Another bad experience with the same person. How many times does a person have to confirm not only what they want but what was given and still lied to. The FACT that the request for something specific was made and confirmed more than 3 times and still done completely wrong and on more than one occasion, is terrible. And now because of the believed confirmation I'm out what was expected even after returning to the store for clarification. I stated what wanted the person said back what I wanted and gave me something more expensive and not what I had agreed with her about. I did clarify and funny they new exactly what I was talking about. Your response is denial of poor service and a showing of lack of responsibility.
