Prices are bomb & the presentation is fun, clean & playful! Bud tenders were helpful during moderate business. I like being able to see everything they have!

I've been coming here for years, since it was Urban Treez. The service, quality and prices were always the best in town. Now. With the advent of the more open store it has an incredible community feel. It feels like the corner store that we all grew up with. I would not recommend anywhere else.

Ice Kream Dispensary ripped me off.  I went in and selected an 1/8 that was priced at $37.  But when I go to pay at the register they asked for $60!  I should've brought it up, but I know that taxes are ridiculous high so in the moment I assumed it was fair.  When I got home I looked up cannabis taxes in LA and found out it's around 34%.  So I should've paid around $50, not $60.  Doing the math, they charged me an additional 62% from their posted price!  ...Ok, enjoy your extra $10 because I am never coming back here again.  Studio City is an ocean of dispensaries, there is absolutely no need for me to patronize any establishment that brazenly exploits their customer's wallets.I can only reason that Ice Kream Dispensary survives off of being in a great location that allows them to prey on a constant stream of unsuspecting newbies.  They really are in the right spot for this particular style of business practice.  If you do decide to shop there, please don't get ripped off like me and demand they charge you correctly for their products.  Remember, taxes are 34%, not 62%!

spent $500 on (8) different 8th jars of flower. i look at one and it seems a little short, when i put it on my scale it weighs 2.7 grams. thief's. i won't be coming back here ever again.

I hate their website, like something out of a porno, buxom  babes in crop tops and short shorts, licking  popsicles. Hello,  it's 2021, women are consumers too. BUT it is hard to beat their prices. Check there before you buy elsewhere. And complain about the website.

The worst!   They consistently send out false and misleading advertisements.   I was promised "buy one get one at 40 percent off anything in the store."   I specifically asked clerk if it applied to sale items and he said yes.   When I got home I didn't receive any of the discount promised.   I tried to clear it up with the owner "Joe" who pointed out that hidden in bottom of ad was disclaimer "on lowest price item" and I told him that you can't hide disclaimer in an ink color that can't be read.  His answer was to say "take it up with my lawyers" and then hang up on me.  HMMM last time I checked there are 25 dispensaries in a 10 block radius.   I will pick another.

I used to love urban treez! It was a great staff and easy to navigate dispensary. Ice Kream definitely has a nice aesthetic but did not nail the landing. Between the extremely loud music, little to no help because you are all just in one big room gets extremely overwhelming. It's almost like you have to be an expert on weed and I hate that it it has that culture now.  I thought I would just go look at the board and choose a strain but they didn't even have categories? All indica/hybrid/Sarvia we all mixed together..what a mess.

This is maybe the weirdest rebranding/remodel I've ever seen. It was really nice before! When this place was called Urban Treez it felt classy and welcoming if maybe a little generic with all the reclaimed wood. Now they've rebranded as ... a blinding white porno shop circa 2005? Huh?Aesthetic concerns aside, the remodel has made the store less functional. Getting rid of the check-in desk means that people wait to check-in at the front door, creating a log jam that exiting customers have to navigate.   Really nice people. Super easy online ordering system (once you manage to navigate past the eye-roll inducing videos of girls licking ice cream.). So I'll probably keep going, but the remodel definitely takes it from 5 stars to 3. A real head scratcher.

I want to start by saying we were huge and loyal fans of urban Treez. It USED to be an easy to navigate store with friendly knowledgeable staff who knew our names. NOT the case any longer! We really tried giving Ice Kream a shot, but we are officially done going there. The store creates an absolutely horrible customer experience. The weed staff is not educated enough on what they offer...and what's even worse, is once you select the cannabis you want to purchase, you can't go to the register and pay. You need to wait until they ring it in on an iPad (like you're in an apple store) and then wait for them to ring it in and bring it to you, adding an extra 10-15 minutes to the whole process. So unnecessary! This is all compounded by the fact that the staff is no longer, friendly, cordial or knowledgeable. This re band is so disappointing we lost our neighborhood dispensary.

Ya know when you go to the mall, you step inside a store and the sales rep that catches you coming in that wants to tell you about all the specials, the sales on the jeans in the back that nobody wants and they follow you around hounding you?Yea, that doesn't happen here, lol and I LOVE IT.The vibe is super cool when you walk in. You're not pressed, you're not over sold - it's all good vibes and allowing your customers to shop and browse in peace, and these folks get it!They had enough of a dope seclusion that I bought more flower than I needed - I'm a roll up and you should pull up if you need it.High and Happy Holidays!!

