I drop my money the company got the person on camera thay pick it up I just want my money return

The only club I go to, besides it's sister stores (PCF on Angie ave in Ceres). They also have a shop in Merced and riverbank. Tons of products and their menu is always up to date. Budtenders are actually very knowledgeable and not just there to ring you up.I hope they open up another sister store in Turlock!!

They carry Korova, if you know, you know. If you don't- stay stupid. I want that shit for myself

Good weed. Good prices. Long ass lines! Slow ass service! Mostly good employees but some with NO sense of urgency. 25 people in line and 4 bud tenders. Very frustrating. Please can another dispensary come with the $10 8ths so I can quit this place.

I had a great experience in this shop! The management was friendly and the budtender that helped me did a great job.  The store has a great look and feel to it with brand posters / TVs and product displayed nicely all over.  Modesto has a few great shops to choose from... this is def one of them.  I was at doctors hospital and this was def the place to come manage my pain afterwards Thanks!!

I have used this dispensary for over a year. Great products but recently they took away the VIP lane for customers who know what they want without browsing, and something happened to their employees... lines are out the door in the middle of a weekday with only a few people working. Really lame. Going to try other dispensaries.

Disabled do not get front of line service here.  Tried to check in and the young woman was busy gabbing with another employee-had to wait.  Staff was completely clueless about the inventory, held the three person line up for 15 minutes.  Ended up just leaving.   As we are leaving, the same check in employee gets snotty with us for not buying something.  Then as we left the building the security guard starts chatting me up in front of my boyfriend.  Go to Medallion across the street, better manners.

Hubby and I have been dry for several months now. We couldn't take this break any longer, so we decided to look for a good dispensary to go to. I heard many positive things about Phenos so we gave it a try. There was definitely a long line when we went in on Memorial Day, but we didn't mind waiting. It actually went by faster than I thought it would. The employees were super helpful and gave us great recommendations on what we needed. Best part are the prices, omg! I don't miss Vegas prices at all, let's just say that. We got a full gram (pen cartridge) for only $30!!!!! You can't beat that deal anywhere else. We tested it out and it was good. I already felt great on the first puff (in case you guys were wondering, it's a hybrid and it is called strawbana). Hubby also loved the gummies we got. I can't wait to test out the chocolates as well when we have the chance. I'm sure we will be coming back here to resupply in the future!

Drove over an hour to get some wax and a stizzy pod picked out both products but was told since it was 10:01pm she wasent allowed to sell me both. Remind you she took over 5 minutes trying to figure out how to charge me the product. A really sad customer service after spending thousands here no problem .. lost a loyal customer to a stupid, slow , and useless employee. Wasted my time and gas .

I come here from Fresno to buy the gummies. I have really bad pain an the have the best. You cant find what they have in Fresno. My husband went i.with me and he was amazed at how clean and organized they are.

I love PHENOS! Every bud tender I've had was very friendly and knowledgeable.  They've always been able to get me what I'm looking for. PHENOS is very clean inside. Its marked very well inside and out for social distancing. Everyone was wearing a mask. While waiting in line one can watch great videos on a wall-to-wall screen. I've gone to PHENOS 4 different times during the covid pandemic and haven't gotten sick, because of the spacing for customers, and I might add that I have underlying medical issues that would kill me if I got sick with Covid 19. So I feel really safe going  to PHENOS for my weed!!

Stopped in and was greeted by Olga. Great service and a wonderful attitude and I appreciated she was able to answer all my questions and recommendations were on point. Happy early bday to you and thank you for you're great customer service.

My Bf and I come here all the time for the StIIIzy cartridges. Let me just say it's a hit or miss with y'all. Half the people you hire know nothing about flower, live resin, or anything cannabis related at that matter. Majority of the time you're out of what we want. Whoever does your inventory is slacking and needs to be demoted and someone needs to be promoted to handling your inventory because how are you going to sale cartridges but have no battery packs lol? Oh I know why because who ever does your inventory doesn't know wtf they're doing. Worry more about your inventory and making your customers happy instead of what the outside of your building and logo says. Do better job employment screenings and hire people who know wyd they're doing and talking about because some customers come in not knowing anything and need that person with cannabis knowledge to help assist them with all their medicinal needs.

