everytime i've visited this Cannabis Club the weed quality was very bad. even gave me a head ache! i asked the workers both times i visited for suggestions, and me saying i have no price range was i shown the cheaper bud and believe me taking their word was. big mistake!

I placed an order online for delivery.  An hour later, there is no status update.  I call and ask about it and the person just gave me a bunch of excuses and it sounded like they wanted me to feel bad for them? They said they didnt have anything in stock because of a raid yesterday and that they didn't have any drivers anyway...Okay, so maybe the manager should be on top of what goes on online so you don't have a hundred customers wondering where their orders are? Huge waste of my time and also extremely bad for my anxiety, which is what the products were supposed to be for.

I will not be coming back here!!I went back to work and am being forced to deal with the night and weekend crew.So I tried  delivery, ordered at 7pm on Friday night, received email they got my order so I'm waiting, waiting, I check my email my ordered had been declined no reason why. Of course I check my side nothing wrong, so I call asking what happen now it's around 8:15 I was treated so rudly by whomever answered the phone she was not able to answer me why order was declined, Ok so I think let's try this again by this time it's 9:30 I know they are closed but dumb me. I set up my order for delivery 8-10 on Saturday. I get a call at 10 telling me they don't have some of the thingsi ordered so I picked others. Now it is 11:15 still no delivery, I have to leave home by 12, whole point of delivery.  No, I had to turn into a curb.pick up nightmare in itself. Put it this way it is now 12:15 Saturday, I just got my order.This is only one of the reason I will not be coming back to night and weekend in crew.Needless to say I lost out on Friday Pre-roll discount...I'm Done

Please put a mask on your security guards.You espouse to be a health/medical supplier, so why the hell would you have clients' (many who are likely medically compromised) first line of contact put them at risk during a pandemic?I noticed no mask on the guard whom you have to interact with to gain entrance yesterday and drove by again today--no mask. Just wanted to drop a compliment to Victoria and her knowledge in regards to VHHC.  One of the reasons that I give high regards to VHHC and their attention to the business is the attention of their employees. Victoria is a great example, she is very professional, knows her product and treats the customers in a way that they feel good about their purchase. Just want to say Thanks...

Omg, I can't believe what just happen to me today. I spent over $1,000 here. Ryan, the Manager, is a rude, disrespectful, hateful person. They made him a manager, and you could tell he hates his job, and he takes it out on the customers. Ryan will not allow me to talk to his supervisor. I tried to place express order today because the line is long. After all, all the employees quit weekly because the company is just terrible only thing good about the company is they have a good variety of cannabis. DONT COME HERE if you have to dealwith Ryan's nasty attitude. He's lazy, doesn't want to look for the stuff you want to buy, AND LIED ABOUT 1,000-milligram weed syrup; Ryan Lied said that it's illegal and they do not sell that anymore but guess what I bought it two weeks ago. The lies they tell. THEY HAVE SEVERAL CANNABIS CLUBS IN VALLEJO. Fuck, Ryan, and the company!

The two ladies on the right were so nice! But security doesn't know how to use passports?? So I waited 10 minutes to try to get in. And he still decided to create a profile for a new guest like I wasn't new as well and standing there?? The fact he managed to check in because a ID is faster?? What a joke. He managed to check in 8 guest as he had me on the side. It's too hot for this whack ass shop. Don't go in if you have a passport.

With all that is going on ya girl needs some edibles during these unprecedented times.  They have a large variety of items at decent prices.  They have daily specials and a gift for first time visitors.  Victor was super friendly and provided excellent service.  Unlike some budtenders, they are patient and I didn't feel rushed.

Will not be returning here ever!  My first time ordering from here only because I seen they had vegan/sugarless gummies.  You have to spend at least $100 to get  free delivery.  So I ordered 4 bags tried taking 2 didn't feel anything. Took another one.  Nothing.     Tried again the next day. This time took 3. Waited..4 hours later nothing so I took another 2 waited.... Nothing....  What a waste of money!   So I reached out to the company and they said sorry about that. There's nothing they could do about it I asked if they could exchange the unopened ones they said no.... I will never waste my money again at your place ever again!  Shame on you for selling something that doesn't even work! And shame on you for not working with your customers!   All I can say is KARMA! WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND...

Went here for the first time the other day. I usually stop but HWY29 because it's closer to my house but my friend wanted to show me VHHC. So when we got in, I was pretty shocked at how big the store is! There's product all along the walls. There was a line but the line went by long so it wasn't too bad. I didn't get the name of the bud tender who helped me but she was really helpful and I didn't feel ripped off for the product I bought! My tolerance is pretty high so I'm always looking for concentrates that make me feel like a one hit wonder and the bud tender did not disappoint with the wax she recommended to me! Although it is out of the way for me, I'm def going to come back for concentrates.

Very poor customer service.  Manager did not return calls.  Bought $100+ in clones, all we're moldy, and they said even with a receipt, they would not refund our money.  Trash can was full of moldy plants.  Husband witnessed a whole rack of moldy plants, in the same location as the ones they were selling.  Had to buy all new ones at a different location.

A steady decline in customer service has me deciding to never return today. Their staff hasn't the first clue about quality customer service. There is far too much local competition for me to settle for VHHC. Their staff doesn't even know how to properly wear a mask. That is particularly disconcerting as people go there to get medicine. I'd suggest going elsewhere is you don't enjoy being frustrated.

