Bought dry herb pen for 40$ it was defective. Was told no refunds/returns/exchanges. Problem was eventually resolved (user error had to rapid click 5 times to turn on but no written instructions) however I will not be coming here again. Too many dispensaries in Oklahoma to bother with one that obviously doesn't care about its customers!

Good selections of many products. Flower that is available the nugs were very dry, adding humidity packs by the Store would be a big help. Dry hard buds turn to dust when they're put in grinder for use!!!!
