I'm a rep for Heavy Hitters and I always enjoy my visits to Canna Cloud, Im always welcomed and greeted with a smile. The crew is wonderful and the vibes are always poppin. They have a great selection of top shelf name brand products at great prices. I can't wait to do my first Heavy Hitters event with the Canna Cloud fam, really looking forward to it.

Great place.  Has a pool table too and a dab lounge to hang out in.  Friendly staff too

Their budtenders need to be more friendly, especially the chick with light color skin and long black hair. She was rude, looked like she didn't even want to be there and was not helpful at all. I wanted to get more items but with her shitty attitude, I took my money elsewhere.

This store does not provide the service I need to go about my day. I walked in and the owner was treating his employees like they were nothing and he was being very rude when I asked for help

The ambience of the place is pretty nice....... security was cool even the chic Tiffany.T was the  shit ......from the start..... but after they get your money its fuck you......and know returns or exchanges smh I was at the door an hadn't even left yet smh ....... that's trash I went in as a first time patient...... she hooked it up with their first time love even threw in a pipe  then offered their highest shelf.... I agreed but didnt have the exact change requested  so I had to run to the car before going to the car I asked " do you have anything from the place COOKIES!"  The Distributor!! she said yes sherbert .... an if you've been to "COOKIES" your familiar with their sunset sherbert stain so by her saying that STRAIN  I assumed that that's what she was going to grab me while I ran out to the car...... an upon my return I'd grab my shit an carry on ....... so I came back paid for my stuff an still was looking around at other things before leaven.... when I returned from the car She had my things already packed  so I dint see what she actually put in the bag I am however aware of what I told her I wanted she acted as if she knew what that was an she had it so why would I immediately double check my bag.......to bad that I didnt an  I should have because once realizing that I wasnt going to purchase anything else I said an gave my appreciations an thank yous an started to head for the car I opened my sac before even getting to the car and or in it an I realized this is not "COOKIES" Nore was it even from the COOKIES DISTRIBUTOR !!! so I go back in an say hey what's up this actually wasnt the 1 I choose nor was it even from COOKIES ......she replys we dont carry COOKIES an I was like what?!?!? I asked you before going to the car an you were like yeah yeah yeah  all smiling an shit .....so what the heck ....smh i was like ok whatever can i just at least get the jar i was pointing to the one i thought was the sherbert cookie you were at least talking about an going to grab ....dispite it's not from the COOKIE BRAND  she goes to say" nope there's know returns or refunds or exchange's.....so I'm mad now an was still being polite ... she says I'll ask my mgr I was like I wss just here like I didnt even get in my car nothing has been opened an you know an can see that ....she asked the lady I guess running the joint an she still declined an had thee audacity to say especially when you saw what was being purchased ......I am now annoyed to the maxxx but still keeping composer ......I was like naw you packed my shit when I went to the car I came back under thee assumption we were on the same page with what I wanted by your going "oh... yeah yeah yeah" we got that I got you....so whybwould I have immediately checked your foot work....smh these people well the manager is trash....an obviously doesn't care for the long run with her company yeah I know my business isn't going to make or break them but I have also heard from  A Gang of other people before going myself that they also received very poor treatment an they felt the same that it's all money to them an fuck how the customer feels..they dont care if you come back of not once they get that 1st 100 bucks ......I spent like 200 an you see that I haven't even got to the car before addressingthe mistake an still you wont assist in fixing it when it was your employee who made the mistake that's trash......An I will not be returning ......I am a BIG cannabis consumer an have often an frq association with things an events pertaining to the canna community movement an or distribution I gave this place a chance cause all the negative shit I hear about them ..I was hoping to be proven wrong unfortunately in my opinion I wasnt.... so nope im not returning......and I suggest if you want a chill high viben joint to frequent an favorite...that also genuinely formulates relationships with their customers to go somewhere else I dont know about yall butbI know I like to often a place that not only delivedrs great product but that also is good to their customers who could've an really would've been not only a VERY frequent reg but a potential person who could've done business with you as well.........but whatever smh ......oh yeah an for what it's worth the bud was str8 I still wont be returning tho I provide A 1 treatment to everyone until given a reason not to so I expect the same that's just me tho ....buh yup!....

Blown away by this place! The location could be better, but everything is great inside. It's a nice place to chill out with friends and meet new while enjoying some weed.

Horrible unprofessional staff especially the "manager" of the delivery drivers straight trash attitude if I could put 0 stars I would plus place is full of ROACHES AND RATS they do nothing to fix this problem

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. The owner was disrespectful to me after spending well over $100. Then today they let people cut in front of you. I will never go back there again. Bad customer service!