Love this dispo so so much! I've been coming here for a few years and they have such an amazing variety of products and such good deals! I love that they carry live plants; I plan on purchasing some of my own as soon as I have my own place lol

NEVER COME HERERat traps/ POOP (i found crusted droppings on my edible package YUCK) moldy aphid infested plants (the fact that you knowingly sell patients sick plants which could cause lung diseases is a shame) not following covid guidelines, unknowledgeable bud tenders an inspector obviously hasn't been checking in on this disaster of a dispensary if you can over charge patients by double not including city taxes then you can most definitely keep up with your establishment -20/10 NEVER COME HERE

I use the delivery service and I'm giving five stars for the amazing service I receive every time from Ashley. She listens, she doesn't rush you and her customer service tops anywhere I have ever been. She is the reason I continue to use their delivery services because she actually takes the time and cares about her patients!! Thank you Ashley! You are amazing!!

Super unhealthy place. To date, I have not seen a retail place this inconsiderate of Covid transmission.There's no hand sanitizer available as you enter, they take your temp coming in but inside, out of 6 clerks waiting on people, 4 were wearing their masks below their noses. I pointed this out to an employee who told me to "just social distance" as she stood 2 feet from my face with her nose exposed. Due to the layout of this store, social distancing is not physically possible. You line up for service in between two counters so personnel walk directly past you along the queue. None of the employees sanitize their hands after adjusting their poorly-fitting masks, then handling the credit cards/cash, then the product. Basically it's a Covid cesspool. You'd think they'd be more aware given the medical patients that need to buy marijuana, like me who has recently finished chemo and am immunocompromised. I pointed out to one employee who spoke to me (long brown hair) that her mask was not covering her nose, to which she launched into a 5 minute rant in front of all the other customers espousing her arguments against masking - telling me I'm at risk of Covid any time I step out of the house so masking doesn't matter, gibing that I had small gaps at the sides of my mask by my ears so I was no better, arguing that the science was weak, etc. all while she continued to idiotically pull her loose mask up over her nose every 20 seconds as she scolded me for daring to ask. (At this point, I attempted to give her a clue by pointing out that she was standing directly next to a display with masks for sale but she openly balked at the suggestion of wearing one that actually fit and went off on me again, inviting me to try my luck at another dispensary). A customer behind me - also a never-masker with his nose uncovered - chimed in, said that science was BS, told me to shut up because he was uncomfortable hearing the matter discussed and called me a cunt. The employee thanked him for his support.

Went here for a couple months randomly between June and sept. Was close to my new place because hpt had closed before they open at vtown farms. Always had horrible customer service every time I went in there and stood in line there would be five six people behind the counter only one person working and everyone else would just stare at you like you're interfering with their talking time I even went in one time as well when they first started opening at 6 a.m. saw the door cracked wasn't sure if they were open and ask somebody inside the door that was sweeping if they were he looked at me and security guard and they both laughed and said what do you think we keep the door open for no reason everything's a big joke to these guys here and they don't care about helping people would not recommend v-town Farms is way better started going there in the beginning of September do not regret it everyone is always so kind there would recommend that over vhhc don't bother with vhhc they don't care about helping anyone only met a few people at vhhc who actually were really kind so I'm excluding those people from this review

Friendly, good deals and a huge inventory! With most dispensaries closed today (New Years day) we stumbled across this place after a bit of research. I was very surprised by their huge selection and got a way better deal than I was expecting. The woman who helped me was friendly and had a great energy despite being so busy. Def my new proffered pickup spot!

Fuck this place the fucking lady Victoria hung up in my face like 3 time and would not give me any info she was being very rude and unprofessional would not come here if it was the last club in Vallejo

Wierd night tonight.  The guy rings up my order and I ask about my military discount. He says we do not give discounts on discounted zips which is BS because I have gotten a a discount everytime I have bought one. Then he tells me that the discount does not apply to carts, which is more BS. Not sure if this supervisor is new, but like I said. Total BS!!!!!!!

Called on the phone and asked for clones. They said yes we do. We took the 45 min drive there. When we got there everyone has to show id and place an order. After you place your order everyone waits in the parking lot for orders to come out. I paid and the budtender/security guard and he brought me a receipt. Without giving me a chance to choose or see the plants he brings them out to us in a box. Something seemed funny. As we looked into the box is was very apparent that there was mold in the soil. Than we quickly seen they also had spider mites. These plants were not handled in a professional setting nor do the people that work here know what to look for. I asked for our money back and the manager basically told me to f*ck off in her own condescending way. Out of $300 and an hour and a half drive. If you're looking for clones this is not a good place

I was in a couple of days ago and wanted a new disposable pen. I brought my old one in and showed the kid at the counter the old one as to make no mistake. He promptly brought out two varieties, I chose one and was on my way home. Upon getting home I realized he sold me a cartridge that needed a battery. I just returned to see what could be done here. The girl at the counter said oh you need a battery and their only 25 bucks. I told her my story and she simply replied " I wasn't there man" long story short, the reps don't know their products and the store will not allow their employees to admit fault. I went in wanting to spend 40 bucks, 100 bucks later... the worst service

Pricing is about 40% higher than most people around. I think I will shop elsewhere next time.

They are ALWAYS kind and give GREAT advice. Everyone that works there help you with everything. I'm shocked not to see 5 stars. Everyone there is so helpful with your specific needs.

