This is my second time in 4 years I find the need to complain.The same problem exists.  I called after not using this dispensary for about a year and they said things are much better.  I went back to using them. I went in  this morning and asked for a 2 vape cartridges in Sativa.  I have always asked for sativa.  I left with 2 hybrid cartridges.  That is not what I had asked for and discovered they were hybid when I was about a mile away so I was able to go back.  I have many unused cartridges from allgreens due to it being too much toward indica which does not help my issues.  Hybrid is a cross between the two and sometimes moreso indica.  They seem to do whatever they want or give you what they like versus what you ask for.  They dont seem to listen!!! I did find that the Thurs special on their vape cartridges are mostly weak and almost useless cartriges.  I have many of them left that are indica or have no positive effects.   The location on 99th and Bell seems to be run like this.  I am at my wits end with this dispensary and if I need something I will inspect it before purchase...I just want to buy what I ask for.

YOU'RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS!!!TO ALL YOU PATIENTS OUT THERE!!!!!!Upon my first visit, 7/3, I was treated with kind hellos all around and what I felt was a friendly/knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the manager, John or Johnny as some of the staff referred to him, apparently, doesn't know much about mmj. How can you manage a dispensary when your staff know more than you do? Pathetic! Someone needs to give that blonde girl the position, she apparently knows more than he does. The quality of my first visit was beautiful! The feminized phenotype with no seeds! Yummy! It was a classic bait and switch though. :( THEY SOLD ME PLANT MATERIAL/POLLEN SACS! Apparently, this place charges more for a better looking female phenotype and flowers than the male counterparts. SOUNDS LIKE FOR PROFIT TO ME!Sounds like you're trying to profit off the good flowers and sell the bad plants that produced seeds instead. LEAST YOU COULD INFORM YOUR PATIENTS PLANT MATERIAL FROM A MALE PLANT OR A FEMALE PLANT THAT DIDN'T GROW FLOWERS AND GREW POLLEN SACKS IS IDEALLY MEANT FOR OTHER USES THAN SMOKING. Or maybe you use them for concentrates? On 7/4 they had a special for the holiday. I noticed the same "strain", black knight, was 1/2 oz for $75 tax included. So I tipped a $1 when I purchased the same "strain." PEOPLE, know your bud. THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST. They may have not lied to me, but I noticed they take advantage of using different seeds, clones, etc. while growing one batch. The only reason I say this is because I believe they switched my bud when I went back to complain. I know my different types and how plants grow in general. I'm well educated on the matter. . I even asked the gentleman when I bought the 1/2 oz, "if it was the same strain or the same kind as yesterday?" He and a girl agreed it was the same strain as the day before. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same phenotype. They are trying to keep the beautiful female plants for newbies or something else, because apparently they can classify different phenotypes as the same batch, according to, AZ state law, Prop 203.This new bag of mmj I bought was full of big, dark seeds. Mixed with tons of small little unformed lighter in color, seeds. Hmmmm. . . Now if you know anything about MMJ, and the cycles of plants, how they grow, what happens in the lifecycle a of a plant. You would know this place made a dishonest sale of MMJ. I am still waiting on the GM to follow up with me with a phone call. They have my number. . . Still nothing. Maybe tomorrow when they see this review. To the staff, I appreciate your friendliness, but your compassion upon my second visit was kinda unprofessional, in my opinion, you want an honest review, here: you guys need some honest appreciation for human kindness. Your lack of interest in providing me with the same phenotype of plant, or flower, was dishonest and I know you guys know what you're doing. To the manager, if you're aware of this, sham on you. Selling bud full of seeds, whether they be big or small. The only reason I didn't go through the seeds there with you was because I believe someone switched the flower in my bag upon my second time coming in. SERIOUSLY, this place is only good if you want cheap bud because they apparently don't have high quality flowers. (BS) Hey I may be back if I need some seedy, lack of flavor and full of pollen. Not full of ThC or CbD. The way I see it, and the way one of the staff saw it, there was a bad batch, it was cheaper because of that. They knowingly sold seeds whether they want to admit it or not. Johnny knows. Unfortunately, he doesn't know much about MMJ. I would also like to point out, i have no problem with "lesser quality", or "less beautiful", due to different phenotypes, as some might call it, however, the way the flower, between the two batches was completely different and you really could have disclosed the differences to me in stead of acting like you knew nothing. Also, they stole my seeds that I purchased from them in my 1/2 oz. They claim it's illegal for me to have possession of them and for them to sell them in MMJ but they claim to not have a clue about any seeds of any kind. I live in Phoenix and was in the area of surprise for the weekend, so at least I didn't waste gas on that place.

