I don't usually leave reviews but this place is awesome. The staff makes you feel like you're at home and they have by far the best quality. I've been to a lot of dispensaries and this one is probably my favorite. Definitely recommend!!

I absolutely love love love the patient station !! Very very friendly staff and lovely ladies that work there I mean every time I go in I always feel that warm cozy welcome it feels like family . We always start talking about our days there also always focused on my needs and what I am looking for . I always have a hard time deciding so usually the girls will say okay what kind of day you having what you looking to spend . and my experience I've always been in and out I love the deals they always throw out not just any deals I'm talking big gas platinum vapes cannalicious savage . You name it they got it .  The owners are absolutely so nice & even there security staff so nice as well . And even if you are not set up for text messaging from the depo just ask when your there they will set that up for you . And they will also let you know when you walk in . The girls absolutely know there brands they can even suggest on taste as well . I moved a bit away and this was and still is my go 2 I have went other places and always find myself coming back . I LOVE THE PATIENT STATION  keep up the good work (oh & I love the fish tank) to sit in a room and see beautiful fish such a plus while waiting .

My husband went yesterday, Labor Day. Prior to showing up, he called to ensure that they were open on the holiday. After making a nearly hour drive, he was told that they would not serve him because he was a new patient and they were too busy to take new patients. I'm sorry, but this is something that should have been mentioned when he called. Two hours wasted. Plus when he asked about pricing on a particular item, they said that they would not tell him unless he was a patient. Never going back. Terrible customer service.

Best customer service. The wait is reasonable if you call ahead or put in your order at the front counter. Prices are great.

Honestly every time I'm here I just grit my teeth and tell myself I'm here for the prices, just trying to remember I'm here for the better priced product. The worst music is playing in here constantly, like a literal gas station would have playing. The wait is insanely long even if only two people are ahead of you because only one person can go back at a time. They literally vacuumed in the tiny waiting room while 3 patients were waiting, more than once in 3 minutes too! What the hell lol.

My only place for meds. They are the best around. I love this place. I joined them when they first opened. Great staff. Great products.

Drive through happiness. You can order ahead. If you want to though you can order once you get there. They have several lines organized to get people in and out as fast as they can.The runners make sure you are taken care of and direct you to where you need to be. They can answer any questions you have and are quick with processing your order and payment. Always accurate.Prices are reasonable. Variety is excellent. Plenty of cartridges for the hubs and edibles for me. They run specials and can make helpful suggestion too. Hard to not like the place.

I ordered some edibles to be delivered this morning. Their website said 25 to 35 minutes for delivery. It was delivered in 15. Pretty fast, in my opinion. Anyway, the driver was not only fast, but he was also very nice and pleasant towards me. I highly recommend this dispensary for your yummy needs. They regularly have sales, too. Try them out. =)

This place is great. Ashley was so helpful and the setup drive through is awesome! Highly recommend; cannot beat the prices. Will definitely visit again.

Very impressed with this place, staff was very helpful and friendly. Quick service, as I ordered on-line. They even called me to inform me about a special they where running.. more product less money... same thing I was ordering..

Great experience. Stopped on my way back to Virginia and picked up some medication. I had not purchased from a Michigan dispensary before. The Patient Station representative walked me through it and helped me make some great selections. Job well done TY. I'll dive back to MI and buy from them until VA opens its dispensaries.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent specials. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff will assist with the front door if you are wheelchair bound but there is a ramp leading to the door ;-) SCORE. Shannon is a great addition to your team! Thanks again for the awesome deals!

I can easily give The Patient Station dispensary a 5 Star rating. Great, knowledgeable and super friendly service. Great selection of products. High quality products. Very fair and competitive pricing. Their website is very user friendly. Online ordering and pick up is convenient, simple and easy. Delivery options are affordable and easy as well. Cool gear.