I have given this facility more than one chance, As a senior and medical cannabis patient this facility isn't patient friendly  they have a lot of staff walking around however the process is chaotic for a senior who is also disabled  I experienced politeness from security but the service received from untrained personnel caused my PTSD to flare up  I will not return

I've been here a few times before Covid and it's a pretty decent shop. However, I'm currently writing this review from the opening line during Covid. I've been waiting for 25min and despite 5 or so employees here there's only one register open and about 20 customers lined up inside waiting. I'm not sure why employees are busy doing tasks (ie stocking registers) that could of presumably been done before opening and having people lined up. It's a shame because my experience started out well with temperature check and hand sanitizer at the front door but the line with only one register open is just dangerous for no other reason than not being prepared for the start of the day. I won't be coming back.

They charge MORE THAN DOUBLE what other clubs in the area charge.   Seriously disappointed by the service I got here and will recommend all my family and friends shop else where.

There are some connecting souls here. They do not seem to stay long however. I see new faces working the counter often. One familiar face I am fond of seeing was Onyx. Had an enjoyable interaction with him today to where we were able to be on the same page in sync with one another. I hope he does well and hope he sees this for some encouragement. People with personalities like this def should be paid wages different from the average Joe based off of wanting to keep him. He is a outlier. A picture that should be praised about someone.

Recently VHHS merged with the company I had been working with called Cannafly. Cannafly was great and always prompt and easy to work with. This transition into VHHS, however, seems to be going a bit rough.When I called to make the order, I was told they'd call me back with the price of my order. Weird, but okay. 15 minutes later I called them back to check in, they said they weren't sure when I'd be called with the total, but they'd check on that for me. 15 minutes later, I got a call from a different person who confirmed my order was on the way. I told him I hadn't been given the price of my order yet. He said he'd call back with the price for me...(I can't even describe how awkward this was starting to feel for everyone involved.)15 minutes later, I called them back to get the price. They told me the price, but it was signiiiificantly higher than any other order I'd ever done through Cannafly. They told me it was the taxes, which is fine. But then it turned out they actually got my order wrong as well.They forward me to a different person to have my order corrected. I go over it all with him, but there was a miscommunication amongst staff, so he had to put me on hold to clear it up (regarding a 10% discount). I was on hold for another ten minutes.He helped me wrap it up and said he wasn't sure when the delivery would get to me but that the delivery guy would call with an ETA.At this point, it's been a full hour of this back and forth just to get the order through...and now I was starting to panic thinking how long it would take to actually receive the physical delivery.I ended up cancelling my order to go to a different store in person instead, since it took less time.I likely won't use this company again because I was very attached to Cannafly and this change was very very extreme BUT I think these points are very important:1. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are clearly going through a big transition and doing the best they can. I never felt as though the staff wasn't concerned about how this was going.2. There is a very good chance that, in a couple of weeks, these guys will have their act together and will be much more successful in their delivery service.3. Lynn was helpful with getting my registered, Lindsay was helpful trying to get me in touch with other staff members who could help, Kyle was clearly concerned about not being able to provide me with the answer I needed, and I appreciated his customer service, and Onyx was great to speak with while trying to solve my problems.So, take my review with a grain of salt. It takes time for a company to adjust with a merger. That said, I think it's important the company be aware of how frustrating this was. As a person who used the previous companies who owned this line for five years, I have always been very satisfied and this was a huuuuuuge 180 from the efficiency and prices of previous companies.Best of luck to these guys!

I been purchasing from this place for couple years now and I love the variety of selections hey have, I have to say I  used to the love the express order service  where I just called and then they set aside for you,  but lately  when I get transfer to the express back line it really sucks, sometime I'm hold from ten to fifteen minutes and I have to hang up and call back because no one will come on the phone and keep you inform so three stars to this place. I understand that they're busy all the time, but it would be nice if someone comes on the to inform you of the long wait time.

Fifth time at this location. I usually don't write reviews but yesterday had the worst experience. My female budtender had the worst customer service.Her name starts with a G. She was very rude and made me feel like I was being rushed also made a rude comment. Worst experience ever. Also when I got home the weed crumbed in pieces. I will never be back.

VHVC is the worst dispensary ever! Do not shop here. Shop US Bloom, they are 1000 times better! A 1,000 times better then VHVC. This place is so unorganized cheating greedy people who should never get your business. They will tax you up the ass and there deals are worse then a bad joke...

So this is my first time going in there, and I was a little nervous because I've never came to this dispensary before. My friend goes there regularly and I decided to take a chance, after having some really bad headaches I don't want to feel too high so I decided to get a CBD pen, and then of course I've got my regular medicinal pen. From the gate everyone is really friendly including the security guards. Everyone was welcoming, and to be honest with you this place was really overwhelming because there's so much of a selection...IT'S HUGE!! Also what I love is as a veteran they treat you with respect, and they give you 20% off. I found my new home from  needs. I also won a free edible. Lastly, they have really good prices.

Security in front just very aggressively kicked me out for calmly confronting him about not wearing a mask inside, he got all up in my face and acted very violent like he was gonna attack me. Manager on duty didn't even try and step in and de-escalate the situation, what a coward. Fuck this place don't shop here.

I went in today as a new patient and will never return again. Although there is a very big selection of edibles, cartridges, wax and accessories... The bud selection is lacking and customer service is absolutely terrible. Whenever a new person tries something out, I think it's safe to say they would like to be informed as much as possible about their options but not to the point where they are overwhelmed. The woman that rang me up was extremely underwhelming and did not speak to me until I asked her a question. She seemed bored or distant when I asked to smell the bud. She did not explain the stamp card system they have... That I only found out about because I happened to be looking down... and was texting as I was trying to make a selection and smell my options. She did not explain what the "new patient gift" was before sticking it in my bad and stapling it shut (grinder and a preroll).Overall: service was trash, my purchase was ridiculously overpriced and I'd much rather go to the surrounding dispensaries for my future purposes. Don't waste your time going to vhhc.

