decent shop. friendly staff. great selections except for the flower. 8ths are dry to where they turn into dust. i've relayed this issue a few times but rarely do i get fresh flower. everything else is great.

The layout of the store is simple and clean. I got an XL pre-roll that was great but pretty expensive and a pack of mini miss grass pre-rolls and they were the best. I also got a pack of 5 gummies that were pricey but they're strong. I prefer MedMen when I'm feeling touristy and want good quality cannabis. They're more affordable and have more options. I do appreciate that the store let me exchange my pre-rolls since they all had holes in them free of charge!

Really disappointed w this pretty shop. Upon arrival i wasn't greeted and then when i stopped to see if i needed to check in nothing was said. as soon as i walked off and started looking at items, i was asked for my drivers license. then once i was again looking around, no help was offered, i asked for stiiizy pods and then once i was paying i wasn't offered a discount for being a first time client and when there was change given back to me, IT WAS THROWN AT ME. really disappointed w this place, really unfortunate.

This is the cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing dispensary ever! I prefer Sativa and CBD and went to this location from a referral paired with seeing Chelsea Handler promote it.The have really friendly and informative bud tenders. They know a LOT about their product, offer nice discounts and have made the process of buying feel the opposite of sketchy which is SUCH a pleasant relief. I actually wish they were my regular pharmacy too. Jordan, who I literally want to be friends with outside the shop, brought to my attention Airgraft so that I can have premeasured smoking one vape that doesnt hurt my throat and helps me achieve exactly what I want as opposed to the puff gambling that can alter my plans for the day and their pods are regulated so you know exactly what is going in your body. I highly recommend going there. They EVEN had a few products I have been looking to get for years that my other service stopped carrying.

I'd like to give a shout out to Walter, one of the bud-tenders at Sweet Flower in Studio City. He is a welcome breath of fresh air in the sometimes stale and cocky world of folks who sell weed products to the rest of us. Walter was real and heartfelt and the kind of person we want to do business with.

This place is like the Apple store on dispensaries... Customer service is top-notch, quality is outstanding, and they have a wide variety of product. I usually love going in and shopping. Delivery I would not recommend!!!  I've had 2 orders delivered super late past their closing time. I also place and order that never showed up. No email or calls back until 2 days later. I think i will be look at other options.

First time I placed an order for delivery, they never got back to me.  Figured the shop looked cool and nice, their service would be the same.  Not the case, waited two hours in and never got my order delivered.  Got something for pickup the next morning because they offered a discount or weekly deals, didn't honor it the minute I got there because I was already 'too late'.  Made no sense if the order literally says pay this much and then get there to pay more than what I asked.  First it was 'oh you should have told me' then 'oh did you have it delivered?' And then 'oh yeah you're past the cutoff point of the sale'.  How many excuses you got for me lol?  Never coming here again, nice looking shop, shady/bogus deals.

Please don't ask people for details on their medical conditions and please believe people who know what they are looking for and just help them find it.  If I've found something that works for my pain, I don't need to have someone mansplain to me why it isn't right and I should instead get something that actually doesn't help me.  I shouldn't have to go into a discussion like this in a public shop with a non-medical expert or have to talk about parts of my body with strangers.

Changed product after purchasing.So I went here to buy some Cann products, and was stoked to see they were having a sale. After purchasing there was just one call to check if I was paying with cash or debit despite saying cash on my order. I confirmed cash and they said "see you soon" this was around 5:30pm, I didnt hear anything again till 8:19pm, an hour and 19 minutes past my 6-7pm window that they were arriving. At least communication that they would be late would be nice.I go and meet the driver without knowing what car they're in or any tracking info, the driver is not on the st I requested so i walk over to the driver around the corner. The bag I ordered is tiny. How can that be if its 10 soda size cans? Turns out that they were what Cann sells as 'roadies' which I enjoy, but had I known I was buying those I wouldn't have purchased as they were advertised on the website as the cans themselves.The driver had called and checked and they confirmed it was roadies, which are not listed for this flavor on the website.For reference Ive attached their listing for the lemon lavender roadies, which I purchased some of as well, and what they did for the cran cans, plus what I assume(??) is a normal 4 pack of Cranberry flavor drinks. This is wildly misleading?! At least list on your website its the roadie and not the drink. After that whole experience, the sale was nice but it wasn't worth the lack of customer support and the surprise product change at the end due to false advertising. i'm glad there are many more alternatives, Emjay is great! No more sweetflower.

