The prices here are not great, but the sales make up for that. I'm giving two stars because staff doesn't really seem to know what's going on. As nice as they are, I was given the wrong information on my last visit regarding my discounts, which resulted in a lot of confusion on my next visit and me paying more than I expected. Pretty disappointing, I would not recommend based on that.

Went to Ethos in Robinson, because I was tired of having to drive all the way out to Monroeville, fighting for parking, and having to bring a chair (my body can't handle standing for more than 10-15min at a time) to wait 60+ minutes in line in the elements, even when ordering online ahead of time. While this is still a drive for me, it was 100% worth it! I was first met at the front by a very pleasant and friendly employee. I then entered the main area, in which they have kiosks to view product and order from, which was fast and efficient. (You can order and discuss products with an employee behind the desk if you prefer). After I ordered everything via the kiosk, I was instantly asked if everything went well and if I had any questions; I was fine, so he immediately started working on gathering my items. He, too, was exceptionally pleasant and great to speak with regarding new products available. What matters most to me was met--ZERO wait time. Yes. ZERO. Not an HOUR. (I almost want to write a fake, negative review so it stays that way haha) Friendly and knowledgable staff. Clean. Wide variety of product (even more than I'm used to from elsewhere, and stuff I haven't seen in over a year anywhere else in PA)If it matters, because I was curious and tried to find out on their website, they do not require you to fill out a book of information/have a consult as a new-patient there. While they do offer this, and I think it's great and necessary if you're completely new to MM, you don't have to, which saves an incredible amount of time for those that aren't new users.Here comes the bonus: If you're licensed because you're actually disabled, and need MM to survive each day, they do in fact offer 20% with each order with proof of being enrolled in Medicaid/SSI/SSDI. This is substantial to those of us disabled and on a fixed income, but absolutely NEED this because nothing else has worked! Even without the 20% off, they have constant, mind-blowing sales I have never seen anywhere else. Everyone also gets 20% your first visit there. You can't go wrong.In short, 10/10 recommend, even though I don't want too many people discovering this amazing dispensary. Hopefully, they expand to each region of SW PA soon!

First trip to this amazing new dispensary in Robinson Township. We got top notch customer service guided tour by Joseph. He was so fun, knowledgeable, and helpful. As first time customers we got a 20% discount PLUS this day all items except flowers were 15% off. Highly recommend this business. Cash or Can Pay only, ATM inside.

Ethos is conveniently located in Robinson, pretty close to RIDC park and Buffalo Wild Wings (right off Robinson town center exit then to left). They give 20% off for first time customer at this store and if you are apart of any government program then you get 20% off every time! Such a bargain. Best thing to do is get a big haul at once to save money on first visit if you don't get any benefits like myself. I've been to about 4-5 dispensaries in the region. This one is probably in my top 3 now! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store has such a clean and open look. The process of checking out is faster than almost every dispensary in the PGH city area which is awesome! Solevo will have you waiting for 30-45 mins and I was not in here but 10 mins! Recommend. I hope more dispensaries start implementing specials year round as they get pretty expensive.

It's really frustrating when you have a bad experience in the midst of grabbing the next step to relief in any moment but the staff, products and environment at Ethos make that almost impossible. After years of waiting for medical cannabis to hit PA, I have really enjoyed traveling to explore what is working and what is not - this company has the experience down and I really thank the management team for taking their time to open carefully and be kind to all of their patients. When you are known on a first name basis how could you not love this place? The product is always top shelf, to go along with the unbeatable prices. The system is smooth. I am never in there longer than needed. The workers are super knowledgeable and love to engage in conversation. Just a comfortable atmosphere. Rich, Luke, and Nancy are awesome!

My fiancé has a card so I'm going to let her rate this place... The people there are wonderful they are very clean and fast and the guard at the front door is very nice as well they have a sense of humor there too. Staff is the best. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to get my order here. Exquisite service.

This was my first PA dispensary experience and I am SO happy with Ethos! The staff is super friendly and very educated!! They explain everything very well and I felt the experience was tailored to my specific needs in order to select the best products for me. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

The location seems a bit busy but since the state frowns upon epileptics driving, I can't really attest to that part. Overall, worth checking out!
