Usually get good service. However for whatever reason there is this blonde that worked at 4pm (3/1/21) and every single time she helps me she has an attitude. If you ask her how she is or give her any type of pleasentry she doesn't answer. Just flat out ignores. Not really sure what the deal is with that.

My favorite 2020 store in Bellingham! All 2020 stores are amazing and have super friendly and knowledgeable staff but pacific highway exceeds in customer service thanks to Shawn! He will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and satisfied with your sale. Totally recommended.

Riley is my go to person. Very helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Super customer service, knows the product, overall a great shopping experience.

I was very surprised by the excellent service, products and employee willingness to help my wife and me. The employee who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I obtained the best product available for a good price. Additionally, I was surprised this store had just as many items and deals, as my favorite medical marijuana store Zips Cannabis on 72nd st. in Tacoma. It's seriously making me think of switching from Zips Cannabis whom I have purchased from exclusively for years. I give this store 5 stars.

I began coming to this location regularly after another location up and moved out of my area. (Miss ya Pablo). I have always been pleased with the selection and service provided. Big shout out to Eric Fitz. Eric has helped me out many times and surely knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about.
