I like the pricing and variety. Other than that, there's a lot to be desired. Have gone dozens of times and nearly every time I've had to change my order because they don't have something (or multiple things). I've only been reached out to a couple of times to inform me of this and am usually sitting in a line of cars at the curbside pickup when finally told. Today I made an order at 9:30, just after they opened and had to call them to ask if it was ready. At noon. The budtender I spoke with told me it was. I arrive at the curbside pickup. No one else behind or in front. Give the budtender my card and money. Wait 10-15 min. They come back and guess what? I have to change my order. They said they tried to call me, but I never received one and I JUST called them less than 30 min prior and was told "It is ready.", not "Sorry, we tried calling you. Would you like to pick something else?". On top of all that, the wait times for your order to be fulfilled after you've made it and time spent in the curbside pickup tend to be pretty long. I doubt I'll continue shopping here.

Worst dispensary in the state of Michigan. Menu is never right, customer service is awful and no one has a clue about the products they have. I promise you that there are a dozen better dispensaries within a 20 mile radius that are 100x better . DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Don't come if you have a medical card, recreational patience pay more so they get served first I watched 12 recreational patients go before me and 10 to 15 minutes before them the room completely emptied out of Rec patience before I was seen. While I'm writing this it just happened again after today recreational patient walks right in the door and goes right in for medical patients waiting. Please if your medical do not come here

Such a great place! Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the products. Lots of buds to choose from as well as candy, body oil, pain cream/gel. If you have needs they can set you up. Need something new to smoke out of, they got your back! A big Thumbs up from us! I very much recommend H.O.D!

I started buying four months ago and I tried a number of varieties and came across Garlic Breath. It was good. I liked it. Nice strong high. I called and asked if they had Garlic Breath they said yes. I drove from Cleveland to Detroit. Walked in and was looking at a different strain when a guy walked out of the back and filled one of the empty jars with buds. I looked at the jar and it said Garlic Breath. The first thing I noticed was the buds were really small and light green. I didn’t give it any thought. Paid over $400 for an ounce. The good stuff I bought was big buds and dark green. I guess I should have given it more thought. But you wouldn’t think they’d sell you bogus stuff. But they did. It’s garbage like 97% of their stuff. Really disappointed.
