire better staff that actually care about their customers!

Absolutely terrible service.  Poor quality products with dangerous chemicals.  Awful and rude employees not to mention unhygienic.  Avoid this place like the plague because it will likely get you sick.

this is amazing & so big. there's so many choices & everybody's so nice here! it's a medicinal dispensary so you have to pay $30 for a medicinal card but you get that back in store credit & use it the same day. you also get 10% off if it's you're first time. the receptionist was so sweet & helpful & she complimented my teddy bear shirt haha. the employees inside are really nice too. warning, it's a cash only store but they have an atm, it's a $2.50 withdrawl fee. really cool place!

This place is legit with full-on security at the door and a check-in station before you can enter the actual dispensary. There was a really wide range of products and everything was top of the line quality. All of the employees are there to help and make sure that you're always making an informed decision about the products you buy. They're a little pricey, but it's worth it when you take the amazing service and product selection into consideration. The whole place as aesthetically pleasing and it was all laid out really well. This dispensary is up there with places like Urbn Leaf and I highly recommend it for someone who wants top-shelf quality products. Also, first-time patients get 10 percent off their purchase. Keep in mind that you do need to pay in cash, but they provide ATMs for you inside the dispensary with a $2.50 transaction fee. This place went above and beyond my expectations and I will most definitely be returning soon!!

went here to get my mmj recommendation with a friend who already had his card, and then to purchase my first legal cannabis products. the process for getting my mmj recommendation took no longer than 5 minutes and then you're good to head inside. another cool thing is that the money you spend on your mmj rec ($29) can be used as in store credit towards your first purchase, not only that but if you tell the cashier it's your first time there you get an additional 10% off. all of this combined brought my order total down from about $35 to $4. of course next time i will be paying full price, but it left a good impression on me. the store is clean and organized with staff making sure that you're doing alright and asking if you need help.

This place is awesome, they have an amazing selection and a great staff. I have really been blown away with the amazing customer service I have received from the concierges at this location.  Michael is my dude, this guy brings the heat! This guy is always welcoming you back with a smile, super knowledgeable from his time spent in the industry, and just a straight up nice guy! His patients and understanding of the product is really appreciated, as I am usually overwhelmed by diversity of products, with a million questions. He seriously answers them all! This guys is awesome, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back!  I also got give  a major shout out to my friend Michelle! Her customer service is always over the top, also always greets me with a warm smile, and genuine great conversation. This girls knows her product, and knows how to make sure a guest is leaving with the right product. I have had two epic back to back visits with her, and both times have left with something I didn't know I needed in my life, and now can't live with out! Last time Michelle informed they were having a special on a concentrate, and just by how exited she was I knew I needed to check it out. Ewwweee, she was not bluffing, this one of the best I have ever had! And it was discounted and the rep noticed I was purchasing there product so they hooked me up with some free swag! This is not the first time that's happened btw, it's pretty regular, and the grand opening was a pretty epic event! Thank you to the March ash staff, for leveling the standards in north county. And! As some one who been working customer service for over a decade, in my humble opinion, Michelle and Michale need a raise! Thanks guys!

I already love their mission valley location so I decided to check this location out and I'm glad I did! First the design and layout of the store is so nice and the shop is huge! The staff is friendly and  accommodating and there is a wide variety of products. Super cool to see the March and Ash brand expand, keep up the good work guys!

Finally a well staffed, stocked, and in a decent location, medical dispensary. I no longer need to drive to San Diego for the prroducts I rely on for sleep and pain relief. Great selection of many products, plus knowledgeable  staff makes this my go to location.

This place is awesome, from the start the location is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. You get quickly checked with a metal detector before entering the build by security. This location is medical so you need a recommendation to be able to purchase any products, if you don't have your medical rec, they can help you get it on site, I think it takes a day, I'm not really sure I already have my medical rec.After checking in the lobby, with your ID and med rec, you get buzzed through the security door into the show room where they have vape cartridges, batteries lining the wall. Then on shelves there's very large assortment of edibles, everything you can think of from gummies to thc non alcoholic beer. Then there's the tinctures and topicals products. In the center of the room is bar with all the packaged flower ranging from $25 eights all the way up to $75. The high end brands being alien labs, cookies, connected California. But they really have something for everybody the variety was really good. The pricing is cheaper than most other legal dispensaries and delivery services. Most of all the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. This definitely my new spot