I have been going to Sweetflower for 2 years and had by far the most humiliating and degrading treatment ever from this location by an employee named Jan I believe. If it was not for Asia I would of walked out and saved my money. I walked in excited to purchase some things and wanted to use my points and the employee at the register who was helping me that day told me I couldn't and persisted on giving me an attitude when I asked to speak to a manager. Asia stepped in though and she was able to pull up my points so I could continue my purchase .

I am a cannabis nube. A friend got me to try some of the CBD/THC sleep aids and I became a *huge* fan: I went from restless sleep to a calm sleep and waking alert and ready to tackle the day with the Care By Design line of tinctures. However...I was nervous about buying it because most of the medical MJ shops looked pretty skeevy. More friend rec's and I went off to visit Sweet Flower in Studio City. I was *impressed* from when I pulled into their parking lot! Big windows that you could look into the shop (which is large). Walking inside I was greeted and talked to the receptionist, who got a person to help me pick up my order. The insides look like a fancy jewelry store or well-lit museum. All the employees were very professional and knowledgable and wearing masks (C19 detail). I was totally at ease. NOTE: due to federal laws, they can only take debit cards and cash for payments!

When I got there, the price wasn't the same as listed on my receipt from the website. I am aware of the debit card fee, but it was more than that. The promotion discount wasn't the same as said on my order receipt. Additionally, Instead of giving me the correct pre-roll (Miss Grass - All Times), I received a completely different strain (Miss Grass - Fast Times) that I did not order. I don't do well with too much THC so ordered the CBD 1:1 one, but got the Sativa strain. Disappointed nonetheless.

So I work in customer service and I'm aware that there is a "national change shortage" but that doesn't mean we just don't give you your change ! It really just depends on who's ringing you up ! I came here for some pre rolls. Picked up some Lowell Sativa Hybrids. One of my favorite strains was the AJ Sour! AJ's Sour Diesel is an energetic, Sativa-Dominant strain noted for its trademark pungent, sour, citrus and diesel smell and its quick-acting, dream-like effects which are long-lasting and prone to expose the consumer's mind to new ways of thinking.This dispensary is like the Apple store of cannabis! It's well lit lol and everything is beautifully displayed! The service here is very good! They really cater to everyone's needs! They are also very good at recommending products and making suggestions! I had an issue with some of the pre rolls I got. They were rolled too tight which made them really difficult to enjoy. I contacted Lowell and they reached out to me and took care of the issue! I was extremely impressed with their quick responses! I would say they have the best quality products and they stand by their products! This place also has free parking!I would recommend this place to anyone over 21

I've been a very long time customer, since the times this was a small shop called Perennial and everything was nice about it, we knew all the same people who worked there and visiting always brought positive emotions. Since then, I guess, maybe growing they've lost the personal approach they used to have, and today I left feeling really bad about my experience.I came for curbside pickup, and waited. At first - for my order (which very conveniently turned out to be twice the price, because they put in a different product), and then I waited for them to correct it. All just to be told that I "would have to wait until they help all the people in the line". Why is that?? All those people weren't there when I got there, let alone placed my order, second, it was not my fault the order was processed poorly, so why do I have to pay for it with my time? People have different circumstances. My circumstances did not allow me to leave the vehicle (hence. the curbside. pick up.) and I could no longer wait. To this I was sugarly-irritatedly offered to "come back tomorrow".After such service, honestly, I don't see a reason to come back here at all, considering the abundant competition in the area.I just feel terrible that I have to leave like this, that a place I'd made my go-to, is now getting this review.Well, that wasn't the first time you, guys, mixed up an order, so, I'm sure it wasn't the last one.

Came here looking for CBD products. Stephanie assisted me right away at the door. She gave plenty of recommendations that fit my needs and knowledge to take away as I'm continue to shop. The store was overall friendly and knowledgeable.

Came here twice and there debit/ credit card machine is always down and they charge $3.50 to use it! If you want to be a cash only business just say you dont accept debit cards. Simple!

I wanted a particular strain which was featured on the website. I decided to order even though it would involve driving 30 miles round trip. After an hour I received the message saying my order was ready to pick up. I drove the 15 miles to Sweet Flower only to find out they didn't have my order ready as promised. They didn't even have the strain I had ordered. To say I was disappointed is an understatement; I was offered a substitute which was below par, as in bait and switch. I feel like the whole thing is a scam. Why do you send a message saying that the order is ready when you know it's not. Seems like they are saying that to get you in the shop so they can sell you their lower quality bud. BUYERS BEWARE!!

