Management change. Not only did they sell a bunk cart which is a manufacturing issue, brought back full cart receipt same day and no exchange. Owner committed to buying sanitizer and custom mask's from a veteran business, then didn't pay the order when it arrived?? He said they get "free" promo items. Ripping off other small businesses is bad kharma.

The first time i went here, i got awesome service from this young black homie. He knew his stuff. The second time i went, there were these young baby dolls, but they messed up my order. I could have checked the items but had trust that they heard what i wanted. They even repeated it to me. Takes me 45 minutes to get there. I heard good things about them. It would be nice to get better customer service.

EXCELLENT!!! The lone bud tender this morning, young man, this is the old gray beard, marc. Your suggestion was BEYOND your explaination and my expectations. We spoke about Kurvana, but this Hash Farm cart, TOP NOTCH. As to posted comments prior, lately the male bud tenders have been excellent. Yes, the "baby dolls" are eye candy, indeed, but good info lacking. THANK YOU

The staff was super helpful and I really enjoyed the vibe inside the dispensary. The man @ check in is a cool cat too, in a great mood and really set the setting for a great shopping experience. Will definitely go back. Can't go wrong with big chief