Very friendly people, the drive thru line was a little longer wait than expected but overall good service. Expect to pay cash only!

This is seriously my fav dispensary always have my Sativa and the service is phenomenal, everyone that has ever helped me has always been super nice and knows their flower  I highly recommend this dispensary & you're allowed to actually smell the product (unlike Westside Collective). LOVE IT! NOTHING BUT GOOD VIBES as soon as you walk in the door, the guy that checks you in is seriously THE BEST! Just love him  - Frank & Melinda -

Nicole was amazing! Great help and attitude. The place was easy to find. They even had coffee and doughnuts for customer appreciation :)

Super disappointed went to thisshop for the 7 g purple punch bag the honey leaf brand and this is my second purchase with it being short 6.8 on the scale but I paid $45 for 7 g highly disappointed product should be a perfect 7grams shady

Super friendly and helpful crew. We were made to feel so welcome and felt like we could have hung out with them all day. Great selection, good prices, easy to access location. If we didn't live in Boston this would become our local go-to spot. Great meeting you all and if we are ever back in town we will be visiting again!

Great place clean and friendly staff. They have a wide selection of edibles and flower. I would definitely recommend this dispensary.

I've been 3 times now and the staff is the absolute BEST. I'm sorry but I forgot my bud tenders name. She is awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and COOL. The owner was friendly too. This place has the BEST prices in town, as long as they keep this up, they have a LOYAL customer. Quality, Selection, Staff and Atmosphere are all 5 STARS

Owner  is a piece  of shit needs to go back to SanDiego where she be longs come to Perris and trys to close down our shops be cause thay don't have as much  customers  GO HOME WE DONT NEED YOU HERE

Very pleasant experience. Greeting me very nicely at the door. They got me in quick. Presented the goods I needed and I got out. Coolest thing was 1st timers get a free pre rolled. Some how they were so nice to give me 2 more. Rad little place. Check it out

Me and a couple friends tried to pick up last night we called this place some girl answered the phone we were asking a couple questions and she just gave attitude and hung up we really have no questions why we just wanted to buy some flower

Sold me a product that had a broken seal, when I put it on the scale at my house it was less than an eighth..maybe because it was so dry it just turned into powder basically!,I've been going here for over a year have always been treated right so I called and they told me there's nothing they can do because it left the store but they put it in a bag that's stapled shut before you leave the store so there's no way to see it. Like I said I've been going there for year they have a point system they could've look to see I've never had to call at all over anything before... here'sa picture of the product be careful and look at what you buy before it goes into a stapled bag!!

All the bud tenders are very sweet and everyone is in compliance with Covid recommendations. Also typically not a big crowd other than weekends, I love the calm quiet vibe.

My boyfriend went in and asked for an 8th of their best indica and got 1.2 worth of straight stems and when he tried to exchange it and they said no they don't do exchanges! They disappointed us and we will not be returning !

This place is great with awesome daily deals! The bud tenders are friendly and helpful. And catch the STIIIZY rep on Saturdays ! She gives out FREE colored and BIIIG batteries with any purchase of STIIIZY carts plus she hooks you up with a STIIIZY backpack , stickers, coupons, rolls trays and a free lanyard that holds your pen! Catch her from 12-4pm on Saturdays!

I love this place! It helps with my pain and depression.

I mean who can beat a dispensary with a drive through, competitive prices and a loyalty points program.

So to start, security was really nice, budtender was not very bright. She's doing a disservice to customers by misleading or maybe just not understanding the product. They were out of everything I wanted so I asked for something comparable. I know I was partly to blame for not checking the product before I walked out, but I we had a bit of conversation so I just took my goods & walked out. When I got to the car, the product I got was not comparable to the one I originally asked for & it was dry to boot. I went back in to shop to ask for exchange since I felt she either misled me or she didn't know the product. Of course she refused since they have a no return policy. There are plenty of other dispensaries nearby so... First visit- last visit. They should try a little harder on customer service if they want return customers.

I called to place an order for pick up and the girl bud tender was rude when I asked for info on the different 1/8ths they had available..I’ve been to many and I mean many shops tried many buds ..I was just trying to see which flower best suited my needs and she blatantly gave me attitude and when I said oh okay about her being rude she hung up on me! I called back to speak with the MOD (manager on duty) as I live far but still wanted to go to the shop maybe I could place my order with him as I know the bus tenders don’t own the shop they don’t care about the shops image they are just collecting a check , she answered again and said the manager was not there !