Deals on deals.First, and most importantly, the staff here is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I feel like I can always ask questions, even dumb ones, and get the help I need with all that weed.There have been a couple times I was charged incorrectly, but both times I came back and they did fix the issues.I've been taking major advantage of the deals they have on Zeki flower every Thursday, which has saved me some dollars and loaded me up with some tasty strains. That Paris OG, mmm...This last trip my budtender turned me on to Barker's, their house brand which I am loving (even as I type this). Incredible deal. Kind of wish I wasn't telling you this, actually - because that stuff is gonna sell out.Their hours are amazing - I think they're actually open longer every day than Trader Joe's, so I guess we know where our collective priorities lie. :)

I hereby proclaim this to be the best dispensary in the SFV. Reasonable prices for quality products. Convenient location, always parking right in front. Then there are the budtenders who are as hot as the sun...doesn't hurt either.

I used to go to Urban Treez but I like the clean, modern fresh vibe of IKD better. The first time I purchased something there they inadvertently give me a half gram instead of a gram vape. Next time I stopped in, they gave me a gram free I will charge and I already used the half gram so, they treated me more than fairly. I would complain that they don't do a great job hosting promotions. I took advantage of a Mistifi demo that I didn't know was going on. I wish I could know what promotions are coming up and when.

Used to shop here when it was known as Urban Treez. It was clean, classy and upscale.  They just rebranded and I've never seen anything go downhill so fast. Now they simply look like trash - and not a little, a lot. It downgrades the cannabis experience for customers to some early 80's wanna be porn videos with ice cream.  You know, two girls, one cone?  That's the look they're going for.  Apparently this store couldn't make it as an upgrade to cannabis so they decided to go low brow.  Let me guess - the owners are two old white guys and they think exploiting younger girls with some sort of sexual innuendo involving ice cream is cutting edge, bro.  Try again, not so much. It just means that the single fastest growing demo of women over 30 won't bother.  This is one step up from a 7-11 with the branding feel of a well used Penthouse mag at a frat house.  Really sad to see this happen to a good store. This dispensary has the ABSOLUTE best prices in Los Angeles. I will drive 20 miles just to get what I need and save the extra bucks. Also, since the renovation, the store is immaculate and very inviting. Lots of great inventory too. Thanks Ice Kream!  :)))))))

The place is a combo of an ice cream parlor and an apple store. People are awesome, the prices are fair and they have a great stock of goodies. Everybody there is nice and helpful!The only place I go!!!!!!

Great selection and great discounts. I wish they would list all of the discounts on the website, but what can you do. Store is always clean and stocked and the Bud Tendors have always been great.

Ordering is so easy online, they will send you updates on the status and when you get there they have everything ready. Amazing customer service and staff!

Great place everyone is super friendly and they have a great selection of edibles. Very good prices too. I have to pass about 5 dispensaries on my trip to come over here and the reason I do is because of the value and they products they carry. I'm guessing most people would divert here if they knew the specifics of each dispensary in the area. This is one of the best.

This place used to be called urban treez but they rebranded it and it's dope. Love this place, they have everything you could possibly want and the budtenders are so sweet! Even my grandma loves to get her favorite edibles here!

The space is clean and comfortable and the staff is great. Special shout out to Sebastian, who is always in a stellar mood and makes great recommendations. They do need a better stock of the Pax Era pods... But my main issue is on price. Made my very first purchase over the weekend, and bought a pod for the Era at $50, but I am seeing them for less all around town... many in the $40-45 range and some lower than that. Nothing we can do about the taxes for now... hopefully that will change... but do be aware of the CC "convenience" charge, which always makes me laugh, sort of, since it is not convenient for us. I know price is a major factor for most of us, so that will definitely affect where I shop for future purchases, especially if you can get the exact same thing for less at other places. :(

Been coming to this place for a while and always dug it overall. Most importantly they carried dosist pens which I really enjoy. Per usual, I bought a Dosist pen from them, only this time it stopped working with half the juice left. I contacted dosist who said to simply return it and they offer a 100% guarantee. The employee there said the email I showed him "doesn't matter". He then tested the pen and confirmed the battery stopped working, but said they wouldn't offer a replacement because I'd "had it too long". Manager said the same thing. As someone who's spent hundreds of dollars at this place I thought they might care when I said I wouldn't be returning. Their response? "That's fine" ‍Terribly disappointing. Go anywhere else.