Zara took her time helping me I really appreciated it. Didn't feel rushed at all and she helped me save money, and answered all my questions. I left feeling like I got a great deal. Very polite, definitely on the costumers side. Love the club and the prices, good environment.

Downgraded to 1 star. Called for a delivery and was told they were slammed, they asked for my info and said they'd call back. I said no worries at all, I completely understand. Never got a call back.Called back this morning and explained the situation and asked if it would be possible to get a delivery today, they're response was "well yeah, obviously we were busy til the end of yesterday."Y'all need to be more competitive in a state that just became legal and is swarming with dispensaries! I'll never be back being treated like that when I was nothing but understanding with them. You could have called to let me know it wasn't going to happen, or really I'd have been fine with you just being polite this morning. Don't know who was answering phones today (5/18/18), but they should not be. Learn some simple compassion and customer service phone lady.

The 5 stars is SPECIFICALLY  for Melanie C., not VHHC as a whole. Typically when we go into VHHC the service is pretty average, but Melanie C. was several notches above average. She was friendly, helpful and insightful! We hope when we return we can are lucky to receive her service again. Keep up the great work! :)

I went here today....I had ordered online...got an email saying my order was ready...arrived only to find it burned out. Wtf?

I was discriminated against today while I tried to enter the establishment as I had a bag. First of all I seen people go ahead of me with backpacks and large purses the security guard stated that I could not bring my bag in.  I have my electronics and other items for work in my bag and feel uncomfortable leaving it in the parking lot as I don't trust the area. He denied me access if I did not put my bag in the car.  I did begrudgingly, as I needed my medication for my pain management. I spoke with the manager and she said she would have a talk with him. I pointed out all the other people with bags larger than the one I had. he stated if it wasn't a purse then I couldn't go in so I told him it was a purse. In addition, I have brought that bag to this establishment a minimum of 15 times and have never been told such things.If I was a woman I would not have had any trouble and I feel that's unfair and  discriminatory.  The rule should be applied to everyone if that's the case.  You cannot pick and choose who can bring their personal belongings inside an establishment.

This place has a ton of problems let me say. Most of the employees are ratchet hoodlums who don't know their products or don't listen to customer needs. Ive been here many times and not to say that there are some good eggs that do work there but I constantly find myself frustrated with the help that I get from certain people. My last and final visit I needed a cartridge and some flower and the budtender Nikosi who helped me out was a total idiot. I was looking for a sativa and this guy lies to me and sells me this eighth priced over $90 is the best sativa in the house and came to find out it was an indica dominant strain the whole time. Nikosi also sold me the wrong type of cartridge and told me it would work for my ordinary pen battery and that I would like it but it also turns out the cartridge he sold me only fits PAX batteries, even after I asked him a couple of times that hes positive that it would work for my battery!!!!! Be forewarned when dealing with nikosi, you'll get stuck with something you didn't want in the first place and the manager Sierra is very unhelpful to do anything about it either. That woman as well is a total idiot and talks as if she's high on something else other than weed. They wouldn't allow me to return the items I was sold because it wasn't damaged or defective. I'm never returning to this dispensary again

5* rating all thanks to Conner. What a great, friendly and knowledgeable budtender he is. Conner took his time with us and told us about all the specials all the best flower. Showed us a variety of top shelf items. And really took his time to make sure we were happy. We left with 3 8ths and a couple of pre rolls and a big smile. Thanks Conner, we will be back soon and we will be looking for you!!

Terrible service, security guard yelled and started cussing at me and my Mom before we could even get into the store. Told manager & the security guard started saying Bitches right in front of Manager but the Manager didn't do anything, he actually looked scared of the security guard. Marijuana is now legal in Cali, I'll take Me, my Moms, my friends, my family, and whoever else elsewhere. Ole wanna be Next Friday rent a cop making sure this place loses business ‍

Their managers arent helpful so it's obvious that the workers arent either. Seriously lacking customer service and everyone seems like they dont know anything about the products. It's overpriced and overall a waste of time. Shop there at your own risk!!

First time patient, went in for 3 clones. I called ahead to make sure the one I wanted was in, since driving from Oakland. Said they had one sour banana sherbert... Ok got there, checked in fine, finally went in and stood off to the side waiting for clones. After being forgotten about, the kind lady behind the counter came over to help out. She was helpful, multitasking eating an ice cream and helping me.. but.. no sour banana like I went for, so I picked out 2 others .. one had nice white healthy roots, the other varietal had brownish roots. But the whole tray of them did so I took the best of the worst. Kinda bummed about the trip, I asked once more for sour banana.... she looks and comes back with one! Brown roots again but I wanted to save her! Welp, I got back home and it was indeed not sour banana.. was straw banana. Easy mistake, but they could not replace it for me since none in stock and I was not driving back to Vallejo. Anyway, the one with white roots survived (banana split) , the other 2 are now compost scrap and I had to replace the 2 dead with new ones from somewhere else. The replacements are thriving . Maybe just a bad experience there, maybe this normal .. I don't intend on going back to find out if that was a one time experience, since the email I sent over a week ago has not been responded to and the call I made seemed to do nothing. It was only 30$ I lost , but who likes losing cash , along with the 2-3 hours it took driving, siginingup , waiting, waiting , looking, driving back, etc. .. would have been nice to have been taken care of instead of just being out $

My first time there, I was set up with exactly what and how much I needed! All kinds of folks come here, young and old, every shape, color, etc.! They have daily deals. Simple, quick and easy.