they have a drive through and  also  the brownies are excellent and the pre-rolls  smoke smooth not harsh good products

It's been YEARS since i have found seeds in my flower, so far I have picked over a dozen from two different strains. By far the worst product in Arizona....this is unacceptable, don't know how this place is in business

Stay away , this place has the absolute worst product i have ever seen in a dispensary . Wow .

Have tried other dispensaries in the area.Was VERY impressed with All Greens. They took time to help me understand different kinds and helped me purchase just what would be best for the pain.  When I needed delivery they were right on top of this.  The quality was very very good.  Couldnt be more pleased.

This place sold me goopy tincture that had been sitting in the shelf for over a YEAR. Since they're not doing exchanges or anything I can't take it back. The best the manger said he could do is 20%. That's not good enough !

They girl in the front seat was very rude and kept skipping me looks like I won't be coming here anymore

Good place, friendly helpful people, fresh flower, lots of specials during the week. A++++++ for the drive though!

Assinine manager takes a swipe at a customer while she is doing a transaction & tries to grab the person's phone. All this because she wasn't wearing a mask. A mandate is not a law & cannot be inforced.

I love the atmosphere and the bud tenders are great. Good pre-rolls that actually burn. Flower is a hit and miss with them. Sometimes you get great flower then other times not so much. I guess it's like that with any place.  Also love all the deals and specials they run. If you're in the area to me they are conveniently located. Otherwise I drive to the city.

All Greens is my go to dispensery. Great people great product. Everyone is helpful. They have a very wide selection which includes Girl Scout Cookies, Sensi Star, and OG Kush. The new location is now open and it's much bigger.

Top notch service. Very clean and friendly.  Very informative for first timers. They also gave me a free pre roll and a pipe for my business. I will back.

Location is right behind the uhaul rental place.  The place itself looks very small from outside, however once you are in it's the opposite. Check in process was quick and easy. Simple forms to fill out if you are a newbie. The meds are all visible and well labeled for ease of shopping. You can open and smell but cannot touch, which is cool because I lean towards fruity and smooth but not earthy flavors.  There are three levels of quality here. Good, very good, and omg good (plus the eats).  The good stuff is well priced, while the premium stuff is pretty straight forward. Although they had 20% off some premiums this week so it changes.  Points towards your next purchase is available and a plus. The people are all courteous and knowledgable, and although you'll likely be assisted by a security guard no worries, thus far pretty cool peoples here. The place is clean and modern. Good spot overall.

The Clinic next-door to this dispensary was very helpful and they are practicing social distancing. They recommended I make an appointment for a consult with this dispensary as I am new to this (just received my medical marijuana card) and I am at high risk for the virus. I went in yesterday to make the appointment as no one was in the tiny waiting area. "Karen" was very nice and made the appointment for today (Monday) at Noon. I did see her write it down. So I showed up at Noon today with my mask on. The girl at the desk said they don't have an appointment for me. She said I could have someone help in the dispensary but not in a room by myself for a consult as they didn't have the staff. I told her I am high risk and couldn't be around people not even wearing masks and that is why I set an appointment to begin with. She said she would ask the manager if someone could do it. She told me to have a seat. I did as no one was in that waiting room. Then 2 more came in without masks and I asked her again. She said they are trying to get a hold of the manager but he left and didn't take his phone so I would have to wait until he came back. Again....I couldn't wait. I had to leave. So no help for this diabetic Grandma. I sure hope another dispensary will make an appointment with me and keep it. I will now do research on others.

This dispensary is by far the worst experience I've had . My half ounce is awful it is filled with tiny seeds so far over 100! I left a review on Facebook they do not even respond to customers . Do not buy from here they don't care about the quality of Meds . I urge everyone who has been duped by all greens to file a formal complaint with the department of health . It is bad business and they need to make it right . This is medication .