This place has good pricing, a boujee ambiance, and a friendly staff. Definitely considered one of my "happy places", right next to Trader Joe's and Aroma Cafè right up the street. Prices are pretty good...not too pricey for a place you'd expect to me inflated. And the people- Samantha is freakin awesome. Ask for her or Blake. Both of them are knowledgeable about the product, and people you just want to hang out with all day long. 10/10 would recommend the shop and the company :)

Great buds! Potent. Prices vary and can be pricey, but the highs are worth it if you choose to go the high route. But even on the lower end spectrum, the buds are clean, no stems or seeds, and all of great quality as well!Knowledgeable budtenders! I've been shopping here since 2017 (It was Perrenial back then)I asked my friend to get me 2 packs of my usual sativa  gummies ( I was busy at work and didn't want to miss 15% off deal) , but they were sold out and for some reason they highly recommended him to buy CBD gummies which  I don't use (How can a knowledgeable associate try to upsell CBD gummies to a person that wants Sativa gummies?) Hour later I had to leave my job to try and swap them with something that has Sativa in it but they absolutely refused to swap 2 sealed packs  because of some kind of cannabis regulations. Customer service was poor, no other solutions were offered, nothing except "we're sorry" , so $50 wasted. Not a big deal, but that's exactly how you lose your loyal customers! Meanwhile I'm gonna try and find my next favorite dispensary!

Probably the cleanest, nicest dispensary I've ever been too. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and I lucked out with hitting a sale on what I went into purchase. All in all it was a great experience, looking forward to shopping there in the future.

As a newbie I was super intimidated walking into any shop. Most budtenders usually seem annoyed answering my questions, especially only wanting CBD products.Walking in here, the gals were so friendly and Christina answered every single one of my hundred questions and made me feel super comfortable with what I was selecting. It's also a beautiful shop. Will be going back :)Slightly pricey but worth the ease.

***Edit: After writing a letter to the CEO of Sweet Flower, they contacted me to have a replacement container of gummies delivered. I will say this--the Goddess Delivers (Ganja Goddess now) once sent me an incorrect item in a delivery. I called about it and they IMMEDIATELY sent the correct item, samples of other products, and gave me a coupon code to make up for their mistake--none of which I asked for, but appreciated. After the immense frustration of dealing with Sweet Flower, I got precisely what I PAID for and an apology. While I appreciated finally being given what I paid for and the apology, I will still be spending my money elsewhere. Urban Treez is down the street is fantastic. Last night I ordered $329.12 of edibles from this location. As a family, we save up for months to get my elderly father gummies to manage his chronic pain and Parkinson's Disease. We wait for sales and then buy him months worth of gummies at a time. The order took particularly long, but I figured it was technical glitches. I cleared up the order confusion with someone on live chat. My delivery time was changed. OK. The driver came and had quite a lot of trouble getting his wifi device to work for the debit machine. He was very nice and apologetic, but we were on the street for a bit over a half hour and walked up the street and ultimately across the street to get a signal. After the tip, We were coming up on dropping almost $400 at Sweet Flower. Then, I went back inside my home. I got Wyld gummies which need to be split in half for my father. The second container I took out had the safety seal already broken. We are in the middle of a pandemic. I didn't feel safe having my father eat gummies that were already opened (though all the gummies were in the container--none missing) and that were obviously stale. The rest of my order was sealed and perfectly fine. I immediately called Sweet Flower, Studio City and talked to the night delivery manager who told me to call back in the morning to arrange an exchange. I did so, and was told I would have to come into the store to do the exchange by the gentleman on the phone. I stressed that I was not in a rush to get the gummies and asked if a delivery driver could do the exchange the next time one had a scheduled delivery in my area. No, I was told, they didn't want me to have to wait (even though I stressed again and again it wasn't an issue) and their delivery service was very backed up. I would have to come in to do the exchange. Mind you, the whole point of the delivery, was convenience and up until this point, my experience had been anything but. I got in my car and drove to the Studio City Sweet Flower. At about 11am, I went into the store, told the gentleman at the desk why I was there and was told he would get a manager. At this point the manager comes and tells me that unfortunately there are no exchanges because the seal is broken. I explain to her why I am there and that I have already spoken to multiple people and was told to drive into the store to make the exchange. She tells me there is nothing she can do and it's "The industry." I tell her they could honor the sale and give me the gummies I paid for. She says she can't because the seal is broken which is THE ENTIRE POINT! So I leave the story shaking with anger and no gummies (the broken seal container is at Sweet Flower with the manager). At the end of all this I would have been better off tearing up money and tossing it into the wind and it would have been less stressful than my experience with the Studio City location. Save yourself the frustration and cost of shopping here and take your business elsewhere!

