I love this store. The budtenders are friendly, which you think would be common at a pot shop but you'd be surprised how many snootty/ grumpy tenders there are. They have great product on any kind of budget and their discount program rocks. 20/20 is my "go to" place.

Very nice and professional people here but one thing that I'm really getting tired of is that they say that if I'm not satisfied with something that to bring it back and it can be exchanged for something else or in some way satisfy the customer. Today I brought in an item and a lie was told to me that I had already been given four or five of the same item which is totally untrue only once did I get a new one for one that did not work. That is totally unprofessional without looking at my account, I don't feel I will be returning to the store againI don't feel I will be returning to the store again