This place is horrible the people there are horrible the security is a joke went in there today came out a lady was blocking our door Husband  went to get her coming out she's yelling at my husband calling him names security guard took her side calling my husband asshole opening the car door saying you can get in I'll help you I couldn't even make it through there it was too tight then he invited him back at 8 o'clock to fight him very unprofessional will never set foot in this business again ever we used to go there a lot. Call to talk to manager no one's called us back think the owner should know about this

My go-to club. They're really nice and professional. The club has an amazing selection of products, too!  Like 7-11..."too much good stuff". Lol

If you are looking for a HUGE selection of overpriced products, this is the best place.  Honestly the wide variety of products range from edibles to pipes and vapes and papers to anything and everything that has to do with taking medical cannabis.  If you need something other than flowers and can't find it at your regular store, you can try this place.  They probably have it.  But if you want good prices on flowers, there are LOTS of other choices.If you can't read the print on the labels from the front of the counter, you have to ask what they have.  I didn't want to waste her time, so I told her I wanted something around the range of $100 an ounce.  She proceeded to show me flowers for $200 and ounce.  I corrected her and she told me to go somewhere else in the store.  I wasn't sure where she meant, so I asked again and then was treated like an annoyance.  I found the other counter, but no one was working there.  I waited a bit, then went back to the other counter to ask for service.Another sales person came over and I asked for flowers in the $100 an ounce range and she starts showing me $200 an ounce flowers.  I corrected her and asked if they had any compassionately priced flowers.  They had one variety that smelled very green and uncured.  There's a place across town where I have been going for years that has 3 or 4 varieties to choose from every time I go in.  Can't imagine why I would go back to VHHC.

This place has it all!  I call it the Walmart of dispensaries.  Prices can't be beat and our favorite bud tender, Connor, is a nice guy and is excellent at his job. He always knows exactly what is available and shows us the specials.

I've been here before and had no problem.Today I happened to walk in, and was automatically given attitude by the security guy at the front desk.I thought I was supposed to sign in and I guess I wasn't but that was no reason for him to yell at me and make me feel like I was doing something horribly wrong. When someone comes in to a dispensary they should be treated with respect and be given good customer service. He didn't even apologize for how rude he was and just let me walk out. Definitely gave my business to a different dispensary. Please, get new employees. Ones that care about the customer.

Definitely recommend for their prices and selection on flower and edibles. Just about everything else is quite expensive. I don't really see the hype in this place and would recommend checking out other dispensaries around town.

First time coming to this location and was not disappointed. They have a wide selection and attentive staff. Very reasonable prices and special daily deals. Onyx and Pam were very nice, patient, and helpful in my wife and I picking tinctures, edibles, and topicals to fit our needs. Will definitely be returning!

I had to show some love. This club has never done me wrong. They have a great selection and the staff is super friendly.  I've never had a rude tender and I've been coming here weekly since dec. 2018.  Parking is easy, they have a big parking lot across the st too!

It's always a plus when the budtenders know there shit like literally ! I go in to get something and they already know what I'm talking about  I hate it when dispensary have  females working there and they don't know there shit or just want to sell u ANYTHING . Big NO NO , THANKFULLY this club ain't like that , everyone knows there shit and they hook it up . The sales that they have going on omg I love it  they on it I receive via text everyday for example yesterday , it was thirsty Sunday so if u the type to get ur lil drink on this was the sale for u . Today was my first time at their new location! I LOVE it! They have a doctor on site making it the perfect one stop shop for anyone looking to become a medical marijuana patient! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Tons of products to choose from. I especially loved the wide selection of cartridges for vape pens. Loads of edibles! This is definitely my go-to Vallejo dispensary. They threw freebies in my bag too! Love it!

Came here for a friend, was forced to sign up for a membership with a rude secretary. Went to the back, and yes they have a extensive collection of things, it's over priced and you can get the exact quality of products from other clubs in the area. They don't have refund policy but will give you a credit then charge you again for miscellaneous things. Called after I left and was hung up on. So much for customer service , guess they only appeal to users and if your not one you aren't important. Glad I have no habits!

I won't be going back here again. I just had the worst experience there and left with nothing. I went in to see about growing a plant and was lied too. This girl clearly did not know anything about plants but tried to belittle me into thinking I knew less. She told me if I put a plant outside it would die and that I had to buy a plant with lightbulbs or a grow bag. I asked her to explain the difference between the plants and she couldn't. All she could say was the difference between the strains; which everyone knows the difference between sativa and Indica. I even tried to help her out a bit but explain to her some of the differences would be the sizes and strains... You can see where I'm going with this and I don't want to buy medicine from someone who is so ignorant about where they work and give Miss information. Be careful going to this place!