Overpriced. Customer service is zero to none. Tried to order delivery and they called saying it might be delivered today and then lied about streets being closed and safety of their driver. When I offered to come by curbside to pick up my order, they refused. Save your money and go to MMD off Vineland Ave.

My friend was just there and couldn't get his medicine due to his expired ID. He explained the DMV was closed, phone agents were not attending and the DMV was automatically extending  all expired ID's and licences for 60 days due to The Corona Virus.They didn't care to find out about this and said they couldn't do a transaction with an expired ID because its the law. They are obviously not up to date with the DMV information.They acted insesitive, carelesss and on top of that they said they were following the law but when we pulled into the parking lot the employees were not wearing a mask...My friend has not have ID issues with other dispensaries because they are up to date with the information.Overall the experience was unpleasant and I believe could've been handled with sensitivity and in a more professional manner...

Sweetflower LIES to long time customer and senior citizen.Long time sweetflower customer. My neighborhood store I like to give them my business, and  pay the high taxes and give local business owners support.Iam in their computer. Today I went with Mask and the gal behind 2 plexiglass screens, asked for my ID which expired recently with a DMV extension by mail which I do not carry around.  Without that a piece of paper she asked me to leave.. I said No let me talk to your Manager. I didn't even look at her really. I walked away to look at the product wallA manager comes out after I explain this is my home storefront and can he fix the computer log. He says NO and that I  used propane language with that employee..what profanity.. He said the B word which I did Not. I dont use the "B " word with anyone.. I SAID SHES LYING. IAM A Senior and have had Home delivery with no Problems with my ID. He said You have to leave. I said you'll hear form me on YELP.SO, what IS Happening with our precious overly sensitive millenials in customer service jobs..Nothing good. Its Bad enough she couldnt handle my request. She could have me to wait so she could get her manager..she could have asked if Iam in their computer data base..instead she got" offended" and then LIED TO HER MANAGER about what I said, which was NOTHING. She should be fired. And I should get a written apology and/or I will never go back to that store...there are 3 more in studio city.

I went to Perennial for years, but was willing to give this new place a try. I tried it 5 times and four of those visits had problems.Once their internet was down, once they didn't answer their phone all day, twice their credit card machines were down and I had to use their ATM. Only one employee was friendly and knowledgeable. He apologized for the discontinuation of CBD Sundays.So I went to Cornerstone in Eagle Rock today and was very happy with them.

Stopped into Sweet Flower after a friend recommended I visit. What a beautiful, curated space they have here. It is certainly an elevated, yet super comfortable environment. Blair helped me out, and was such an expert in all the product. You could tell she was very passionate and educated in everything. She helped me find something for my budget and strain preference--I love what I took home.The layout and overall vibe is really lovely. Highly recommended!

Ok. I loved the old spot.  Perennial. It was pleasant. Simple. And the staff was very helpful. Everything laid out easy and simple. But now it's laid out like a museum or Apple store. It's not conducive to discovering new things or even quickly finding things you know you like. 4 of us went in, excited to see the remodel. We were crestfallen. I'll pop by if I'm in the neighborhood and know EXACTLY what I want so I can zip in and out.

I've been coming here since it was Sam, George, Mo and the 2 doggies.  Let me just say, so many things have changed since then.  Yes change can be hard but with Dante and Selma still here with their huge smiles, their knowledge of the inventory, and them knowing their customers likes I always leave what I needed even tho it might be a different brand of gummies or vape pens since looking for the best of the best makes the inventory change.   Recommend this very modern looking adult candy store.  Thanks Dante and Selma you guys are THE BEST!!

Not the same as it used to be. Feels very pretentious, there are no affordable options, the experience felt nervous and skiddish. In the end when I went to pay, I felt there was no way to tip, which is also very unfair for employees. Also, prices are not displayed which makes it very awkward to find what you are looking for. Lastly, I felt employees were on edge which worries me since I feel it shouldn't have be a stressful environment for the employee or the customer. The layout feels like a museum, which I find odd. I used to go to Perennial which was upscale but still very homey.  I wish it didn't have such a big change.

I came in recently looking for an indica that would not only give me an appetite but also help put me to sleep. I was lucky enough to be helped by a nice and very knowledgeable lady named Stephanie. She recommended me so delicious by 22 red, and i'm so happy with it! Definitely will be coming in again and hopefully i'll be helped by her!

Christina is the most iconic associate I've ever met at any dispensary. I met her when going for myself the first time at Sweet Flower, and she was sooooo sweet, helpful, positive, knowledgeable, and informative that I even brought my mom back with me to see what might work best for her chronic pain and inflammation. My mom's pain is VERY severe and the products she recommended have helped bring it down by a lot. Christina is such an asset to this place and I only go on the days she is working to see her.

