I walked in to the store earlier today with an ID that is not a very good ID card. They turned me away, and I told them that I would go to XG platinum on sixth Avenue instead. The gentleman at the counter then proceeded to inform me that XG platinum closed it's doors two weeks ago having been purchased by natures herbs and wellness. I proceeded to go to XG platinum anyway, and discovered that they were not purchased by natures herbs and wellness, and that they are in fact still open. They also took my ID, and provided me with excellent service. To the gentleman at the front counter, you should be careful when you slander businesses in the future. You know who you are. I just moved here with the intent to attend college, while I am here in Greeley, I will make it my mission to deter anybody I meet from buying products at this location. This is a store that is willing to lie for competition purposes even to people that they refuse to serve. Terrible customer relationship building skills.

Found smokeys while looking for a different place, came in here instead. Great service; I was helped very quickly ! The place was kind of crowded but everyone was getting attended to. They had all kinds of cool products as well as many different strains . I recommend !

Pretty terrible price point on just about everything in here. This place is a complete rip off.

Prices were high, staff was friendly but not very efficient. Sorry to give this review, but I feel the public deserves to know. I came to Smokey,s 420 BECAUSE they had 4 stars on Yelp but I don't understand why. I'm sad to say there are other dispensaries close by with lower reviews that provide better service and a wider variety of products!

Was looking for a recreational pot shop on way back from from traveling to Colorado and chose this one. I was a little discouraged and concerned from the reviews I read but this place is super helpful, professional, and very quick in and out. The staff were pretty personably and down to earth which I enjoyed. It's a lot better than the reviews I read. Hope more people can get past that.

I just moved to Greeley and I went to this place cause it had what seemed to be better reviews than the other places, and I can't understand why!! I came in and handed my almost brand new ID to the lady behind counter, and she proceeds to ask me a line of questions as to prove it was me, and then proceeded to hand my ID to her coworker who asks me more questions. And when they finally believe my government issued ID proceed to ask if I had an online order I said no I'm new to the area I'm just dropping in to grab some bud. Sits me at a computer while the other ppl who came in behind me weren't questioned AT ALL and went straight to a bud tender!! As a bud tender in this industry I have to say this was the worst service I have ever received from a dispo! Also they have nothing but low testing bud and maybe two strains on either REC and medical!! And they are way overpriced for the bud they produce and sell!! Will not be returning and would encourage other ppl to not waste their time and look at the other dispos in the area!!

I absolutely love love love this place. Their staff is always amazing and helpful!! If I ever have an issue with a product they make it right and then some! They might be a little higher than some other local places but totally worth it. I have gone to all the other shops in town and didn't return after the first visit. One smells like mold and they treat you like your getting ready for lock up just gettin in. If you value high quality products and amazing service over the bang for your buck go to Smokey's 420!!

I have been a loyal customer for three years. I love Smokey's, but I don't love their treatment of employees. Why has Garden City been understaffed for 48 hours? Surely management could do something? I mean REALLY.I just got my med card, but am now uncertain that I want Smokies to be my caregiver. Is your business model real? If it is, consider treating the employees with a little more respect. Such a bummer.

This dispensary seems less commercial and more friendly than the others in Garden City. They were welcoming and knowledgeable.

Not my favorite. Top shelf products but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with uneducated bud tenders on a power trip. The chubby stoner dude in the back is great!!! The short haired brunette girl in the front was uneducated and rude. The covid restrictions are redundant. That girl needs to understand cannabis production in order to help me with my needs.. overall I was asked to leave for suggesting a more knowledgeable bud tender help me... If she wants to sell bud she should know the difference in production and be eager to learn more so she can do her job. Very poorly done. Horrible customer service.