From the outside this place looks like it wouldn't have anything to offer and would be like other sketchy weed shops. I decided to go there once after I had a haircut in the same square as the dispensary. I was pleasantly surprised at how big it was inside and how everything was displayed. It was super clean and everyone was super friendly. One thing I did not like is that the prices are a bit high but they do offer a lot of other products that they don't have at other dispensaries which is an added benefit.P.S. The bud tenders take their time with u. Josephine was great the other day. Sebastian has helped me twice now and very satisfied. Cute smile. Cute face. Can't hurt to have a cute budtender lol.

Standard shop, nothing special.ATM was broken but didn't have an out of order sign. Charged my account $200 but didn't dispense any money.  Manager was aware it was broken but didn't really care and suggested I walk the 2 blocks to 7/11. Not cool.Universal Collective is right down the street and way more helpful.I will avoid Urban Treez in the future. Tons of other stores nearby that really care about the customer.

If I had been writing this review just a few weeks ago it would have been 4 or maybe even 5 stars. I'm giving it 2 stars out of respect for the excellent service I had received up until yesterday even though I left angry enough to give it the worst possible rating.I have purchased  Dosist pens from here for the last year without incident but for the first time a few months back I realized that my CALM pen was not working properly. I brought it in and the manager exchanged without issue. The exchanged pen worked great at first but then started having the same issue.This time however, I was told that I had had the pen too long and it was past the exchange window. since I got the Pen on Jan 22 and it was now Mar 18th.....Now I travel a lot and I also live out of state so at first I thought OK fair enough and began to purchase 2 new pens...but in the back of my mind I was thinking, had it really been that long? i asked the attendant if Jan 22 was the date I had RETURNED the first pen??or the date I had PURCHASED the original??...she looked in the computer and said I had purchased a CALM pen on Jan 22 and that was the last time I had been in the shop....However when I returned the pen, I didn't make a purchase! and if what she was saying were true....I would have PURCHASED A new CALM pen on the SAME day that I received an EXCHANGE for the defective one.I asked if they had any record of the actual return.I was told by the manager that the system they used for returns was confidential and that she could not give me that information, but they are required by law to keep a record of anytime someone enters the store and according to their records the day I PURCHASED the pen was the last time I was ever in the store...The more I tried to point out this clear discrepancy the more angry and rude she became. I finally decided that it was becoming a scene, I wasn't getting anywhere, and I didn't want to leave without a pen.... so I purchased the pen and left the store confused, angry, and embarrassedAfter going through my travel records and CC receipts....I now know for a FACT that I have been in the store twice since Jan 22. both times to return defective Dosist pens. Neither time did I buy anything and I certainly didn't BUY the same pen on the day I RETURNED it!!Instead of going back and double checking her "super secret" return records.  The manager basically stood there and called me a liar.

Bad & Unethical business! Don't waste your money at this store! I was a regular at this store and spent large amounts of money. I received a text for a promotion that they didn't apply correctly at check out. I asked for it to be fixed via text and they told me to call. I called but my order was already canceled. So I reordered again for them to tell me they could no longer deliver. They don't follow ethical business practices and lie to their customers.Looks like I am not the only one! Lots of shitty reviews on this company! Don't let the 4 star rating trick you!

If you need knowledge and break downs of thing knew you haven't tried. Jaya (Ji-Ya) is hands down the best there for it!She used to be a chief and then turn cannabis chef to barista .. she knows her shit and that's what I like because I'm not super knowledge at all.Overall the place is welcoming and I think they have some of the best prices around. Cons: parking lot is shite .. but there are some street parking available on both side of the street.