I went here just a short while ago today, and was shocked at the person that was helping me.  The gal at the front desk was very nice, but Andi, who I was told knew the most information took me "on a tour"??  Really?  I had no clue what I was looking at for the most part.  I told her I was interested in Vape cartridges, and a problem I had with indica keeping me awake.  She immediately tells me a vape won't help me sleep, that it has to be an edible.  I explained that with edibles I would be up all night IF they didn't work for me, and she said well I can't tell you if you will sleep or not, etc. etc etc.  Then told me I was getting angry?  Really?  I wasn't at all angry.  I was very confused.  Her first speel that I had to interupt her on was going 50 mph telling me about different vapes.  Oh my.  They had come recommended, but I like the first place I went much better.  I will go back there.

First time in and they were patient, knowledgeable, kind and super helpful. Also, they had everything I could have wanted as far as inventory/medication. Not sure how to compare the prices there cause it's the first dispensary I've visited in AZ. But, seemed fair and product was %100!!  Will certainly be my go to place. Location, product and service it's a perfect spot!!

I've been buying here since I first got my card 3 years ago. Decided to try vapes this year since no odor which makes wife happy. Over the last few months I bought several trying to find one that works. None did anything for me. Absolutely zilch. Then the uproar over vaping and people dying so I took several unused cartridges and batteries back and asked for a trade out. Not a money refund but other product. Was there over 30 mins and finally 3rd person was supposedly the MGR. I've seen him several times in there and seemed nice till I asked for an adjustment on a product they sold which doesn't perform as advertised. They refused my request for an adjustment! Wow what a screw up on their part. I'm now retired and here 12 months a yr and spend a couple hundred a month at their store and only their store. So around $2500/yr and they'll get none of it from now on! That's $25000 lost sales the next 10 years! They could have easily returned it to their supplier for credit!  I was in there last week when a vape supplier from Select was there and so I told him about vapes not working and he said he's hearing a lot of that and when trying to return them this week another customer standing at the counter said she had the same experience with their vapes so buying no more! After owning 3 successful businesses the last 40 yrs I speak from experience when I say a little customer service here would have made a lot more sense. You know "if you're not happy then we're not happy" and they could have avoided all the hard feelings! Dumb! I hope the owners are reading this!

Beware of the gummy bear edibles from Hong Kong-------gave me the runs each time I used them

drop by here a few days ago. Really like the way this place looks and runs. The lady bud tenders are really good looking and helpful. They answer all of my questions throughly and in a nice manner what i really like was that they have all of the meds tested and display on cards. There display was also really cool. I got the 4 grams for $70 deal i pick up 2 grams of blue dream and 2 grams of phancy kush. would be back again

Great prices, but be sure to double-check quantities and weights at checkout. The packaging for various weights is nearly identical (except for very small fine print label), so I will often get more or less than what I ask for. Has happened on several occasions. ALL of the staff is very kind, but I get the feeling that they are too stoned to be handling inventory. Too many mistakes.

Dont get lied to!!!! I went in for their awesome half ounce ounce deal and was flat out lied to i had to use price to determine thc cbd content since no one could tell me so i spent a few bucks more then the normal sale and was assured it to be worth every penny and that was a complete lie. Not only is the medicine incredibly harsh its very low in medical benefit i will never be duped by them again. I wish i would have read more reviews before i visited. Im sure most of us out there are on a limited medication budget and when your lied to and spend it on garbage it really hurts not just your wallet but your body as well from lack of medical benefits. So disgusted!

I went to All Greens one time and it'll be the only time.  Walked without even buying product.  Let me explain.  I'm a concentrates only person.  Some of the concentrates they were trying to peddle were black and dark brown in color.  I'm used to 80-90% THC tested.   Their stuff is 40s and 50s.  Not only that, but you could tell their concentrates guy has no idea what he's doing by the consistency in which the product was coming out.  The "top shelf" concentrates not one of them was clear or pressed.  All murky garbage.  Picked out a few varieties however.  4 grams.  They seriously tried charging $160.  Almost double what you pay for better quality product elsewhere.  You want good concentrate?  Don't bother going here.  Go to White Mountain Dispensary a half mile west of there on Bell and get product in which the dispensary gives a crap about its quality and patients health instead of turning a profit.