Totally unimpressed with the revamped Perennial. No one said a word to me when I walked in so I stood behind a woman who seemed to be waiting to check in. Security guard just stared at me. Finally I asked the woman in front of me if she was waiting to check in. No one looks at you or smiles. Finally checked in and had to ask what to do. The layout is awkward. Seems like the same products (or less)spread out in a huge room. I don't get it. The place needs work.

This place is a hit or miss. Some of the staff is really friendly and helpful but most of the staff is uneducated about the product they carry, extremely discourteous and a hassle to work with. As someone who works in customer service, I was shocked at how aloof and ill-mannered the staff was. On top of that, because of how apathetic the staff members were, I kindly asked if I could ask the store manager a couple of questions. The store manager is haughty, unfriendly, disrespectful and unwilling to help. I left Sweet Flower extremely disappointed with the customer service and I will not return. I advise you find a different dispensary.

I came in for products to aid with my insomnia and pain management. Christina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through Sweet Flowers excellent selection and helped give alternatives to flowers since I'm unable to smoke at this time. I came home with an excellent tincture, gummies, and ointment options that made my recovery much more relaxing. Thank you so much Christina and Sweet Flower!

Awesome spot. Its way bigger than perrinial used to be and my favorite staff members still work here. Also the last time I was there I saw some friends I hadn't seen in forever and we were able to walk around and catch-up while looking in the display cases... Really nice being able to look out the windows. It's a really cool spot like dossist in Venice but without the drive on the 405.

Bud-tenders don't know what they're talking about and will lie to make a sale. Heads up... They carry almost ZERO full gram carts of anything, as they only seem to only cater to the "new smoker" or the "casual smoker" because there's more money in half's. They seem to care way more about profits than your experience. That's for sure.(This place is about $8 more expensive, across the board, as compared to the W.E.E.D that's only a block away.)Go elsewhere. Anywhere, really...

I really hate how they ask for a tip every time. Not just on the screen, but to your face. I didn't need to tip $6 for two pre rolls.

Sweet Flower is the best. For this order, I did delivery service. It was 4 hours after the window I selected. This would have been fine but would have appreciated earlier communication of the delay. Don't bother to order online-it does not save time-it seems to confuse the staff- even though online offers the use of your "points", it was not honored and I was told that was what the cashier was supposed to do.  Yes it is an option for online ordering.  Since I had not been there in awhile, I was offered a 15$ off coupon to use on next purchase--it was not honored --and the daily deal (15%0ff) also was not calculated. The cashier threw out the original receipt that the verified original cost of purchase and then could not find it.   The charge was 60$ over what had been calculated in my online order and it was not pick up--I had to wait.  Frustrating experience that should have been easy.   Their "welcome back" offer was not welcoming.  The inability to get it right was frustrating and really, one half full trash can couldn't yield the receipt.  I left without anything but my frustration at the ineptitude and customer service of the staff.  Not welcoming, not returning.

This place use to be great until they changed the whole store menu wasn't uptidate 8/10 items not available canndesent 3.5 for $67 insane that a $12 stretch from most of the place and its an old harvest from. 9 month ago come on !!!! Lowell farm 3.5 for $43 that's a $13 dollars more then any other place they didn't have any red 22 og I woundnt purchase its for $60 and the kikokos tea for $ 70 where I i buy them for 50 other place and of course all the price are before a %35 tax...staff not freidly or helpful very unhappy people with negative energy. Big corporate don't know anything about industry and has plenty of cash to buy cheap old harvest from grower and can care less about the cannabis user !!!

Just went here for my first time today, and they were awesome! Bought a 6 pack of cann, the lagunitas drink (amazing by the way)  and some other things. The lagunitas drink has cbd, thc and hops. Tastes just like beer but has no calories or anything. I will for sure be back. A nice clean place with all the vibes in tact.

I have been coming here since it was the other place that had a grow room.   That place was cool but this place is amazing - it reminds me of the Apple store but with affordable prices.  Every time I come here I am always introduce something new and great.  One of the main guys hear the bartender Jan it's just fantastic a great guy he help me find stuff for my friend who is suffering from a Trigeminal Neuralgia and he was also able to guide me fantastically and helping me get lifted and had a great knowledge of the place and the different strains and what they would do just fantastic people.   And it's in a great corner across the street from Jinky's studio Café and right next-door are near falafel so you really can't go wrong here my highest recommendation I have been everywhere in this remains my absolutely favorite place in the valley.