Very knowledgeable staff and the website is a treasure trove of information! I sometimes suffer from sleeplessness and occasional anxiety. I'm cool on the whole Xanax culture, and really on taking prescription drugs in general, so up till now I've just had to suffer with it. Weed never crossed my mind either, because believe it or not, I've never smoked it, as smoking in general just turns my stomach. I was talking with a friend who also has the same issue I do, and she mentioned she's been trying edibles and its helped a great deal. The idea of being high has never appealed to me, so at first I rejected the idea, but she said it doesn't get her high, she only gets a great nights sleep by eating a weed cookie or chocolate. A chocolate cookie that makes me sleep? Yup. Sold. There's a HUGE sign for this spot on my way home, so I first went on the website and was super impressed with all the info. I decided to stop by for an enchanted cookie. As weird as this sounds, I was very nervous to go in.... like is it gonna be dark in there with some big bouncer with guns standing guard? Will there be a bloody tattooed hand that shoves my cookie through a gated window in a greasy bag? You cant see inside the store because the windows are frosted... omg omg. Wtf? For a cookie?!? I CAN'T. AND I DROVE AWAY. NO COOKIE. (with my imagination, I'm sure you can see why being high for me would be a NO. LOL...) The second time I drove by, I decided to face the scary bouncer... tattooed hand be damned. I want to sleep and they're not gonna stop me... lol.  I go in! Its literally the most well lit, niiiccce cafe style place with smiling people, good music and nice vibe! What? Show your ID, and your good to go. I talked to a nice young man who I told my sleep issue to, and he thought indica would be best. Ok. Got the cookies (and chocolate) and that's it! Yay! But did they work tho? YES. Great sleep... no high/weird feeling. What a relief! Guess I'm officially a hippie. Peace and love brother. PEACE AND LOVE.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. My only complaint is that they can't accept cards all the time and sometimes you have to take out cash at the ATM and have a service slapped on.

Never been to a canibus shop before and truly clueless. Have used it before but always shared others. My dog died (best friend) last night and I needed something to calm my nerves. The prescription meds didn't help. So wanted to try this since legal. Walked in totally overwhelmed. But it was so clean welcoming it and everyone was greeting you. I was sooo impressed in the staff it was great. Angel offered to help me. Umm I don't know what I want something to smoke. I went by his recommendation and it wasn't expensive at all.  He didn't try to get me to buy anything else. And he knew I knew nothing. So probably would have. He earned my trust so fast.  Then he actually taught me there how much I put in a pipe and use and such. I would have messed that up. He was amazing. As I was leaving people said thank you and goodbye. What a wonderful store.  Whether it be canibus or anything all stores shouldHave customer service like this store.  Oh I also got a discount for being a newbie.

So I walked into this place with one of my friends who was looking to get some weed. I don't smoke so I was just along for the ride.The security guard asks for our IDs and I notice he was entering the info into a database. I asked if I needed to have my info entered if I wasn't going to buy anything. He said no no problem just have a seat over here. Mind you over here was like the opposite side of the purchase counter away from everyone. (I have no issue here)He then says don't use your phone while you wait. (Once again I have no issue here)Then it dawned on m why am I even sitting here I can go wait outside or in the car. I'm not buying weed and I'm not even allowed to go anywhere in the store without being entered in a database. So I tried to call my friends name who was like 15 feet away from me at this point because she had already made her way towards the counter. I just wanted to tell her I'm going to wait outside. Mind you the music is loud as hell and you can't even here people right next to you unless you speak loudly or yell. Then the same roided out security guard yells at me that I can't yell across the room.Ok so let's recap.I have to sit in one area and I can't move.I can't use my cell phone to communicate with the person I came with.I also can't yell to get her attention because they are blasting the music.Catch my drift?These guys are idiots.Their "policies" make absolutely no sense.If you own this spot you might want to figure out how to change some policies or get some brighter employees or security guards.Btw their security guard was armed and clearly had a ego/power trip. So my guess is if you go in here and he disagrees with you he may end up drawing his weapon on you.My advice: STAY AWAY! Find another spot! This place isn't safe nor professional!

My one visit here was underwhelming. The selection was limited and most of the things I was considering buying were out of stock. Staff overall was friendly and helpful.

Hate that type of unethical review nonsense, watering down the honesty.Overall, least favorite dispensary I've been to in the LA area.Everywhere I tried to stand, I was told to stand somewhere else. Then I got to the counter and the woman could not seem more disinterested in helping.Not the most friendly place and prices are higher than usual - probably for all the bill boards and marketing.Selection is okay, but their deals are non-existent. Seems to me like a dispensary for older people who hand over the credit card (which they take here) and don't really care about the service they are receiving.I'll pass - there's a place down the street that is much better - not leaving any names.