First off: THEY HAVE SPIDER-MITES. Like out of control and they don't care at all. I use to work there and grow my own and would have to strip off all my clothes and shower upon getting home to not spread them to my plants. I told them about it and offered help many times and they just laughed and said "people buy them anyway." They have a horrible work ethic. They treat their employs as disposable trash. They only hire them in three month increments to avoid dealing with the union. (Except for the few that are already in the union and they steal and fuck around cause they know they can't get fired.) They also lie when they fire you and do it hella shady in the back room alone so you have no witness or recourse. (Yes, I am working with the union on a claim against them.) I know at least four other people this happened to. Not to mention they talk hella shit about all their customers, rude and inappropriate things about disabled people. Like most in this business Greg and his shady crew just care about the bottom line. Any pretense to care about patients is just to get more money. I avoided writing anything for so long but now that I have heard and seen this happen to four other people I know. I can now say for certain that it was not just my own experience but is, in fact, unfortunately how they operate. If they wronged you in terms of working for them please message me and I will add you to the claim being filed with the union. There are five people on the claim already and that's just people I personally know.If nothing else DO NOT buy plants here unless you want a serious infestation. I would also suggest changing after shopping here if you have plants at home.

I love this place! They always have a great selection of herb/edibles/whatever is new. The bud tenders are always super helpful and positive! The price range is awesome, they have good herb for lower $, but they also have a great top shelf selection as well. There are a ton of places in Vallejo, but I pretty much exclusively shop here.

Been here 3 times.....the bud is dry or leafy or loose buds. And its "top shelf". This and most places in Vallejo suck. I got better meds in high school from some teen stoner.Unbelievable what they pass as medical grade mj. Too many rookiez growing and too many rookiez buying. The greed in this buisness is gotten out of hand. Disapointing.

First time in for cbd cream. It appears that they were out of it, so instead of asking that I come back another day, I was sold a story on how thc-cdb cream would be better for my problem. Paid $80 and walked out the door...the thc3-cbd-1 cream as no effect on my pain at all. Guess I shouldnt fall for the story of a "nice" kid that says he uses it for the same thing and it is great.

I recently just got my mmj verification or whatever you call it and I'm new to Vallejo so I simply googled 'dispensaries' and this one was down the street and near the Dr. I went to so I said why not. I'd only ever been to a dispensary once before but only in the waiting area. I checked it out and it was a dope experience. First off, the 2 security guards that are always there are cool as hell. Super friendly. The gal who helped get my membership up and running was chill. It was around Thanksgiving/Black Friday so she pointed out their awesome deals and what not. The membership process took like 10 minutes, if that; I'm not sure if that's because there was no one else in there or what, but yeah.When entering the medicinal area, you meet with your budtender, who, I've had the same gal twice I believe and Conrad this last time. All of my experiences with customer service has been awesome with them. Very knowledgeable and always could answer my questions. Hella friendly. As far as selection, it does seem kinda minimal. I mean idk. They have what I need so I don't mind. I don't switch it up really with what I purchase. Which brings me to another point, all the times I've gone, I seem to go at a good time because my stuff's always on sale  But yeah, idk I think you should check them out for yourself. I'd def recommend them

Christmas Day, what a day to go to VVHC. Not only was it Christmas, but I got the girl who was on her second day on the register, Gilana. The place was packed, and that was to be expected. Gilana asked for assistance in trying to find Chechen and Chong sized raw papers and witnessed other bud tenders ignoring her to deal with the hustle and bustle of it all. Finally, the gentleman to her left helped by answering her questions while helping with other patients. Thank you gentlemen to the left. She never lost her cool, no matter how much stress she was in. She just moved from Washington and this would be the first Christmas with her dad!! She kept a smile... and kept going strong!! Her energy and knowledge was amazing. She said she came from a dispensary in Washington, and you can tell. She has impeccable knowledge. She definitely kept her cool and made sure that I kept mine!! I can actually say this girl made a huge impression!! I didn't care how long it took if any because time stood still. She was sweet and entertaining. She made me feel welcome. She will be the reason I walk back in there... lately I've been doing delivery services with the best options. She made me realize that I miss the personal contact and conversation... Ok, I came here twice before and had a good experience. I was helped my a super knowledgable guy named Alex. He really knows his stuff and is very customer service oriented. He treats you like your at a high end retailer. The security guards that check you in are also nice but today I had a bad experience. This one chick told me to wait in line when there wasn't really a clear line. Then I encountered the rudest bartender. This skinny blonde girl was such a bitch. She acted like I was bugging her by asking about the vapes. I ended up saying to her, I'm not the one who works here and I requested that I wanted Alex to help me. When he was free, he helped me and was his usual amazing self. I bought a vape and cartridge and had a great experience. I don't really know why those first 2 were so rude. The establishment accepts tips and I'm not a bad tipper lol....I would never ever come back here if it wasn't for Alex.

Cool place, free cookies when you walk in! Everybody behind the counter was cool and informative of all the products. It feels a little weird when you walk in, but when you enter the actual room it's awesome

THEIR new location is much larger and brighter.. Great security good parking, , great selection of product, great budtenders definitely knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable .Did I mention they have a delivery service as well which is really come in handy for me is there's days I just cannot walk down there as I don't drive they don't charge for the service which is amazing and again IT'S FREE.  To sum it up its a fine place to go to o get your Cannabis needs

I just moved to the area and have been to a couple of dispensaries, but this is by far my favorite. A big selection of edibles, candies, topicals, and delicious buds.  My budtender was really helpful and nice. I left with a bag FULL of edibles, bud, and FREEBIES (new patient incentives and spending over $65 gets you a free candy and gram; all new patients get a free 8th). This was my best experience yet buying weed.

My experience  at time here awful! and some of the staff have violent tempers.My complaint never resolved for the ugly behavior of a few .I've informed my friends to avoid going there and take your money where being a patient comes with respect. The attitudes that some of their staff has is appalling.I never cared to go to Vallejo as much and now I realize the people there represent the Vallejo for what it truly is. Ghetto!