This is not your stoner grandpa's dark, scary head-shop with awful ear-piercing muszak flooding the air.   This new place is positively Zen.  The inviting large open space smells fresh and is light and airy with many of the products laid out (in empty sample containers) for clients to handle and read the labels.    On the day I went in hipsters, studio folk and well-heeled ladies-who-lunch were happily perusing the isles.   At the entrance there is an inviting little waiting area with pretty mid-century modern furniture and lighting, which makes for a convivial place for clients to sit and wait their turn. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.  You get your own person who takes you all around, answers all of your questions and makes notations in your account on an iPad about products you're interested in trying on your next visit.Best of all?  Pay with credit card.  While you can pay cash if you like, they offer the Linx Cannabis gift card program whereby they will load your gift card using your credit card, and then debit your gift card to finalize the purchase.

I'd been loving this place since it opened. But I walked in tonight and there was no flower at all. Like, none. I was inside for five minutes and no one helped me. It was pretty weird. I left. Maybe they've changed hands?  Too bad, it used to be the best.

I wish I could give less stars.  What a pretentious boring place.  The previous owners knew what they selling and whom their customers were.  I was there yesterday expecting festive atmosphere for the high holiday and was highly disappointed.  I asked what the high holiday specials were and for $1 you got this lame tote bag and a tshirt that's too small for any true smoker that gets the munchies. Nothing about it got me excited.  To top it off, no bathrooms, no wait chairs, can't see the grow room anymore, and you got "Corporate Joe" running around with clip board checking the register.  Oh btw, the stupid overall uniforms have to go too.  Big Thumbs down!

Definitely meh. I drive by this place on my daily commute to work, decided to check it out. I googled the place beforehand and I liked what I saw from their website. I didn't know the previous store, Perennial. Customer service is ok and the security guard was nice when I had to show I.D. This place just seems so sterile, the layout is very spacious - maybe a bit too spacious. It feels lacking in warmth and I think that's why I'm not smitten by it. Total meh. Think I'll stick with my personable, authentic, and friendly NoHo dispensary for now.

Great place with friendly service. I was immediately checked in by Blaire who aided me through the whole process. I went in seeking relief for my anxiety and upon telling Blaire all my wants and reservations she directed me to the products she thought would be best (and helped me find numerous discounts along the way). I had so many questions (and went in knowing very little) and was never made to feel silly for asking them. They've created a welcoming environment with the intent to help people in need. I will definitely go back!

i was ripped off by the delivery person. she overcharged me $8 at my door. i paid cash. when i gave her the cash which included a $5 tip i confirmed with her that the total was $50.84. she said "no its actually $58.84". i said "thats not what my total was when i ordered online." so i opened my laptop and showed her my order total which included $35 for the bud, $9 local tax, $3 state tax, and $3 delivery fee. she looked at the screen and said "that's ESTIMATED total". i said "oh really? i've never been surprised with a higher total ($8 higher is a lot higher) once the driver arrives." she had nothing to say so i went and got the extra money and gave it to her. as soon she left i called the store and asked to talk to ask why i was charged an extra $8. i asked for a manager but delphino would not put the manager on the phone. so delphino asked me what my receipt says and i grabbed it and sure enough it said $50.84. "that is strange" he said.  then he said he'd brief his manager kevin and kevin would call me back. a little bit later delphino called me back (the manager will not come to the phone even when you ask) to let me know that when the driver gets back to the store they'll have her come back to my place and give me my $8. he said that way i can be like "hey whats up with overcharging me $8?" really? delphino was cool enough but the fact that management couldnt take responsibility for their own shady drivers and put the responsibility (and risk!) of confronting their driver onto me to ask why she overcharged me? i mean seriously? i said to him thats going to be awkward. we hung up and i called right back and spoke to the "delivery manager" who was still not kevin but a woman. i asked to speak to the manager but she too refused to go get the store manager. clearly the manager has told staff that he will not speak to customers directly. so i told her i did not want that driver coming back to my place afterall and she laughed and said "okay" like she was surprised. what part of i don't want the driver who ripped me off back at my place is funny or surprising? i told her i would be willing to come in and get the $8 the next day and she said she'd arrange that. while i appreciate that my money will be given back to me i am honestly disappointed by the manner in which it was handled. unhappy employees are the result of lousy managers. and lousy managers are in place because the owner doesn't care about customer service or about keeping his staff happy. i will never shop here again. if you insist on giving your money to a place that doesnt care about anything but profit, don't pay cash for delivery!! and if you do, do not agree to pay more than what your total says when you order online. you've been warned....

