Great service and advice for my needs. I was in and out in no time, confident that I would be helped by their products.

The best dispensary in Pittsburgh!Their forms are electronic, so no paper and clipboards when you register, just a tablet.They have a small parking lot and two bike racks. When you visit, you show your MMJ and ID card to the camera-doorbell. They will buzz you in. If you have Pre-ordered, you'll be seen sooner, but I've never waited longer than 10 minutes without a preorder. They have information about cannabis strains and characteristics in the waiting area. There are two monitors with an overview of inventory and three tablets with detailed information of the brands, types, and prices of products available. The building is on one floor, so no need for stairs/elevators. The staff members have all been helpful, but Zach is my favorite. Delta 9 also asks/uses the pronouns you share. I appreciate them for being proactive. One thing to note, you can't take product into the restroom, but the reception people will hold it for you while you go.

I've had it with these self important jerks. They think they are somehow doing you a favor to even sell you anything. Their reservation system is horrible and does not allow people to reserve high demand items, because as I was told by the manager the like to reserve them for people that can be available at the dispensary at 9am in the morning. In other words, people who have no responsibilities. I was told by the condescending excuse for a human that runs the place that to call people who can camp outside a dispensary at 9am, people without jobs is rude. I encourage you to use a different company. Solevo and Healing Center don't act they are doing you a favor to be there.

Delta9 is probably one of my favorite dispensaries in the Pittsburgh area. As a newer person to the medicinal marijuana community, it's bean super easy and convenient to shop here and the range of products has been great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my visits to Delta9 have been pleasant every time!Through COVID, I feel like Delta9 having curbside pickup was a power move on their part. Being able to order what I want online, arrive and park, and have someone run my order out to me has been incredibly convenient. From visiting other dispensaries in the Pittsburgh area I've found that Delta9 seems to have the cheapest prices. There are so many positives about coming here including the friendly and helpful service. If you have any questions or would like product recommendations, the staff at Delta9 is always happy to help. Each visit has been a positive experience and I'll definitely be returning!

All but one staff member was very friendly. The guard in front was awesome and welcoming! First time at this dispensary and I mainly came here for their special. They seem to have better weekly specials than other dispensaries in the area. $10 off carts past two weeks for standard farms and moxie which you can't beat $35-40 for their quality. Cant wait to try more. Only con is their parking lot is very small.

Definitely the most patient focused of any local dispensary I have been to myself!

Really lame that they don't offer curbside pickup. This is supposed to be a medical facility where sick people go to get medicine, they want to feel safe during this covid delta surge when they do so.

Newer patient. The first and only place I've been and will ever go. Local and convenient. Awesome staff that is willing to help out and at times help with a recommendation. Great people, great place.

Definitely my favorite of the local dispensaries. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A very professional and welcoming atmosphere. the descriptions of the different strains listed right on the menu are very helpful. Thanks all !

My experience here has been by far the best I've ever had at a dispensary. The wait time was under 5 minutes, the staff were extremely patient oriented and willing to help me with all of my questions that I had. I will be coming here from now on!! Awesome awesome place!! Go here if you want the best service in town.