I was greeted in the main room with TOO much attention. It was my first time there and I didn't know what I wanted or where to look first. But the associate behind the counter kept talking to me and luring me in his way and I didn't want to be rude so I just stopped there to converse. I didn't feel mellow vibes in there and my personality doesn't like to feel overwhelmed. There's so many associates...and cool-looking products but leave me alone, haha. I just wanted to look around and do my own thing and ask a question when ready but after a few feet in I'm standing there already trying to make a decision on the over-priced low-grade stuff that I got. Extremely dry and once I got home I noticed on the packaging that one of the strains I got expired in October of 2019 and I purchased this in January of 2020. I don't understand why the strains have an expiration date on them but since they do all of you associates should honor it and not sell them! Their whole professional-looking vibe ended up being not-so-professional.

Whether you go shopping at the beautiful, well organized store or you get delivery, this place is fantastic.  Everyone at the store is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful as well as friendly.  It's well lit and easy to find anything.  Such an incredible selection.  I'm lazy, so usually opt for delivery. Every single person that has delivered to me has been so kind, very polite, friendly and helpful. The prices are really reasonable too.

March and Ash is the first dispensary I have gone to , and it will be my last one. It is an amazing place, and they are so fast. Quick with the question you have for them, really knowledgeable employees!!  JAMIE PECK  was the reason why my experience was amazing!! He really knows his stuff. This space if beautiful! I had a chance to visit for the first time on Mother's Day and all the ladies received a flower stem to take home. What a nice touch.The staff here is practicing safe social distancing protocols during COVID-19. Markers outside, limited entry inside, people are required to wear masks and even their mascot bear does too. You must pay by cash, but they conveniently placed an ATM in the store location, should you not be prepared. The budtenders are well versed in their product lines to assist you. I use CBD oil for it's health benefits and I absolutely love their edible popcorn. It is a balanced hybrid that is nice to relax with Netflix before bedtime.  The store has something for everyone of age and that has a card. There is security at the door and things are well managed. Curbside is a joke here. No one even works it. Each time I have come I have sat and waited over 20 mins watching people come in and out. I don't understand why they even offer the service as it's turns out to be a DIS-SERVICE to the business. New to the area but definitely encouraged to explore other dispensaries is the area. I don't recommend this location for curbside. Plan to wait as they seemed to be SO SWAMPED each time I have come even going inside. Super slow employees. Highly recommend the Mission Valley location, service is quick and on point!

I drive out of my way to go to March and Ash as the security is friendly.  The ambiance is welcoming and the assistants are great they take their time to find you what you want as I have sleep problems and Lupus.  Thank you everyone for making me feel so comfortable.   I recommend to every single lady that wants help but a shy or reserved.

I decided to give March another try, definitely did not regret it. I walked in the place was clean and looked in top shape. everybody was in a good mood. i would recommend going in the morning-its not jam packed. they have a great selection of enchanced drinks and edibles, but mainly flower.

Like everyone else we've spend a good amount of cash at this place. It's been my go to for more than a year now. Recently the staff, NOT all just one female in particular. She extremely rude and way too hyper for that work environment. Not sure if she's spun out on meth or something else but her behavior is immature, the childish tantrums are bizarre. She's a nut near closing time, she'll ruin your high. And her stanky attitude towards my boyfriend this evening will be the last!! Stop acting like a crackhead with PMS. Remember where YOU work, and learn to gather some positive vibes. Hey girl, chill out!! Maybe all you need a hug and some greens. ‍

My first trip here. Easy to find..glad that's changing. I basically know what I like so don't need a lot of help but they are there if you need it. Very slick ambiance lots to see and they sell plants too!Great selection!

This is the only shop I go to now. The employees actually know what they are talking about and are ALWAYS so friendly to me. The top shelf is actually good and isn't a hit and miss like the other dispos. Would definitely (and have) recommend them to anyone! ?

March and Ash is the first dispensary I have gone to , and it will be my last one. It is an amazing place, and they are so fast. Quick with the question you have for them, really knowledgeable employees!! JAMIE PECK was the reason why my experience was amazing!! He really knows his stuff. Thanks to him this place has me as a customer! For a long time !!

This is the only shop I go to now. The employees actually know what they are talking about and are ALWAYS so friendly to me. The top shelf is actually good and isn't a hit and miss like the other dispos. Would definitely (and have) recommend them to anyone! ?