Avoid at all costs during the holiday's!!! Great store normally, but during the holiday's the service takes a massive hit. I received a text about the price deals with only 30 minutes left in the grace period. When I finally was able to rush to the store, they had about three employees tending to an entire crowd of people. Most of which were able to jump in front of other customers, who had arrived prior, due to the store's lack of queue structure. Pretty much just chaos, waiting around to be helped with no sense of direction from the staff whatsoever.

This is my second time coming here, both times everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Beautiful space, bright and well organized. They were totally pet friendly which I loved, brought my little pomeranian in there today and she got tons of attention from all the staff. Jaime is awesome, ask for her :) She helped me out today while getting some cbd for my dog. Overall it was a great experience, will definitely be back here again!

Probably the most confusing dispensary I've ever been into. I wasn't greeted at the door and there were about 7 people working but they were all posted up behind the counter in the back. I walked around for a few minutes before someone asked me if I needed anything. I told him the gummies I wanted and that I was also looking for some pre-rolls from Henry's Original. He had no idea what I was talking about or if they even carried Henry's. Another customer asked him a question and he just sort of walked away from me and I was left confused as to what to do next. So I stood behind someone at the counter until another girl with an iPad came up to me and told me that someone was getting my gummies for me. I didn't even care about getting the prerolls at this point. I told her it was my first time and she said that I would have to tell someone next time it was my first time because they already had a sale going on that day and usually there's a discount for your first purchase. I never gave anyone my info or email address. Every about the experience was just super disorganized and confusing. Not sure I'll be back here anytime soon.

Honestly, screw this place. They think they're MedMen. The employees are fake and very spacey, more so than your average weed shop. When it was Perrenial it was so much better. The guy in the front was cool and they seemingly got rid of him. Additionally, they just raise their prices. You go on a Monday a joint is one price, go on Tuesday it's $2 more. And they're like "uh yea, like, sorry?"  Fuck them. Go to PROJECT CANNABIS down the street. The same joint that cost $16 at "Sweet Flower" is $12 at PC.

Discovered this company a few months ago and have been ordering from them almost once a week since. It's a nice shop, but unfortunately the customer service is okay compared to other shops/delivery services and not the most competitively priced (within just a few mile radius). The greeter at the entrance is always pleasant, but when paying they act like they're doing you a favor. Mind you anytime I have went has been early when there is only 0-2 other customers to help in person. On a recent order when paying cash I was mis-charged about $1-2 additional, but didn't notice until getting home (not a huge deal, but it still happened intentional or not). They offer a point rewards system for loyal customers, but both times I asked to redeem my points they gave me a hassle. They advertise Curb-Side Pick-Up, but when my pickup was scheduled between 10am-10:30am I arrived at 10:27am and was told they had no order submitted for me. Once everything was straighten out I asked if I could use some reward points towards the order and was told, "I'll have to ask as we probably can't use points for curb side pick up orders." So what is the difference between being brought my order to my car versus coming in and getting it myself? It's the culmination of interactions as such that make a customer ask, why even bother with this place?

My all time favorite dispensary to buy flower, gummies and cbd lotions! The incredibly, highly qualified and knowledgeable staff always greet you with a warm smile! They make your buying experience seamless. They are truly connoisseurs in their field! Great daily sales and a very pleasant shopping experience to say the least. Blair at the Studio City location is always such a pleasure to work with and really knows how to help me with what I'm looking for! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a good selection of products. I've been served by several of their staff, and have enjoyed my interactions with all of them. The last two times, I was served by Blaire, who was fun and helpful.

This store has gone downhill ever since it switched from Perennial to Sweet Flower. I've had problems on several visits. Once the credit card machine was down, so I had to use their off-brand ATM that charges a $3.50 fee (and then, of course, my bank charged me a fee, too). The next time, I was told they don't accept credit cards at all, so I had to use my debit card. However, they charged me a $3.50 fee to use a debit card, which I was not informed about until the transaction was already in process. Except wait!!! It wasn't really a debit card transaction. THEY PROCESSED IT AS AN ATM WITHDRAWAL, so my bank charged me another ATM fee. The employees are great, but this place is run in a very shady manner. I will never be returning here. There are way too many good shops in Studio City. This place gives a bad name to the industry. Avoid at all costs.

Not only is this establishment very pretentious, but the employees don't seem very informed about products they carry. I've had several salespeople that just don't know the products. Seems overpriced as well. I'll stick to Higher Path.

