I live in the San Luis Valley (southern Colorado) and travel north to Nature's Herbs and Wellness for MMJ CBD Meds. I've shopped in Alamosa, Walsenburg,Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Denver. No other dispensary has been able to provide my wife that suffers from Chronic Pain & Fibromyalgia the same awesome products. I also suffer from Chronic Pain & PTSDS and also love their products. Their staff is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are  the best out there considering they offer the best top quality products available. If you've never visited...you're missing out. Its great when you have the help finding products that enhance your daily life.

I picked up a Pat Pen cartridge from them and it didn't work. E-mailed to ask if I could exchange it for one that did work (mine is still full, non-functional) and found that they don't respond. Hoped that they would respond within a week, did not. Customer service page needs to be looked at or revamped. :(

They like to still from you, I had 50$ in points but when i  went to spe nd it all the sudden its gone.  Will not be going back untill its fixed.  Waste of time and money ,cheats

Best dispensary in NoCo! Outstanding selection of products at very affordable prices, on both med as well as rec. Well-lit inside and out, very friendly and professional staff, plenty of parking and easy to find. I have been to all three stores and they are all great.

Used to love this place, but the owner is scamming medical patients out of deals they've offered as long as I've been going there. I'm in almost every week, and suddenly this week I couldn't get my $80 ounce any more without any warning. They said they put up signs, but I never saw any and it was never called to my attention by any bud tender. To top it off, they were only offering one top ("bomb") shelf bud and it looked awful. I've had previous visits as well where they have had ZERO TO ONE types of weed available total in the shop, and they're always charging their top shelf price, regardless of quality. I've let a lot of it go, but taking away a membership benefit that was offered since sign up, ESPECIALLY on the med side where people depend on this for chronic pain relief, etc. seems like a shotty business practice that I no longer want to feed money into. I will most definitely be moving to a different center of choice.

As far as dispensaries go in Greeley, this is the best one...They have a good loyalty/points system. You get 10% of your purchase back I believe. The Bomb/Top shelf is usually all good stuff...They usually have decent specials thru out the week!

This place is dope if your in the Greeley area. Live well is more uptight and packed all the time . If u go the extra 5 min outta your way u get better service, better prices, better bud. The staff is hella chill and there spin the will is dope. Don't take my word for it just pop in!

As a first timer, we carefully selected this center after a lot of research and were still a little nervous.... Well, as soon as we entered and were introduced to the "man at the window" as first-timers , all nerves went away. The people there alone are awesome and so friendly. Ashley, our bud tender, really knew her stuff and really listened to our needs when going through the selection process. She was right on too with her choices!The atmosphere is very relaxed and classy and the prices are far cheaper than other advertised centers . They have daily specials that are just great and I suggest you pick up a copy of the GangaGazette (they had some at each counter) because they have coupons for pretty much any time of product; the prices on their flower products are just crazy for the quality . The Bomb shelf products are exactly that and definitely worth trying !

Being from out of state this was the first dispensary I've been too so I wasn't sure what to expect. Reviews said the others in town had long waits, this one took a minute to check in, and then went into the store. The woman at the counter who helped us was very helpful and friendly, we weren't looking for anything specific so just got what she recommended (but if you are looking for something specific they seemed to have a huge selection) Also got some chocolate chip cookies which were amazing. Prices were great! Would definitely stop by if I'm ever around again!

Meh... nothing to write home to mom about. The flower wasn't anything special. Got a 1/4 of their top shelf that their budtender said tested out at 35%, and I It didn't really hit that hard or taste that great. Definitely was over priced.

I've had my medical card for over five years and I've given this place a dozen of tries. Everytime I leave disappointed and angry that I ever wasted my money. There in house product is disgusting, the high, taste, and look for the most part. All of their concentrates that are not in house are double, to triple the price I get it for in Denver. It's disgusting that they overcharge that much because they are one of the only dispensaries around.Don't smoke their bud either!!! Gross. I got a $1 pre roll and threw it away after one puff. I looked through there bud too and it was nothing I would smoke. There bud tenders and clueless and each time give me different pricing and ring me out different pricing. They have no clue what solvent-less product is. I can't make this up! Please shop somewhere else !

