I have gone here for a long time. Just recently they hired this blond trashy looking girl. I swear she is more worried how she looks then working. Dancing around like its a club. The music was so loud. So I went in again today and she is seriously mad dogging me. It's so rude. Thank god I got the other girl. She was ok. I give them 3 stars because they do have good bud. Next time I'm gonna call and complain if she does it again. Grow up and act professional.

Best shop I've been hitting up since they opened and they close at midnight even better for late nighters.

i really appreciated my trip to SHC as a first time customer. the deals are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the flower i purchased was also of great quality and i will definitely be back !

Came in for 1st time Wednesday. Got recommended this shop and had to check it out. Bud quality through the roof great prices and deals and the girl who helped me (Sara) was sweet and helpful. She knowledgeable and gave me some great tips 'n tricks to help find/use the right products for me. The friendly environment was comforting not to mention all the freebies she gave me too!! Will be returning and bringing friends! Check them out!

They're deals for new patients are alright been to better dispenser with better deals. But I do admit they're editable are good I'm yet to try the canibis

I I travel to Sylmar all the way from San Gabriel Mobil. 20 mile drive is worth the service and the products that this dispensary has to offer. The budtendera are kind and treat each patient with care and patience.

The security guard is a moron! A straight up thug! I'd rather drive far far away then to have the convenience of rude careless collective like this. Buds and roses here I come!

This is the WORST customer service ever!! The guy that attended us was very RUDE. I don't understand how this place is still in business. Unprofessional in every sense. Especially being 1st timers to a dispensary this was NOT the impression we were hoping for, luckily we found other place which was very welcoming .

One of the best dispensaries I've been to. When first entering, it's a bit bare and the security guard who takes down your information isn't the most helpful but it took about five minutes to sign up and go to the back room. They have a huge selection of both concentrates and flowers. The bud-tenders were very helpful in making a decision between the different waxes and was extremely patient even though I went through about every top shelf wax they had - it's just so hard to choose when they all look and smell so good!They had great first time patient deals and gave great prices in addition to a little goody bag. Definitely going back and would recommend this location to all my friends.

I've been coming here for years. It is only since they changed staff over the last few months that I have had problems. One time they forgot my wax and I had to go back for it. Another time they forgot to give me my hash that I paid extra for just to receive for free as part of the deal of the day. Now, the friday before last, I once again paid extra to get free wax as part of the Friday deal and what I got was so stuck and melted to the paper it came on that I could not even get any off or the get the paper apart. It was supposed to be shatter but it clearly wasn't considering I put it in the freezer overnight to get it to harden back up. It would not even get remotely solid and acted as a glue to hold the paper together, so much so that the paper was ripping when I was trying to peel it apart. I have never had an issue with them replacing what I got if something was wrong with it until now. Not only that but the staff is nowhere near as friendly and has even become argumentative when you let them know that something is wrong. I hate to leave a bad review since I've been coming here for so long and I've only recently started having issues but I feel like people should know before they walk in what they're about to deal with. They could not tell me when Andrew would be there so that I could talk to him and they wouldn't check to see, since they supposedly didn't know. I think after so many years it's finally time for me to find a new store. Especially since even though I was still buying something after that happened, the guy who was helping me tried to short me $5 in change. I literally had to tell him my change from a $25 purchase would be $15 since I gave him $40 after he tried to hand me $10.

BEST SHOP IN LA! They have the sweetest staff, great security, and unbeatable pricing. Wont go anywhere else. Thanks Elevate, keep up the great work!

This dispensary is so friendly and fast and one of the best herb I've had. Totally worth trying out!!!!

Sells fake knock-off brands such as Cookies. They contain pesticides. Sketchy neighborhood, terrible prices.

