Absolutely pissed off.  I was lied to about the new patient deals. Phoned last night, I was promised a vape battery with my 2 for 1 cartridges. They were the top two types. Called today and the guy basically told me I am full of it. The women I talked and came in and met were super nice, the guy today was as much asshole as they were awesome. I'd like to know why? Was going in today, but glad I called. You're way better off to go to White Mountain. Way better service, and no bs.

Very upset about my interaction there this morning. I went right when they opened and I was assisted by a girl who could obviously care less about me as a patient and instead she was there to make her wage and go home. I researched ahead of time and had to know my deals myself because when I asked her about deals and such she was clueless, in fact!, I was planning on purchasing a 500mg cart of Pineapple Express and when she rang it up it was fourty-something and I was shocked because a local competitor had the same Timeless cart for 2 for  $50. Well, I mentioned that and she was like "oh, yeah we have the same deal". I was so frustrated with her already because she was totally clueless of her products and did not have a sales-bone in her body. I was just annoyed by her energy, she had the hole "I hate mornings", and probably everything else at this stage in life, vibe about her. I have to admit I was annoyed on my first visit too because I got the same uninterested vibe then from another tender so I guess that's standard quality satisfaction there and I won't be back. I left and went to White Mountain, talk about night and day difference. I was being lazy and didn't want to make the drive but sometimes quality, pricing, and bedside manner is worth the miles. I ended up walking out and telling her she didn't deserve my business.

I love their Cafe everything's fresh. Especially loved a will has CBD hot chocolate. Everyone here is super nice and knowledgeable

Purchased 6 packs of the house brand (Good Things Coming) 'fruit jellies'. Yuk! Absolutely the worse tasting edible I've ever had. Will return if possible. If you like eating sugar cubes that's exactly what it's like, same gritty texture and hyper sugar taste. It's awful. On the positive side, the actual medication is effective. Someone spent a fortune on this place. It will be interesting to see if this will ever become what has been envisioned.

Can't speak highly enough about the employees who work here.  I went in to get some CBD oil for my dog as she has recently developed seizures.  The area that normally sells pet products was closed, but when I told the gentleman at the front desk what was going on with my sweet dog, he said, "hang on, let me see what I can do".   He went and asked the guy who runs the cafe to see if he could accommodate and what happened next was beyond my expectation.  I figured I would have got the typical, "sorry it's closed now, come back later".  But, instead, I he went to the back to get his register key, and opened up to help me pick out the best CBD oil for my dogs condition.  I was very impressed by their courtesy and empathy to help accommodate my needs that were on a short notice basis, since I had ran out and was in need of the oil.  It's the only thing that helps my dog not have seizures and I couldn't have been more thankful.  The business is also very clean and very inviting when you enter.  Top notch professionals who really put customer needs first.  Glad I decided to give this company a try and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Woke up early and went out my way  to get some grow science runtz halfs . Told it wasn't in the system and to come back later . Call back later and they're sold out . Complete jokes and a waste of time . Never returning

I'm not a card holder I stopped in and went to the cafe super friendly customer service very sweet girl welcomed me in the cafe gave me a yummy complimentary banana bread super yummy by the way. I ordered the grilled  ham and cheese sandwich with lemonade kinda pricey was about $15 for both. The lemonade was very good and the sandwich was as well comes with pickles and chips.  Super fresh and clean and modern. Cool seating area for the cafe portion. Loved the vibe you should definitely try it.

I've always had a positive experience coming to Sol.  They have been incredibly safe during the pandemic which included having customers wait outdoors while other customers check out.  This extra layer of safety has been crucial during COVID times. Pre-COVID it was an awesome experience as well.  Their online ordering is efficient and easy to use.  Thank you for keeping us safe during the pandemic and all your hard work!

Everyone is nice and chill except for the people that work the cafe. They're always in a hurry to finish the drinks and then get back out to smoking and it's super noticeable. Lol. Cool place though.

Best dispensary in north Phoenix by far. Cafe is great, selection is fantastic, staff is amazing. The environment is so relaxing and cool. My favorite place for grow science live hash and their house rosin is pretty fire too.

I ordered from this dispensary for the first time today because they had a product I wanted to try and a friend recommended them.  They deliver...I was like wow never seen that before. From start to finish it took about an hour for them to verify me and then send the driver to my house. Great service!

Had a wonderful visit! The ladies were awesome completely took care of me! Enjoying my flower purchases. Will be back!Great competitive pricing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DISPENSARY, DRIVE THE 10 MINUTES TO ANOTHER ONE THAT WILL SELL THE SAME PRODUCT BUT NOT RIP YOU OFF. left feeling like I overpaid for 3 items, come to find out I only got 2 items and charged for 2 items. Stopped on my way home from somewhere I rarely go but now I regret wasting the money and wish I went somewhere else. I will never return to this dispensary chain, they don't give a damn what your problem is, they just want to 'write a note on your account' for the next time. Wtf? I'm not coming back.

This is the sexiest dispensary I've ever been in. It's all glass and modern. Great waiting room with its own cafe. Tenders that have served me are both friendly knowledgeable and helpful in getting the best deal possible on what they have available. I give them 5 stars because my husband's was able to wait inside & had a cold drink while i was Rajeev care of.

Their online ordering system is constantly broke. Spoke to Brandy on the phone who said my online order didn't exist, but here is the screenshot from the website and the text I received. Brandy then said I probably ordered from the wrong location and I explained its very clear I ordered from Sun City. They asked me to come into the store and I explained I wanted to do the online payment system and they proceeded to say that it hasn't been working lately. Why offer something as a benefit if it's routinely not working? Why blame the customer for the mistake instead of the system? This is the 3rd time this has happened and I'm frustrated.

Great staff ALWAYS helpful. Flower selection is great I have nothing but good things to say about this location, the staff working there.

Favorite dispo for over a year and I send alot of people here. Their drinks are amazing and staff are always fun and kind. But lately I gotta vent. For the past month I keep getting nugs with very little on them but huge fat stems hanging off adding weight. Please guys it takes like 2 secs to chop these off. I'm gonna stop tipping now that $3 tip is going into the fat giant stem I know for sure is in my jar. Do better guys you're starting to go backwards. Don't be embarrassing me i send friends family and coworkers who happen to be growers.

River is an absolutely amazing bud tender. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the products and was a huge help for me finding the best rosin in the shop. 10/10

Long stems on flower they are getting greedy money hungry and forgot how to run a business. It's about return customers if you keep nailing you medical patients with this we will find places to take care of our needs. Your pickers need some training or the big bosses need to get back to helping patients not just filling the pockets with greed money. The deals for medical patients need to be better. 50 $ value half packs really who is buying that dirt. Start the loyalty points again for medical I spend a lot of money at this one place. Looks we all need to find someone better with quality and more bugs to smoke then picking through all the stems. I'm working on starting a app for the best quality buds and deals around town to help medical patients get the best deals and have some say so on who we should be spending our money on. I will get this perfect so we as patients can get the best quality and prices. Good luck Sol greed.
