Interior design is super comfortable and unique. Very friendly environment, customer service is definitely key here. Everyone's always nice and positive. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had a horrible experience tonight with customer service her name was monique she was very rude and not helpful at all she embarrassed me in front of other guests she also seemed irritated with the guest before me i hope she gets a talking to about her customer service if not fired She also told me I can call whoever I want when I ask her manager with major attitude Sad to say I won't be back.

Please go to the people's on lone palm , the people are wayyyyy nicer , idk why but every time I go here all the girls have an attitude, I hate going here but I had to last night bc they were the only ones that had a certain battery I needed , luckily I didn't have attitude last night , why cause the girls must've been drunk off their butts or something, when I walked in all of them were dancing and twerking kid you not , it was most cringe experience I've ever had , like  am I at a dispensary or strip club , I get it's a fun job and you want to work for your tips , but after seeing that hell no would I feel comfortable having my man go In there alone , and I don't think any other female would too , the girls there are just scandalous, and smell desperate, I had two bucks back in change and I usually leave a tip but , the girl kept saying , oh you have 2 dollars back that's my tip right right , already putting it in her jar, like hell no , go back to your dancing corner and get someoneElse's singles lmfao  just don't come here , even phenos on mchenry is better than them , and some of the girls their seem way younger , but you won't see the twerking on each other I'll tell you that much

They have the BEST customer service. Every single person is extremely friendly. I look forward to my mo they trip in.

I've never met such a person of Monique's caliber (Name was on Receipt, but she had Pink hair). My best-best friend & I visited the store yesterday & was greeted very professionally. I took my best best friend there for a purchase because I visited that store bout a year ago & she liked the product I got her & I told her I was goin back so she wanted to go & loved it. Monique was so helpful & knowledgeable bout the products, she gave us gud recommendations on wha we were lookin for so we purchased & were very happy bout our items. I will b returning there again just because the customer service was so outstanding.     I had a very difficult time remembering the place, lost my old receipt & did countless searches online but couldn't remember the business name until I decided to look in my Waze & the address was there that matched McHenry so I knew I had the right place & went back.     Its so nice to offer so many deals during the week as other places don't, so I just want you to kno that I don't mind takin the drive from Stockton to Modesto as all the cannibus clubs in Stockton closes by 8pm & its only one club out here that I lik to go to, because I visited this one place often for family needs due to the Covid but got turn back one nite at 7:41pm but mind you not they stop taking people at 7:45 (sign outside) so the security guard said no more customers so I don't even patronize that store anymore because he was also rude bout it, besides if I'm gettin treated unfairly, I'll find another spot too get gud customer service until they mistreat me spending my money, so Peoples Remedy is my go-to spot n Modesto now.     I kno my review is long but this is sum thin I had to post bout this establishment, very nice, clean & great staff so please keep up the gud wrk

The best place in town IMO. Medicinal information beyond expectations from Leslie and the service was far more than perfect. 2nd time tended by Leslie and she knew exactly what I needed. Thanks for your knowledge and caring personality.

I went in yesterday to pick up a little treat for the weekend and my bud tender was Olivia. If I could give 10 stars, I 1000% would. She was fabulous. She gave me some great recommendations and they are my favorite so far. The pre rolls were *chefs kiss* perfect. Very friendly atmosphere. Super clean and everyone's wearing a mask. Prices are good. And if you're a creature of habit like myself, this will be your new go to. Highly recommend this location for your next treat.

Paying full price for half 1/2 the product?! Half dipped joint and when I went back I was told I was BANNED from buying PREMIUM pre-rolls?! I said "ill take my losses now buddy!" Peoples remedy my ass

Nice, cozy little dispensary. Our trip was intending to pickup clones but we bought a few other items that were reasonably priced. Problem is the clones. I have been growing quite sometime and every year we spend a day picking up clones at different dispensaries because we live in a dry county. We picked up 12 clones at The Peoples Remedy. The clones were from TPR...never heard of that commercial grower. Then it dawned on me that TPR stood for The Peoples Remedy. They cultivate their own clones. Unfortunately they are the worst clones we have every purchased. We have never had a complete failure before but 9 out of the 12 didn't make it. Either they never grew or they died. Zero failures on Dark Heart, King Klone or Midnight Farms. Be careful here. They shouldn't be in the clone business.

I've never been much of a weed person...I have a tone of chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. I started going here about 6 months ago...Olivia and Monique have both been AMAZING!!! They answer the many questions I have...explain the products well and both are genuine in wanting to help. The front desk staff is always so friendly. The only knock is some of their product, specifically the edibles are not consistently available. I'm sleeping better which is making my whole life better. My wife and I are VERY thankful

Man the first place I've found that has clones, they may not have the best looking ones, but they have some pretty good strains. Prices and BOGO deals are amazing. 40% off is a Winn for me.

My favorite place in town-especially since they turned the music down so we can hear. If you're lucky enough to have Allison as your helper, you'll find she's very knowledgeable and makes excellent recommendations. I've always enjoyed her friendliness, humor, and kindness. Unfortunately, the staff that checks us in isn't always welcoming. All it takes is a warm smile

When your a customer and unsatisfied with a business and NEVER TO RETURN, You write a Review. It's unfortunate because I probably spend about $200 a week here. (Used too until today). That's A little over $9k a year they just lost. I had purchased an $18 pre roll from Leah a couple days ago which she recommended.  I go home, light it up and only was able to get a hit or two out of it because there's was something wrong with it right out of the tube.  (Probably rolled too tight. Also it had seemed to be a cracked / broken pre roll. I came in on 3/20/2021 to purchase some more pre rolls and brought the broke pre roll I purchased in with me to bring this to an employees attention.  The first female employee I had a conversation with had told me "I'm sorry that happened but all sales are final".  I kindly asked for the manager (because I would think a real manager / owner would want to make it right. The manager came out and I explained to him the situation with the pre roll I purchased and he continued to tell me the same thing.  I mentioned to him a really good customer and he should think about this one because otherwise I would cash out my $14 in rewards points I had and purchase my final two pre rolls and that I would not return again if he didn't make this right. He again said sorry all sales are final.  I purchase my two and final pre rolls and I had left.  I really don't think this guy is "manager" material because if he had spent some time and looked at my purchase history he would see I'm a good customer and I've never had this happened before.  No worries though.  All good.  There's several other shops near by that will take my $$$.  Hopefully the owner or a real manager will be able to address this with his employees. Crap ass response I was given for sure.  I'm not looking for a hand out, just wanted you to make it right.  You just lost a good customer and $9k a year from me. Thankfully I had $14 in points and still got two pre rolls for $1 and IM OUT!!

Smaller dispensary than its competitors. Which means not as big of a selection as one would hope for. Great staff, decent prices. Will definitely be back.

I've been coming here since I was a kid, well went back when it was bonanza books. I mean, how cool is it that an old comic book shop is now a great place to buy herb? Anyways, they've got great product here, amazing employees and I always leave happier than before I entered

I come here often and the bud tenders are nice but need more knowledge of the product . I asked for concentrate and was given cold water hash ( a non oil ) and as I dont smoke flower . I couldn't smoke the product I was given incorrectly. I reached out to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do . So due to lack of knowledge im now out 100$ and I cannot medicate for my pain . I have all the product with receipt still sealed and they refused any kind of help . I will not ask anyone for "recommendations" or help here any longer .

Love this place. Great variety of products and lowest prices around. Well worth the drive from where I live. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly but ask for Olivia she's very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