First of all, if you are a new weed smoker and you're not sure where to start go here. All of the budtenders are AMAZING and so knowledgeable about all of the products. I always leave here feeling good about my purchase and knowing that I'm in good hands. There is no second of all. Just go to Urban Treez and you will leave with two kinds of high. One in your shopping bag and the joy you feel from interacting with great humans.

I went in with the intention of getting an 1/8th of flower & a new cartridge for my bloom dart. The British woman working immediately said their mango kush was really good right now so of course I listened. I pointed at the bloom dart Maui wowi & asked to get it too. She slipped the stuff in a bag behind the counter & checked me out. When I left the store &opened the bag I saw that she gave me a pax cartridge instead of what I asked which wouldn't fit in my bloom battery. I immediately called & asked if I could come in &switch it out since the British girl clearly made a mistake. On the phone, she nastily told me she heard me say pax And that I wAs definitely wrong. It was literally 10 minutes after leaving. She told me they won't refund or give store credit and the only option was to come in and buy the pax battery! The woman clearly knew she was in the wrong but continued to belittle me and talk to me like I'm stupid. She then hung up on me. To top it off, that "dank" weed was dry AF

LOVE the open atmosphere. You can walk in and walk out like any store which is what I want in a dispensary(of course showed my i.d.). Guy who helped me was really friendly we had a chill talk about how to use my discount, and what he recommends  in terms of products. Selection seems pretty wide, lots of edibles, oils, flower. Good place to just pop in and get some quality products, highly recommend for first timers who wants to explore, and veterans who want to get in and out fast. Will say that their online menu might not be accurate as I didn't see a strain listed on there when I walked in. Overall great place will definitely be going back.

Nothing special. They seem to have a wide selection of edibles and cartridges, but not flower. I only wanted to buy a gram of sativa but they were out of sativa grams, so instead of paying $60 for 1/8th I decided to get a $12 preroll. For the price of the flower, I was not impressed by the quality (not just in the preroll, I've purchased normal flower here before and felt the same). Also, the female employee that helped me out did not seem knowledgeable of the products/stock. I need to be able to trust that my budtender will give me accurate information and an informed recommendation, but that was not the case here. Overall, I don't recommend this dispensary in general, especially for flower.

**** BEWARE ********* HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ******Unorganized. RUDE MANAGER with an SOUR ATTITUDE!Great budtenders. Everything else is A MESSSSS!! To say the least! I have been coming for a while now and 50% of the time they NEVER HAVE WHAT IM LOOKING FOR!!!! ANNOYING AS SH*TTT!!! I went in again today and they FINALLY HAD "RESTOCKED" on items that haven't been available for over a month now.. BUT SURPRISINGLY they where on the sleeves spread out for sale and for some reason the item didn't have a price in the system.... The lady went to the manager and said they need a price, manager doesn't even come out to explain to the costumer what's going on and maybe a sorry for the hold up.....NOTHING. The lady helping me said maybe a few mins... I waited Walked our to my car... and waited some more... went back in and they took everything and I mean everything off the selves and the managers response was oh it was just for show... they are "for sale" .."but not available"ARE YOU INSANE?! Don't display product and I mean A LOT OF PRODUCT AND THEN BE SO UNORGANIZED THAT YOU HAVE TO GO TAKE IT ALL DOWN. They really need help with inventory management! ASAP!

I am an original older Hippy of Love without Judgement era....Wow I am old !I have been using Cannabis before it was Legalized....Yes it's Not Your Daddy Weed! ....We smoked leaves back then....Without a Doubt this dispensary of the more than I can count ++ that I have been to...over the last 12-13 years since the stores became Legalized...???(I am Not that easily impressed by Much these days...)I was shocking Impressed  The variety 1. Excellent !, it is so so convenient to find a Store that carries everything I can think  of & need. I suffered from Nerve Damaged....Marijuana has saved my life !! All Doctors can do is give you Pain killers... and hopefully the Pain Killers don't Killed You ! 2. This Store is so Well Managed, again I was very impressed...Bravo!!3. They Staff is so well knowledgeable, which is so Helpful for less experience users.4. Prices were as reasonable as all the dispensaries, since the new law for recreational used.5. I normally never take my time to write a Review; However because my experience was so impressive...(As I had mentioned Not much impresses me these days...)6. I got excited after seeing multiple billboards screaming "Open for Recreation".  So I went in and was very impressed with the look and feel of the dispensary, until the clerk told me they only take medical cards. Bro!!!! There's a huge sign above your place saying "Open for Rec!!!". Don't run a multi thousand dollar billboard campaign when you're false advertising! This dispensary looked sweet, but come on! Figure it out!