This place closes way too early at night and opens too late In the morning, major inconvenience for me.They always try to sell me bammer so I always pick what I want from now on, never take suggestions from these people. Also they never have good cartridges.

I like this dispensary because of their stock and prices but I've been putting money in the jars they have since they opened thinking it went to the workers.  I found out that it all just goes to phenos!  This is wrong!  They are counting on people to make this mistake.  They are literally taking money from their employees.  Tip the employees directly, DO NOT put tips in the jars they have unless you are wanting to just give money to phenos.

This place is really nice and has very respectful staff members. Casandra  helped me with my order and the recommendations she provided were awesome. Two thumbs up from the guy in crutches

normally i'd give a 5 star review o go here  a lot but one of the last times i was charged for an edible i didn't get. I didn't see it on the receipt till after I was home which is about an hour away from the dispensary. sadly feel like i've been overcharged a lot latley the first incident being that the second was when i was buying wax i asked the budtender the price of wax and was told 34 normally they tell u the price after tax so i got 2 grams thinking i was only paying 34 it ended up being like a $45 gram. just upsetting because i thought i was getting a great price on the wax i bought jus to find out i spent way more than i was told it would be.

I actually visit this place often but I went in today and was surprised to see people working and customers masks on but they were pulled down off of their face and they were doing promotions and there was probably 60 people in the building all at one time and not practicing social distancing very disappointing!!!

Forth time I've come here where they almost nobody working, and the line takes about 20 minutes. If you don't have enough employees give them higher wages. Finding a new place at this point. Really disappointed.

omg the buddtender was new he didnt know anything about anything. I drove from newman and I usually think its worth it but omg am I so disapointed this day. As I  was waiting for my daughter to purchase her goods I go to look at the t-shirts and as Im walking out of that little apparel section the security guard is walking towards me with the most dirtiest look in his eyes as if I were taking some apparel in my little white bag my weed was in. Rude

They are THE WORST at keeping an accurate Weedmaps menu. When I first started to go to them last year they were ok but at time went on they completely fell off. They said they were going to hire someone to focus strictly on their online menu but I stopped going to them because of the inconvenience of NEVER having what I wanted from the online menu. If they did hire someone to keep their online menu updated that person needs to be FIRED!! Tonight after not going to them after a few months I decided to try them again and saw their menu had a lot of options for me. Well out of the 6 different concentrates by 1 brand listed on Weedmaps I wanted 2 they had 0 in stock of the brand I chose even though 10 mins prior to going in I looked at Weedmaps so I knew they had something I wanted. That's the last time I'll ever go in there and waste my time. If you're going to browse that will work but if you look at Weedmaps and try to pick something before you go don't waste your time. Go to Authentic up the street their online menu is always on point.

Today I went to the club and while I was standing in line with my partner a gentleman behind me had a unlit cigarette in his mouth the male security guard approached him and told him he can't smoke on the premises the gentleman responded yes sir and I wasn't going to smoke here I am aware of the rules and the security then went on to repeat his self again and the gentleman responded I under and heard u the first time and the security started to continue to repeat hisself and get closer to the gentleman the security started to antagonize the gentleman starting the argument and people in line were all starting to stare so I responded okay we get it sir the gentleman isn't smoking the security guard then said out loud now everyone's talking shit to me here we go and then walked away. He then went to a vehicle with a other security officer and was holding an additional gun in his hand even though his hoster had aIready had one in it and I don't understand why any security should be holding a weapon in hand in from of a weed club so unprofessional and as I believe  against the law so I went to the door and asked the young lady who was the Manager ? because I told her I didn't think the way the man was being treated by the security guard was okay she then responded we have no manager so I continued in and went to the line to purchase my cannabis I asked the young lady at the counter who the manager was her response was why ?I told her why and her response was well we are all friends idk and I told her that was very unprofessional for them to lie to me about having a manger available . So I turned around after I was done and noticed the manager and I spoke with him he had some attitude but he said he would take care of it but didn't really want to hear me out . This place is unprofessional and the security is taking it to far this place was my favorite till the lack of management and communication and shitty service took place today. All it takes is shitty workers to fuck it up for a customer to come back .

