Go, you won't regret. I loved the pineapple express. It energized me!!!! Friendly workers. Will go again next time I'm in Anchorage.
I went in there on the 19th and the staff were knowledgeable and had very excellent service. Also the waiting process was very streamlined and efficient. The prices though... We're hellacious and there product was sub par. The guy expressed they are eventually going to have competitive market prices, but as of now I'd rather not pay 24 dollars for a gram.
Today was my first time ever buying flower in a store and I have to say it's not all what its made out to be.....I got a pre rolled joint that I had to unroll and re roll myself because it was too tight and didn't taste very good.....however the staff was really nice!!!!
Shopped with these guys regularly for over 2 years and they were almost always in stock. The prices have gotten a lot better, but the customer service has been A1 since Day 1. They have no problem discussing strains and CBD and all the benefits. Very educational if you ask.
Legal weed is finally here! The prices at fireweed seem a bit high, but then again, I haven't bought weed in like 15 years. (Not to mention the taxes and whatnot that I'm sure they have to include in their overhead). That said, the people were super kind and helpful, and the product was outstanding. If you're like me and it's been a long time since you've smoked, do yourself a favor and take it easy...like...REALLY easy. The Pineapple Express is a one hitter quitter for me (6'3" 300 lbs. man), and it gets me right where I want to be. The White Widow gave me some paranoia, but 1) I smoked too much and 2) the folks that worked at Fireweed warned me it was likely to happen. The business is cash only, but they have an ATM in the store. Other than that, what can I say? You want pot? They got pot...dank, stinky, LEGAL pot. Cheers!
The herb is average to good. Service is good. The packages are sealed and handed to you after purchasing in a child proof bag. Unlike there competition they do not scan your ID in to a data base. They just check the age.I hope more competition brings down the prices.
I went in on Sunday, twice. Each time they explained everything and didn't make me feel dumb for not being a professional smoker. They also recommended the place down the street for edibles to try. All in all on thought their selection was better and their prices. Hence, going back a second time.
Stopped here for some snacks when visiting. Dude behind the counter was pretty busy but still took the time to answer some questions. Knew his stuff, professional and cool to talk to. Great gummies n flower and reasonable prices.
I was looking for CBD oil. People were kind and directed me a few selections and instructions. Thanks.
Good service. Twice the cost of California. 75 for a 1/2 gram cartridge. Cali its 40. Highest here was 75% THC In Cali its 93% THC.
Prices on flower are Comparable to my home State'$. How ever, I walked in expecting to buy a small dab rig and all things needed to do dabs for the week. And 1 gram of wax or shatter is $100....... Bought a gram of flower and a couple joints. I will dab back home for $13 a gram
So i can't comment on quality since i don't partake of cannabis products, but i am very intrigued by how the whole legalization process has unfolded. So I've made it my business to scope out all the shops in town. This one is by far, the most pleasant overall. The folks at the door checking IDs are nice. Even though they're the muscle, they were friendly. They also don't usw those sketchy "big brother is watching" ID scanners. The interior is nice. Lighting is very mellow. Really super nice display cases with explanations and clearly displayed prices. They are also selling photogtaphy and some clever clothing Prices were on par or less than other places in town. They had a about the same amount of smokable varieties than Dankorage, but more TYPES of products that the other places in Anchorage. They even has some kind of frozen edibles, kinda novel. Place seems the most legit and together, but again, can't comment on their products. This is where i would send anyone who asked for a recommendation.
Great store in Alaska We went to a few dispensaries to see how this state oversees The marijuana business way up northwestStaff were fun and friendly and informative
What I love about the yoga teachers of The Yoga Collective AK is their accommodations they make for my arthritis and limited range of motion. I go to Gentle Yoga weekly and find it very restorative.
The instructors are competent, friendly and make yoga accessible to all. The studio has a lovely feel. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and I have found a yoga home here!
If you are looking for superbly trained teachers in an intimate, safe quiet and positive setting...come join the Yoga Collective's wide range of classes. I always leave feeling so much more integrated and calm and satisfied. Anchorage is so lucky to have this level of exceptional yoga offerings.
The Yoga Collective is an amazing yoga community that makes yoga accessible for every body. The instructors are highly skilled and committed to their students. Through the use of props and modifications everyone can grow in their practice at their own pace. The studio is welcoming and in a great location.
This place is great! I love the instructors ... They offer multiple dimensions to what they teach, always offering different ways to perform a pose so that I get the most out of it for what my body can do that day. I also like the open discussions on yoga philosophy and how it can inform my daily intentions .