My nephew is up visiting from Chicago and I decided to take him to this dispensary, having been here before and seeing the amazing stains that they had. Well I drove up from Fort Collins which it's about 45 miles from this dispensary. I walk in and I'm greeted kindly again by a young lady wearing a nasa button up, she checked my ID and happily sent me into my bud tender. Marilyn in the other hand seemed to be in a highly negative mood. I asked about the Cookies brand products in which she said they had one of their strains but it was in a different packaging. I replied that the last time I was there they had "lemon pepper and cake mix" which she said cake mix at the same time I did. She replies "yeah I bought the last bag of cake mix" all snidely. I was like "ok then well..." my nephew walks in and I tell him "aye they don't have those cookies brands we wanted." Marilyn says "um we have (whatever strain I wasn't looking for) so we do have the COOKIES BRAND!." I'm like "ok then uh yeah we were looking for specific ones and I'm just telling him." Well I say softly "man I don't think I'll buy anything she kinda has a bad attitude." Well apparently she heard me cause she screams "WELL YOU CAN GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!" Ok then not quite sure what I did so I walked out and waited for my nephew and decided to talk to the manager. I can't remember her name, but I start telling her my story. Marilyn walks up and stands there trying to intimidate me so I say "not really sure why she's here but" "CAUSE IM NOT GONNA LET YOU TALK SHIT TO MY MANAGERS!" She screams. Now I don't know what in Jerry Springer is going on here but she is acting like this was a street drug deal lol as if she were going to come from around the corner and try to get crazy lol so this further proves my point that this unprofessional rude and overly aggressive person should not be in a profession that involves customer service. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS DISPENSARY!! Not only did I pay for gas to get there I would've spent money on their gas too! I wanted a 1/4 but all I left with was a 1/4 of a tank less and no herb  High Plainz took care of us tho! attitude." Everyone here which are all girls everytime I go in are Always SOOO nice and helpful. I actually just found this place because I was in this City. They havve good specials, great prices and I love the spin the wheel day.  I have only been on the Med side, so i can't speak for the rec.

This place is absolute shit. The employees are unprofessional and butt into their customer's conversations, argue, and even SHOVE their customers out of the way to get through. The quality of the weed has also completely went to hell. Nowadays there's nothing but stems and the product burns too fast. Overall a TERRIBLE place to get weed. If you're in need, go to Smokeys. Better service AND an amazing high

Little bit of customer service goes a long way, "Holly" offering a zero star experience while on the phone speaking to customers/patients. Nothing says "shop with us" like a raspy attitude within the first hour of being open! Why have an attitude? Who crapped in your cereal? Have you had a cup of coffee? Need to rip yer vape? I got CBD toilet paper for you to calm that ass down. It's Weld County and you're giving it an even worse name by acting like you don't want to help a patient over the phone. Next time let someone else answer the phone. Rude af.

This is only my 3rd time in, and my first experience at a dispensary so cannot compare to others. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Today I dealt with Joanie and she helped with suggestions for what I was looking for as well as offered me happy hour specials. She wasn't pushy at all and was very patient with me. Makes a difference when a customer can feel welcomed rather than feeling like a bother, especially with questions regarding products and accessories! I will definitely continue to shop there. Great place, clean and well organized. Product was well stocked and overall had a great experience!

Absolutely love this place hardly ever a line! I have had my medical card for over 7 years and this is my must stop shop. Anything from flower to concentrates to edibles. This is place where I love to ask questions because there always very knowledgable. Its pretty cool that they have daily deals so I always hit a sale!

I've been coming here since moving back to Colorado, they have great prices and selection. The staff on the other hand is always either hit or miss sometimes you get people who love their jobs and are willing to help you and other times you get extremely rude bud tenders who don't seem like they want to be there or helping you is an inconvenience to them. I usually don't write reviews but this experience tonight was horrendous. Came in looking to buy up to 8g of wax was told over the phone that's fine, the bud tender (nameless for privacy) did get my wax then told me (no visible signs or wording about the specials being limited other than the state law) we can't sell you that much because other people get mad. I am speaking to to the FTC about their false advertisements.

The best dispensary in the area, no doubt. I've been a regular there for years now. Short wait times, if any. Great products. The staff are all extremely friendly and efficient. I always leave satisfied with my visit.

Call ahead to get the list of deals they have. Beat the prices at the corporate places and receive loyalty points for every dollar spent in-store. Get wax, live extracts, flower, new equipment for your smoke room and don't forget to get your "My money grows on trees!" Apparel. Atm located in bud room in case ya need to get a few more dollars so that the lovely people working the counter can earn those tips for knowing what will get your head changed.
