At first they seem grate then all the points you saved vanish then they tell you there's nothing they can do they don't see it.       Just go to livwell

No waite time.  Lots of friendly n knowledgable staff.   Great variety of products.    Only downside......cash only!

Cheats give you your  points then when u go to use it they take them. Weed is bad mostly seeds and syems.  I tried to let them fix before posting but they don't want to do it so.

I was in your store today and was helped beyond my expectations. The bud tender (whom I believe was Brandon who helped me) was incredibly knowledgeable in all of the products that your store sells, and had a great conversation with him. He was the most knowledgeable person about dabs that I've ever met in a dispensary. I will absolutely be returning to your store and continue my business with you guys. I just purchase a 2 pat pens here. I was told if either of them don't work to bring them back within 24 hours to exchange them. I got home and tested them both and one did not work. I immediately returned to the store to exchange it and was told by the manager there that it couldn't be exchanged because it "sounds"like it works fine. This place just ripped me off and I would say they don't deserve your business. I definitely will not be going back.

Kinda funny how last week I was able to buy marijuana there with my Arizona ID which does not have an expiration date but today I'm not allowed to I called management and he just did not care and he blamed it on the front desk person it is a lie it is b******* so now you've lost my business forever.   great job. Maybe I'll just copy last week's receipt along with my ID and mail that to the authorities

The Owner is truly one of the worst people to ever walk on this planet. He treats his employees extremely terrible, from cussing at them to making them feel really miserable. Ive heard numerous negative comments from him to his employees while shopping. Funding his business will only allow this man to continue to treat others like they mean nothing. The product is terrible! You can taste the chemicals in the weed even tho they continue to deny they are organic. The specials are a joke. Only reason I was going there was due to the staff's positive moral and customer service. Now I'll be shopping at smokeys or livewell at least their product is decent. I do not recommend this place. Seems like their staff would rather be in the parking lot getting high then actually doing work to better the company. Their security is a joke! I saw one outside picking up trash and counting the birds instead of actually paying attention to the traffic. This place has really gone down hill the last couple years. From having managers that have no clue what they are talking about to hiring prostitutes. Greeley isn't too big to know they type of people they attract. Not to mention the rumors of adulty shame on you Mr Rotherham!

Terrible service. Wouldn't take my id because it had a small crack went down the street had no problem. Good thing the product was way better down the street any ways.

if i weren't already standing in line for so long to get in, i would have left right after interacting with the woman with green hair behind the desk. she was SOO RUDE!! the woman in front of me was deaf and she kept yelling at her husband to back away.. he was only trying to interpret the rules to his wife. and then when i got to the desk she had a terrible attitude with me too. i was really disappointed with the customer service. just because you're miserable doesn't give you the right to treat people badly. it was our first time in there and we felt so awkward. never returning.

This place is one of the worst retail experiences ever! They did their best to make me feel like a criminal. Not one person my wife or I encountered was respectful or even the least bit friendly. I know they have many rules and regulations they contend with but maybe they should try explaining the rules instead of threatening us to be thrown out. Lost two more customers with their unacceptable customer service!!!

Great selection, customer service and prices. They have a loyal customers club you can join to receive extra discounts. On Wednesdays, They also have a wheel to spin that offers extra discounts and free goodies. I will be back for years to come!

Absolutely love this place hardly ever a line! I have had my medical card for over 7 years and this is my must stop shop. Anything from flower to concentrates to edibles. This is place where I love to ask questions because there always very knowledgable. Its pretty cool that they have daily deals so I always hit a sale!

I've been coming here since moving back to Colorado, they have great prices and selection. The staff on the other hand is always either hit or miss sometimes you get people who love their jobs and are willing to help you and other times you get extremely rude bud tenders who don't seem like they want to be there or helping you is an inconvenience to them. I usually don't write reviews but this experience tonight was horrendous. Came in looking to buy up to 8g of wax was told over the phone that's fine, the bud tender (nameless for privacy) did get my wax then told me (no visible signs or wording about the specials being limited other than the state law) we can't sell you that much because other people get mad. I am speaking to to the FTC about their false advertisements.

The best dispensary in the area, no doubt. I've been a regular there for years now. Short wait times, if any. Great products. The staff are all extremely friendly and efficient. I always leave satisfied with my visit.

Call ahead to get the list of deals they have. Beat the prices at the corporate places and receive loyalty points for every dollar spent in-store. Get wax, live extracts, flower, new equipment for your smoke room and don't forget to get your "My money grows on trees!" Apparel. Atm located in bud room in case ya need to get a few more dollars so that the lovely people working the counter can earn those tips for knowing what will get your head changed.