I came for edibles. Chanel had helped me. She's knowledgeable about the products, super sweet and DIVINE like the Goddess that she is! The rates are reasonable and I will return when I'm visiting. My family are repeat customers. 10/10 would recommend

Another terrible experience here. Not only did the girl not help me but she straight up LIED to my face and gave me false information. I would drop her name on here but she wasn't wearing her name tag either. She was wearing a gray BloeHard crewneck though. The first thing is their "sale" was off which we all know is a crock anyway then when I asked my so called budtender for the freshest and what came in most recently, she shows me a bag that was nearly a year old. Literally 10 mos old. Then I ask her about a strain and she doesn't know the answer or even try to look it up. Then I'm 99.9 sure the weed in that she showed me is not the same strain that was in the bag. The jar was not labeled so who knows. Then lastly I asked for an Indica so she told me it was however not only was it a sativa but again it was different weed than what she showed me.

Staff is super friendly, really love the energy I receive every single time i go in. Kat has helped me these past couple times that I've gone and her recommendations are on point. Thank you Kat you're awesome :)

Love this dispensary. Huge selection to choose from, people are friendly and fast. Prices are pretty reasonable for good quality product. Will be coming here everytime im in town

I just went I in with my fiance to buy a pre-roll and some other stuff. I'm a Marine vet, and in the facility it has a line for non vets and veterans. As we were standing thee, 2 of the ladies just stared at us and called from the other line. I mean, if there is no veteran preference, than there shouldn't be 2 different lines. I dont mind if its taken away but the blandly disrespect of them just looking at us and go call someone else is where I draw the line. I would drop theirs name but i was bit far, I do remember the two girls were african american,

I really appreciate this dispensary. Each time I go, the staff always has a nice presence. The facility looks clean and spacy. The weed is very food quality as well and the lines are never too long. This is my favorite dispensary in the 209. Sergio Z is always super helpful. Thanks for a great service Phenos!

Went there to buy some product..unfortunately the product didn't live to its name and quality but they were nice enough to exchange the product for me...they even offered a different product and they would pay the difference but I declined and got a replacement to the original product I wanted...most shops wouldn't replace a product like a street dealer but they acted as a professional business and made things right...would definitely go back again

What's not to like? Good variety, Prices from low to high on a plethora of  selections. They even label THC content. There's no waiting like at some places and everyone's friendly.

Pheno's is not where you want to be buying your cannabis.  I use Vape cartridges. Their stock is so sad they have no 1 g cartridges. They have a very limited number of half gram cartridges. It appears they make no effort to keep their stock. One week they have one brand, the next week they might have a different brand. There's no consistency. I have seldom in my life been more disappointed in a business that supplies goods to the public.

Security acts like they are the police. I opemed my bag in my car to make sure I got the right stuff and the security guard was at my window demanding that I put it back in the bag.

Phenos always hooks me up with what I need ever since they opened but today's trip finally got me to give them a review. On a weekend when I had an issue with customer service at literally 5 other non-dispensary places, my trip into Phenos today set me back in a good place! I didn't need much today, just a quick couple pre rolls and a couple disposables but MEGAN'S service was OUTSTANDING. I told her I needed to keep it under a certain total but get the best quality. She quickly got me my two favorite strains on the disposable pens and the recommended some infused prerolls that after now having smoked one, was a great suggestion for the price. No extra long conversation (which I really appreciate) just an excellent attitude, and a smile and got me off to the rest of my day. Great costumer service DOES still exist (as much as you may think others wise) so if you haven't hit phenos for your needs, check them out. They deserve it!

I came into this place so many times and have always walked through the express lane, well today I came in around 7pm and ALEXIS A. was rude  ass he'll telling me I'm not allowed to come through this lane when every other time it has been okay. I asked her if I could see a strand she said no and said I was in the express lane I should know what I'm going to get. Usually everyone else is always nice and says yes sure but not her if your having a bad fuckin day ALEXIS quit your damb job. & to the owner teach them to have Manners thanks.