Came here while on a trip to Cali with my husband. Dispensary was very clean and had good music playing. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. Jazz helped us pick out some edibles, pre-rolled, and kush. She was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Nice displays and wide range of selection.

They have good products here. But I was there on Thursday, October 17 at 12:30 PM and I was being helped by a young woman with dark hair. I was exhausted and asking what products might be good for sleep. This person was so annoyed with me and so rude and condescending that I actually was in shock. I was so kind to her because I thought maybe she's having a bad day. But it was very bizarre. I ended up buying a few products and when I tipped her, she changed her attitude and was suddenly oh thank you so much ma'am have a great day ma'am. It would be nice if dispensaries have people who were helpful and were skilled at customer service. This woman should be trained on how to deal with Customers and adjust her unfortunate attitude. Won't be back to this dispensary because of this.

My first, ok, second stop in LA after the bank lol. I got an amazing deal from a text messaging promotion they were advertising. My friend was a frequent consumer so my first time was well informed and efficient. And so many choices!! My goodness! Great service and a clean, stylish site. A very cool mural is on the wall as well as very cool flowers!!

Not sure how these are almost all 5-star ratings. This place was a joke. No clones the 3 times I've been there. Rude service all around. My first time there I bought an ounce and some edibles, but no first time patient deal or discount at all. The ounce was $250 so it's not an amazing deal for some ok product. This last time I bought an ounce of some mid grade indica. The price wasn't bad at $180 but when I got home and weighed it, it came up 3 grams short. The bud was dry. What a joke.

My friend and I found this place on google and decided to try it! It was amazing! They greeted us so friendly, checked us in, and the employees were so helpful. They answered all questions patiently and with smiles and really took their time to get us what we wanted.

Super disappointed. I used to really like this place. I liked it so much I referred my friend. They totally sold him a bunch of extremely poorly manicured weed that burns into a oily black ash. They told him it won some award. They took advantage of his lack of knowledge and trust that the workers arnt just pushing him on whatever isn't selling. It's the same old story of hiring cute 19 year old bud-tenders that have 0 knowledge of what's good or not. All they know is the difference in sativa and indica. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where they don't take advantage of undereducated customers and hire employees for the knowledge of the product.

Very clean and organized store with professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Im always asking a million questions and they're always patient and assist me in making the perfect selection for what I need. To be honest, they're a bit pricy compared to some other places I've been to but it's worth it in my opinion.

I came today to get a little more something to help me sleep. Cy helped me today. She was so sweet last time, and since Mauro wasn't there.  I love the Valentine X I got last time, but it doesn't put me to sleep. She suggested True OG, and told me to star out slow. Since I have not had any THC since high school, I am a little scared, to feel too crazy! Cy suggested I start with one to two hits. I recently bought a Kandy pen, and I love it. I tried it for the firs time the other night. I like the quick check in process here. It feels like they really care about their customers, and want to help you get exactly what it is you need. Cy is such a cutie, and a great personality to boot! A joy to deal with such a caring soul. I don't see myself going anywhere else, even though my first dispensary experience was 2  miles from my house. I really like this place. Today is flower Friday, so specials, YEAH!

The service is really bad. They always ask me to bring my original medical recommendation if not they charge me full tax. They seem annoyed when I ask to smell several weed varieties. I really don't like this place. A great alternative in the area is California Compassionate Care Network (CCCN)

I love this place! Their Tuesday special on cartridges is one that can't be beat! They also carry Mary Jane Juice Co which is one of my favorite juices because it is 100% organic and 200 mg medicated! You should defiantly give this place a try!!

