This was my 1st time at this dispensary and let me tell you I was not disappointed! The customer service is outstanding starting with the cool ass security in the front and the really cute lady that helped me out. It was well worth my drive and the flower is power! "FIRE"

If you live in the IE, don't get delivery form this place. They have terrible service and even worse delivery times. Idk why they think it's normal to have 2.5+hour delivery times and expect the customer to act like things are "normal". I used to visit their shop in Perris but after today's delivery, I will not support their dispensary anymore. If you want 3 hour wait times and rude customer service, be my guest and help out Green Kong

Love this place. So clean and inviting, best prices in the IE too. Thanks to chase for all the help and making me feel like green Kong is doing all they can to be sanitary in this time, will definitely be back soon.

Came here to buy a cartridge and use my loyalty points I had built up. Not one time using my points were there ever any "conditions" or "restrictions" regarding how I use the points previously. When I made my selection and told the bud tender I wanted to use my $10 worth of points. I was told I couldn't because the item I was purchasing was too cheap ? I have never heard of this, and I used my points previously here and bought a cart for $18. I was told by another gentleman that I had to get something $35 or higher to use my points? It doesn't say anywhere on the green Kong's website about a price condition to use your points. The employees either don't want to put in the effort, or this business is baiting and switching with their "loyalty points". Just avoid this place. And save yourself the trouble. Terrible.

The greatest group of people I am 63 and have been suffering debilitating knee pain due to a surgery that did not help my knees so I needed help because pain can be so hard you can't sleep and you can barely walk after my dispensary was not carring the one thing that helped I was in greater pain for the last month I needed help my daughter found this place and thank god she did I explained my problem and showed them what I had been working right away they found a product that was close to what I had used and two days later in feeling so much better it still hurts to walk but now the pain is mangable thank you Green Kong you are a blessing.

Place was neat well organized lines moved fast prices were reasonable.  Lots of competition out there but the sales people were very friendly

This delivery service is no good! Been trying to order since 6 and I finally get through and they aren't delivering anymore when online it says 8:45.

This is a new dope store front located in Perris. They have some of the best flower, concentrate and so many other marijuana related products. They have a cool seating area and their set up is very well displayed. They have cool service, they offer a ton of discounts, and they work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Check this place out if you are looking for that good flower!

Spent my time to place order and was told 2.5 hours.... 2.5 hours later i was called and told 2 more hours..... canceled order.

I don't know where they found my number but they send me a text every week and every week I try to unsubscribe and block their number and they spam me again the next week from a different phone number. I am not interested stop spamming me. What a bunch of jerks.

Management needs a couple of Leader courses as shes obviously not Competent to be in that position ! Defective carts  LEFT AND RIGHT ! Not once she apologize but was rather irritated her shitty products dont workS/o WESTSIDE COLLECTIVE FOR MAKING IT RIGHT!Fuck this place and that racist Bitch ! Cant even communicate properly .

This place is thee BEST hands down! They always have amazing deals ! Always have quick efficient deliveries with awesome drivers / bud tenders ! Best of all they don't keep changing locations !! They are legit !! Thank you all SOOO VERY MUCH! Best canni family I've EVER HAD!
