I wish the turn around time for helping customers was faster. Waited in line for 20 plus minutes. Only 5 people head of me...terrible

This was my first visit. The location was easy to find and during the week there was ample street parking. Upon walking in I was not yelled at by the person sitting at the desk to take off my sunglasses like I have been at another local dispensary so KUDOS for that (I have chronic migraines so I'm super sensitive to certain lights). They also have hand sanitizer available at the entrance. The staff here is super chill, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt very comfortable here. The flower products are assorted by price on the shelves so I thought that was really cool. Their edibles; gummies , cookies, and brownies, are behind the register. I checked out the menu online the night before on Weedmaps. I wanted one of the mango products and was bummed to find out it was sold out. They still had the Pink Animal Crackers that I was eyeing and I'm super happy with it.

The cutest dispensary with very welcoming staff!! They assisted my boyfriend who isn't the most knowledgeable about this category and didn't ridicule him at all. They were super chill and I didn't feel overwhelmed like I usually do in other dispensaries because they are just the right size. They are also very prompt if you order online. Thank you Brianna for helping us today we will be back!

No one ever reached out probably because guy never even reached out to Alien labs or intended to do anything about. Honestly I expected this just buy their customer service.

Stopped bye today just to look at another dispensary and although not big the selection was good. I was happy with both selection and price. The young lady who helped me was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. As a business owner I would hire her in a flash. Great personality and easy purchase. Thank you again.

Some of the females bud tenders attitude and customer service is like a fat pile of dog $hit!   If a customer cant preorder when ya close, and is having the same problem when you open and call in because you guys failed to send the verification code twice ya should help them over the phone.  Please do not Instead put the highest least educated female on the phone talking like Beavis and Butthead to solve problem! Thats what gives pot a bad name in the work field! Instead of loving your easy ass job ya ya givjng marijuana in the workplace a bad stereotype. Just cuz you cant handle you high and work efficiently! Remember your money spends everywhere in America and you dont have to shop here!

I love love this place!! The staff are super friendly and helpful and not pushy at all like most dispensaries I've been too. They have a great selection and price. Highly recommend.

Vallejo Relief Center customer service is friendly, helpful, and fast! I had a terrible experience with an employee from another dispensary, all i was asking for was a recommendation. I don't know if she was in a rush or having a bad day, but i told myself I'm not coming here anymore.Then i found VRC, and the rest is history! My first day, i walked in presented my ID was greeted by a very friendly employee by the Name of Breahanna. (Hopefully i spelled her name correctly) She asked questions, had a recommendation for me and made eye contact and smiled!I appreciate the team down at Vallejo Relief Center, they are good people. Highly recommend you go!

Bud was bammer. I didn't want to buy anything but since I waited I felt the need to atleast make a small purchase . Won't be back . Way better shops out there .

Great dispensary with good prices and selection but the staff is very rude and disorganized,A black guy with a Newport sweater and a hat on was very unprofessional and rude idk why is he working there

COVID aside, power tripping rent a guard. Ready to turn a black person into a hashtag. Called a female a hoe. Jay ("Big Boss" yet he's 5'1) big attitude. Disrespectful & y'all should shop at any other club.

The Best place  around, very knowledgeable staff, always very Happy and upbeat. Easy to get to coming from Rodeo and back no hassles. I love it because taxes are included.

Love this place! They always have hard to find ? ? ?‍? strains like that Mac 1 from SOG Army and Sour Apple Haze from Lumpy...I always slide through when I'm in the V! Yeeee

I grow, but the only thing I cant make is good cartridges. They have surplus cartridges for 30 and that's with tax includes. I dare you to find a better deal. I'll wait.

Without a doubt the best dispensary in Vallejo. I could even argue the best dispensary in the Bay area. They have every name brand strain from all the trendy hot companies. They also have a wide assortment of budget-friendly high THC strains. The bartenders are the best, they are friendly and highly knowledgeable. Whenever any of my friends comes to the Bay this is the first shop we go to. I highly recommend Vallejo relief Center

This place looks like it’s going to be really small outside but when you walk in it’s so nice! I had this awesome girl named Brianna help me and choose an eighth for me and it was the perfect strain exactly what I wanted! I get nervous going to new clubs but this was one of my best experiences so thank you guys ❤️