This place is local to me. So I went twice. During my first visit they had a daily discount going for what I was interested in getting. Therefore I didn't use the "first time" discount that I've got via a postcard that arrived in the mail a few weeks ago. I've made sure to ask if I could use my "first time" discount at a later date, since I was told they have a no discount doubling policy. I was told: "Yes, Absolutely." Cool, I didn't have any issue with that. Ten days, or so, later I paid the establishment a second visit, hoping to take advantage of my "first time" discount. After a short conversation I've decided what to get and I inquired abut the aforementioned discount. Unfortunately, the sales associate informed me that no discounts are applied to any of their "house brand" items ... (I am yet to find any disclosure pertaining to such claim.) So ... I was on my way out empty-handed. Too bad, since the place seems legit and convenient, also the items that I've got during my initial visit did meet my quality expectations. However, based on my personal experience, I now have hesitations recommending this dispensary.

Any time I find myself working in the area, this is one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. The daily specials, great hours, and convenient location make it an easy call. Some of the prices for the top shelf can definitely be on the higher side, but picking your days makes for great savings.

40 min wait. Really? I've never had to wait more than 5 mins. Why don't you staff the store on a Thursday? On one of the busiest nights of the week. Didn't even have what I wanted. Then when I was putting everything in my purse the budtender couldn't wait for me to leave to call another person. Let other people browse to their hearts content but I have to move as quick as I can. Really disappointed. This is (was?) one of my favorite spots.

Not very friendly, very high pressure to buy.  Know that you cannot walk in the door without giving ALL of your info. License, E-mail, phone number etc. And not in a friendly way.  This was not my experience with other recreational dispensaries. The prices on the board seemed $$$. After they put up their billboards I went in twice and they were still not open, telling me they would be open "Tomorrow". Now that I have been, I would try other places.

My first time going to Urban Treez, and the people that helped us were good at answering ALLof our questions, over and over again. I like their specials they have all during the week. I'm taking my friend there today, so she can check it out also.

Urban Treez is a great dispensary located in Studio City. My friends work at Coffee Source on the same lot so I often go in here and their selection is varied and expansive. I love getting Fun Uncle from here and will continue to use their services.

Walked in to urban treez looking for clones on the menu they had on weed maps walked in there and the security thought he was a cop and the staff were really rude and unprofessional. I ended up buying clones that I was not looking for so I wouldn't leave empty handed and when I look at my clones they have powdery mildew. Worst customer service ever I do not recommend it.

Get ready to pay for EVERY little thing from the bag to take your weed home to credit card charge to $4 for a sample! The security and the guy who helped me were very friendly but I will never go back. I'll take my business to Perennial where they don't charge you for everything the second you walk in. Also the energy is a lot better there.

Everyone there is kind, friendly, patient and helpful. On my first visit I purchased some product for my dog, who is suffering from arthritis and cancer. The product I obtained didn't work as advertised, so I contacted the manufacturer, and they arranged for an exchange at Urban Treez. When I returned and asked for the manager (as instructed), the security guard mentioned he wasn't in. I became a little frustrated (as I was told he would be there) - the guard sensed this and said "Don't worry - we'll take care of you". I soon met with a salesperson who listened to my situation and promptly took care of the exchange. The couldn't have been kinder, more professional or understanding. I'm very impressed with the people here - thank you for your help!! And thanks again to security - you really helped!!

Ahhh... Heaven can't get any greener - saner - calmer than the shelter under the Urban Treez. First timer, vibe was zen-like - the ying and yang worked its balancing act and victorious here. I have come here a lot in the past in order to buy CBD products. The last few times I've been in here since the recreational laws have passed it's a bit of a mess. Aside from having to show your recommendation letter and ID every time (other places keep you in a database), it's just disorganized and the products they keep in stock are inconsistent. Today I went in and waited in the medical line for 10 minutes for one customer and they just kept chatting while the line built, ended up just leaving without buying anything. Will not be coming back. Too many options and too much competition to waste my time here.

The venue is beautiful. The guard in front is a dick. I see another review had the same issue. You have a job, I understand but you're not a cop!  Asked him if the place is doing recreational yet and he's acting like a tough guy. Not just a me thing did it to the girl next to me too.  Why so rude? There's no need for that. Why come into a place if they make you feel unwelcome? Time to switch out that guard.

this dispensary is bright friendly and warm!!! this is my favorite dispensary. everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. they always update their menu on weedmaps. i've been a patient here for over a year and i can say that i hate going anywhere else. i'm always greeted warmly and love all the people that work her. their preroll Einstein is amazing and their daily deals are incredible. they have a great selection of topicals too!

