First time visiting and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been to other dispensaries, the staff here is very friendly and informative. I will go again. Update: My 2nd visit, I went in to purchase some pre-rolls. I walked out a happy customer. These guys just make you feel very comfortable.

They were extremely helpful and offer all kinds of discounts.

Disclaimer!!!!! I was in a bind and only had change on me! The dispensary was well lit and bright. The interior was clean and orderly. I was promptly greeted by staff and Was asked for my phone number so I could receive loyalty points. While the receptionist checked me in I was allowed to begin browsing their fantastic stock of flower and other wonderful items. I was in looking for a pre roll and feeling very embarrassed and annoyed with myself that I would have to pay in change. I expected the staff to give me poor service as I had announced that I was going to pay in change upon entering the dispensary. However, they were FANTASTIC! They were very kind and compassionate and assisted me in finding some good medicine to help me sleep. After talking about cannabis and culture for a few minutes I was checked out. I was given a discount and my bag was waiting at the register. They even gave me some extras and swag! All in all I will definitely make this my usual dispensary because of the top notch service and the beautiful selection of buds that they had to offer. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend this knowledgeable staff to anyone!

Not a bad little dispensary. Customer service was on point and there was nothing awkward about their delivery or shares tactics. If your bargain shopping there are a lot of dispensaries that would better for your needs. Keep in mind though, you get what you pay for. I don't get the vibe that this dispensary is in the game to make a quick Buick. But I don't necessarily feel the same type of medical care that I've experienced at other dispensaries. That's a very hard quality to meet though because everyone is different in their definition of customer service. Keep on doing what you are doing though Elemental Progress. You're one of the few dispensaries in Yukon that is on the right track.