I was very impressed when I called from another town close by that didn't have any dispensaries and Martina told me why, and the laws that governed the reasoning behind it. Because of her knowledge, and great attitude, is the main reason I choose SHC as the place I wanted to shop....Thanks to Martina, and the great staff for making my first visit a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I've been to many dispensaries in Sylmar, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, San Francisco... and I can honestly tell you, SHC has the best selection of cannabis over all of them! The prices are extremely fair for the quality you receive. I get the most for my dollar here. This dispensary has everything your THC heart has been yearning for! When you walk into SHC, your brain will swoon with delight as your eyes absorb the most beautifully laid out display of remedies in all of Los Angeles and San Francisco!  SHC also carries the largest display I've seen of delivery methods! I've had many new experiences and learned new methods thanks to the helpful women here! I've also learned an enormous amount of information here. A beautiful asset SHC has incorporated into their dispensary is the thoughtful choice they make in customer service. I am consistently greeted with beautiful, smiling women who know their Kush! It's an amazing experience simply learning from these attractive, fun, positive and knowledgeable women! I look forward to seeing the many smiling faces when I open the door. The help they offer is perfect. If you are looking for a very wide variety and enjoy a pleasant, positive and helpful environment in your search for relief, I highly recommend SHC. Before the recreational law passed this place was off the chains, staff where nice very friendly and helpful. Now they must see a bunch of you know whats being a recreational facility, because they can be a little unfriendly at times. I won't return I am big on respect got a rude tender. Good goods just big on respectfor.

As good as it gets, large store very clean displays are very well organized, bartenders are very knowledgeable, prices are competitive, easy to find easy to park.

I had to walk out of this place TWICE without spending any money because the STAFF that work here just dont strike me as helpful or friendly so I just decided they don't deserve my business.  I asked them if they can recommend something for sleep and you would think I called them a bad word or something, they just test my patience by not answering my questions and giving me attitude, so I take my business elsewhere.

Love this place. They always have a good selection of flower. Good music. And the budtenders are always so helpful and willing to put up with me and my 21 questions. Love the shop vibes. Everyone is always in a good mood. I ya e my favorites. The girl with the perfect eyeliner the best. The blond girls, best customer service EVER! The girl with the looong nails. This place has fallen off the charts since things went recreational.  They're product is wack. Prices wack. They spent all the money on this big ass shop that looks like a showroom but the quality sucks. I've been going here for 10 years. Now I've moved on. Employees dont care. They will send you away if they feel like it, losing sales due to laziness. Find a better shop, this one lost its touch.

Bruh this place is sus. The cashiers help themselves to putting their own tips on your tab, with big orders. Keep an eye on your check cuz some of them are scumbags.

Never bought a thing from this place and for good reason. I don't use cannabis. If you do that's great but it's not my thing. Okay so I been getting text messages from this place at least once a week for months. I've never even bought cannabis so idk how they would get my number. Called the store to get my number removed and the girl didn't understand what I was telling her. Really simple. I don't want to get the text messages any more... I keep blocking the numbers that send the spam messages and they just keep coming from different numbers so how do I get off your list? She's then said let me see what's your drivers license number?! lol I could believe that. Hahaha like sure... I'm going to give you my drivers license number when idk how you got my number and you send me what you think are deals but to me is spam texts. She then got offended and took down my number...  who knows maybe they use you drivers license number when you buy stuff there. But who knows. Place seems shady and the lady was rude. I was very polite till she asked for my drives license then I as short. Leaving a neutral review since I've never bought anything here but wanted to share my negative experience.

We stopped at Elevate on our way back from San Diego to get some eatables to help with sleep issues for my mother. It's right off the freeway in a shopping center. You walk in and show your ID to a guard then you are off to shop. This place is immaculate and beautifully decorated inside. The people who wait on you explain everything completely to you. They have a nice selection of products to pick from. This was a very good experience and I would recommend this business as a nice place to shop. They also put your products in a approved bag for transport and we were in and out quickly.

I went here for the first time a few months ago, I had never been in a dispensary before and the girl who helped me was super awesome and informative helping me find what I needed when I had no idea what I was doing, I wish I remembered her name. I went again a couple weeks ago and the girl who helped me then was also super awesome, I think her name started with a V. Everyone there seems dope and it's super clean.