A clean, well run and organized business. My marijuana consultant steered me towards a product that helps improve sleep. I hope it's better than Ambien, Lunesta or other sleep meds that have left me groggy and feeling fuzzy the next day.

Great staff, convenient location and awesome prices.  Inventory continually increases in both quantity and quality.  I live in Oakland and just wait till I'm in Vallejo on the weekends to stock up.

I have tried this place a few times and never have been impressed with the service because at best it is very inconsistent.  The guard is very nice checking you in and it is quick.  The product price and quality is okay for what I buy which is usually the vape cartridges,  The service is the WORST... My LAST visit to this place and I want to thank Ciara... she is the worst perpetrator of a BUDTENDER ever... she knew nothing and even assumed that I only had about $40 to spend... offering me an alternative to a cheaper vape cartridge.  When I asked her about the THC and CBD percentages all she could say was 70 even when it was not listed on the package,  Bottom line I spent $120 on 3 cartridges and would have spent more if she had not made me feel like a criminal taking each cartridge out of my hand and not allowing me to compare the percentages, especially since I look for a higher CBD count!  I will do with out before ever visiting this place again!!  #shea4reel

Over all good experience,I am a new patient the receptionist was very nice the attendant inside also ,but one of the guard(big ,tall,bearded guy)was not polite at all.very rude to me and my brother,because of nothing.may requires customers service training.

Don't waste your money! I bought 6 plants and only two made it past 5 days, the other 4 died! I followed their instructions and placed it under a light. (Something must be wrong with their batches or strains of clones). I called to see if there was anything they could do. They took my name and number down but failed to call me back. I had to go in person and inquire about my plants. The manager didn't seem to care he right away said it is my responsibility the second I leave. He didn't even offer anything to make it right. SO DISAPPOINTED! Most of their staff and security are great, with the exception of a few who don't seem to care. You can get good deals here sometimes. I'm not sure if I will be returning though, I expected better treatment being a loyal regular customer.

I have frequented this establishment almost daily for over a year now. I was in yesterday and spent $35 buck's. The counter staff and security are great people. I consider them friends and hope to see a few at the marina rowing next season.  Walked in today and was told my driver's license was expired I had to see the manager in the corner. The manager whom I have never seen before was a bit smug while asking to see a receipt showing I had paid the dmv or a passport before I could enter. Not sure if she was trying to shame me or maybe it was just a bad day for her. I really didn't understand overbearing attitude. Security was very apologetic for the situation. They apparently have tact and understand customer service. I'm sorry to say after today's treatment like I was a child by a person half my age. I will not be back as there are many dispensaries in Vallejo that are happy to take my money with a valid prescription. I run a business in Vallejo and refer many people to this business. No longer! Unfortunately one employee can make a difference!

I didn't appreciate multiple times having problems there.  Stuff not in bag when I got home and rude employees so manager offers apology bag.  Took a while to get it and when I did it was, "FREE SAMPLES" they received from a company of stuff I would never buy or use.  They also mark up products 1,000% or more.  Fu__k Vallejo!!!!

Pretty terrible customer service, from the guards outside to the budtenders within... the employees are just rude, don't know anything, and overall just have no respect for the customer. The bud is overpriced and always always very dry. I don't know why I would come back to this place, has to be one of the worst dispensaries in Vallejo.

The vallejo holistic center is worth crossing the bridge! The staff  knows what they're talking about  and are very helpful in helping you find the medicine you need. They have a good selection of edibles and tinctures. They also get great indica strains.

My neighbor Jasmine happens to work here. So I decided to venture down and check it out. And I am so happy that I did. I will never go to another club in Vallejo. They have the best prices and the best medicine around. I have found that I can get the same medicine here for less price than everywhere else. Plus they always throw in a bunch of freebies and special deals. So I always feel like I'm walking out getting very much my moneys worth. They know what they are talking about here. Everybody is very knowledgeable. The whole place is clean ,well lit ,safe and friendly. Like I said I will never go anywhere else. My new favorite club!

