Budtenders are soooo helpful!! I worked with Alex (one of the managers) and Sandra! They hooked it up, knowing Vegas is comin up!! Thanks caregivers!! :D

Herbal Remedies carries a variety of products for every price range. They look like a frickin Apple store! They have all kinds of deals including a loyalty program, daily, weekly and random specials but the best one is their PATIENT APPRECIATION DAY every first Tuesday of each month. You'll receive a percentage off the whole store PLUS whatever the vendors are giving out. The only downside to this place is that they TAX and theyre temporarily cash only but the perks of being a completely legal dispensary outweigh those aspects. No reason to worry about getting in trouble for being a customer here! Plus they deliver and take advance orders through Leafly. Can't wait for their smoke spot to pop up!

Thid place is a scam. They gave me the wrong product and then wouldn't fix their mistake. Dry, old, stale, and overpriced product.

Came in today. Met the manager Alex. He was awesome and went above and beyond. Great store. It's much bigger than you'd even expect. And I even signed the wall. One of the nicest security guards as well. Thank you

They have good deals on a variety of products but they are restricted for short time periods. They carry some standard, reputable products as well. I do not live nearby anymore so I wanted to take myself off of their text message service, which is the reason why I give them one star. I have called repeatedly to ask if they unsubscribe me and they say they will but nothing changes. There is no button on the text messages for unsubscribing. I block every phone number that messages me about their deals and eventually a new phone number comes up to message me about their deals; this has basically become spam from this store. So this is a warning to never subscribe to them.

I Came to my favorite shop tonight , only to be confronted by a bunch of frightened security, if that's all it takes for a group of about 8 heavily armed security guards to get all worked up just because a long time, unarmed , loyal customer pulled up in his car to the front the building trying to buy some legal pot and denying us entry, I think they Chose the wrong career, honestly. No one that gets scared that fast should own a firearm, they are a threat to the public. Only the nice older African American Man , yes I said man not like those cowards, was professional and kept his cool during this " situation "  he even might of saved my life, I swear I heard him tell those boys to put there firearms down all because I just wanted to buy some legal POT. To who ever the owner is of the place , I am also a business owner here In the city of San Fernando ca, and I understand what's happening right now in our society and I was also open today but never did I treated any of my customers like they are here to cause harm to my business or employees, I don't know if you have those armed thugs on your payroll or if they were just there tonight to protect your business which is understandable but if they are, you should invest in some better training classes for them. Lethal force should be a final option not the first especially when it's just a customer. Other than that, your shops very modern & clean, the bud tenders are very educated on the product also. -Jim, feel free to reach out to me I would love to share some thoughts. Ps. I know leaving this review won't stop anyone from going to this place , that's not my intention, I just thought I would share my experience.

Wow this lace has changed! The staff use to be very knowledgeable and friendly. NOT ANYMORE. The selection of product is not that good either. They use to have a good selection of vapes. NOT ANYMORE. I don't know what happened  but I would discourage people from going here. To bad use to be a good Dispencery.

I tried this place for the first time. Normally I go to Dr. Greenthumb down the st. I purchased a few things here. As soon as I went outside I turned on the pre roll and something was off. When I looked at it, it was hollow. All the product had fallen out of it. It had not been 5 minutes since I had walked out. I talked to staff and he was very apologetic said the manager said once the product was open I couldn't return it. How else was I supposed to know it was a bunked product if it wasn't opened? I get it on the no return or exchanges but this is the first time I have experienced a product that sucked so bad the filler came out. How about some options?? I spent about 20 dollars on this pre roll churros brand key lime pie flavor. The manager didn't take the time to speak to me just said no on the exchange. Sadly I will never come back here.

Came in today on a whim and so happy I did! Alex my bud tender was super knowledgeable. Great product.