Normally this used to be a 5 start experience every time. Now that the expansion is completed there are a few new faces and I must have been the lucky one to get someone new or that I didn't recognize. I typically always go in ask for what I want and I used to trust the bud tenders. This time I got my normal flower products. On the sale table was a vibe pod system battery so she went in the back to go check on something and came back said she would give it to me for free if I bought a POD Cartridge.... and a discount on a second pod. I didn't bother to have them check everything before I left because I never have to. Now I called and explained what happened and first was told there are no other batteries in stock and put me on hold. Before I had finished paying I said clearly "this will all work when I get home right" in a joking matter at the time. So back to the phone call...... she magically came back and said she found a few in the back! Cool but before I left I asked what other bases or pods can be used on this and she mentioned bloom and a few others. I just really feel like she knew she was selling the pod by offering me a bunk battery base. Never go with a non verified company brand. Now I have to take about a 40 min drive back to Cana to exchange the base.... I have a feeling this still isn't going to go well...... I am disabled and hardly drive so I am contemplating just counting it as a lesson learned, Money Loss and I will not be going back to Cana ever again.

Love this place!  Super clean and organized,  awesome budtenders, great inventory, competative prices. Doesn't get any better!

It was my first time here tonight I came in kind of late but the woman that helped me was super nice and extremely helpful and suggested the lava cake and it's awesome!

I spent 210$ on a Oz of cookies. First time trying cookies and i gotta say worst bud ever it was dryer than my knees in 20 degree weather. The reason why they have such bad reviews is because they clearly don't have the integrity to check the quality of the weed . I understand people can be money hungry but you definitely lose customers like this.

The staff is extremely polite and they know their craft. The best deals in the 818.  Oh and stay away from Dr. Greenthumbs, they are majorly over priced.

This is for sure my new favorite spot! The ladies who work here are truly so genuine & kind, I was having an extremely rough day myself, (forgot my wallet, lost my card, other one didn't work, ETC) literally felt like everything was going wrong.But the ladies were SO kind and understanding of everything, no dirty looks, no gosling.. I mean truly EVERYONE, was so considerate and kind and uplifting even the security gentlemen were kind.Aside from them lifting my spirits and brightening my day, and mood. They have incredible prices, a beautiful location, that is CLEAN, wonderful and an impressive selection too choose from! And of course, wonderful customer service.Which I personally am ALL about. So Thankyou too the whole team at Canna Sylmar, you guys are wonderful. & I look forward too my next visit

I am not a fan. This place made me feel like a fish in a fish bowl. And not in a good way. However, the overpriced weed I got is pretty dank.

Purchased 2 8ths, both were extremely dry, short in weight, and not good smoke, not even alittle bit. They charge you up the ass taxes, and now they charge you if you dont bring your own sealed bag! What a waste of money! This place is worse than Dr. Greethbumb  does Sylmar have any fresca??? NOPE!

Need to hire new staff. Vannesa had terrible customer service. She had attitude towards me, gave out wrong information completely ignored the promotion of the day. Try to scam me as well as her manager Harman. He acknowledged the fact it was wax Wednesday and apologized for her action. He tried giving me the promotion but i wasn't happy in the end. How she still continue misbehaving through it all.. She didn't want to step up and take responsibility. I came in respectfuly and felt so disrespect I been a customer here since 2019 and this is how you guys treat your customers? I really didn't appreciate. Thank you.

5 stars for products and deals and most of the staff is dope. But Bro this one time I came in and a bud tender was very rude and that wasn't cool. I thought the bud tender realized and they offered me a free promotional battery for my pod. I said sure long story short when i got home the battery boxwas empty. I hit a bong and laughed about it. Like I said good product I'll be back.

They always kill it. Never had a bad experience. Even when my order was short,(only happened once out of many many times ordering), the employee offered to drive it out personally to me that night. He then delivered it the next day in person because that worked better for me. They are helpful and always have fire ?????? ??????? ? ?????
