I really enjoy this place they have a wide variety of products when I go there are usually just get wax but the tree has always been good. Staff is very friendly and helpful only reason I put 4 stars is because I'm a medical patient and usually you don't have to bring in your doctors recommendation and you can bring your ID and your medical card but they wouldn't let me the first time because I had to have that other than that it was great.

Great people (especially Fabiola), great service, and great selection . And there was even a first time 10.00 off

I received an email about Heavy Hitters products showcase for Friday February 22nd in Aptos and was there between the allotted time at 2:45. Unfortunately SCN was out of the products offered in the advertisement. I drove two hours from the valley to attend this showcase and was very disappointed that rain checks or gift cards or something that would make my trip worth while was offered. No such luck. Perhaps next time there will be a plan B after plan A runs out? Bummer!

This place sucks budtenders have no knowledge of the products ! Live reain had dog hair and staff seem to be distracted on there phones

I love this place. Staff is great and knowledgeable. I am a fan of always getting new products which I've never heard off and this is the place to go. Shout out to Maria for helping me last time I was in. Im Not sure why they have a few negative reviews but, I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

I didn't have my scale to verify at time of purchase but the 55$ eight I bought was 2.5, I will not return

Nice that we even have a spot around here. But online I haven't been able to confirm my purchases....so I had to resort to my phone. The clerk admitted the problem two weeks ago...so what's up ? Now...comparing depth of selection in comparison to Aptos....3 to 1....in Aptos favor.

People here were very friendly and helpful.  They even asked me  if I was 1st time customer and so they could offer $10 off.  They are set up for Covid, allowing only a few people in at a time, sanitizer is readily available and mask wearing is required.  I only do edibles since I have asthma and can't smoke, but they had a pretty good selection with a lot of local products.  I ordered online, scheduled a pickup time and received a text to confirm the order was ready.  Also during the month of August all online orders receive 20% off.

I did't expect much when I saw the outside, sort of a busy location and what looked like a dark small building was bright and natural inside! They had a great selection of healthy clones, tasty flower options at different price points and a nice edibles selection. I didn't look at the carts on this trip but will be sure to next time! I am very excited to have found this little gem so close to the Highway 1--AND I just discovered you can take san Juan Rd all the way to 101 ( I could be wrong) but I am so excited about this new location it has me seeking new routes to pajaro so there you go! Also, added bonus it's bilingual if you need that!

I'm new to cannabis and wanted to try topicals for pain. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed!

I love going to Santa Cruz Naturals.  The people are really knowledgeable about products and they are friendly as well as helpful.  I was able to get in and out very quickly and found exactly what i needed.  they have a huge selection of edibles, drinks, flower, wax....you name it.  I love that most is california grown as well.  Highly recommended.  Both locations have the same high standards so going to Aptos or Pajaro really feels the same.

I don't know what the point of an online order is if you're going to end up waiting 20 minutes in line to get your product. Why t f don't they have a designated person dealing with online orders?

This is a wonderful dispensary. Hands down the best. The Aptos store is charming, the receptionists, bright charming waiting room, the friendly cheerful and knowledgeable budtenders, the great products right down to the security guard outside that sings.After checking out several dispensaries in the San Jose/Santa Cruz area. We kept coming back to SCN. Now they have a Watsonville store as well with the same great products and excellent service. They have a senior discount and really great product show cases, and daily markdowns. This is definitely my go to dispensary.

Yes it's a dispensary. You can spend 50 an 8th to get some weed that I used to be able to get for 15. I really see no reason to go here just go buy weed somewhere else

Went there to day.i was always told my points would disappear for life. I was saving them for a rainy day today was that day. I was trying to used some of my points they give u. And my points disappeared i only have 5 dollars of points when i had over 40 to 60 dollars of points. They told me the there system broke and in out of luck they can't do nothing. I'll never go back even dough there prices are high. It was close to home that's why i went there. Know even though i i to drive not to much long i rather put tha money in gas than to go to any one of there locations. U lost i customer. Miguel carrillo

I totally live this place. It is obvious that the counter sales individuals have been well trained in products and customer service.

I've been to numerous dispensaries, but this one by far has been the worst. The security guard needs training. His uniform (ego) had him acting like a prison guard. Someone needs to lure him off his high horse and put him back on his pony. Front desk lady was nice and professional. It took her a while to scan our ID, but no biggie. Guy behind counter lack of knowledge.

Really never had anything bad to say about this place. They were my introduction into the cannabis industry sales side of things, but recently the way upper management is running things is doing nothing but setting the company back from years of hard work and prime customer service. It’s sad to see what used to be a great company turn into what it is today.
