Super friendly knowledgeable staff. Takes the time to explain different products. Didn't feel rushed.

Love this Mom and Pop store since it opened. Very helpful and caring staff. Awesome specials and amazing products. They just expanded their store and I was amazed!

I see a few reviews that describe this place as mom & pop. While I wholeheartedly believe in supporting local businesses, I refuse to frequent any organization that blatantly trashes the rights of laborers. The management of this store fired a member of their staff after they gave 1.5 months of notice for their intent to resign. They don't want to pay someone who isn't dedicated to "advancing with their company". Give me a break. This is an entry-level job and the owners of this organization make a profit off of the labor that the staff provides. While the owners may have strength in branding, that does not say anything about their ability to be good managers, make ethically informed decisions, or avoid being exploitative. I suspect that I'll get a response that points out that Washington is an at-will state. Shame on any employer who justifies any decision of this nature behind a law that is built on exploitation. Trippy Hippie will not be receiving any support from me and I will make sure to share their unfair labor practices with anyone who brings them up in conversation.

Best selection and prices in town, but they always run out of my favorite brands and take forever to restock. If you know there’s a consistent demand why wouldn’t you order your products on time? Why make customers wait weeks or go to other stores?

I had a wonderful experience at this fine establishment today! Thanks to the very kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic souls that work here. They even took extra precautions and brought out a chair for me, as I am Immunocompromised! They also have an excellent selection and some of the best prices on tinctures