Excellent customer service. Process was quick and easy getting med card. Knowledgeable and diligent workers answered all my questions.

I have tried other dispensaries in the area. But when I got in they seem to rush me on my purchases. I tried to asked questions but all they really interested in was making a purchase. Not going back, there are other places near by. One thing I like is there bag. Easy to open and close.

Great service from the front at the entrance all the way to check out. I'd recommend this location to anyone. 5star service and product as well.

My first time here and even though I told the gentlemen 3 times I wanted Blue OG they gave me Cinderella 99 instead. I did not realize it until I got home and they were closed being that it was after 10pm. Kinda irritating I would not expect to go to the Pharmacy say like CVS drug store n have the pharmacist give me the wrong medication. How careless of All Greens!!

Ordered delivery at 2:30 pm on a Friday. I am 11.5 miles away. Received a two confirmation texts and never heard anything again. Website says if delivery order is in before 3:30 pm it will go out on a 5pm delivery? Never heard back from anyone. No text, no email response when I inquired. PLENTY of other dispensaries around. Don't waste your time.

Be careful when dealing with this company!! They're definitely NOT in the business to help people!! This is a very shady business and they will do whatever it takes to make "problems" disappear!!

UPDATE: after posting the review I was called and verbally accosted by "Manager Brent"! All Greed not All Greens!!! VETERANS BEWARE - as a customer/patient for over a year I have watched not only the quality of product decline but the staff attitude is atrocious!! They boast of being Military friendly yet don't allow the discount to be used and honestly at 5% it's the lowest we've seen yet when it does apply... they "changed policies" with no consideration for customers, staff is malicious in behavior, not helpful and treat you as though you are "bothering" them when they service... save time, money and your patience by remembering All Greed isn't worth any of the above!!! High Prices, Higher Attitudes and all time Higher Greed!!!

I would not use them, and after tonight, i never will again. I have had nothing but negative experiences in person. Just got pushed off on a delivery/online order. (if it was ordered too late, don't email it's all good.I worked too hard for this money to give it to them. There are so many other dispensaries. Their draw was location but, again, so many dispensaries.Done.

If you like visiting nazi Germany come here.   Y'all are so lucky your the only dispensary near me ! I travel 10 miles to come here just to be insulted by the older women at the front desk .! She needs to learn how to wash here hands if she is going to be a mask nazi ! Lol .. I tried to educate her on how her touching my phone is worse then not wearing a mask and she wanted no part of it ! She seems like a nice Democrat ! Lmfao ! But seriously look at the science ! These masks aren't preventing covid ! In fact you are probably spreading more germs because none of you are trained properly in PPE .

Very friendly costumer service, no wait for entry as a 1st time customer.  Very clean and liked the organization. Looking forward to using the drive through next time

This place is not the mice at all! There bud is mid year grade. This is the only place in the valley with no deals. Lastly they think there too good for Leafly there is no menu or anything else. Compared to most dispensary's in the valley this place is mediocre for anywhere else in the valley for higher potency at a way cheaper price.

Used to have great quality and great service but quality has gone down and so has the service. They were extremely rude to me today when I called about my delivery order. The person on the phone got an attitude with me and said they did try to deliver it but I didn't answer my phone they sat out front if the house and finally left. #1 ever heard of knocking #2 how about using the number on the order I placed not one from 4 years ago that I told you to change 2 years ago.

Excellent price and quality. Drive through is an awesome convenience! I called in my order and picked it up half an hour later, no problems, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Sun City, Surprise area.

Bad customer service here today at 11:05am lady needs to get out of this business if your not happy working here. Customers are not your punching bag. There's other dispensaries near by and don't have seeds in it your product is very seedy. . don't need to be mistreated. Not coming back here. Sept 30th 2021 bad customer services through drive in pick up. I was a customer for 3 years not anymore. Telling my locals here about it and family too. Zero stars to your dispensary.

Good prices and good product, staff is friendly but for the love of God please do something about your check-in and line. I would really like to see a dedicated medical line. With a back injury it's hard to stand for 40 mins because there's no seats. Change the check-in process and I will reevaluate review.