This place is by far the best dispensary to go to. The people who work there know their stuff. They not only listen but also go above and beyond to find something that is better. I originally went in looking for one thing but after speaking with someone at the counter and being shown different products and strains, I definitely became more confident it what to buy. The Relief disposable dose pen has seriously come in handy with all sorts of things.

Their "deal" on sundays is marking down their worst strains, but they still end up being more expensive than anywhere else. If you're a first time patient, you get to choose one sticker from one of the companies they buy from. What a joke.

OK ... from the billboard above the building and the signage on the windows, our friends thought this was a new ice cream shop and invited us to join them for some ice cream cones.  What a surprise when we entered and discovered it was a cannabis dispensary!  I have nothing against cannabis dispensaries -- and this one seems very nice -- but the exterior advertising is very misleading.

Excellent staff, service, and product. They carry Lola prerolls, and I gladly bought multiple packs of the Mingle. As a first time customer, I also picked a sativa preroll for $0.01 after signing up for the text list. Would definitely recommend a stop here.

3 out of 4 dom pens I get there and (it's a lot) are faulty garbage. I'm out. I've lost so much money and returned only one disposable once. Because you would literally have to return at least one every batch, avoid dom pen most certainly.

This is a small, convenient and clean MJ spot in Studio City California. Every worker including security was extremely friendly which made for a great experience. Also very knowledgeable on all products. They had everything we were looking for including oils, CBD lotions and bud. They have sales everyday and a lot of specials. Prices are very fair. They are located in a shopping strip with plenty of parking in the lot. We will be visiting again. Great experience.

Garbage. Absolutely trash. Bud tender Adrian convinced me that the house brand APRICOTA was fire. I got burned again. I'm so pissed I let him convince me that this was good trees. If you'd like to pretend you're in a music video while you're shopping for weed, then this is the place for you. Pretty sure the girl at the register stole my change. My receipt and the change I got was $10 off. Also, one of the best things about going to a weed shop is the good vibes. There are zero good vibes here. Will not return. I'd recommend MMD in North Hollywood, just a short drive away.

I went to Ice Kream for the first time today. The staff was friendly and I thought the branding of the store was fun and different.I bought $13 mints which after taxes cost $18.19. They have this system which was explained to me but I still find confusing tbh, where there is a processing fee (not shown on the receipt) which is reimbursed to you in cash (mine was $6ish) and then they round to the nearest $10 so my card was charged $30. There was also supposed to be some sort of discount for first time customers, which I was told would automatically be applied. I didn't see anything on my receipt about this. I don't quite understand this system. Maybe there is a legit reason for doing it this way but it felt shady. I walked away feeling like I was overcharged.Constructive criticism to the management: the buying experience is very important to a customer. I have never been to a store of any kind that charges cards in this way. Building trust is important, especially for new customers to get repeat business. Because your payment system was confusing and felt shady, it was enough for me not to want to come back. Have a transparent and simple transaction process to create a better shopping experience.

Deceitful, Wrong, Rude, and Thieving.I'm never coming back here.Deceitful - They asked for my phone number, but did not disclose why until I pressed them for this info: to send you promo messages. No thank you.Also, their posted prices are not what they charge you (see Thieving section).Wrong - Mixed messages on pricing and discounts throughout the entire process. First-timers is either 5 or 10%. (it's 10%).When I went to pick up my order it was double the cost  I estimated. Turns out they were trying to sell me a tincture (double the price) instead of the other item I tried to buy.Rude - When I pointed this out to the cashier, he threw a micro-aggressive attitude at me "that's why i check". No you didn't. I checked.I didn't have enough cash to cover the full order. So I had to send one back. The cashier threw mad shade and guilt at me for doing that.Thieving - I paid cash and they did not give me my change back! They didn't even offer.  I debated putting in a tip, but they already helped themselves to my change.Also, it wasn't until I looked at my receipt that I noticed they charged me $2 over the labeled price.OTHER NOTES:Debit cards is a $5 fee PLUS a rounding up of your total.Early Bird special - 10% off from 8am to 10am.The product is similar to what i've seen elsewhere. There is nothing special compelling me to return here. NOTHING.

This place is great. The employees are real helpful and knowledgeable. You have access to all items so you can read package information without wondering what things are when they are in a glass case. Edibles are amazing, most are very potent even though they are 100mg. The downside is that they charge tax.