This used to be my go to place, along with the sister companies, pcf and flavors. I recently visited Phenos and I used to Express line as I knew that I only wanted flower. I let the person in the regular line go ahead of me and when it was my turn I stepped up to the budtender and  told him I wanted 3 eighths of high percentage flower. The next thing he says is that I shouldn't have been in the Express line because I'm supposed to know exactly what I want in order to be there and then walked away. So I'm standing there trying to read the jars myself when he comes back, but not to help me, to help the lady behind me. So he finally shows me one jar and rudely asks if that's all I wanted. "Yup" and walked out, even though I went there planning on getting more. I then went to Flavors and got an eighth of the "flavors" brand. Every time I smoke it I get a migraine. That's never happened before when smoking. I've heard it could be from pesticides used when growing. A little upset, but I won't be shopping at any of their locations anymore. Y'all should try Doctor's Choice!!

I've been coming here pretty much exclusively since it opened up. Used to go to PCF every once in a while so it's nice to have one closer! Every time I go the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and I feel like any time I ask for recommendations they try to genuinely find what's best for me instead of just trying to sell me on the most expensive items. It can be a wait when it's busy, but prices are usually fair compared to other dispensaries in Modesto.

This place has it ALL!!! Prices range from $10 on up. You don't need any medical cards etc. You DO need an updated drivers license. Place is BIG AND LOUD! It's for a really hype style atmosphere. The bud tenders are great!

Ask for Jonathan, he's delightful and really fun to interact with. He even memorized the out-the-door prices which is so convenient! As of May 2021 they have some great deals on their 8th's of flower, I'm talking high quality for only $20 otd. Also there's a HUGE selection to choose from. Cons: No lounge, just a long line and it gets very busy. The express line is only for veterans.

Always ask what's the cheapest 8th that's good. I've brought some good 8ths for like $15-$18 each. Even some a little better for $23-$28. Same flowers be $40+ at other clubs. Huge parking lotFriendly customer serviceThey have a game machine you can win 1lb of flower or 100 8ths of your choice. It's a hard game but I've only seen a man win once. They stay open until 10 pm for you late night pot heads. Lol

Thought I was going to the gym for a  minute. Turned out I pulled up into a dispensary haha.This location use to be the 24-hour in shape city on mchenry, but now it's one of the biggest and hottest places in town. For starters, come here if you want some knowledge on cannabis. Destiny helped us out and was very patient and knowledgeable about what's being sold here. Tell them how much you want to spend and they'll get you every dollars worth.Cash only, but don't worry there's an ATM inside. Wear a mask and bring a valid ID and someone will check your temperature at the door and also register you by phone number. The checking in was quite pleasant! I recommend this spot if you want to try something new. Customer service was 5/5 everyone from the security guard, check-in, and sales team. Solid experience.

This place is the palace of cannabis! If you are ever in the Modesto area or passing through, you MUST experience Phenos! They have a huge selection of flower, edibles, prerolls, tinctures, and resins and rosins. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable! Gm triple E is super friendly and welcoming! Nice place. Was in abs out within 20 minutes both times I visited. Didn't get bothered by being told THC percentages like other shops. Had awesome feedback from the bud tender that didn't try selling or showing me the hood pacc. Understood I was looking for specific items And found then right away. Will definitely be returning and recommend to anyone in the area.

I felt like a kid in a candy store! Beautiful place, friendly, knowledgeable staff and some very delicious products. I picked up some gummies. Kanha mango are the best tasting edibles I've ever had. There was a good variety of cartridges and I picked up 9 different ones and I am pleased with each and every one. I was curious about the Lemonade Lemon Pepper cart.. hits hard and very smooth. Def recommend. I had an overall good experience and would definitely come back when I'm in Modesto.

Great prices, lots of product and great service is what makes the long drive worth it!The line does get long but that's what happens when you have a really nice business.Highly recommended!

They vette you first to make sure there's no stolen valor going on. The fact they even have to do that is a conversation for another page. They give you a card showing you're a US Vet and they say "Thank you for your service!" each time you come in. I feel a gripping on my heart each time I hear that. So in the end, it's not the 10% discount I receive that brings me back. It's what it means when an organization takes the time and makes the effort to say "Thank you for your service!" that brings me back. ❤️