My experience was doing great until your bud tender was to high to remember a price he just gave me.. I'm a First time patient and I originally came in to purchase a oz .. which he told me they didn't have any in stock which I was ok with that , I then asked for a half he said ok that way it be cheaper about 40 something for one half and 47 for the other. which I then asked can I use to call my girlfriend to tell her prices AND SHOW her the weed over FaceTime told her the price and everything standing right in front of Joan Aquilera and not once did he say that they weren't in stock or that I couldn't get it all of a sudden.I asked him the price then went to your atm to withdraw some money to make the purchase.. I walked up to the counter he went in the drawer and grabbed out four bags and then said we only have them in quarters so They'll be in Separate packaging never did he say the price would change! Until he rang me up and rang me up for , 4 separate quarters and the price came out to more than what I withdrew from the ATM and then argued with me about what was said KNOWING he's super high ! Then told me to call who was on the phone and to call my family back in to see what was said . Which they all said yes he said about 50 for a half even when my aunt was called back in the store and told him EXACTLY what was said . All he could do was get mad and try n get me escorted out which the nice security guard didn't because I'm sure he knew the employee was wrong .. Joan was unprofessional and I'm extremely not satisfied!!!! Also the first purchase I made it literally took him 5 min to count out my change REVIEW CAMERS PLEASE

Great options.  I've been to quite a few dispensaries in Sylmar and this one is definitely the best bang for your buck!!!

I found this gem in my hometown and I cant say enough good things! Super informative and the space is super clean and nice. The store is clean and super nice! This place is worth the  trip.

Yo this place is the most legit place I been to when it comes to weed ahaaa the security is chill and lets you write on the huge board you see right when you walk in. When I went into the actual room I felt like I was walking into Willy Wonkas factory yeah it's that chill the bud tender Sofy will definitely take care of you she's a really nice person to talk to and has great customer service.Just like the terminator said "I'll be back".

They pad their 1/8s with stressed out weed and their employees with tell you, you can't buy quality at this shop. Stay away from this place complete trash even they're hemp wraps are dried out and old, not cheap Im mention 1 more than other places!!

Early bird special before 9am check out the concentrates and tinctures for the best deals , the buds a little pricier here than I would like but check out the Zen garden!

I just left the dispensary pretty disappointed. The one star is for the super friendly cute black security guard. I've been coming to this spot for awhile and I've seen staff come and go. It seems like they're just hiring random clueless people now. They were out of the 2 brands I wanted and instead of offering suggestions or showing me different brand this chick just stood there awkwardly. Okay, i know it's a dispensary but you can't be too stoned to help me. I had money to spend and they didn't want it. I ended up ordering from 420bird.com

Herbal Remedies has an active menu on Weedmaps and they're usually pretty good at keeping products in stock throughout the day. It's cool to see great prices on dependable products sold by a staff that has the knowledge to describe and recommend different merchandise. Security guards are always super chill and sociable. Not to mention they have daily deals and a pretty solid reward points system. Totally recommend this shop to my friends and now all of you on Yelp.

The staff wears their masks and they're very careful with how they handle your items. Great practice during a pandemic!Friendly staff and great deals on their great buds make this place a must!!!!

Make sure you get your change , they charged me $25.00 I gave them a 20 & a 10 and I said it out loud to the sales rep . I waited to see if he would catch it , but he didn't, I brought it to his attention, his reaction made me feel like he was trying to see if I would not catch it. I mean it was not like they were busy , I was the only one in the shop .

Honestly, I used to love coming here. But the older manager with the curly hair has no customer service and does not know what communication is. She's rude, has no manners. Thinks she can talk to paying customers with an attitude. I walked out without buying anything. All the other staff, amazing!

Me and my boyfriend were here a couple of weeks ago on a trip to Six Flags. We stopped in to HRC and were amazed !!!!! Like a kid in a candy store. Our bud tender Bridget was unbelievably helpful and showed me around the whole dispensary. She was so kind and caring and made me feel cared about as a patient. And answered all my hundreds of questions. Great deals, specials and prices including tax already !!!! Also some of the best weed I’ve ever had from Original Intelligence their in house brand.