You can't blame everything on Covid.I travel quite a bit and I must admit, Customer Service has fallen off at most places, but it cannot be all attributed to Covid-19.  I have frequented this dispensary for years and usually have had great C.S, but things have changed drastically.  I purchased a vape battery from this place with a lifetime warranty.  When I purchased it, it came with a smile from the seller and the reassurance that should I EVER have an issue with it not working...to simply return it for a prompt replacement; no questions asked.  Well I did just that on 9/12/2021 and returned because the battery no longer worked.  I was "helped" by Brittany, the "Manager" on at that time.  She had a scowl on her face from hello and I quietly hoped she wouldn't allow whatever had been bothering her to spill over into our interaction.  Needless to say, it did.  I told her I was having an issue with the battery and I'd like a replacement.  She snatched the battery out my hand and immediately made me the problem. "Well when's the last time you cleaned it," were her first words, but her tone said....Moron!  I kindly explained to her that I had been vaping for years, as it's my preferred method of titration.  In other words, Yes I regularly clean my batteries with a cotton swab and alcohol and I wouldn't waste my time by returning, IF I hadn't already tried all the things I knew to do, to fix it. She then places it on a charging device and flips the device over for me to see and says, "See (moron), the meter says it's charged."  To which I replied, "Great, THAT verifies that I charged it before I came in, but the battery is still not functioning properly.  I then pulled my cartridge out and attached it to show her it wasn't 'hittin'.  Now I didn't pull from it in the dispensary, but she could see no vape was escaping the pen after I held it for 12-15 seconds.  She then says, "Well do you have the charger and the case it came in?" I told her I didn't as I wasn't after a new charger nor case and she could just keep those items IF she felt she'd lose her job over those things.  By this time, I'm asking Adam, who the manager is and can I speak with him/her.  Needless to say, that's how I found out the chic with the funky attitude, was the manager.   After I asked Adam that question, Brittany got frustrated and grabbed a new battery off the shelf and SLAMMED it down on the counter in front of me...as IF to say "Here (moron), you got your new battery now get the f*%k out.  No smile, like the original seller had.  No bag nor thank you, sorry you had that issue.  Just venom over an item that they sold with a Lifetime warranty.  Oh of course I took down her name and called the dispensary on the following Tuesday to report her Nastiness.  Again, giving them the benefit of the doubt, just in case she was a rogue employee.  The person who answered the phone told me the manager was "at lunch".  I left my name/number and explained it was regarding a Customer Complaint.  She asked IF she could help, but I told her IF the manager cares, he'll return my call.  Needless to say, they are obviously making money hand over fist and don't really care about how Customers/Patients are treated.  Yea I know recreational users probably make up most of your sales, but some of us are still Patients and don't need to be stressed out in pursuit of our decompressing stress relievers.  The bottom line is IF you're feeling bitchy, you should just treat those like Covid symptoms and stay home.  People are coming to your place of business to cope with other issues in their lives.  They don't need to pay State, City and County taxes............PLUS deal with your ish.

REALLY Vhhc I get home and you are selling expired goods my disposable pen was expired and my wild edible has a stamp on it this is not for re-sale under the sticker. Been coming since they were on Napa street and was happy to see some familiar faces but I'm not about to get sick just because you don't want to check you stuff. Do a better job I see two really skinny girls  running around always working and always helpful but man you get one of the guys it's like talking to a wall. Idk what's going on but maybe get your act together your always out and your peeps never know if or when your getting something and leaving a message for the buying person to call you back hahahahhahahah is a joke.

They have an amazing selection of gummies! The flowers are weak!I haven't seen that many seeds in ANY buds since the 90's till we started buying from here.  Wow..seeds..really? ::insert extreme side eye::Shame on you VHHC.. never again.. OK maybe for the gummies only.

This used to be my go to spot for CBD items, even though what they have in stock fluctuates every time I go. That's frustrating because I'll find a product that I like, and then next time, they don't have it. But I figure that is kind of the nature of the business. Add to that- I'll order online and inevitable they call to say whatever I ordered, they don't have and they have to swap it out for something else similar. OK fine, but again, why am I spending time choosing something that they inevitably don't have. All of this I could live with though, because the folks were always nice, delivery was OK and I liked the products I did get. But the last straw was when I ordered, missed the normal call back from the dispatcher, tried to return the call, was on hold, was told "everything should be fine and they would call me if there was an issue" and my products never arrived. When I called later the person I spoke to couldn't help me at all and told me to call in the morning. I did, just to make sure I canceled and wouldn't get charged. With so much competition in Vallejo I'll just move along to the next spot with more reliable stock and better service.

This place used to be my only dispensary until the budtenders started getting an attitude and they don't go out of their way to explain anything or tell you about their specials. I guess either they are on commission or they want you to spend a lot so you will tip more. Either way it's VERY obvious they really don't want to tell you the deals and they rarely give me my Veteran discount. I end up spending a lot more than I need to. I go some where else now. Get NEW employees.If I could rate them a zero I would.

I'm getting tired on the store that I normally go to as their quality of customer service was going down and their prices are getting higher too! My first time at this store as I'm curious about their high rating by customers. I was surprised by how knowledgeable (VERY) & friendly their staff was. I received great customer service. They have a WIDE selection (from edibles, flowers, concentrates to plants and more) to choose from and at first it feels overwhelming but the staff (Brit?) helped me. I have some questions about their products and she helped me by answering all my questions and she helped me in choosing the product to meet my needs.  And I might add the prices are very reasonable too. I definitely found a new fave canna store. Oh I got a free gift :-)!

Hours are not accurate at all . You drive all the way out there from Petaluma just for them to be closed thirty min early. Second time this happen. Then they never have online in the store . Pleas bring back previous owners very unprofessional. Never going back or recommending people here

I have nothing but good things to say about VHHC! I've shopped in store but, normally use their delivery option because we live out of town. Every driver has always been great communicating their ETA. Any one who's every called from customer service has also been great. Anthony is a gem! He was soooo pleasant over the phone and in person.I've taken an older friend (74) to shop in store, as she was very new to the world of dispensaries, and she had a great time! She got everything she needed and all of her questions were answered with kindness and patience.

I first came/found this dispensary in 2018 on Google. I was living in Pleasant Hill at the time and the options for rec was limited to non-existent. I never got a medicinal card because I was living out of state, was not heavy consumer, and never really needed the card.Instead of driving to Oak. I found this wonderful place.Huge selection, well-priced, and great customer service. It takes some navigating through the unique streets of Vallejo, the area is urban, and some roads are rough. However, there is something for everyone here and many unique offerings. They recently added plants, expanded their space, and always have up to date product info. One of my fave dispensaries in the Bay Area. I usually try to visit any/every dispensary online first. So I have an idea of what i want/need because there is so many options.However, most places now have digital menus in the store.

I love this place i like that they have clones as well as accessories Just bring a couple extra bucks for tax(not the club's fault) staff is dope I've got no complaints