Always a nice experience here. The staff is friendly and not pushy. They let you walk around and actually check things out. If you need help they're on it. If you want to just look they leave you alone. It's great for people with social anxiety. This is my new spot. If you don't feel like going in at all they have delivery. I felt bad about ordering 1 pack of gummies so I went in to get them instead. They were so nice and told me if I wanted to order just one thing for delivery it's fine and I shouldn't feel bad about it. God I love this place so much.

Nice selection of CBD products and that's why I went. This CBD product, seen in the photo, is why I go there mostly. Smells great and works great for me. Back pain, headache, general malaise, if you need to relax and get a good night sleep. This is it!My second time there was tonight.  You know those dispensaries where there are a young sales people and they talk really fast and try to get you out fast, and you didn't have time to think about the other things you were considering, because the young staff won't  stop talking, and then you decide what you kinda want, then next thing you know you're next to your car? Well this isn't that place. Seems like more mature employees. Best part is they are calm and its just a smoother feeling leaving. I got what I wanted and it's one of the best experiences at a dispensary.

Absolutely love coming here, especially after years and years of shady and creepy dispensaries, this is a welcome change. I won't lie, when it first opened I thought it was going to be a bakery but soon realized no, it's much, much better. They have a lovely selection of products and everyone who works there is super knowledge and will answer any questions you may. I love how bright and in the open everything is. It's again, such a welcome change from the days of having to walk into a dark room with people who knew nothing about what you were buying. They have a great selection of flower, edibles, disposables and wellness products. I can even buy CBD for my dog. It can be a little pricey, but always hit them on the special of the days. Great discounts, and don't forget to use your points! So useful. Parking lot can get a bit jammed, but there are plenty of street spots if you want to walk a little bit. Also curbside service was fast and efficient. So was their delivery service which we used last year during the height of the pandemic. Highly recommend.

They only accept debit card or cash (red flag). When I checked my receipt after paying in debit, I noticed that it was charged as an 'ATM Withdrawal'. They also charged an ATM fee as well. On top of that, my bank charged an additional atm fee, meaning that the atm fee that sweet flower charged me was completely separate?? I tipped as well but all you see is the overall atm withdrawal amount. Apparently they only offer student discounts at the Sweet Flower in Melrose because UCLA is 'close' to it. Bro there's dozens of colleges in the valley though?! Stingy ass company. Friendly staff though. Not worth getting pick pocketed.

What an awesome experience! Jahnessa was the specialist that helped me. We have the same birthday, so I knew it was meant to be. Haha from the time I got to the door the hospitality was out of this world. The staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful. Jahnessa answers all of my questions about their extensive collection of goodies. I was looking for a bath bomb and found something natural and incredible. Best soak I've had in a while! Not to mention the awesome reusable pouch they place your purchase in which offers a discount if you bring it back! This is how you do it! Can't wait for my next visit!

Everyone here was super nice and the place is clean. I purchased 2packs of Camino gummies and mixed the flavors in one container to store and 32 days later when I opened it (I had used TWO in 32 days) they had white fuzzy mold all over them. The Best Buy date is over two months away and the store wouldn't do anything about but try to sell me their 30% off sale. So my product is bad and your remedy is for me to spend more money with you?  There's no indication on the container to store at any particular temp or anything. I've purchased these before from another dispensary and never once had an issue like this

I recently discovered Sweet Flower when I was calling around checking on pricing for Vet CBD and felt fortunate they carried it when it can be hard to find. If you have pets, this is an amazing product I highly recommend for anxiety, pain, joint health, you name it.The staff is really helpful and friendly. They have good pricing and deals on the regular which is helpful when stocking up as I like to do so I'm prepared for anything. The selection and variety of all things cannabis and CBD/CBG, etc is excellent. You're sure to find something to help whatever ails you. Plenty of parking and they take credit cards.

I LOVE IT HERE! My fave dispensary - they are always so professional and provide great service. And you never have to wait too long. I’ve been to the location in West Hollywood, Studio City & Westwood. Feels like the same experience each time.

Was my go to. But I guess each experience (specifically, when staff decide to honor specials) is subjective. After shopping here multiple times since last summer, all staff honored the edibles discount on Tuesdays. Then come January, some staff decided to “change” what counts as edibles and charged me full price, so I demanded my money back and left. Too bad. It was super convenient and professional until then. Why risk going back when you never know which kinda staff you’ll hafta deal with? Fortunately, we have plenty of alternatives, right? JULY UPDATE: Why are you still advertising beverages as edibles on your site then… six months later? Yes, I check. ;-) Your reply was appreciated, but didn’t address my complaint.
