Three stars cause they had what I was looking for. However when in the hell are these places gonna higher people who Can comunícate. Every time it's like trying to talk to Jeff spicoly. Makes your brain hurt.

Great great customer service! One budtenswenin particular. I believe she said her name is Mindy! Sweet girl! They have a very big variety of brands and products.  Patient Appreciation Days! Good Deals!

Service was fast. The website was straight to the point no hassle. So glad they do delivery in the Santa Clarita valley.

Everytime I go the customer service is just great! Everyone is friendly and very helpful.Went in today thought I was purchasing a disposable pen....Stephan caught that I only bought the cartirage gave me a call and told to come back and they will take care of me if I wanted come buy the battery.....got the battery at a great $$$. Thank you! As a retail manager....I have to say A+

I've been to this place 3 times now and have enjoyed everything I bought. The prices, the quality, the brands they sell. Even the bud tenders are nice and remember you. They aren't good with names but neither am I so I don't care. At least they recognize me lol. But over all had a good experience here.

Been here a few times in person. Pre-COVID, they were fast, friendly, and efficient. During COVID everything is clean and very safe and up to my anxious standards. I got delivery as well and the delivery person was very nice and patient with my debit card transaction! Very nice people and good vibes all around all occasions.

Not as many choices of things that are not flower. Staff extremely rude as if we are under the influence. Left w/out purchasing. Will not return as there are better places in Sylmar with lots of choices! Helpful friendly staff too!

My favorite Dispensary in the valley. Every time I go in it's fast and everyone is always so nice and helpful. They also do deliveries which is amazing and there website is pretty easy to use for as well.

The staff at this dispensary is top notch. I have visited others in the Valley and have been unimpressed with how busy, unwilling to answer questions and otherwise rude other dispensary staff have been. SFVPC has a good selection and the products they carry are constantly expanding. I recommend them highly.

Came here to get some cbd for pain. The lady gave me some vitamins that didn't do anything and charged me $30 for them. They also charge $2.50 if you want to use your debit card. They were nice but the products they offered were not up to par and they also had a very small selection. Not coming to this place again. Ever.

I really like this place. Because I went on 420 (April 20), they gave customers free food (pizza and tacos) as well as a "goodie bag" containing a free gram, joint and other goodies. The staff is really nice and their weed is great, not to mention, they are the closest dispensary to Santa Clarita, CA (THERES ONE OTHER STORE, BUT PRICES ARE TOO HIGH). I recommend this shop.

MAGGIE AND MINDY ARE FRIGGIN AWESOME!! If you like weed just visit this place and you'll see what I mean. Best bud/budtenders in the game.

This place is weird. Went in and security guard checks our ID and gives it back. I know from last time that means you go into the room, although the security guard is all but mute. So I go in. The only girl working there (I never saw her name) tells me to get out and wait in lobby. Ok. Two people leave and I am called in by a nice guy. I tell him I want to spend 20-30, high THC, and I understand if that won't buy me an 8th. She overhears me and says, you'll never get that for 20-30! I ignored her and I did get what I wanted. But what is the deal with this girl? She seems like an unnecessarily angry person. But if you can deal with saltiness, it's a decent place. I'll be going back to my regular spot though when this is over.

These people work with Mission Hills PD. Biggest snitches in the Valley . If they bud was good, but its not! It's shop bud, so if you want dry bud, short in weight, and your home to be raided, please do business with Sfvpc, at your own risk...

I have been coming here every other week for the passed 3 years. And I am very disappointed to say the last three times have gotten worse and worse... I don't know if it's the remodeling or what but it's caused me to consider looking for a new club...

This is the WORST dispensary I have been to in all my life. Before a drove to the dispensary I called and asked if they had vegan gummy's. I also got some sativa that the man on the phone stated was organic. There is no person at the counter/door and they give you your products through a door. When I opened my bag ALL the gummy's and chocolate had gelatin and milk --NOT VEGAN. And the marijuana was NOT organic. I called and the man on the phone said they do not do returns. Absolute BULLSH!T. I will never go back here and was a complete waste of my money.

If you are looking for customer assistance please don't come here, even though the tenders are good the manager does not comply with the customer is right! He does not try to meet you halfway nor does he work with you. The tenders are sweet, but they should not take it to seriously. If you guys can go someplace else please head over there

Things have changed drastically this past year. No longer a professional business atmosphere and the customer service has dropped dramatically. They continually lose our file so that they don't have to honor their point system of getting $5 for every $100 spent. No longer carry their brand of cbd tinctures and pain balm. No longer accept credit cards and if you use your debt card they charge you like an atm. They no longer carry a lot of products. And just plain terrible customer service. Several times they have given us some other persons order and when we brought it back they wouldn't help us.

Just back (10/14/2021) from SFVPC, and the LAST time.  The price for my usual stuff went up 50%!!!. I've been buying there for 3 years.   And the formerly friendly staff was NOT.    No more SFVPC for me.  Bye.

I'm not shopping here again.  The last Two purchases from this business the product was not what was showcased. The product is old and hardly potent if anything at all:  they show you nice looking product in the showcase then sell you cheap boof dry old weed.

Product is very good!  Better than other places!  It's a bit far for me but it's worth the drive.

I enjoy VERY MUCH going there, everyone there are so perfessional,and very kind I don't go anywhere else, the delivery service is outstanding!!! I always have a pleasant time there!

The gentlemen that assisted was friendly and knew the product well. I liked the fact that he didn't try to upsell me on something. Location is convenient, and clean. Definitely returning!

One of the best storefronts I have been to, hands down. They accept credit card and cash and will help you choose the best product for you. They always have raffles and giveaways. This place is pretty easy to find and have good customer service. I always go back to spend my money
